本发明涉及一种高级墙纸墙布粘合剂。该粘合剂以水性聚合物树脂为主料占45‑60重量份,辅料有如下组分:填料30‑50重量份,增稠剂0.2‑0.7重量份,消泡剂0.1‑0.3重量份,润湿分散剂0.1‑0.3重量份,增塑剂0.1‑0.4重量份,稳定剂0.5‑1.0重量份,触变剂0.5‑2.0重量,防腐剂0.1‑0.5重量份,去离子水2‑20重量份;本发明技术方案所提供的粘结剂实现了施工方便,与底材结合力好,耐水耐碱性,持久性好,健康环保等优点。通过填料选择和级配优化增加粘结剂的强度、耐候性。通过其他助剂和配方优化提高胶粘剂的稳定性。

高级墙纸墙布粘合剂
技术领域
本发明属于涂料配方领域,涉及一种高级墙纸墙布粘合剂,尤其涉及一种具有高粘合力、防水性强的粘合剂。
背景技术
目前,家庭装修过程中,墙纸墙面已经普遍使用了,而墙纸墙面粘合剂是必不可少的。由于墙纸墙面的特殊性,一般对粘合胶的要求是具有较大的极性,能够较好的粘结。耐热、耐水、耐碱性,防霉变是对墙纸墙面粘合剂的基本要求。目前,常用的墙纸墙面粘合剂有粉末状粘合剂如淀粉类及其衍生物、纤维素及其衍生物,这种粘合剂具有环保、无毒无味、可逆性、速溶等多种优点,但在防霉性、防水性方面具有较大的欠缺。另一类为水基类粘合剂,该类粘合剂适应性强、不易脱落、不会污染墙纸墙布的优点,但最大的缺点是在使用过程中需要添加水进行调和,在调和过程中很容易产生气泡,严重地还会影响粘结效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决目前为解决墙纸墙布粘结剂粘接力差,施工不便,容易使墙纸起翘、脱落,用水调和过程中易产生气泡等问题,研制了一种施工方便,粘结力强清洁环保的粘结剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种高级墙纸墙布粘合剂,该粘合剂以水性聚合物树脂为主料占45-60重量份;辅料为如下组分,
填料30-50重量份,
增稠剂0.2-0.7重量份,
消泡剂0.1-0.3重量份,
润湿分散剂0.1-0.3重量份,
增塑剂0.1-0.4重量份,
稳定剂0.5-1.0重量份,
触变剂0.5-2.0重量,
防腐剂0.1-0.5重量份,
去离子水2-20重量份。
所述水性聚合物树脂为丙烯酸乳液,丁苯乳液、VAE乳液、苯丙乳液、叔丙乳液、叔醋乳液、硅丙乳液中的一种或者两种以上乳液型树脂。
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,所述稳定剂为pH调节剂或者具有pH调节功能的助剂或者抗氧剂,pH调节剂包括但不限于氨水、碳酸氢铵、醋酸钠。
所述触变剂为硅酸镁铝、膨润土中的一种,所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素醚、碱溶胀型增稠剂、丙烯酸类增稠剂、聚氨酯类增稠剂中一种或两种以上的混合物。
碱溶胀增稠剂分为两类:非缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂(ASE)和缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂(HASE),它们都是阴离子增稠剂。非缔合型的ASE是聚丙烯酸盐碱溶胀型乳液。这类增稠剂如Rohm Haas公司的ASE 60和Ciba公司的Viscalex HV-30。缔合型HASE是疏水改性的聚丙烯酸盐碱溶胀型乳液。HASE增稠剂如Nopco公司的SN636,Rohm&Haas公司的TT—935等。但这种增稠剂也有含聚氨酯和不含聚氨酯的两类。Elements公司开发了不含VOC和APEO的HASE增稠剂,如Rheolate 125。
所述填料为轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、立德粉、滑石粉的一种或两种以上混合物。
所述填料粒径范围为≤45μm。
所述pH调节为碳酸氢钠、醋酸钠或者磷酸钠中的一种;所述抗氧化剂为芳香胺类、受阻酚类或者亚磷酸类抗氧化剂。
润湿分散剂可以为聚丙烯酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基丙烯酸酯和马来酸酐共聚物中的一种或多种。
上述高级墙纸墙布粘合剂,优选地,水性聚合物树脂为占45-50重量份,
填料45-50重量份,
增稠剂0.2-0.4重量份,
消泡剂0.1-0.3重量份,
润湿分散剂0.1-0.3重量份,
增塑剂0.3-0.4重量份,
稳定剂0.5-1.0重量份,
触变剂1.0-2.0重量,
防腐剂0.1-0.5重量份,
去离子水2-7重量份。
本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明以水性聚合物树脂为主材料,克服了传统油性粘合剂对人体的刺激性,同时,优选丙烯酸、丁苯、苯丙等新型树脂聚合交联,具有较多的无规过渡段,抗冲击、拉伸断裂应变相对于传统的聚合树脂增强,同时由于具有较大的分子量,交联度增强,在可塑性、耐候性、耐水性方面具有明显的提高。本申请大比例使用水性聚合物树脂乳液,保证了粘合剂使用过程的粘稠度适应性,在使用过程中不需要添加水提高粘稠度,极大提高了施工方便性。
2、本发明创造性地在水性聚合物树脂中增加合适粒径的轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、立德粉、滑石粉中的一种或者两种以上混合,填料充斥于交联树脂缝隙,极大地增强了其韧性,同时合理调配水性聚合物树脂、填料以及其他成分比例,增强了粘合剂的抗霉变能力。本申请提供合适比例和粒径的填料,既能最大限度增强填料的空间位阻效应,提高使用过程中与粘合剂相混合涂料的悬浮作用,同时,通过填料的吸附作用,会模糊树脂界面,增强树脂与涂料钛白粒子等的相容性。
3.本申请选择的增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯能够很好的溶解于树脂聚合物网络中,改善体系低温性能,并通过设置合理配比,使判断组分相容性和体系低温性能指标溶解度参数和玻璃花转变温度(Tg)达到最佳值。配制合理的增稠剂和触变剂比例,使粘合剂效果达到最佳状态。
总体来说,本发明通过合理调节水性聚合物树脂和填料比例,合理控制水分含量,避免用水量过多,粘结剂功效变差、干固时间长;过少,粘结剂混合性能差、干固速度加快易开裂。本发明技术方案所提供的粘结剂配方中通过选择高性能树脂解决普通墙纸墙布粘结剂粘接力差,耐水耐碱性差,容易老化导致粘结力下降,容易产生墙纸起翘、脱落、霉变等弊病。实现了施工方便,与底材结合力好,耐水耐碱性,持久性好,健康环保等优点。
通过填料选择和级配优化增加粘结剂的强度、耐候性。通过其他助剂和配方优化提高胶粘剂的稳定性。
所选用的原材料成本合适,无毒环保,施工方便,特别适用于墙面壁纸室内装饰要求。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明。
实施例1:
选择苯丙乳液45重量份,20μm轻质碳酸钙20份,羟乙基纤维素醚增稠剂0.3重量份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚消泡剂0.1重量份,聚丙烯酸钠分散剂200 0.1重量份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯增塑剂0.1重量份,磷酸二氢钾稳定剂0.5重量份,膨润土触变剂0.5重量份,去离子水33.4重量份,将上述各组份按照比例混合投入高速分散釜中,充分搅拌均匀制成所需粘结剂。
实施例2:
选择叔丙乳液60重量份,45μm重质碳酸钙30份,羟乙基纤维素醚增稠剂0.3重量份,聚乙二醇消泡剂0.3重量份,聚丙烯酸钠润湿分散剂0.3重量份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯增塑剂0.4重量份,磷酸氢钙稳定剂1.0重量份,硅酸镁铝触变剂2.0重量份,三氯苯酚钠防腐剂0.5重量份,去离子水5.2重量份,将上述各组份按照比例混合投入高速分散釜中,充分搅拌均匀制成所需粘结剂。
实施例3:
选择苯丙乳液45重量份,20μm超细碳酸钙30重量份,40μm超细滑石粉15重量份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯增塑剂0.3重量份,羟乙基纤维醚增稠剂0.4重量份,有机膨润土触变剂1.0重量份,聚乙二醇消泡剂0.3重量份,聚丙烯酸钠润湿分散剂0.3重量份,醋酸钠0.5重量份,三氯苯酚钠0.5重量份,去离子水6.7重量份,将上述各组份按照比例混合投入高速分散釜中,充分搅拌均匀制成所需粘结剂。
实施例4:
选择苯丙乳液60重量份,20μm超细碳酸钙20重量份,40μm超细滑石粉10重量份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯增塑剂0.3份,羟乙基纤维醚增稠剂0.3份,有机膨润土触变剂1.0份,聚乙二醇消泡剂0.3份,聚丙烯酸钠润湿分散剂0.3份,醋酸钠0.5份,三氯苯酚钠防腐杀菌剂0.5份,去离子水6.8重量份,将上述各组份按照比例混合投入高速分散釜中,充分搅拌均匀制成所需粘结剂。
实施例5:
选择苯丙乳液50重量份,20μm超细碳酸钙30重量份,40μm超细滑粉15重量份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯增塑剂0.3份,羟乙基纤维醚增稠剂0.2份,有机膨润土触变剂1.0份,脂肪醇消泡剂0.3份,聚丙烯酸钠0.3份,醋酸钠0.5份,三氯苯酚钠0.1份,去离子水2.3重量份,将上述各组份按照比例混合投入高速分散釜中,充分搅拌均匀制成所需粘结剂。

填料30-50重量份,
增稠剂0.2-0.7重量份,
消泡剂0.1-0.3重量份,
润湿分散剂0.1-0.3重量份,
增塑剂0.1-0.4重量份,
稳定剂0.5-1.0重量份,
触变剂0.5-2.0重量,
防腐剂0.1-0.5重量份,
去离子水2-20重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述高级墙纸墙布粘合剂,其特征在于:水性聚合物树脂为丙烯酸乳液,丁苯乳液、VAE乳液、苯丙乳液、叔丙乳液、叔醋乳液、硅丙乳液中的一种或者两种以上乳液型树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高级墙纸墙布粘合剂,其特征在于:所述填料为轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、立德粉、滑石粉的一种或两种以上混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高级墙纸墙布粘合剂,其特征在于:所述填料粒径范围为≤45μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高级墙纸墙布粘合剂,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,所述稳定剂为pH调节剂或者具有pH调节功能的助剂或者抗氧剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高级墙纸墙布粘合剂,其特征在于:所述触变剂为硅酸镁铝、膨润土中的一种,所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素醚、碱溶胀型增稠剂、丙烯酸类增稠剂、聚氨酯类增稠剂中一种或两种以上的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高级墙纸墙布粘合剂,其特征在于:所述pH调节剂为碳酸氢钠、醋酸钠或者磷酸钠中的一种;所述抗氧化剂为芳香胺类、受阻酚类或者亚磷酸类抗氧化剂。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述的高级墙纸墙布粘合剂,其特征在于:将水性聚合物树脂及其他辅料,投入高速反应釜中,充分搅拌均匀。
