本发明公开了一种高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料,它由如下重量份的原料制成:过氧乙烯树脂45~60份,聚苯乙烯树脂35~50份,均三甲苯40~60份,铜粉5~20份,锌粉30~55份,铝粉5~20份,钛酸钾晶须1~5份,防锈颜料20~50份,滑石粉15~25份。本发明的高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料通过各组分的相互协调作用,形成具有相互贯穿的互穿网络,并在网络中添加适宜的内含物,增强了涂层内外表面和整体的耐磨、高强、抗腐等性能,具有良好的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体地说涉及一种高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料。
背景技术
金属的腐蚀,是金属受环境介质的化学或电化学作用而被破坏的现象。金属的腐蚀遍及国民经济各个领域,给国民经济带来了巨大的损失。在工业发达的国家中,腐蚀造成的直接经济损失占国民经济总产值的1%~4%,每年腐蚀生锈的钢铁约占产量的20%,约有30%的设备因腐蚀而报废。在中国,由于金属腐蚀造成的经济损失每年高达300亿元以上,占国民生产总值的4%。
长期以来,人们一直采用多种技术对金属加以保护,防止腐蚀的发生。其中,金属设备防腐蚀最有效、最常用的方法之一是在金属表面涂敷防腐蚀涂层,以隔绝腐蚀介质与金属基体。防腐涂料和其它涂料一样,其配方组成主要包括基料(树脂)、颜填料和溶剂。基料树脂是成膜物质,是涂料中的主要成分,它的分子结构决定着涂料的主要性能;颜填料是用来辅助隔离腐蚀因素的,根据作用机理又可分为防锈颜料和片状填料;溶剂分为有机溶剂或水,用来溶解基料树脂,便于成膜。但现有的防腐涂料在硬度、耐湿热、快干、遮盖力等方面仍存在欠缺,难以符合高质量或恶劣环境下的防腐要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在现有技术的基础上,提供一种高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种上述高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料的制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施达到:
一种高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料,它由如下重量份的原料制成:过氧乙烯树脂45~60份,聚苯乙烯树脂35~50份,均三甲苯40~60份,铜粉5~20份,锌粉30~55份,铝粉5~20份,钛酸钾晶须1~5份,防锈颜料20~50份,滑石粉15~25份。
在一种技术方案中,本发明的由如下重量份的原料制成:过氧乙烯树脂50~60份,聚苯乙烯树脂40~50份,均三甲苯40~60份,铜粉5~20份,锌粉35~55份,铝粉5~20份,钛酸钾晶须1~5份,防锈颜料20~50份,滑石粉15~20份。
在另一种技术方案中,本发明的由如下重量份的原料制成:过氧乙烯树脂50~55份,聚苯乙烯树脂40~45份,均三甲苯40~50份,铜粉5~15份,锌粉35~45份,铝粉5~15份,钛酸钾晶须1~5份,防锈颜料20~40份,滑石粉15~20份。
在一种优选的技术方案中,本发明的由如下重量份的原料制成:过氧乙烯树脂50份,聚苯乙烯树脂40份,均三甲苯45份,铜粉10份,锌粉40份,铝粉10份,钛酸钾晶须2份,防锈颜料30份,滑石粉17份。
本发明中的防锈颜料可选自铁红颜料、铁黄颜料、磷酸锌中的一种或多种。
本发明中的钛酸钾晶须的直径为0.1~0.6μm,长度为3~ 20μm。
一种本发明的高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料的制备方法:将聚氯乙烯树、聚苯乙烯树脂和均三甲苯于20~60℃下混合均匀后加入铜粉、锌粉、铝粉、钛酸钾晶须、防锈颜料和滑石粉进行高速分散,最后进行研磨即得。
本发明的高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料通过各组分的相互协调作用,形成具有相互贯穿的互穿网络,并在网络中添加适宜的内含物,增强了涂层内外表面和整体的耐磨、高强、抗腐等性能,具有良好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的内容做进一步说明。但本发明的保护范围不限于下述各实施例。
实施例1
各原料的质量份组成为:过氧乙烯树脂50份,聚苯乙烯树脂40份,均三甲苯45份,铜粉10份,锌粉40份,铝粉10份,钛酸钾晶须2份,铁红10份,铁黄20份,滑石粉17份。
制备方法为:将聚氯乙烯树、聚苯乙烯树脂和均三甲苯于20~60℃下混合均匀后加入铜粉、锌粉、铝粉、钛酸钾晶须、防锈颜料和滑石粉进行高速分散,最后进行研磨即得。
实施例2
各原料的质量份组成为:过氧乙烯树脂55份,聚苯乙烯树脂37份,均三甲苯50份,铜粉15份,锌粉40份,铝粉8份,钛酸钾晶须2份,铁红10份,磷酸锌20份,滑石粉17份。制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
各原料的质量份组成为:过氧乙烯树脂47份,聚苯乙烯树脂41份,均三甲苯50份,铜粉15份,锌粉37份,铝粉12份,钛酸钾晶须2份,铁红15份,磷酸锌15份,滑石粉18份。制备方法同实施例1。
对比例1
除不采用聚苯乙烯树脂并将过氧乙烯树脂的用量改为90份外,其他同实施例1。
对比例2
除不采用过氧乙烯树脂并将聚苯乙烯树脂的用量改为90份外,其他同实施例1。
对比例3
除不采用钛酸钾晶须外,其他同实施例1。
实施例4
对以上各实施例和对比例进行性能测试,结果如下:
除外观外,对比例1-3的各项性能均明显低于实施例1,特别是对比例1和2的遮盖力在60 g/m2以下,实干时间大于20h,耐冲击性在50 kg/cm以下。对比例3的的遮盖力低于80 g/m2,铅笔硬度低于2H,耐冲击性在40 kg/cm以下。

1.一种高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料,其特征在于它由如下重量份的原料制成:过氧乙烯树脂45~60份,聚苯乙烯树脂35~50份,均三甲苯40~60份,铜粉5~20份,锌粉30~55份,铝粉5~20份,钛酸钾晶须1~5份,防锈颜料20~50份,滑石粉15~25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料,其特征在于它由如下重量份的原料制成:过氧乙烯树脂50~60份,聚苯乙烯树脂40~50份,均三甲苯40~60份,铜粉5~20份,锌粉35~55份,铝粉5~20份,钛酸钾晶须1~5份,防锈颜料20~50份,滑石粉15~20份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料,其特征在于它由如下重量份的原料制成:过氧乙烯树脂50~55份,聚苯乙烯树脂40~45份,均三甲苯40~50份,铜粉5~15份,锌粉35~45份,铝粉5~15份,钛酸钾晶须1~5份,防锈颜料20~40份,滑石粉15~20份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料,其特征在于它由如下重量份的原料制成:过氧乙烯树脂50份,聚苯乙烯树脂40份,均三甲苯45份,铜粉10份,锌粉40份,铝粉10份,钛酸钾晶须2份,防锈颜料30份,滑石粉17份。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料,其特征在于所述防锈颜料选自铁红颜料、铁黄颜料、磷酸锌中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料,其特征在于所述钛酸钾晶须的直径为0.1~0.6μm,长度为3~ 20μm。
7.一种权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的高压线铁塔涂装用金属防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于将聚氯乙烯树、聚苯乙烯树脂和均三甲苯于20~60℃下混合均匀后加入铜粉、锌粉、铝粉、钛酸钾晶须、防锈颜料和滑石粉进行高速分散,最后进行研磨即得。
