本发明公开了一种抗菌防霉通风管道及其制备方法,其管道由PVC管及管道内壁通过共挤挤出复合得到,其管道内壁的材料包括PVC树脂、活性填料、稳定剂、无机抗菌剂、有机抗菌剂、环保增塑剂及相容剂。本发明通过采用上述得到的抗菌防霉通风管道,具有抗菌广谱性强,特别是对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念球菌、绿脓杆菌、黑曲霉菌和黄曲霉菌等有害微生物具有强抑制作用,广泛适用于中央空调系统可有效除灭通风管道表面滋生的细菌,对净化空调环境,清新室内空气具有积极作用。

本发明属于通风管道技术领域,具体涉及一种运用于中央空调系统的抗菌防霉通风管道及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济水平的不断提高,人们对居住、办公、商业等环境的要求越来越高,各种商场、宾馆、饭店、办公室、会议室等公共场所都安装了大型中央空调,然而由于长期没有对通风管道进行清洗,许多公共场所通风空调系统管道中积尘了大量的粒子微生物、细菌、真菌、二氧化碳、可吸入颗粒物等,对人们的健康产生了重大的影响。据调查,有些地区90%以上的公共场所的中央空调系统风管从来没有清洗过,大部分通风管道中沉积了大量的粒子污染物,有的甚至达到了280g/m2 ,这些粒子污染物中含有大量的微生物、细菌、真菌、可吸入颗粒物等有害物质,通过送风管道送到室内,严重影响室内空气品质,对人们的健康带来极大的危害。鉴于以上结果,人们对中央空调通风管道系统引起的空气污染问题更加重视,希望中央空调通风系统能够防霉抗菌等多种功能,提高公共场所和家庭生活的空气品质。
发明内容
针对现有的通风管道的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题提供一种运用于中央空调系统的抗菌防霉通风管道及其制备方法,它可有效除灭通风管道表面滋生的细菌,因而对净化空调环境,清新室内空气具有积极作用。
所述的一种抗菌防霉通风管道,采用共挤挤出工艺得到的双层复合结构,其特征在于管道外壁为PVC管,管道内壁的材料包括如下质量百分含量的组成:PVC树脂 72%~82%、无机抗菌剂3%~5%、填料10%~15%、有机抗菌剂1%~2%、增塑剂2%~3%、相容剂2%~3%。
所述的一种抗菌防霉通风管道,其特征在于管道内壁厚度为1~3mm。
所述的一种抗菌防霉通风管道,其特征在于无机抗菌剂为稀土元素和有机配体形成的稀土类抗菌剂,具体为吡啶-2,6-二甲酸与铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕形成的配合物中一种或几种混合物,稀土元素和有机配体的的摩尔比为1:2~3。

所述的抗菌防霉通风管道的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)管道内壁母粒的制备:按配比,将PVC树脂、无机抗菌剂、填料、有机抗菌剂、增塑剂及相容剂通过高速混合机混合,在300-400 转/分钟的转速下混合5-10分钟,,进入挤出机熔融混炼,挤出造粒;
2)将步骤1)挤出的管道内壁母粒在干燥烘箱中干燥后,与管道外壁的材料通过共挤出模头挤出,得到抗菌防霉通风管道。
所述的抗菌防霉通风管道的制备方法,其特征在于管道内壁厚度为1~3mm。

本发明通过采用限定的无机抗菌剂和有机抗菌剂代替传统无机银系抗菌剂,避免了银离子的使用对环境影响的问题,本发明采用的稀土类抗菌剂与无机粉体有协同促进作用,而由于有机抗菌剂具有杀菌抑菌快速,但具有普遍耐热性差,高温容易失活的缺点,本发明为了解决该问题,通过加入碱式次氯酸镁、电气石类填料,释放活性氧,明显抑菌杀菌,同时加入柠檬酸类增塑剂与PVC树脂相容性好,柠檬酸酯类本身同时也具有杀菌抑菌效果,本发明通过限定组份的合理配伍,通过对有机、无机多种类型抗菌剂互配,调整其合适比例,使其达到协同效果,其抗菌广谱、时效长,能够满足通风管道的要求;且该管道内壁的抗菌防霉配方可采用本行业通用的方法进行制备,按照配比称取各原料,混合均匀后,熔融造粒,然后通过共挤出作为通风管道内壁;本发明通过挤出造粒的PVC内管母粒,也可以用于其它有抗菌要求的PVC硬质材料的外壳,如吸尘器、电风扇、下水排污管等,同样具有很好的抗菌防霉效果。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此:
下述的PVC树脂均采用韩国LG化学公司,牌号为LP010F的PVC树脂。
实施例1
按照质量组成 72%的PVC,5%的吡啶-2,6-二甲酸的铈(Ⅲ)配合物,15%的碱式次氯酸镁,2%的三溴沙仑,3%的柠檬酸三丁酯,3%的Engage8003,通过高速混合机混合,300-400转/分钟,混合5-10分钟,,进入挤出机熔融混炼,挤出造粒,将挤出的物料在干燥烘箱中干燥9小时,通过共挤出模头,其口模尺寸外管径75毫米,壁厚1.8毫米,其中内壁抗菌层厚度1毫米,挤出管材进行抗菌测试,抗菌标准为QB/T2591-2003A《抗菌塑料抗菌性能试验方法和抗菌效果》。检测用菌:大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,其抗菌率达到99.5%。
实施例2
按照质量组成82%的PVC,3%的吡啶-2,6-二甲酸的钕(Ⅲ)配合物,10%的电气石,1%的乙环唑,2%的乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯,2%的Engage8200,通过高速混合机混合,300-400 转/分钟,混合5-10分钟,,进入挤出机熔融混炼,挤出造粒,将挤出的物料在干燥烘箱中干燥9小时,通过共挤出模头,其口模尺寸外管径110毫米,壁厚2.1毫米,其中内壁抗菌层厚度1.5毫米,挤出管材进行抗菌测试,抗菌标准为QB/T2591-2003A《抗菌塑料抗菌性能试验方法和抗菌效果》。检测用菌:枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念球菌,其抗菌率达到99.5%。
Claims (9)
1.一种抗菌防霉通风管道,采用共挤挤出工艺得到的双层复合结构,其特征在于管道外壁为PVC管,管道内壁的材料包括如下质量百分含量的组成:PVC树脂 72%~82%、无机抗菌剂3%~5%、填料10%~15%、有机抗菌剂1%~2%、增塑剂2%~3%、相容剂2%~3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防霉通风管道,其特征在于管道内壁厚度为1~3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防霉通风管道,其特征在于无机抗菌剂为稀土元素和有机配体形成的稀土类抗菌剂,具体为吡啶-2,6-二甲酸与铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕形成的配合物中一种或几种混合物,稀土元素和有机配体的的摩尔比为1:2~3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防霉通风管道,其特征在于填料为碱式次氯酸镁、电气石中的一种或两种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防霉通风管道,其特征在于有机抗菌剂为乙环唑、三溴沙仑中的一种或两种混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防霉通风管道,其特征在于增塑剂为柠檬酸酯三丁酯、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸三乙酯中的一种或几种混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防霉通风管道,其特征在于相容剂为Engage8200,Engage8003,Engage8480中的一种或几种混合物。
8.一种根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防霉通风管道的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)管道内壁母粒的制备:按配比,将PVC树脂、无机抗菌剂、填料、有机抗菌剂、增塑剂及相容剂通过高速混合机混合,在300-400 转/分钟的转速下混合5-10分钟,,进入挤出机熔融混炼,挤出造粒;
2)将步骤1)挤出的管道内壁母粒在干燥烘箱中干燥后,与管道外壁的材料通过共挤出模头挤出,得到抗菌防霉通风管道。
9.根据权利要求8所述的抗菌防霉通风管道的制备方法,其特征在于管道内壁厚度为1~3mm。
