本发明公开一种适应性较好的混合动力汽车动力总成,发动机的曲轴与耦合离合器、驱动电机的电机轴从左至右依次连接,第一主动齿轮位于耦合离合器和发动机之间且空套在曲轴上,第一单向离合器设置在第一主动齿轮内,其外和内环分别与第一主动齿轮和曲轴固联,第二主动齿轮位于耦合离合器和驱动电机之间且空套在电机轴上,第二单向离合器设置在第二主动齿轮内,其外和内环分别与第二主动齿轮和驱动电机的电机轴固联,第一、第二被动齿轮和常啮合齿轮从左至右依次固定于中间轴上并分别与第一、第二主动齿轮和主减速齿轮啮合,主减速齿轮固联在差速器壳体上,差速器的左和右半轴齿轮分别与左和右传动轴固联。

技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力汽车,具体涉及一种混合动力汽车动力总成。
背景技术
随着能源问题进一步加剧和清洁环境的追求,混合动力汽车成为一大趋势。混合动力汽车不仅具有传统发动机能够快速加油和较大的行驶里程优点,还具有纯电动汽车对环境更为清洁的特点。
目前,常见的混合动力汽车动力总成能够实现单发动机、单电机、混动等多模式功能,其发动机与驱动电机通过离合器直接连接,它们的动力分别由其电机轴或其曲轴直接传递给减速齿轮,再通过差速器传递给传动轴。这种常见的混合动力汽车动力总成,发动机和驱动电机均仅仅通过第二主动齿轮、第二被动齿轮这一对齿轮进行动力传递,使得发动机和驱动电机不具有适应各自的最佳传动比,因而适应性较差,传动效率低下。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种适应性较好、工作效率较高的混合动力汽车动力总成。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的混合动力汽车动力总成,其包括包含曲轴的发动机、耦合离合器、包含电机轴的驱动电机、第一主动齿轮、第一被动齿轮、中间轴、常啮合齿轮、主减速齿轮、包含差速器壳体、左半轴齿轮、右半轴齿轮的差速器,以及左传动轴和右传动轴,其特征在于:还包括第二主动齿轮、第二被动齿轮、第一单向离合器、第二单向离合器,所述发动机的曲轴与耦合离合器、驱动电机的电机轴从左至右依次连接,所述第一主动齿轮位于耦合离合器和发动机之间且空套在曲轴上,所述第一单向离合器设置在第一主动齿轮内,其外环和内环分别与第一主动齿轮和曲轴固联,所述第二主动齿轮位于耦合离合器和驱动电机之间且空套在电机轴上,所述第二单向离合器设置在第二主动齿轮内,其外环和内环分别与第二主动齿轮和驱动电机的电机轴固联,所述第一被动齿轮、第二被动齿轮和常啮合齿轮从左至右依次固定安装于中间轴上并分别与第一主动齿轮、第二主动齿轮和主减速齿轮啮合,所述主减速齿轮固联在差速器的差速器壳体上,所述差速器的左半轴齿轮和右半轴齿轮分别与左传动轴和右传动轴固联,所述第一主动齿轮和第一被动齿轮之间的传动比比第二主动齿轮和第二被动齿轮之间的传动比大。采取上述结构后,本发明在单发动机模式时,能够通过第一主动齿轮和第一被动齿轮进行动力传递,在单电机模式时,能够通过第二主动齿轮和第二被动齿轮进行动力传递,由于发动机和驱动电机具有各自不同的传动比进行动力传递,于是,发动机和驱动电机可以设置各自的最佳传动比。因而,本发明适应性较好,传动效率较高。
优选地,所述耦合离合器为干式离合器。这使得耦合离合器的结构比较简单、控制难度较低、成本较低,进而使得本发明的结构也比较简单、控制难度较低和成本也较低。

下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施方式做详细说明。
参见图1,本发明的混合动力汽车动力总成,其包括包含曲轴2的发动机1、耦合离合器3、包含电机轴5的驱动电机4、第一主动齿轮6、第一被动齿轮7、中间轴10、常啮合齿轮11、主减速齿轮12、包含差速器壳体131、左半轴齿轮132、右半轴齿轮133的差速器13,以及左传动轴14和右传动轴15。由图1可见,本发明还包括第二主动齿轮8、第二被动齿轮9、第一单向离合器16、第二单向离合器17,所述发动机1的曲轴2与耦合离合器3、驱动电机4的电机轴5从左至右依次连接,所述第一主动齿轮6位于耦合离合器3和发动机1之间且空套在曲轴2上,所述第一单向离合器16设置在第一主动齿轮6内,其外环和内环分别与第一主动齿轮6和曲轴2固联,所述第二主动齿轮8位于耦合离合器3和驱动电机4之间且空套在电机轴5上,所述第二单向离合器17设置在第二主动齿轮8内,其外环和内环分别与第二主动齿轮8和驱动电机4的电机轴5固联,所述第一被动齿轮7、第二被动齿轮9和常啮合齿轮11从左至右依次固定安装于中间轴10上并分别与第一主动齿轮6、第二主动齿轮8和主减速齿轮12啮合,所述主减速齿轮12固联在差速器13的差速器壳体131上,所述差速器13的左半轴齿轮132和右半轴齿轮133分别与左传动轴14和右传动轴15固联,所述第一主动齿轮6和第一被动齿轮7之间的传动比比第二主动齿轮8和第二被动齿轮9之间的传动比大。

本发明的工作原理如下:
单发动机模式;发动机1工作,耦合离合器3断开,驱动电机4不工作,本发明处于一档状态,在第一单向离合器16处于结合状态的情况下,发动机1通过其曲轴2将动力依次传递给第一单向离合器16、第一主动齿轮6、第一被动齿轮7、中间轴10、常啮合齿轮11、主减速齿轮12和差速器13的差速器壳体131,再通过差速器13的左半轴齿轮132和右半轴齿轮133将动力分别传递给左传动轴14和右传动轴15,实现一档动力传递。发动机1工作,耦合离合器3结合,驱动电机4不工作,由于第一主动齿轮6和第一被动齿轮7之间的传动比要比第二主动齿轮8和第二被动齿轮之间的传动比大,于是,第一单向离合器16的外环的转速高于内环的转速,从而第一单向离合器16断开,而第二单向离合器17结合,本发明处于二档状态,发动机1通过其曲轴2、耦合离合器3将动力传递给电机轴5,在第二单向离合器17结合的情况下,动力由电机轴5依次传递给第二单向离合器17、第二主动齿轮8、第二被动齿轮9、中间轴10、常啮合齿轮11、主减速齿轮12和差速器13的差速器壳体131,再通过差速器13的左半轴齿轮132和右半轴齿轮133将动力分别传递给左传动轴14和右传动轴15,实现二档动力传递。
纯电模式;发动机1不工作,耦合离合器3断开,驱动电机4工作,在第二单向离合器17结合的情况下,驱动电机4的动力由其电机轴5依次传递给第二单向离合器17、第二主动齿轮8、第二被动齿轮9、中间轴10、常啮合齿轮11、主减速齿轮12和差速器13的差速器壳体131,再通过差速器13的左半轴齿轮132和右半轴齿轮133将动力分别传递给左传动轴14和右传动轴15。
混动模式;发动机1工作,耦合离合器3断开,驱动电机4工作,本发明处于第一种混动工作模式,在第一单向离合器16处于结合状态的情况下,发动机1通过其曲轴2将动力依次传递给第一单向离合器16、第一主动齿轮6和第一被动齿轮7,在第二单向离合器17结合的情况下,驱动电机4的动力由其电机轴5依次传递给第二单向离合器17、第二主动齿轮8和第二被动齿轮9,第一被动齿轮7和第二被动齿轮9的动力均传递给中间轴10并耦合,再通过中间轴10将动力依次传递给常啮合齿轮11、主减速齿轮12和差速器13的差速器壳体131,进而通过差速器13的左半轴齿轮132和右半轴齿轮133将动力分别传递给左传动轴14和右传动轴15。发动机1工作,耦合离合器3结合,驱动电机4工作,由于第一主动齿轮6和第一被动齿轮7之间的传动比要比第二主动齿轮8和第二被动齿轮之间的传动比大,于是,第一单向离合器16的外环的转速高于内环的转速,进而第一单向离合器16断开,而第二单向离合器17结合,本发明处于第二种混动工作模式,发动机1通过其曲轴2将动力传递给耦合离合器3、电机轴5并与驱动电机4的动力进行耦合,发动机1和驱动电机4耦合的动力通过电机轴5依次传递给第二单向离合器17、第二主动齿轮8、第二被动齿轮9、中间轴10、常啮合齿轮11、主减速齿轮12、差速器13的差速器壳体131,再通过差速器13的左半轴齿轮132和右半轴齿轮133将动力分别传递给左传动轴14和右传动轴15。
