Abstract

技术领域
本公开涉及一种包括手柄组件和相对于手柄组件可安装的一次性装载单元的手术紧固件设备。更具体地,本公开涉及具有确认和便于多个装载单元相对于手柄组件的适当的顺序安装的激活机构的紧固件设备。
背景技术
用于将紧固件或吻合钉施加到组织的手术紧固件设备是众所周知的。这些紧固件设备包括预装有一个或更多吻合钉并且在单次使用后可丢弃的单次使用装置。多次使用装置也是可用的,并且预装有多个吻合钉。多次使用装置在吻合钉的供应已经耗尽或手术已经完成之后是可丢弃的。如果在手术完成之前吻合钉的供应耗尽,则可能需要新的装置来完成手术。对于单个手术操作使用额外装置可能是昂贵的。

发明内容

在第一方案中,所述开关柱塞至少部分地支撑在限定于所述细长构件中的对应地定尺寸的内凹槽内。所述开关柱塞定尺寸为在所述开关致动器在第一纵向位置和第二纵向位置之间纵向移动期间穿过所述内凹槽。所述细长构件的内凹槽可以定尺寸为在所述开关致动器在第一纵向位置和第二纵向位置之间纵向移动期间,使所述开关柱塞的横向移动最小化。

在实施例中,控制器与所述电开关电通信。所述电开关向所述控制器发送至少一个电信号以指示所述装载单元相对于所述细长构件紧固。所述开关致动器可以通常朝向所述第二纵向位置偏置。弹簧可以与所述开关致动器接合以通常朝向所述第二纵向位置偏置所述开关致动器。所述开关可以包括外弹性保护膜。

具体实施方式
将参照附图详细说明本公开的手术设备以及用于所述手术设备的接合器和手柄组件的实施例,在几幅视图的每幅中,相同附图标记指代相同或对应的元件。如本文所用,术语“远侧”指的是手术设备或其部件的较远离用户的部分,而术语“近侧”指的是手术设备或其部件的较靠近用户的部分。

继续参考图1,装载单元300可以是适于在组织上执行手术操作的单次使用装载单元(SULU)。还可以想到,装载单元300可以是适于例如用于一个或更多紧固件或吻合钉的顺序发射的多次使用装载单元(MULU)。在一个实施例中,装载单元300可以是适于在例如直线吻合操作或吻合术的连接中发射直线阵列的紧固件的SULU。根据本实施例,装载单元300包括细长主体302和安装在细长主体302的端部处的末端执行器或工具组件304。细长主体302能够相对于接合器组件200的外管206的远侧端210可释放地安装。末端执行器304包括砧座306和紧固件钉仓308。紧固件钉仓308容纳至少一排,例如优选为各自都布置成直线阵列的多排紧固件或吻合钉(未示出)。砧座306和紧固件钉仓308适于在打开位置(图1)和接近位置之间的相对运动。紧固件被从紧固件钉仓308驱动通过定位在部件周围或定位在部件之间的组织,并且由砧座306压曲。如图2中最佳地示出的,结合图1,细长主体302还包括与接合器组件200机械联接的安装翼片312和一对直径相对的安装凸耳310。此外,至少一个,例如两个电接触器314安装至细长主体302。接触器314可以与存储与装载单元300相关的参数的存储芯片相关联或者相通信,其中所述参数为例如序列号、类型、尺寸、吻合钉或紧固件尺寸、长度、最大冲程数量、装载单元的早先使用等。可以通过参考Zergiebel等人的、2015年9月24日提交的序列号为14/863,558的共同转让的美国专利申请来确定装载单元300的进一步的细节,上述申请的全部内容通过引用合并于此。
现在参照图2至图6,现在将讨论接合器组件200的激活机构。激活机构212向临床医生提供装载单元300已经被适当地安装至接合器组件200的正反馈,并且与在装载单元300内相关联的存储器或逻辑结合,向临床医生提供关于装载单元300的细节(包括类型、使用等)。激活机构212还允许多个装载单元300的重复安装而不经历其在接合器组件200内的机械和/或电部件的任何性能变差,从而增强接合器组件200的可用性并确保接合器组件200在经过扩大的使用次数后的适当工作。
激活机构212包括安装在细长构件204的外管206(在图2中示出为部分地移除)内的开关致动器214。在一个实施例中,开关致动器214相对于细长构件204的内壳体216安装,并且适于在第一和第二纵向位置之间相对于内壳体216纵向移动。图2示出了开关致动器214的第一或初始位置。开关致动器214包括激活连杆218和联接至激活连杆218的开关柱塞220。激活连杆218包括:近侧安装部222,其具有纵向狭槽224;以及远侧臂部226,其从近侧安装部222伸出。远侧臂部226具有从其伸出的大致细长的臂末端230。远侧臂部226还限定邻近臂末端230与远侧臂部226的相交处的止动表面232(图5)。安装突片234从激活连杆218的中间部径向向外突出。安装突片234限定大致矩形横截面并且具有稍微弯曲或弓形的轮廓。
继续参考图2至图6,开关柱塞220包括柱塞框架236,柱塞框架236限定贯通其的大致矩形开口238(图3和图5)以用于接收激活连杆218的安装突片234。特别地,开关柱塞220的矩形开口238和安装突片234的矩形横截面对应地确定尺寸,从而安装突片234可以插在矩形开口238内以联接两个部件。选择安装突片234和开口238之间的公差,使得安装突片234可以能够在当安装在细长构件204内时沿横向于纵向轴线“k”的方向有限的滑动运动,例如,在一个实施例中,安装突片234不直接紧固至开关柱塞220的柱塞框架236。开关柱塞220包括柱塞延伸部或突片240。开关柱塞220的柱塞框架236至少部分地接收在内壳体216的凹槽242(图2和图6)内,并且适于在开关致动器214在第一和第二纵向位置之间纵向移动期间穿过凹槽242。凹槽242对应地定尺寸以限制开关柱塞220的横向移动。具体地,凹槽242(图6)的宽度“m”基本对应于例如略大于柱塞框架236的宽度“b”。(图3)以该尺寸,柱塞框架236在有效地穿过凹槽242的同时以基本上直线方式移动而没有横向移动。

接合器组件200还包括延伸穿过外管206并超出帽部252的驱动构件274。驱动构件274在手柄组件100和接合器组件200联接时可机械地联接以驱动手柄组件100的部件。连接器276包括在驱动构件274中,并且配置为并定尺寸为用于与装载单元300的相关联的驱动机构选择性的接合,以控制装载单元300的操作。
现在将讨论激活机构212的操作。手柄组件100和接合器组件200通过将接合器组件200的接合器安装件202插入手柄组件100(图1)的手柄安装件110内而联接。此后,装载单元300与接合器组件200的细长构件204的帽部252对准,使得装载单元300的安装凸耳310与可旋转锁定构件250的第二环部256的安装凹槽262、264对准,如图2所示出的。装载单元300被引入帽部252内,由此安装凸耳310接收在可旋转锁定构件250的安装凹槽262、264内,并且接合器组件200的驱动构件274定位在装载单元300内,如图6和图8所示的。装载单元300的安装翼片312也容纳在由连接臂258限定的下层凹槽内。在这个位置,可旋转锁定构件250的致动器止动件268以防止开关致动器214沿远侧方向朝向第二纵向位置移动的方式接合激活连杆218的止动表面232。在一个实施例中,开关致动器214可以处于第二纵向位置使得在装载单元300插入可旋转锁定构件250期间,致动器止动件268可接合激活连杆218的止动表面232,以将开关致动器214移动至第一纵向位置。
在操作的这一点上,可旋转锁定构件250相对于装载单元300的安装凸耳310处于解锁状态。装载单元300的电接触器314与可旋转锁定构件250的第一环部254的电接触器260接合(图6)。
参照图9和图10,装载单元300围绕纵向轴线“k”向锁定状态旋转(沿方向箭头“p”的角方向),这引起可旋转锁定构件250由于装载单元300的安装凸耳310与可旋转锁定构件250的安装凹槽262、264的接合(例如,与限定凹槽262的腿266和/或与第二环部256的限定凹槽264的表面接合)而对应地旋转。在向锁定状态旋转时,致动器止动件268偏离或移出与激活连杆218的纵向对准从而允许包括开关柱塞220的开关致动器214在弹簧244的影响下沿远侧纵向方向(方向箭头“w”)向图9的第二纵向位置推进。在该移动期间,开关柱塞220的柱塞框架236以直线方式穿过内壳体216的凹槽242,使得柱塞延伸部240保持与开关270的纵向对准。由于凹槽242和柱塞框架236的协作尺寸,开关270不受到可能影响开关密封或外膜272和/或开关部件的完整性的任何离轴力。另外,在旋转期间,由于激活连杆218的安装突片234在柱塞框架236的开口238内的自由联接,开关致动器214的激活连杆218可被允许略微横向地或向外地移动,即,安装突片234可以滑动以适应在可旋转锁定构件250的旋转期间激活连杆218可能经受的任何径向向外的力或扭矩力。这使得开关柱塞220的在开关柱塞220的穿过移动之前和/或期间的任何离轴或角运动最小化,以保持操作部件的完整性并确保柱塞延伸部240与开关270的直接接触。在第二纵向位置,开关致动器214的柱塞延伸部240接合并激活开关270,由此开关270将装载单元300与接合器组件200接合的信号“s1”(在图9中示意性地示出)发送到控制器500。装载单元300和可旋转锁定构件250的电接触器314、260发送至少一个信号“s2”(也在图1中示意性地示出),以将与装载单元300相关联的数据传送到控制器500,用于供临床医生检查。

Claims (16)
1.一种手术设备,其包括:
手柄;
细长构件,其联接至所述手柄并限定纵向轴线,并且具有近侧端和远侧端;
开关致动器,其安装至所述细长构件,所述开关致动器适于相对于所述细长构件在第一和第二纵向位置之间纵向移动,所述开关致动器包括激活连杆和联接至所述激活连杆的开关柱塞;
电开关,其安装至所述细长构件并与所述开关柱塞纵向对准;
可旋转锁定构件,其安装至所述细长构件并适于在解锁状态和锁定状态之间围绕所述纵向轴线进行旋转运动,所述可旋转锁定构件包括致动器止动件,所述致动器止动件定尺寸为当所述可旋转锁定构件处于解锁状态时可操作地接合所述开关致动器以防止开关致动器从第一纵向位置向第二纵向位置的移动,并且当所述可旋转锁定构件旋转至锁定状态时允许所述开关致动器移动至第二纵向位置从而使得所述开关柱塞接触并激活所述电开关;以及
装载单元,其能够可释放地联接至所述可旋转锁定构件并且具有定尺寸为执行手术操作的末端执行器,当所述可旋转锁定构件处于锁定状态时,所述装载单元相对于所述细长构件紧固。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手术设备,其中,所述开关柱塞至少部分地支撑在限定于所述细长构件中的对应地定尺寸的内凹槽内,所述开关柱塞定尺寸为在所述开关致动器在第一纵向位置和第二纵向位置之间纵向移动期间穿过所述内凹槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的手术设备,其中,所述细长构件的内凹槽定尺寸为在所述开关致动器在第一纵向位置和第二纵向位置之间纵向移动期间,使所述开关柱塞的横向移动最小化。
4.根据权利要求1所述的手术设备,其中,所述激活连杆包括安装突片,所述安装突片接收在所述开关柱塞的对应地定尺寸的开口内以将所述激活连杆和所述开关柱塞机械地联接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的手术设备,其中,所述安装突片定尺寸为在所述装载单元相对于所述可旋转锁定构件安装和移除期间,允许所述激活连杆在受到横向力时相对于所述开关柱塞横向移动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的手术设备,其中所述致动器止动件包括安装至所述可旋转锁定构件的外表面的杆。
7.根据权利要求1所述的手术设备,其中所述开关柱塞包括柱塞延伸部,所述柱塞延伸部能够在所述开关致动器移动到第二纵向位置时与所述电开关接合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的手术设备,包括与所述电开关电通信的控制器,所述电开关向所述控制器发送至少一个电信号以指示所述装载单元相对于所述细长构件紧固。
9.根据权利要求1所述的手术设备,其中所述开关致动器通常朝向所述第二纵向位置偏置。
10.根据权利要求9所述的手术设备,包括弹簧,所述弹簧能够与所述开关致动器接合以通常朝向所述第二纵向位置偏置所述开关致动器。
11.根据权利要求1所述的手术设备,其中所述电开关包括外弹性保护膜。
12.一种手术设备,包括:
手柄组件;
接合器组件,其能够联接至所述手柄组件,所述接合器组件包括:
细长构件,其限定纵向轴线,并且具有近侧端和远侧端,并且限定内凹槽;
开关致动器,其包括具有安装突片的激活连杆和具有对应地定尺寸的开口的开关柱塞,所述开口用于接收所述安装突片以将所述激活连杆和所述开关柱塞机械地联接,所述开关柱塞至少部分地布置在所述细长构件的内凹槽内,所述开关致动器适于相对于所述细长构件在所述开关致动器的第一和第二纵向位置之间纵向移动,由此所述开关柱塞穿过所述细长构件的内凹槽;
电开关,其安装至所述细长构件并与所述开关柱塞纵向对准;以及
可旋转锁定构件,其安装至所述细长构件并适于在解锁状态和锁定状态之间围绕所述纵向轴线进行旋转运动,所述可旋转锁定构件包括致动器止动件,所述致动器止动件定尺寸为当所述可旋转锁定构件处于解锁状态时可操作地接合所述开关致动器以防止所述开关致动器从第一纵向位置向第二纵向位置移动,并且当所述可旋转锁定构件旋转至锁定状态时允许所述开关致动器移动至第二纵向位置从而使得所述开关柱塞接触并激活所述电开关;
装载单元,其可释放地联接至所述可旋转锁定构件并且具有定尺寸为执行手术操作的末端执行器;以及
控制器,其包括逻辑,所述控制器配置为:当所述可旋转锁定构件处于与所述装载单元相对于所述可旋转锁定构件和所述接合器组件的紧固状态对应的锁定状态时,从所述电开关接收信号。
13.根据权利要求12所述的手术设备,其中,所述安装突片定尺寸为在所述装载单元相对于所述可旋转锁定构件安装和移除期间,允许所述激活连杆在受到横向力时相对于所述开关柱塞横向移动。
14.根据权利要求13所述的手术设备,其中所述致动器止动件包括安装至所述可旋转锁定构件的外表面的杆。
15.根据权利要求12所述的手术设备,其中,所述细长构件的内凹槽定尺寸为在所述开关致动器在第一和第二纵向位置之间纵向移动期间,使所述开关柱塞的横向移动最小化。
16.根据权利要求12所述的手术设备,其中所述开关柱塞包括柱塞延伸部,所述柱塞延伸部能够在所述开关致动器移动到所述第二纵向位置时与所述电开关接合。
