本发明公开了一种口罩，包括有口罩本体，口罩本体上开设有矩形孔，还包括有一个密封条；所述密封条包括有密封条主体，密封条主体内钳设有金属的夹鼻条，所述密封条主体顶面凸有凸楞，凸楞穿过矩形孔，还包括有背条，背条在口罩本体外侧并与穿过来的凸楞固接；密封条内有夹鼻条，而且密封条在长时间佩戴后不会掉落，提高口罩品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种口罩及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前，罩为了能够让口罩与鼻子之间贴合的更好，使用了夹鼻条，即一个金属条，使用时按压夹鼻条使得口罩形成与鼻子之间有一个好的贴合曲线。而为了更好的保持口罩密闭性，很多口罩又在口罩内侧的夹鼻条后面贴了一个海绵贴条，如图1，海绵贴条背面为胶贴设在口罩内侧与夹鼻条位置对应。这种构造只适合短期和干燥环境使用，在高级口罩的长期使用时，夹鼻条和海绵条（x2）都会容易掉。尤其是海绵条（x2），潮湿的口罩会导致背胶与无纺布之间的粘合力下降，从而调下来，非常影响品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服以上所述的缺点，提供一种口罩。
为实现上述目的，本发明的具体方案如下：一种口罩，包括有口罩本体，口罩本体上开设有矩形孔，还包括有一个密封条；
所述密封条包括有密封条主体，密封条主体内钳设有金属的夹鼻条，所述密封条主体顶面凸有凸楞，凸楞穿过矩形孔，还包括有背条，背条在口罩本体外侧并与穿过来的凸楞固接。
其中，所述密封条和背条均为橡胶材质。
其中，其步骤如下：
a、将无纺布上打一个矩形孔；
b、将密封条的凸楞穿过矩形孔；
c、将背条与凸楞通过超声波融合在一起。
本发明的有益效果：密封条内有夹鼻条，而且密封条在长时间佩戴后不会掉落，提高口罩品质。

如图1至图2所示，本实施例所述的一种口罩，包括有口罩本体x1，口罩本体x1上开设有矩形孔，还包括有一个密封条x4；
所述密封条包括有密封条主体，密封条主体内钳设有金属的夹鼻条，所述密封条主体顶面凸有凸楞x5，凸楞穿过矩形孔，还包括有背条x6，背条在口罩本体外侧并与穿过来的凸楞固接。
其中，所述密封条和背条均为橡胶材质。
其中，其步骤如下：
a、将无纺布上打一个矩形孔；
b、将密封条的凸楞穿过矩形孔；
c、将背条与凸楞通过超声波融合在一起。
本发明的有益效果：密封条内有夹鼻条，而且密封条在长时间佩戴后不会掉落，提高口罩品质。

1.一种口罩的制作方法，其特征在于：包括一种口罩，所述口罩包括有口罩本体，所述口罩本体上开设有矩形孔，还包括有一个密封条；所述密封条包括有密封条主体，所述密封条主体内钳设有金属的夹鼻条，所述密封条主体顶面凸有凸楞，所述凸楞穿过矩形孔；还包括有背条，所述背条在口罩本体外侧并与穿过来的凸楞固接；所述密封条和背条均为橡胶材质；制作所述口罩的步骤如下：a、将无纺布上打一个矩形孔；b、将密封条的凸楞穿过矩形孔；c、将背条与凸楞通过超声波融合在一起。
