Abstract
本发明公开了一种房车用48V专用电池,包含一壳体,壳体的底部设有一减振垫,壳体的顶部设有一盖体,盖体上设有一对极柱,在壳体内部各有多片极板与极柱相连接,极板间通过多个铅钙栅架相连接,铅钙栅架与壳体的内壁间填充有高密度活性层,铅钙栅架间通过一连接器相连接,铅钙栅架与盖体间设有一隔板,盖体上还设有一排气孔和一密度计。本发明的房车用48V专用电池具有紧凑有序的内部结构,电池在房车行驶过程中可以保持内部构件的稳固,有利于电池的充放电进行,具有较高的稳定性。同时该电池的安全性较高,不会发生过热、过充、起鼓等现象,具有较高的安全系数,保证房车的使用安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池,更确切地说,是一种房车用48V专用电池。
背景技术
蓄电池是将化学能直接转化成电能的一种装置,是按可再充电设计的电池,通过可逆的化学反应实现再充电,通常是指铅酸蓄电池,它是电池中的一种,属于二次电池。它的工作原理:充电时利用外部的电能使内部活性物质再生,把电能储存为化学能,需要放电时再次把化学能转换为电能输出,比如生活中常用的手机电池等。目前房车用48V专用电池使用寿命较短,有待提高。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种使用寿命较长的房车用48V专用电池。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种房车用48V专用电池,包含一壳体,壳体的底部设有一减振垫,壳体的顶部设有一盖体,盖体上设有一对极柱,在壳体内部各有多片极板与极柱相连接,极板间通过多个铅钙栅架相连接,铅钙栅架与壳体的内壁间填充有高密度活性层,铅钙栅架间通过一连接器相连接,铅钙栅架与盖体间设有一隔板,盖体上还设有一排气孔和一密度计。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的壳体由聚丙烯制成。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的极板上各开有多个小窗。
本发明的房车用48V专用电池具有紧凑有序的内部结构,电池在房车行驶过程中可以保持内部构件的稳固,有利于电池的充放电进行,具有较高的稳定性。同时该电池的安全性较高,不会发生过热、过充、起鼓等现象,具有较高的安全系数,保证房车的使用安全。

如图1所示,一种房车用48V专用电池,包含一壳体10,壳体10的底部设有一减振垫11,壳体10的顶部设有一盖体9,盖体9上设有一对极柱8,在壳体10内部各有多片极板7与极柱8相连接,极板7间通过多个铅钙栅架6相连接,铅钙栅架6与壳体10的内壁间填充有高密度活性层5,铅钙栅架6间通过一连接器4相连接,铅钙栅架6与盖体9间设有一隔板3,盖体9上还设有一排气孔2和一密度计1。
作为对本发明更进一步的改进,所述的壳体10由聚丙烯制成。
作为对本发明更进一步的改进,所述的极板7上各开有多个小窗。
该发明的房车用48V专用电池具有紧凑有序的内部结构,电池在房车行驶过程中可以保持内部构件的稳固,有利于电池的充放电进行,具有较高的稳定性。同时该电池的安全性较高,不会发生过热、过充、起鼓等现象,具有较高的安全系数,保证房车的使用安全。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路,在系统允许的情况下,本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块,从而最大限度扩展其功能。

1.一种房车用48V专用电池,其特征在于,包含一壳体(10),壳体(10)的底部设有一减振垫(11),壳体(10)的顶部设有一盖体(9),盖体(9)上设有一对极柱(8),在壳体(10)内部各有多片极板(7)与极柱(8)相连接,极板(7)间通过多个铅钙栅架(6)相连接,铅钙栅架(6)与壳体(10)的内壁间填充有高密度活性层(5),铅钙栅架(6)间通过一连接器(4)相连接,铅钙栅架(6)与盖体(9)间设有一隔板(3),盖体(9)上还设有一排气孔(2)和一密度计(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的房车用48V专用电池,其特征在于,所述的壳体(10)由聚丙烯制成。
