Abstract
本发明公开了一种OLED平面灯源模块。更具体的是,本发明包含一OLED灯片与一插槽模块,此OLED平面灯源模块采用OLED灯片与插槽模块可分离的设计,并设置了具有电性连接功能的弹性金属单元。藉此,能在生产组装及日后维修时,可快速地更换OLED灯片,并有效地降低成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及OLED照明领域。具体而言,本发明涉及一种OLED平面灯源模块。
背景技术
有机电激发光二极管(OLED)是由有机材料层夹设于两个电极之间而构成,可在适当的电压下发光。由于OLED具有高效率、外形轻薄、低功耗、广视角、高对比度、制造方法简单以及反应时间快速等特性,可应用于平板显示器与照明产业上。
相对于无机LED是点光源,照明光线集中且具有蓝光危害的问题。由于OLED是平面光源,光线柔和不易有眩光,很适合室内照明场所应用。同时,加上OLED可弯曲性和无发热问题,容易与建筑材料直接结合,可应用于更多的照明需求中。
目前,OLED在照明产业上尚处于起步阶段,市场上实际商业化的产品并不多,在可见的OLED照明产品或技术前案中,OLED灯片是与电源驱动模块固定在一起,如中国台湾专利第I539110号所公开;或是OLED灯片与电路板焊接固定在一起,如中国台湾专利第I524570号所公开。在此类OLED灯片模块产品中,由于OLED灯片固定在灯片模块内部,因而在组装及后续更换上相当不方便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种OLED平面灯源模块,采用OLED灯片与插槽模块可分离的设计,并搭配弹性的电性连接机构,以加快OLED灯片组装的速度及降低更换成本。
本发明提供了一种OLED平面灯源模块,该OLED平面灯源模块包括至少一OLED平面灯片及一插槽模块,该OLED平面灯片包含一OLED基板与OLED盖板,该OLED基板具有一OLED电极面,该OLED电极面具有至少一个外露的正极与一个外露的负极;该插槽模块外框的侧向具有至少一插槽开口,每一插槽开口内部包含至少两个可提供外部电源的弹性金属单元,该插槽模块的最大侧面具有至少一透光区;该OLED平面灯片能够插入该插槽开口,以使得该OLED平面灯片外露的正极及负极分别与该插槽开口内的弹性金属单元电性连接,该OLED平面灯片的光线能够由该透光区透出。
其中,该插槽开口内部还包含至少一弹性元件,且该弹性元件提供OLED平面灯片插入后与插入方向相反的一反向力,以利于平面OLED灯片的取出。
同时,对应OLED平面灯片的金属电极配置设计,该插槽模块内部包含至少两个弹性金属单元,该弹性金属单元可供应的外部电源的电压不超过12V,且该弹性金属单元配置在同一边,或者配置在不同一边。
此外,为了简化OLED平面灯源模块的零件,该插槽模块内部的该一弹性元件与该一弹性金属单元为同一块材料,即可整并成单一零件,以减少组装时间及降低零件成本。
此外,为了保护OLED平面灯源模块的OLED平面灯源,避免因外力的意外撞击而破裂,该插槽模块的透光侧面设置有一具透光性的保护板。同时,该插槽开口的外侧设置有一封盖,通过封盖密合该插槽开口,以提升OLED平面灯源模块的美观与整体性,避免灰尘微粒进入OLED平面灯源模块内部。
此外,OLED平面灯源模块的该插槽模块亦可同时提供两个或两个以上的插槽开口,以提供面积更大的OLED平面灯源,从而应用于桌灯、台灯、装潢照明及一般照明等照明产品。同时,对应不同的外观设计,该插槽模块的最大侧面大致上可为正方形、长方形、椭圆形或圆形,以搭配不同环境景观设计。
如图1a、图1b所示,中国台湾专利第I539110号的技术方案中,OLED灯片与电源驱动模块组装固定在一起;中国台湾专利第I524570号的技术方案中,OLED灯片与电路板焊接固定在一起。此类OLED灯片模块在OLED灯片老化或故障时,必须将OLED灯片从模块中拆解后再重新焊接组装回去,过程相当耗时费工,或者须将整个OLED灯片模块一起更换,更换成本额外涵盖了电源驱动模块或电路板,对消费者造成了不必要的费用支出,亦对环境造成过多的资源浪费。
据此,本发明采用OLED灯片与插槽模块可分离的设计,并通过弹性金属单元实现电性连接,达到可以让消费者自行快速直接更换OLED灯片的目的,可实质降低更换灯片的时间与成本,可提高消费者使用OLED照明灯具的意愿,提升OLED照明产品的竞争力,符合对环境友善与绿色节能的需求与发展趋势。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,根据本发明第一实施例的OLED平面灯源模块,该OLED平面灯源模块包括至少一OLED平面灯片200及一插槽模块100。该OLED平面灯片200包含一OLED基板80与OLED盖板90,该OLED基板80具有一发光区70及一OLED电极面80a,该OLED电极面80a介于该OLED基板80与该OLED盖板90之间,该OLED电极面80a配置有至少一个外露的正极60与一个外露的负极50;该插槽模块100外框的侧向具有至少一插槽开口40,每一插槽开口40内部包含至少两个可提供外部电源的弹性金属单元20,21,该插槽模块最大侧面10具有至少一透光区30;该OLED平面灯片200可以插入该插槽开口40,并将该OLED平面灯片外露的正极60及负极50分别与该插槽开口40内的弹性金属单元21与弹性金属单元20电性连接,且OLED基板80的发光区70会对应到透光区30,该OLED平面灯片200的光线能够由该透光区30透出。
其中,该插槽模块100内部包含至少两个弹性金属单元20,21,该弹性金属单元20,21可供应的外部电源的电压不超过12V。
其中,该插槽开口40内部进一步包含至少一弹性元件22,且该弹性元件22提供OLED平面灯片200插入后与插入方向相反的一反向力,以利于平面OLED灯片200的取放。
此外,该插槽模块100内部的该一弹性元件22与该一弹性金属单元20为同一块材料,即可整并成弹性复合元件24,如图3所示(为了清楚绘出弹性复合元件24,25,在此插槽模块省略未绘出)。该弹性复合元件24具有弹性金属单元24a与弹性元件24b两部分,可同时供弹性金属单元24a与负极50形成电性连接,以及弹性元件24b提供平面OLED平面灯片200插入后与插入方向相反的一反向力,弹性复合元件25亦有类似于弹性复合元件24的功能,以利于平面OLED灯片200的电性连接及灯片取放。
此外,如图4所示,由于通常OLED的正极的阻抗较大,容易产生压降而造成灯片亮度不均,如将正极60a,60b配置于平面OLED灯片201的负极50的两侧,同时弹性金属单元21a,21b亦对应配置于弹性金属单元20的两侧,通过该OLED平面灯片的负极50与两侧的正极60a,60b同时向平面OLED灯片201供应电流,则能够使得亮度更加均匀。对应不同OLED平面灯片的电极配置设计,如图5所示,该OLED平面灯片202的正极60与负极50,以及该插槽模块102的弹性金属单元20,21亦可对应配置在不同一边。
此外,如图6所示,根据本发明第一实施例,该OLED平面灯片200可插入该插槽模块100,且OLED基板80的发光区70会对应到透光区30,该OLED平面灯片200的光线能够由该透光区30透出,可形成一结构简单、外型轻薄且容易更换OLED平面灯片200的OLED平面灯源模块300。
此外,如图7所示,为了保护OLED平面灯源模块300的OLED平面灯源200,避免因外力的意外撞击而破裂,该插槽模块的透光侧面设置有一具透光性的保护板95。同时,该插槽开口的外侧设置有一封盖96,通过封盖96密合该插槽开口40,以提升OLED平面灯源模块300的美观与整体性,避免灰尘微粒进入OLED平面灯源模块300内部。该保护板95及该封盖96密合后将形成一结构简单、外型轻薄且容易更换OLED平面灯片的OLED平面灯源模块301,如图8所示。
此外,如图9、10所示,OLED平面灯源模块的该插槽模块400,500可提供两个或两个以上的插槽开口,以同时插入两个或两个以上的OLED平面灯片200,进而形成面积更大的OLED平面灯源模块,以应用于大型的桌灯、台灯及室内照明等。同时,根据不同的外观设计,该插槽模块最大侧面10大致上可为正方形或长方形,亦可修饰变化成椭圆形或圆形,以搭配不同环境景观设计。
Claims (11)
1.一种OLED平面灯源模块,其特征在于,包括:
至少一OLED平面灯片,该OLED平面灯片包含一OLED基板与OLED盖板,该OLED基板具有一OLED电极面,该OLED电极面具有至少一个外露的正极与一个外露的负极;
一插槽模块,该插槽模块外框的侧向具有至少一插槽开口,每一插槽开口内部包含至少两个可提供外部电源的弹性金属单元,该插槽模块的最大侧面具有至少一透光区;
该OLED平面灯片能够插入该插槽开口,以使得该OLED平面灯片外露的正极及负极分别与该插槽开口内的弹性金属单元电性连接,该OLED平面灯片的光线能够由该透光区透出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的OLED平面灯源模块,其特征在于,该插槽开口内部包含至少一弹性元件,且该弹性元件提供OLED灯片插入后与插入方向相反的一反向力。
3.根据权利要求1所述的OLED平面灯源模块,其特征在于,该插槽模块内部包含至少两个弹性金属单元,且该弹性金属单元配置在同一边。
4.根据权利要求1所述的OLED平面灯源模块,其特征在于,该插槽模块内部包含至少两个弹性金属单元,且该弹性金属单元配置在不同的一边。
5.根据权利要求2所述的OLED平面灯源模块,其特征在于,该插槽模块内部包含一弹性元件,且该弹性元件与该弹性金属单元为同一块材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的OLED平面灯源模块,其特征在于,该弹性金属单元可供应的外部电源的电压不超过12V。
7.根据权利要求1所述的OLED平面灯源模块,其特征在于,该插槽模块的透光侧面设置有一具透光性的保护板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的OLED平面灯源模块,其特征在于,该具透光性的保护板为玻璃或塑料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的OLED平面灯源模块,其特征在于,该插槽开口的外侧设置有一封盖。
10.根据权利要求1所述的OLED平面灯源模块,其特征在于,该插槽模块具有两个或两个以上的插槽开口。
11.根据权利要求1所述的OLED平面灯源模块,其特征在于,该插槽模块的最大侧面为正方形、长方形、椭圆形或圆形。
