Abstract
本发明涉及金属丝技术领域,尤其是一种防静电复合黄铜纤维,包括纤维本体,纤维本体由复数根黄铜纤维和一根纳米银纤维缠绕而成,纳米银纤维被复数根黄铜纤维包裹在中间,黄铜纤维和纳米银纤维表面均涂覆活性剂类抗静电剂。本发明的防静电复合黄铜纤维中添加纳米银纤维,起到有效的杀菌、除臭效果,并且表面涂覆活性剂类抗静电剂,用于制造多种金属纤维制品。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属丝技术领域,尤其是一种防静电复合黄铜纤维。
背景技术
金属丝在拉拔力的作用下将盘条或线坯从拉丝模的模孔拉出,通过小断面的钢丝或有色金属线的金属塑性加工成型,各种金属及合金的不同断面形状和尺寸的金属丝都可以采用拉拔生产,拉出的丝,尺寸精确,表面光洁。黄铜是比较纯净的一种铜,一般可近似认为是纯铜,导电性、塑性都较好,普通的黄铜纤维抗静电性也不够理想,并且无法起到有效的抗菌除臭效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为克服上述存在的问题,提供一种杀菌、防静电的黄铜纤维。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防静电复合黄铜纤维,包括纤维本体,所述的纤维本体由复数根黄铜纤维和一根纳米银纤维缠绕而成,所述的纳米银纤维被复数根黄铜纤维包裹在中间,所述的黄铜纤维和纳米银纤维表面均涂覆活性剂类抗静电剂。
进一步地,所述的黄铜纤维的数量为七根。
更进一步地,所述的黄铜纤维的线径为2μm,所述的纳米银纤维的线径为3μm。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的防静电复合黄铜纤维外包覆纳米银纤维,起到有效的杀菌、除臭效果,并且表面涂覆活性剂类抗静电剂,使黄铜纤维的抗静电性得到了显著提升,用于制造多种金属纤维制品。

如图1所示的防静电复合黄铜纤维,包括纤维本体,纤维本体由复数根纳米银纤维1和一根黄铜纤维2缠绕而成,黄铜纤维2被复数根纳米银纤维1包裹在中间,纳米银纤维1和黄铜纤维2表面均涂覆活性剂类抗静电剂。纳米银纤维1的数量为七根。纳米银纤维1的线径为2μm,黄铜纤维2的线径为3μm。

1.一种防静电复合黄铜纤维,其特征是:包括纤维本体,所述的纤维本体由复数根纳米银纤维(1)和一根黄铜纤维(2)缠绕而成,所述的纳米银纤维被复数根纳米银纤维(1)包裹在中间,所述的纳米银纤维(1)和黄铜纤维(2)表面均涂覆活性剂类抗静电剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电复合黄铜纤维,其特征是:所述的纳米银纤维(1)的数量为七根。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电复合黄铜纤维,其特征是:所述的纳米银纤维(1)的线径为2μm,所述的黄铜纤维(2)的线径为3μm。
