The invention aims to overcome the defects that when a cable is manually wound on a winding drum, a large amount of physical force is needed due to the fact that the cable is long, the cable winding speed is low, and the operation of the conventional cable winding equipment is complex.

Because first motor is servo motor, servo motor can more accurate control rotational speed, makes the operation more steady.
(3) Advantageous effects
The cable winding device can firmly fix the winding drum through multiple fixation, further avoid the situation that the winding drum falls off due to high rotating speed, and simultaneously, the cable can be uniformly wound on the winding drum through the left-right moving device, so that the cable winding device is convenient to use, and the effects of simple operation, no need of large physical power consumption and capability of quickly winding the cable on the winding drum are achieved.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, an operator places a winding drum between a first fixed baffle 7 and a second fixed baffle 8, and makes a first fixed column 9 positioned in the winding drum, the operator drives a first vertical plate 3 to move rightwards through a moving part of an adjusting device 13, the first vertical plate 3 drives the first fixed baffle 7 to move rightwards through a rotating shaft 6, and further drives a second fixed column 10 to move rightwards, the second fixed column 10 is positioned in the winding drum along with the rightwards movement of the second fixed column 10, when the first fixed baffle 7 is contacted with the left side surface of the winding drum, namely, the winding drum is fixed, the operator stops operating the adjusting device 13, then winds one end of a cable on the winding drum, and starts a first motor 11 to rotate, first motor 11 rotates and drives right side pivot 6 and rotate, and then drive the reel through second fixed stop 8 and rotate, the reel rotates and rolls up the cable on the reel, and simultaneously, start controlling mobile device 12, controlling mobile unit of controlling mobile device 12 and controlling and drive bottom plate 2 and control, controlling mobile unit and controlling and driving more than 2 parts of bottom plate about 2, and then control and control the even book of cable on the reel about the reel, when having the appropriate amount of cable to roll up on the reel, controlling mobile device 12 and first motor 11 and closing, rethread adjusting device 13 makes second fixed column 10 leave in the reel, and then operating personnel can take off the reel, so, need not the manual work and roll up the cable on the reel entirely.

Therefore, when the winding drum rotates, the second fixing block 156 can be prevented from moving leftwards, and the winding drum can be rotated stably.
Because the clamping device 14 is further included, the clamping device 14 includes a transverse plate 141, a first screw rod 143, a second bearing seat 144 and an arc-shaped clamping plate 145, the transverse plate 141 is installed on the upper and lower portions of the left side surface of the second fixed baffle plate 8 in a bolt connection manner, a second threaded hole 142 is formed in the middle of the transverse plate 141, a first screw rod 143 is arranged in the second threaded hole 142, the second bearing seat 144 is installed on the bottom end of the upper first screw rod 143 and the top end of the lower first screw rod 143, the bottom end of the upper first screw rod 143 and the top end of the lower first screw rod 143 are connected with the bearing in the second bearing seat 144 in an interference connection manner, the arc-shaped clamping plates 145 are mounted at the bottom of the upper second bearing seat 144 and the top of the lower second bearing seat 144 in a bolt connection mode, the arc-shaped clamping plates 145 are located on the upper side and the lower side of the first fixing column 9, when the winding drum is fixed by the first fixing column 9 and the second fixing column 10, the first screw rods 143 on the upper side and the lower side are twisted by an operator, the first screw rods 143 on the upper side and the lower side move towards the winding drum, the second bearing seat 144 drives the arc-shaped clamping plates 145 to move towards the winding drum, the arc-shaped clamping plates 145 are in contact with the winding drum, the winding drum is further fixed by the arc-shaped clamping plates 145, the twisting of the first screw rods 143 is stopped, and similarly, the winding drum can be taken down by reversely twisting the first screw rods 143. Therefore, the winding drum can move left and right and rotate more stably.
Because the reel fixing device further comprises the fixing device 15, the fixing device 15 comprises a hollow sleeve 151, a movable rod 152, a second clamping block 153, a second screw 155 and a fixed block 156, the hollow sleeve 151 is mounted on the left side surface of the first fixing column 9 and the right side surface of the second fixing column 10 in a bolt connection mode, the movable rod 152 is arranged in the hollow sleeve 151, the second clamping block 153 is mounted on the top end of the left movable rod 152 and the bottom end of the right movable rod 152 in a bolt connection mode, third threaded holes 154 are formed in the upper portion of the right side of the left hollow sleeve 151 and the lower portion of the left side of the right hollow sleeve 151, a second screw 155 is arranged in the third threaded holes 154, a second clamping block 153 is mounted on the left end of the left second screw 155 and the right end of the right second screw 155 in a bolt connection mode, when a reel is fixed, an operator pulls the left movable rod 152 to move upwards, the left movable rod 152 moves upwards to drive the left second clamping block 153 to move upwards, the second clamping block 153 contacts with the upper portion of the inner wall of the reel, pulls the right movable rod 152 to move downwards, the right movable rod 152, the right movable rod 153 drives the right movable rod 153 to move downwards to move the left movable rod 152, the left movable rod 153 to move the left movable rod 153, the left movable rod 152 and the left movable rod 153 to move the right rod 153 to fix the left movable rod 152 and the left movable rod 155, the left movable rod to fix the left movable rod 152, the left movable rod 153, the left movable rod to move the left movable rod and the left movable rod 152 to fix the left movable rod, the left movable rod 153, the left movable rod and the right rod 155, the left movable rod to move the right rod 153, the left movable rod to move the right movable rod to fix the left movable rod, the left movable rod 155 and the right rod, the left movable rod 155 and the left movable rod to fix the left movable rod, the left movable rod 155 to fix the left movable rod, the right rod, the left movable rod 153. Because still including fixed plate 17 and latch 18, fixed plate 17 is installed through bolted connection's mode to first fixed stop 7 right flank front side, fixed plate 17 is located second fixed column 10 front side, fixed plate 17 right flank is equipped with latch 18, move right when first fixed stop 7 drives second fixed column 10, and second fixed column 10 is located the reel when, latch 18 and reel contact, and then block the reel fixedly, so, make the more steady rotation of reel ability.
Because the first motor 11 is a servo motor, the servo motor can control the rotating speed more accurately, and the operation is more stable.
