Therefore, the winding drum can move left and right and rotate more stably.

a plurality of clamping teeth (18) are arranged on the right side face of the fixing plate (17), the clamping teeth (18) are uniformly distributed on the right side face of the fixing plate (17) at intervals, and the clamping teeth (18) are connected with the right side face of the fixing plate (17) in a bolt connection mode;
the method comprises the following steps:
firstly, an operator places a reel between a first fixed baffle (7) and a second fixed baffle (8) and enables a first fixed column (9) to be positioned in the reel, the operator drives a first vertical plate (3) to move rightwards through a moving part of an adjusting device (13), the first vertical plate (3) drives the first fixed baffle (7) to move rightwards through a rotating shaft (6) so as to drive a second fixed column (10) to move rightwards, the second fixed column (10) is positioned in the reel along with the rightwards movement of the second fixed column (10), when the first fixed baffle (7) is in contact with the left side face of the reel, the reel is already fixed, the operator stops operating the adjusting device (13), and then one end of a cable is coiled on the reel, the first motor (11) is started to rotate, the first motor (11) rotates to drive the right rotating shaft (6) to rotate, the reel is driven to rotate through the second fixed baffle (8), the reel rotates to roll the cable on the reel, meanwhile, the left-right moving device (12) is started, a moving part of the left-right moving device (12) moves left and right to drive the bottom plate (2) to move left and right, the bottom plate (2) moves left and right to drive the parts above the bottom plate (2) to move left and right, the reel moves left and right to roll the cable on the reel uniformly, when a proper amount of cable is wound on the reel, the left-right moving device (12) and the first motor (11) are closed, and then the second fixed column (10) is separated from the reel through the adjusting device (13), an operator can take down the winding drum, so that the cable is not required to be wound on the winding drum manually;
because the left-right moving device (12) comprises a first air cylinder (122) and a movable block (123), a mounting groove (121) is formed in the left side of the upper portion of the base (1), the first air cylinder (122) is mounted on the left side surface in the mounting groove (121) in a bolt connection mode, the first air cylinder (122) is horizontally arranged, the movable block (123) is mounted on a telescopic rod of the first air cylinder (122) in a bolt connection mode, the top of the movable block (123) is connected with the middle of the bottom plate (2) in a bolt connection mode, when the winding drum is fixed, an operator starts the first air cylinder (122), the telescopic rod of the first air cylinder (122) moves left and right to drive the movable block (123) to move left and right, the movable block (123) moves left and right to drive the bottom plate (2) to move left and right to drive the parts above the bottom plate (2) to move left and right, and the winding drum rotates to roll cables on the winding drum uniformly; when a proper amount of cable is wound on the winding drum, the first cylinder (122) is closed;
because the adjusting device (13) comprises a connecting plate (131), a sliding rod (132), a sliding sleeve (133), an adjusting screw (135) and a first clamping block (136), the connecting plate (131) is installed on the left side of the top of the bottom plate (2) in a bolt connection mode, the sliding rod (132) is installed on the upper portion of the right side face of the connecting plate (131) in a bolt connection mode, the sliding sleeve (133) is sleeved on the sliding rod (132), the top of the sliding sleeve (133) is connected with the bottom of a first vertical plate (3) through a bolt, a first threaded hole (134) is formed in the middle of the bottom of the sliding sleeve (133), the adjusting screw (135) is arranged in the first threaded hole (134), the first clamping block (136) is installed on the top of the adjusting screw (135) in a bolt connection mode, the first clamping block (136) is located below the sliding rod (132), when a winding drum is placed between a first fixed baffle (7) and a second fixed baffle (8), and when a first fixed column (9) is located in the winding drum, an operator pushes the sliding sleeve (133) to move to the right to drive the sliding sleeve (132), the sliding sleeve (133) to drive the first vertical plate (3) to move to the left, and then drive a second fixed column (10) to move to the winding drum to move right through a rotating shaft (6), and then drive the winding drum to move right, when the winding drum is fixed, an operator twists the adjusting screw rod (135), the adjusting screw rod (135) moves upwards to drive the first clamping block (136) to move upwards, then the first clamping block (136) is in contact with the sliding rod (132), and the sliding sleeve (133) is fixed on the sliding rod (132), and similarly, when the winding drum needs to be taken down, the adjusting screw rod (135) is twisted reversely to push the sliding sleeve (133) leftwards, so that the winding drum can be taken down; therefore, when the winding drum rotates, the second fixing column (10) can not move leftwards, and the winding drum can stably rotate;
