Abstract
本发明公开了一种增程式混合动力系统,包括驱动电机、ISG电机、发动机和变速器;变速器包括变速器左壳体和变速器右壳体,ISG电机设置在变速器右壳体上,且变速器右壳体上一体形成有ISG电机的定子壳体;ISG电机的转子固定在发动机的动力输出轴上,ISG电机的转子作为发动机的飞轮。本实用增程式混合动力系统,其右变速器壳体作为ISG电机的定子外壳,使得ISG电机和变速箱形成一体,从而动力系统的结构更加紧凑;并用ISG电机的转子作为发动机的飞轮,使得动力系统的结构进一步简化和紧凑;动力系统整体占用空间小,且其布置方式能使左、右半轴通用,使得动力系统制造成本更低;并且其采用独立悬挂系统,舒适性较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种动力系统,特别涉及一种混合动力动力系统。
背景技术
ISG是汽车起动发电一体机,直接集成在发动机主轴上,就是直接以某种瞬态功率较大的电机替代传统的启动电机。现有技术中的ISG电机,其能在起步阶段短时替代发动机驱动汽车,并同时起到启动发动机的作用,减少发动机的怠速损耗和污染,正常行使时,发动机驱动车辆,该电机断开或者起到发电机的作用,刹车时,该电机还可以起到再生发电,回收制动能量的节能效果。
现有技术中,ISG电机是一个独立部分,其布置方式有三种:第一种是电机布置在发动机后离合器前的单离合器结构方式,这种结构中的电机主要起助力、发电和启动发动机用,电机一般不能单驱动车辆运行;第二种是电机布置在离合器后变速箱前的单离合器结构方式,这种结构方式中电机可单独驱动车辆,也能助力发电,但不能启动发动机;第三种是电机布置在发动机和变速箱之间的双离合器结构,这种结构既可单独驱动车辆,也可启动发动机或独立对电池进行驻车发电。
但是不管现有技术中的那种布置方式,ISG电机作为一个独立部分,其增大了动力系统的占用的空间,使得布置结构均不够紧凑,制造成本较高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种增程式混合动力系统,以解决现有技术中ISG电机布置结构不够紧凑,占用空间大,使得动力系统制造成本较高的技术问题。
本实用增程式混合动力系统,包括驱动电机、ISG电机、发动机和变速器;
所述变速器包括变速器左壳体和变速器右壳体,所述驱动电机设置在变速器左壳体上,且驱动电机的动力输出轴与变速器的动力输入轴连接;
所述ISG电机设置在变速器右壳体上,且变速器右壳体上一体形成有ISG电机的定子壳体;所述发动机固定在定子壳体上,且ISG电机的转子固定在发动机的动力输出轴上,ISG电机的转子作为发动机的飞轮;
所述ISG电机与驱动电机电连接,ISG电机作为电源向驱动电机提供电能。
进一步,所述发动机为两缸横置发动机或三缸横置发动机。
进一步,所述增程式混合动力系统还包括与变速器输出轴连接的左半轴和右半轴、以及与分别与左半轴和右半轴连接的独立悬架。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本实用增程式混合动力系统,其右变速器壳体作为ISG电机的定子外壳,使得ISG电机和变速箱形成一体,从而动力系统的结构更加紧凑;并且发动机固定在定子壳体上,并用ISG电机的转子作为发动机的飞轮,使得动力系统的结构进一步简化和紧凑;动力系统整体占用空间小,且其布置方式能使左、右半轴通用,使得动力系统制造成本更低。
2、本实用增程式混合动力系统,其发动机为横置发动机,进一步节约了动力系统的安装空间,使整体结构更紧凑。
3、本实用增程式混合动力系统,与独立悬架相配合,使得车辆的乘坐舒适性更好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
如图所示,本实施例增程式混合动力系统,包括驱动电机1、ISG电机2、发动机3和变速器4;
所述变速器包括变速器左壳体401和变速器右壳体402,所述驱动电机设置在变速器左壳体上,且驱动电机的动力输出轴与变速器的动力输入轴连接;
所述ISG电机设置在变速器右壳体上,且变速器右壳体上一体形成有ISG电机的定子壳体;所述发动机固定在定子壳体上,且ISG电机的转子固定在发动机的动力输出轴上,ISG电机的转子作为发动机的飞轮;
所述ISG电机与驱动电机电连接,ISG电机作为电源向驱动电机提供电能。
本实施例中,变速器内设置有固定在输入轴403上的第一齿轮404、中间轴405、设置在中间轴上的第二齿轮406和第三齿轮407、以及行星齿轮机构,所述行星齿轮机构包括与第三齿轮啮合的齿圈408、与齿圈连接的行星架409、行星齿轮410、太阳轮411、以及输出轴412,左、右输出轴分别与左半轴和右半轴连接。
本实施例增程式混合动力系统,其右变速器壳体作为ISG电机的定子外壳,使得ISG电机和变速箱形成一体,从而动力系统的结构更加紧凑;并且发动机固定在定子壳体上,并用ISG电机的转子作为发动机的飞轮,使得动力系统的结构进一步简化和紧凑;动力系统整体占用空间小,且其布置方式能使左、右半轴通用,使得动力系统制造成本更低。
本实施例中,所述发动机3为两缸横置发动机,当然在不同实施例中也可采用三缸横置发动机等;采用横置发动机,进一步节约了动力系统的安装空间,使整体结构更紧凑。
本实施例增程式混合动力系统还包括与变速器输出轴连接的左半轴5和右半轴6、以及与分别与左半轴和右半轴连接的独立悬架7。

1.一种增程式混合动力系统,其特征在于:包括驱动电机、ISG电机、发动机和变速器;
所述变速器包括变速器左壳体和变速器右壳体,所述驱动电机设置在变速器左壳体上,且驱动电机的动力输出轴与变速器的动力输入轴连接;
所述ISG电机设置在变速器右壳体上,且变速器右壳体上一体形成有ISG电机的定子壳体;所述发动机固定在定子壳体上,且ISG电机的转子固定在发动机的动力输出轴上,ISG电机的转子作为发动机的飞轮;
所述ISG电机与驱动电机电连接,ISG电机作为电源向驱动电机提供电能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增程式混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述发动机为两缸横置发动机或三缸横置发动机。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的增程式混合动力系统,其特征在于:还包括与变速器输出轴连接的左半轴和右半轴、以及与分别与左半轴和右半轴连接的独立悬架。
