Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于切菜机的弹膛式蔬菜输送装置,属蔬菜加工机械领域。它由进给丝杆、丝杆套轴、安装轴和多个蔬菜输送筒构成;安装轴上固装有多个蔬菜输送筒;蔬菜输送筒的一端通过滑轨滑动安装有支架,滑轨与蔬菜输送筒之间通过轴承座安装有丝杆套轴;丝杆套轴内螺纹安装有进给丝杆,进给丝杆的一端延伸至丝杆套轴外端,延伸至丝杆套轴外端的进给丝杆与支架连接。该蔬菜输送装置由于蔬菜输送筒在安装轴圆周上呈品字状设置,使得添加待切割蔬菜和蔬菜的切割同步进行,从而提高了切菜效率。同时具有使用维护方便,使用安全的特点,特别适用于切菜机安装使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于切菜机的弹膛式蔬菜输送装置,属蔬菜加工机械领域。
背景技术
目前,切菜工作基本上是人工拿菜刀来完成,一些大型食堂及宾馆每天用菜量大、切菜任务重、工作人员劳动强度大、生产效率低,不能满足大型食堂及宾馆在短时间内备菜的要求,另外,由于人工操作存在误差,人工切菜过程中存有伤到手指的不安全因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种效率高、装菜卸菜方便、切菜形式多样、切菜宽度可调、使用安全方便的用于切菜机的弹膛式蔬菜输送装置。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种用于切菜机的弹膛式蔬菜输送装置,它由进给丝杆、丝杆套轴、安装轴和多个蔬菜输送筒构成;安装轴上固装有多个蔬菜输送筒;蔬菜输送筒的一端通过滑轨滑动安装有支架,滑轨与蔬菜输送筒之间通过轴承座安装有丝杆套轴;丝杆套轴内螺纹安装有进给丝杆,进给丝杆的一端延伸至丝杆套轴外端,延伸至丝杆套轴外端的进给丝杆与支架连接;丝杆套轴内的进给丝杆端头固装有推菜圆盘,所述的丝杆套轴分别与多个蔬菜输送筒滑动接触连接,所述的进给丝杆分别与多个蔬菜输送筒滑动插入连接。
所述的丝杆套轴一侧设置有套轴驱动电机,套轴驱动电机通过传动带与丝杆套轴连接。
所述的蔬菜输送筒一端设置有步进电机,步进电机通过联轴器与安装轴连接。
所述的蔬菜输送筒数量为3个。
所述的蔬菜输送筒在安装轴圆周上呈品字状设置。
所述的各蔬菜输送筒上通过铰链活动设置有输送筒门。
本发明的有益效果在于:
该用于切菜机的弹膛式蔬菜输送装置结构简单,操作方便,工作时通过进给丝杆带动推菜圆盘在蔬菜输送筒内滑动,从而将蔬菜输送筒内的蔬菜推至端口,从而完成对蔬菜的切割输送。由于该蔬菜输送装置的蔬菜输送筒在安装轴圆周上呈品字状设置使得添加待切割蔬菜和蔬菜的切割同步进行,从而提高了切菜效率。该蔬菜输送装置具有使用维护方便,效率高和使用安全的特点,特别适用于切菜机安装使用。

具体实施方式
该用于切菜机的弹膛式蔬菜输送装置由进给丝杆2、丝杆套轴3、安装轴6和多个蔬菜输送筒5构成;安装轴6上固装有多个蔬菜输送筒5;蔬菜输送筒5的数量为3个;各蔬菜输送筒5上通过铰链活动设置有输送筒门7,以便于待切的蔬菜放置于蔬菜输送筒5内。蔬菜输送筒5在安装轴6圆周上呈品字状设置。安装轴6一端的设置有步进电机8,步进电机8通过联轴器与安装轴6连接。
蔬菜输送筒5的一端通过滑轨16滑动安装有支架1,滑轨16与蔬菜输送筒5之间通过轴承座安装有丝杆套轴3;丝杆套轴3一侧设置有套轴驱动电机4,套轴驱动电机4通过传动带与丝杆套轴3连接。
丝杆套轴3内螺纹安装有进给丝杆2,进给丝杆2的一端延伸至丝杆套轴3外端,延伸至丝杆套轴3外端的进给丝杆2与支架1连接;丝杆套轴3内的进给丝杆2端头固装有推菜圆盘15,丝杆套轴3分别与各蔬菜输送筒5滑动接触连接,进给丝杆2分别与各蔬菜输送筒5滑动插入连接。
该用于切菜机的弹膛式蔬菜输送装置装配时安装于切菜机切菜装置一端的机架9上;切菜机的切菜装置由驱动电机11、刀具安装盘12和切割刀10构成,机架9上固装有驱动电机11,驱动电机11的传动轴上固装有刀具安装盘12,刀具安装盘12上均布有1—3个切割刀10,切菜装置通过切割刀10与蔬菜输送筒5的端口间歇滑动接触连接。切菜装置的刀具安装盘12上设置有防护罩14。防护罩14为矩形网格状的框架体,防护罩14的顶部设置有凹口,以方便蔬菜输送筒5的出口端延伸至防护罩14内;防护罩14的底部为敞口状;以方便切好的蔬菜掉落。防护罩14下方设置有收集容器13。
工作前,首先将三个蔬菜输送筒5内分别加满待切割蔬菜,然后分别启动套轴驱动电机4、步进电机8和驱动电机11,套轴驱动电机4带动丝杆套轴3旋转,从而带动与丝杆套轴3螺纹连接的进给丝杆2向前做直线运动,同时。支架1沿着滑轨16与进给丝杆2同步向前做直线运动,支架1的目的是对进给丝杆2形成支撑,并保持进给丝杆2水平;同时通过行程开关控制进给丝杆2走(换)向。
进给丝杆2前行的过程中;其端头的推菜圆盘15插入至蔬菜输送筒5内并向前滑动,由此将蔬菜输送筒5内的蔬菜逐步推至蔬菜输送筒5的出口端,这一过程中,驱动电机11驱动刀具安装盘12旋转,刀具安装盘12上的切割刀10与蔬菜输送筒5的出口端形成滑动旋转接触,从而将蔬菜输送筒5出口端被推出的蔬菜的切开,通过调节切割刀10与蔬菜输送筒5蔬菜出口之间的距离,可调节所切割蔬菜的宽度;切好的蔬菜通过防护罩14的底部掉落于收集容器13内。
一个工作循环完成后;套轴驱动电机4带动丝杆套轴3反向旋转,以使进给丝杆2后退复位,当进给丝杆2后退复位到位后,即,推菜圆盘15退出蔬菜输送筒5后,步进电机8带动蔬菜输送筒5以安装轴6为轴心呈120度转动,以使各蔬菜输送筒5互相换位,并使待切菜的蔬菜输送筒5端口与进给丝杆2端头的推菜圆盘15对齐,此时;套轴驱动电机4再次正向转动使进给丝杆2再次前行并伸(插)入至装有蔬菜的蔬菜输送筒5内,由此进入下一工作循环。
在切割刀10转动切菜过程中,由人工再次将待切的蔬菜装入至已空置的蔬菜输送筒5内,以备再一次的各蔬菜输送筒5互相换位,直至完成全部蔬菜的切菜工作。
该蔬菜输送装置结构简单,操作方便,通过进给丝杆2带动推菜圆盘15在蔬菜输送筒5内滑动,从而将蔬菜输送筒5内的蔬菜推至端口,完成对待切蔬菜的切割输送。由于蔬菜输送筒5在安装轴6圆周上呈品字状设置,使得添加待切割蔬菜和蔬菜的切割同步进行,从而提高了切菜效率。该蔬菜输送装置具有使用维护方便,效率高和使用安全的特点,特别适用于切菜机安装使用。

1.一种用于切菜机的弹膛式蔬菜输送装置,它由进给丝杆(2)、丝杆套轴(3)、安装轴(6)和多个蔬菜输送筒(5)构成;其特征在于:安装轴(6)上固装有多个蔬菜输送筒(5);蔬菜输送筒(5)的一端通过滑轨(16)滑动安装有支架(1),滑轨(16)与蔬菜输送筒(5)之间通过轴承座安装有丝杆套轴(3);丝杆套轴(3)内螺纹安装有进给丝杆(2),进给丝杆(2)的一端延伸至丝杆套轴(3)外端,延伸至丝杆套轴(3)外端的进给丝杆(2)与支架(1)连接;丝杆套轴内的进给丝杆(2)端头固装有推菜圆盘(15),所述的丝杆套轴(3)分别与多个蔬菜输送筒(5)滑动接触连接,所述的进给丝杆(2)分别与多个蔬菜输送筒(5)滑动插入连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于切菜机的弹膛式蔬菜输送装置,其特征在于:所述的丝杆套轴(3)一侧设置有套轴驱动电机(4),套轴驱动电机(4)通过传动带与丝杆套轴(3)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于切菜机的弹膛式蔬菜输送装置,其特征在于:所述的蔬菜输送筒(5)一端设置有步进电机(8),步进电机(8)通过联轴器与安装轴(6)连接。
