干姜、附子、肉桂为君，固下元补肾温阳壮命门火，又能沟通上浮虚阳之火，二者同气相求在臣药龟板、生地、红景天、杜仲的作用下，益阴潜阳引火归元、导尨入海；臣药黄芪、党参、厚朴、升麻补气助君以升中气，温中健脾燥湿益气助脾升清阳，柴胡、木香理气疏肝纵横疏通五脏能升能降，合使药桔梗、细辛助红景天等佐以升阳达上焦肺上水之源，宣肺益气升通七窍；使药桔梗、细辛走上，黄连、细辛，砂仁又能下行配合肉桂等勾通心肾水火既济，砂仁引气归根，下元气足；薏米、枳壳降气下行增加肠胃蠕动，清通肠府以助六腑通畅；三阴经得升三阳经能降，调理三焦上可益肺清脑，中可疏肝温脾胃，下可温阳固本、暖宫调经、化湿祛风，加减用药得当能治诸多疾病。
本专利所述的八涵破瘀涤痰升降定风汤，升降汤用于开通经络引药直达病位，定风汤用于直接清除病灶，二者密切配合，引药与治病同步进行，缺一不可，具有活血破瘀，涤痰通络，镇痉熄风，通痹止痛等效果，可广泛用于治疗高血脂动脉粥样硬化所致的高血压、脑梗赛、心肌缺血、震颤麻痹及周围血管病，如脉管炎，血栓性静脉炎等，效果显著。
具体实施方式
本发明的八涵破瘀涤痰升降定风汤的配方及其制备工艺，其原料分为升降汤原料和定风汤原料两部分，其中，升降汤原料及其比例如下：黄芪9-20g，党参9-20g，柴胡9-12g，桔梗9g，厚朴9-15g，木香9-12g，黄连4g，细辛3g，肉桂 6g，干姜9-12g，制附子7-9g，杜仲9-12g，归丹6g，龟板6-8g，生地9-12g，薏米15-20g，枳壳9-12g，红景天10-12g，升麻9克。
定风汤原料及其比例如下：水蛭6g地龙12g，僵蚕10g，全蝎子6g，红花10g，川穹10g，姜半夏9g，瓜蒌12g，薤白12g。
其制备工艺如下：将升降汤原料和定风汤原料分别按上述比例放置在两个不同的煎药袋中，同时放入一个煎药锅中，加水浸泡20分钟，烧开水后持续水煎40分钟后关火，待水冷却后，再次开火，水煎40分钟即可。
所剩汤水分两次服用，患者早晚各饮服一次即可。
本专利的药理作用如下：
本方干姜、制附子、肉桂为君，龟板、生地、杜仲、红景天、党参、黄芪、厚朴、木香、升麻、柴胡为臣，薏仁、枳壳为佐、黄连、细辛、砂仁、桔梗等为使。

进一步的，针对不同的症状，还可以对本专利所述的配方进行微调：
肾阳不足下元虚严重者可加鹿角胶或右归丸，肾阴亏虚龟板、生地加量或左归丸；
肺气不降加紫苏子，川楝子；
肝郁气滞重可加郁金、陈皮、青皮；
胆经不降肝不能升逆火刑金用黄芩、虎杖、川楝子；
痰湿阻中焦或痰瘀互结胸阳痹阻疼痛加半夏、莱菔子、瓜蒌、薤白等；
肝阳上亢重加珍珠母、石决明；
便秘便涩加火麻仁、熟大黄，便秘重用通腑汤；
脾虚便溏者加补骨脂、白术、肉蔻等；
下肢酸软浮肿者加山药、冬瓜皮、大腹皮；
心火盛口舌生疮加竹叶、爇移小肠加淡竹叶；
痰瘀互结“三高型”高血压，脉洪弦滑，舌质胖大齿痕偏紫色，体形肥胖下肢浮肿等，加银杏叶，绞股蓝，大腹皮，冬瓜皮；
痰湿阻络型胸痹疼痛，如冠心病、心绞痛等加降香、元胡、檀香；
抑郁型震颤麻痹，如帕金森等，精神不振、脉弦紧、舌紫暗无苔、痰症不明显去半夏、瓜蒌、薤白，加全蝎、天麻、蜈蚣；
血栓闭塞性脉管炎、血栓性静脉炎等加刘寄奴、姜黄、毛冬青，血瘀化火加穿心莲、蒲公英；
阴虚阳亢型高血压，头痛、头晕、面红耳鸣、烦躁、易怒、失眠多梦、舌红无苔，脉弦洪大加石决明、珍珠、生地、天麻，黄芪、党参量不可过大；
阴阳两虚型高血压，头晕重、面色白、心悸气短、胸闷肢冷、尿多、晕眩作吐、舌苔少、脉弦紧为久病双耗，当阴阳双补，育阴助阳，黄芪、党参可稍加量，给生地、熟地、山药、干姜、附子、肉桂并用，如脉弦紧晕吐出现可能胆经不降肝经不升给黄芩、虎杖；
气阴两虚型冠心病，气短胸闷、胸背隐隐作痛、睡眠差、舌暗红、脉细弱可给小量红参、黄芪足量、麦冬、枣仁，结脉代脉出现加杜仲、桑寄生、甘松，疼痛不减加虻虫、元胡、土园；
急性脑梗伴颈部动脉血管斑块或硬化加土园、西红花、穿山甲、三棱、莪术、三七。

1.八涵破瘀涤痰升降定风汤的配方，其特征在于，其原料分为升降汤原料和定风汤原料两部分，其中，升降汤原料及其比例如下：黄芪9-20g，党参9-20g，柴胡9-12g，桔梗9g，厚朴9-15g，木香9-12g，黄连4g，细辛3g，肉桂6g，干姜9-12g，制附子7-9g，杜仲9-12g，归丹6g，龟板6-8g，生地9-12g，薏米15-20g，枳壳9-12g，红景天10-12g，升麻9克；定风汤原料及其比例如下：水蛭6g地龙12g，僵蚕10g，全蝎子6g，红花10g，川穹10g，姜半夏9g，瓜蒌12g，薤白12g。
2.八涵破瘀涤痰升降定风汤的制备工艺，其特征在于，其制备工艺如下：将升降汤原料和定风汤原料分别按上述比例放置在两个不同的煎药袋中，同时放入一个煎药锅中，加水浸泡20分钟，烧开水后持续水煎40分钟后关火，待水冷却后，再次开火，水煎40分钟即可。
