Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating swine high fever syndrome and application method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of veterinary medicines, in particular to the technical field of veterinary traditional Chinese medicines.
Background
The swine high fever syndrome, also known as swine fever epidemic disease, is a multi-cause comprehensive infectious disease with high morbidity and mortality. When the live pigs are bred on a large scale, seasonal outbreaks are often generated, and once the live pigs are attacked, the situation that the groups are affected is easily formed, so that a large number of individuals die, and great economic loss is caused. The swine high fever syndrome is clinically mainly manifested by rising body temperature, depression, inappetence or abominable, reddened skin or further purple plaques of sick pigs, bleeding spots in pores of a few individuals, frequent respiratory distress, dyspnea, cough, watery nasal discharge and eye purulent secretion, constipation, diarrhea, yellow and turbid urine or whitish turbidity in the middle and later stages of the course of disease, gradually turning part of individuals with a slightly longer course of disease into chronic diseases, gradually wasting and anemia of organisms, obvious malnutrition symptoms and arthritis of forelimbs or hind limbs; pregnant sows often suffer from one of abortion, stillbirth, weak piglets or mummy.
The pig died of the anatomical disease can see obvious lung swelling, serious necrotic lesions, loss of lung parenchyma elasticity, and atrophy and hardening of the lung of part of individuals; the dead pigs have the systemic lymphadenopathy and the enlarged lymph nodes, particularly inguinal lymph nodes and pulmonary lymph nodes; swelling of liver and kidney, pale color, gray yellow to grey white, crisp and easy cracking; enlarged spleen, crisp texture, local ulcer; inflammatory lesions appear in the pleuroperitoneal cavity, and more effusion is common; the lung serosa of an individual pig died of a disease is adhered with the pleura or pericardium cellulose, and the result of dissection shows that the porcine hyperthermia syndrome comprehensively loses a plurality of organs and all systems of respiration, digestion and immunity of the pig, so the mortality rate is extremely high.
The swine high fever syndrome is a national major animal epidemic disease, but no effective symptomatic treatment medicine exists at present. The western veterinarians mainly treat this condition by either using antibiotics or by means of prior vaccination, both of which have significant drawbacks: on one hand, the treatment by using the antibiotics is limited by an antibacterial spectrum, various viruses cannot be effectively inhibited, so that the treatment effect is poor, and the pig body is easy to repeatedly attack, on the other hand, due to the damage of diseases to viscera, the large-dose use of the antibiotics easily causes double damage to the viscera of the pig, and the immune function of the pig is severely inhibited, so that even if part of the pig body is cured by the treatment, the viscera function of the organism is obviously reduced, the immunity is integrally reduced, the pig grows slowly, and even a 'stiff pig' is formed; the problems of vaccination with vaccine are that the virus has rapid variation, the disease is caused by multiple factors, the pertinence of the vaccine is not strong, and the risk of the disease is still high even if the vaccine is vaccinated under certain conditions; both of these two methods result in a large increase in the cost of breeding and no economic benefit of breeding.
The swine high fever syndrome is considered as a summer-heat warm disease by Chinese veterinarians, and the pathogenesis of the swine high fever syndrome is intrinsic summer-heat fever and external wind-cold caused closure of striae. In the prior art, most of Chinese veterinarians for treating the swine high fever syndrome are single disease treatment, the thinking and scheme of systemic treatment are lacked, more prescriptions only have obvious prevention effect, and the actual treatment effect is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition capable of systematically treating porcine hyperthermia syndrome and having a good treatment prognosis effect, and a corresponding application method thereof.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises three stages of compositions, namely a first traditional Chinese medicine composition, a second traditional Chinese medicine composition and a third traditional Chinese medicine composition, wherein the first traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises gypsum, sweet wormwood herb, rhizoma atractylodis, fructus forsythiae, fructus gardeniae, lophatherum gracile, herba moslae, herba pogostemonis, herba schizonepetae, radix sileris, ephedra herb, rhubarb, red paeony root, coix seed and honeysuckle stem.
One preferred embodiment is that the first Chinese medicinal composition does not contain astragalus.
It is further preferred that the first Chinese medicinal composition comprises Gypsum Fibrosum, herba Artemisiae Annuae, rhizoma Atractylodis, fructus forsythiae, fructus Gardeniae, folium Bambusae, herba Moslae, herba Agastaches, herba Schizonepetae, radix Saposhnikoviae, herba Ephedrae, radix et rhizoma Rhei, radix Paeoniae Rubra, Coicis semen and caulis Lonicerae.
In the first Chinese medicinal composition, gypsum is pungent, cool, clear and pathogenic heat, and herba Moslae and herba Agastaches are used for clearing summer heat, relieving exterior syndrome and clearing heat; honeysuckle stem and forsythia fruit clear away heat and toxic material, and dredge meridians; the schizonepeta, the divaricate saposhnikovia root and the ephedra stem disperse exogenous pathogenic factors and thoroughly reach pathogenic heat of internal depression; rhizoma Atractylodis and Coicis semen have effects of eliminating dampness; cape jasmine fruit clears away the dispersing and expelling evil and relieves internal heat; rhubarb prevents the congestion of large intestine and internal obstruction of intestinal mansion by pathogenic heat; the red peony root cools blood and activates blood, so as to prevent pathogenic heat from decocting blood; sweet wormwood herb is fragrant and bitter in taste and cold, can dispel stagnated heat of liver channel, clear away summer-heat, remove steaming and prevent malaria, and can relieve exogenous summer-heat and unknown cause low fever.
The applicant finds that the pig is of phlegm-dampness constitution through long-term research, and the pathogenesis of the pig high fever syndrome comprises summer heat and dampness, so that the rhizoma atractylodis, the semen coicis and the herba pogostemonis need to be matched at the same time during medicine preparation, but the rhizoma atractylodis, the semen coicis and the herba pogostemonis are not used separately.
