Abstract

一种跌打喷雾剂的制备方法，通过原料制备和在乙醇液体中的浸泡混合制得，该喷雾剂主治各种跌打损伤如：闭合性软组织挫伤、骨折及关节脱位局部肿痛、外伤局部伤口出血、屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎等，亦可治疗风湿性关节炎，痛风性关节炎，蜂窝组织炎。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种跌打喷雾剂的配制方法。
背景技术
跌打损伤主要包括由于跌扑、刀伤、殴打、闪压、擦伤以及运动损伤等导致局部或者全身的疼痛、肿胀、伤筋、踊损、出血、皮肤青紫等外伤现象，也包括呼吸时内部刺痛等内脏损伤。现有治疗跌打损伤的药物主要有风痛灵、酸痛灵喷剂等，它们的优点是使用简单，携带方便；但是效果不是很明显。
本发明的跌打喷雾剂的功用主治为消炎消肿、活血化瘀、驱风除湿，治疗范围包括各种跌打损伤如：闭合性软组织挫伤、骨折及关节脱位局部肿痛、外伤局部伤口出血等，亦可治疗风湿性关节炎，痛风性关节炎，蜂窝组织炎，使用方便，效果明显。
发明内容
本发明采用如下技术方案一种跌打喷雾剂的制备方法，其特征在于，该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1:原料制备，按质量比为生地10-15，三七2-5，红花10-20，樟脑10-20g，薄荷脑1-5，冰片0.1-0.5g，血竭10-20g，大黄：10-100，黄连10-100，黄柏10-100，黄芩10-100g，黄栀子10-100，见血清10-100，备用；
步骤2，将步骤1所制得的原料采用5层纱布包裹后放入有刻度的玻璃容器内，加入95％乙醇，所述原料与乙醇的质量体积比为1：3，在常温28-29℃下将上述原料和乙醇泡10-20天；
步骤3:从玻璃容器内倒出浸泡好的呈深褐色液体；
步骤4:将深褐色液体分装入120ml容量的喷雾瓶内，得到跌打喷雾剂。
步骤1中所述原料制备，按质量比为生地12，三七3.6，红花12，樟脑12，薄荷脑3.6，冰片0.25，血竭12，大黄50，黄连50，黄柏50，黄芩50，黄栀子50，见血清25。
有益效果：
1、社会效益及技术效果：骨折、关节脱位、韧带及肌腱肌肉等软组织损伤后，活血化瘀、消肿等外用药物有助于消肿、有助于损伤组织的功能恢复、结构恢复，有助于患者早日康复。很多患者，特别是老年患者，因长时间患有消化系统疾病或高血压、糖尿病等其他慢性疾病，肠胃功能不好，活血化瘀、消肿等口服药物可能诱发或加重胃溃疡、胃出血，可能引起血压升高、血糖波动等副作用，甚至有的口服或药物针剂引发药物过敏、肾功能衰竭等。研究者上研究生期间,就曾经遇到过一例患者因口服一种活血化瘀、消肿的口服胶囊两个月，导致慢性肾功能衰竭，最后不得不长期做血液透析，因高额的医疗费用，家贫如洗。
应用该跌打喷雾剂，局部应用活血化瘀、消肿等外用药物，有利于尽快消除软组织水肿、骨膜水肿，有利于损伤组织的功能恢复、结构恢复；且局部外用活血化瘀、消肿等外用药物，因其对胃肠等消化系统器官以及对泌尿系统等器官的功能影响、结构影响极小，可以减少活血化瘀、消肿、止痛等口服药物可能诱发或加重的胃溃疡、胃出血、血压升高、血糖波动等副作用，能够通过控制药物的体内摄入量、吸收量而避免可能引发的药物过敏、肾功能衰竭等。
该跌打喷雾剂治疗骨折、关节脱位、韧带及肌腱肌肉等软组织损伤的保守治疗方法，与传统手术治疗所用的几百、几千甚至上万的内固定钢板、螺钉、钛棒相比，成本很低(每瓶100ml不超过一百元)，能够为国家节省大量的医保报销费用，能够在很大程度上减轻患者医保自负费用的经济负担。
2、经济效益：该跌打喷雾剂，可转化为新型实用、能够产生经济效益的中成药类商品，其功用主治为活血化瘀、消肿止痛、驱风除湿，其治疗范围包括各种跌打损伤如：闭合性软组织挫伤、骨折及关节脱位局部肿痛、外伤局部伤口出血等，亦可治疗风湿性关节炎，痛风性关节炎，蜂窝组织炎，其使用科室包括综合性医院或专科医院的骨科、康复科、针灸理疗科等相关科室，可以在诊所等其它医疗机构使用，可以在药店销售，其潜在的经济效益、社会效益是巨大的。

下面结合具体实施例，进一步阐述本发明。
一种跌打喷雾剂的制备方法，其特征在于，该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1:原料制备，按质量比为生地10-15，三七2-5，红花10-20，樟脑10-20g，薄荷脑1-5，冰片0.1-0.5g，血竭10-20g，大黄：10-100，黄连10-100，黄柏10-100，黄芩10-100g，黄栀子10-100，见血清10-100，备用；
步骤2，将步骤1所制得的原料采用5层纱布包裹后放入有刻度的玻璃容器内，加入95％乙醇，所述原料与乙醇的质量体积比为1：3，在常温28-29℃下将上述原料和乙醇泡10-20天；
步骤3:从玻璃容器内倒出浸泡好的呈深褐色液体；
步骤4:将深褐色液体分装入120ml容量的喷雾瓶内，得到跌打喷雾剂。

使用该跌打喷雾剂时，将瓶内药液摇匀，将喷嘴正对伤处15～25cm,用手指按压喷头，将药液喷在患处5～8层(层间干后再喷涂下一层)，每日2～3次。
研究目的：评价本跌打喷雾剂治疗闭合性软组织挫伤、骨折、关节脱位伴局部软组织肿痛、风湿性关节炎、痛风性关节炎、四肢局部蜂窝组织炎的临床疗效。
研究方法：将闭合性软组织挫伤120例、骨折36例、关节脱位伴局部软组织肿痛26例、风湿性关节炎52例、痛风性关节炎67例、四肢局部蜂窝组织炎30例纳入临床疗效研究。临床疗效评价指标包括：疼痛评分(0-6分)、肿胀评分(0-3分)、瘀斑评分(0-3分)、功能障碍(0-3分)。
研究结果：各治疗组在治疗后3d、6d、9d的愈显率、总有效率有显著性意义(P＜0.05)。在镇痛作用方面，各治疗组在治疗3d、6d、9d后的疼痛评分明显低于治疗前(P＜0.05)；在消肿、消瘀、促进肢体关节功能恢复方面，疗效评价具有有显著性意义(P＜0.05)。在毒副作用方面，四肢局部蜂窝组织炎组30例中有2例用药后局部有脱皮现象，痛风性关节炎治疗组67例中有3例患者用药过程中局部皮肤出现瘙痒(局部涂抹皮炎平软膏后缓解)。全部患者局部皮肤均未出现红疹、水泡等副作用。
研究结论：本跌打喷雾剂对闭合性软组织挫伤、骨折、关节脱位伴局部软组织肿痛、风湿性关节炎、痛风性关节炎、四肢局部蜂窝组织炎的治疗，在缓解疼痛、消肿、散瘀、促进肢体关节功能恢复方面具有良好的疗效，且本跌打喷雾剂对皮肤刺激性小，未出现严重皮肤过敏反应，总体来讲是安全、有效的。

1.一种跌打喷雾剂的制备方法，其特征在于，该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1:原料制备，按质量比为生地10-15，三七2-5，红花10-20，樟脑10-20g，薄荷脑1-5，冰片0.1-0.5g，血竭10-20g，大黄：10-100，黄连10-100，黄柏10-100，黄芩10-100g，黄栀子10-100，见血清10-100，备用；
步骤2，将步骤1所制得的原料采用5层纱布包裹后放入有刻度的玻璃容器内，加入95％乙醇，所述原料与乙醇的质量体积比为1：3，在常温28-29℃下将上述原料和乙醇泡10-20天；
步骤3:从玻璃容器内倒出浸泡好的呈深褐色液体；
步骤4:将深褐色液体分装入120ml容量的喷雾瓶内，得到跌打喷雾剂。
