本发明公开了益生菌含漱液生产工艺,配置溶液Ⅰ:纯化水加热再加入非结晶山梨糖醇、苯甲酸钠、氟化钠、西吡氯铵,搅拌20分钟;配置溶液Ⅱ:RH40氢化蓖麻油、丙二醇加热至熔融,加入椒样薄荷香精,搅拌均匀得到溶液Ⅱ;将溶液Ⅱ加入到溶液Ⅰ中,加入乳酸链球菌素、亮蓝色素,搅拌10分钟形成半成品,取样化验西吡氯铵含量,半成品合格后罐装;西吡氯铵含量不足的,添加西吡氯铵,循环搅拌10分钟,取样检测至半成品合格,开始灌装;成品检测合格后入库,不合格废弃。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种益生菌含漱液生产工艺。
背景技术
漱口水主要组分为香精、表面活性剂、氟化物、氯化锶、酒精和水等,能清洁口腔,预防龋齿和牙周炎等。常见漱口水如复方氯己定含漱液及浓替硝唑含漱液,漱口水中含抗生素,菌群失衡,口感差。氯己定长时间使用着色,对味觉产生影响。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种护理效果好的益生菌含漱液生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种益生菌含漱液生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(a)配置溶液Ⅰ:将质量百分含量80%-90%的纯化水加热至34-36℃,加入质量百分含量9%-21%的非结晶山梨糖醇、质量百分含量0.45%-0.55%的苯甲酸钠、质量百分含量0.04%-0.06%的氟化钠、质量百分含量0.045%-0.055%的西吡氯铵搅拌20-25分钟,得到溶液Ⅰ;
(b)配置溶液Ⅱ:将质量百分含量0.8%-1.2%的RH40氢化蓖麻油、质量百分含量0.8%-1.2%的丙二醇加热至熔融,加入质量百分含量0.08%-0.12%的椒样薄荷香精,搅拌均匀得到溶液Ⅱ;
(c)将溶液Ⅱ加入到溶液Ⅰ中,加入质量百分含量0.0035%-0.0065%的乳酸链球菌素、质量百分含量0.00016%-0.0002%的亮蓝色素,搅拌10分钟形成半成品,取样化验西吡氯铵含量,半成品合格后罐装;西吡氯铵含量不足的,添加西吡氯铵,循环搅拌10分钟,取样检测至半成品合格,开始灌装;成品检测合格后入库,不合格废弃。
本发明的有益效果:主要功效是乳酸链球菌素、氟化钠和西吡氯铵,乳酸链球菌素和氟化钠的协同作用,更好的达到防龋菌的效果以及维护了口腔菌群的平衡,再加入西吡氯铵,抑制牙菌斑和牙周细菌,特别是牙龈卟啉单胞菌,从而缓解牙周炎,牙龈炎。其他一些辅料能够在性状和口感上达到比较好的效果。该工艺设计步骤能使得每一组份相互溶解,充分发挥其功能。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明的保护范围的限定。
实施例1
本发明的一种益生菌含漱液生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(a)配置溶液Ⅰ:将质量百分含量88.78134%的纯化水加热至34℃,加入质量百分含量9%的非结晶山梨糖醇、质量百分含量0.45%的苯甲酸钠、质量百分含量0.04%的氟化钠、质量百分含量0.045%的西吡氯铵搅拌20分钟,得到溶液Ⅰ,非结晶山梨糖醇:既是保湿剂又是甜味剂,保湿效果比较温和,口味也很好;苯甲酸钠:是一种很好的食品防腐剂,延长保质期的效果;氟化钠:是对口腔多种酶有抑制作用,可以抑菌,减少牙菌斑,能降低釉质中羟基磷灰石的溶解度,增加牙齿的抗龋力,还可以增进釉质的完整性,增加釉质的硬度;西吡氯铵:属于阳离子表面活性剂,通过降低表面张力,增大了细胞壁的通透性,从而抑制和杀灭细菌,它可在口腔黏膜吸附,而对口腔黏膜无刺激性,对牙面不着色,对细菌有抗菌作用,可减少菌斑形成;
(b)配置溶液Ⅱ:将质量百分含量0.8%的RH40氢化蓖麻油、质量百分含量0.8%的丙二醇加热至熔融,加入质量百分含量0.08%的椒样薄荷香精,搅拌均匀得到溶液Ⅱ,RH40氢化蓖麻油:椒样薄荷香精能在氢化蓖麻油的作用下很好的溶解,从性状上看去澄清透明,再加入丙二醇能更好的起到保湿的功效;
(c)将溶液Ⅱ加入到溶液Ⅰ中,加入质量百分含量0.0035%的乳酸链球菌素、质量百分含量0.00016%的亮蓝色素,搅拌10分钟形成半成品,取样化验西吡氯铵含量,半成品合格后罐装;西吡氯铵含量不足的,添加西吡氯铵,循环搅拌10分钟,取样检测至半成品合格,开始灌装;成品检测合格后入库,不合格废弃,乳酸链球菌素:是一种具有很强杀菌效果的天然产物,它干扰口腔中细菌细胞膜的正常功能,破坏细胞的完整性,特别是一些致龋菌,如变异链球菌,从而维持口腔菌群的平衡,让我们的口腔健康;亮蓝色素:是一种着色剂,让产品有较好的视觉感。

(c)将溶液Ⅱ加入到溶液Ⅰ中,加入质量百分含量0.005%的乳酸链球菌素、质量百分含量0.00018%的亮蓝色素,搅拌10分钟形成半成品,取样化验西吡氯铵含量,半成品合格后罐装;西吡氯铵含量不足的,添加西吡氯铵,循环搅拌10分钟,取样检测至半成品合格,开始灌装;成品检测合格后入库,不合格废弃,乳酸链球菌素:是一种具有很强杀菌效果的天然产物,它干扰口腔中细菌细胞膜的正常功能,破坏细胞的完整性,特别是一些致龋菌,如变异链球菌,从而维持口腔菌群的平衡,让我们的口腔健康;亮蓝色素:是一种着色剂,让产品有较好的视觉感。
本发明的主要功效是乳酸链球菌素、氟化钠和西吡氯铵,乳酸链球菌素和氟化钠的协同作用,更好的达到防龋菌的效果以及维护了口腔菌群的平衡,再加入西吡氯铵,抑制牙菌斑和牙周细菌,特别是牙龈卟啉单胞菌,从而缓解牙周炎,牙龈炎。其他一些辅料能够在性状和口感上达到比较好的效果。该工艺设计步骤能使得每一组份相互溶解,充分发挥其功能。
为了更直接的反映使用本发明后口腔溃疡创面愈合情况,本研究设计了创面综合评分表,综合评分越高,说明创面愈合越好。结果表明造模1至3天小鼠综合评分均为0,说明小鼠口腔溃疡造模成功;第三天开始用不同漱口液处理,发现NCN复方组第四天起得分开始增加,第七天增加到3.0左右,至第十天止持续增加,且明显高于其他组;而其他第八天才部分恢复增加到2.0左右,且均低于3.0。以上数据表明NCN复方漱口液明显促进了伤口愈合,减轻了小鼠的痛苦(如图1所示)。(评分标准:0-模型初始创面,红肿,灰色假膜;1-创面未收敛,灰色假膜脱落,渗出液明显,红肿;1.5-创面未收敛,红肿轻微,渗出液减少;2-创面收敛,红肿轻微,渗出液较少;2.5-创面收敛,红肿一点,渗出液较少;3-创面明显变小,渗出液一点,红肿一点;3.5-创面明显变小,无渗出液,红肿消失;4-创面完全愈合);(不同药物处理组口腔溃疡综合评分。横坐标为天数,纵坐标为综合评价,其评价标准见动物实验中,将其数据进行统计学分析并作出如上的图)。

1.益生菌含漱液生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(a)配置溶液Ⅰ:将质量百分含量80%-90%的纯化水加热至34-36℃,加入质量百分含量9%-21%的非结晶山梨糖醇、质量百分含量0.45%-0.55%的苯甲酸钠、质量百分含量0.04%-0.06%的氟化钠、质量百分含量0.045%-0.055%的西吡氯铵搅拌20-25分钟,得到溶液Ⅰ;
(b)配置溶液Ⅱ:将质量百分含量0.8%-1.2%的RH40氢化蓖麻油、质量百分含量0.8%-1.2%的丙二醇加热至熔融,加入质量百分含量0.08%-0.12%的椒样薄荷香精,搅拌均匀得到溶液Ⅱ;
