Abstract
本发明公开了一种脊柱固定用横连器,设有两挂钩,所述两挂钩下方分别设有开口向下的沟槽,其特征在于所述沟槽中间设有锁棒臂,所述锁棒臂自沟槽顶部向下凸起并延伸至沟槽口部,将所述沟槽分成两槽,一槽称为勾棒槽用于勾住纵联棒,另一槽称为锁棒槽,锁棒槽口部设有梯形锁紧块,所述梯形锁紧块向槽内拉近,挤压所述锁棒臂向纵联棒方向变形,从而将纵联棒锁紧。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别是一种脊柱固定用横联器
背景技术
在脊柱损伤手术中常用脊柱固定器对脊柱进行固定治疗,所述脊柱固定器一般包括钉棒系统及横联器,所述钉棒系统包括椎弓根钉和纵联棒,所述横联器的作用是将安装在脊柱两旁的两钉棒系统连接固定在一起,达到稳定固定的效果。然而目前横联器的结构一般是包括两个挂钩,挂钩之间连接有横连杆,如本申请人的发明专利ZL201410037390.X,一种脊柱固定用扁平式横联器,包括挂钩两个,锁紧体两个,锁紧螺钉两个,横连杆一根,所述挂钩的下方设有沟槽,所述沟槽用于勾住纵联棒,并通过向沟槽内拉近锁紧体,由锁紧体直接接触并压紧纵联棒。这样的安装比较麻烦,当所述沟槽勾向纵联棒时,所述锁紧体受患者肌肉挤压等因素影响,有可能会阻挡纵联棒的勾进,并且横连杆的连接与紧固需要分两次进行,用时较长,病人失血量会相对较多。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种脊柱固定用横联器,克服了上述缺陷。
所述一种脊柱固定用横联器,设有两挂钩,所述两挂钩下方分别设有开口向下的沟槽,其特征在于所述沟槽中间设有锁棒臂,所述锁棒臂自沟槽顶部向下凸起并延伸至沟槽口部,将所述沟槽分成两槽,一槽称为勾棒槽用于勾住纵联棒,另一槽称为锁棒槽,锁棒槽口部设有梯形锁紧块,所述梯形锁紧块向槽内拉近,挤压所述锁棒臂向纵联棒方向变形,从而将纵联棒锁紧。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述锁棒臂具有弹性。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述锁棒槽设于所述勾棒槽的内侧。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述勾棒槽内部设有与纵联棒配合的弧形,所述勾棒槽口部略小于纵联棒直径,其两侧均设有引导纵联棒进入的斜面。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述锁棒槽顶臂设有上下贯通的光孔,所述梯形锁紧块设有螺杆A,所述螺杆A向上穿过所述光孔后设有螺母A,并穿过螺母A后设有螺母止退机构,通过旋转螺母A拉近所述梯形锁紧块。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述两挂钩分别设有与挂钩一体的横连杆。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述一挂钩的横连杆上设有上下贯通的长形孔,另一挂钩的横连杆向上固设有螺杆B,所述螺杆B向上穿过所述长形孔后设有螺母B,并穿过螺母B后设有螺母止退机构,使所述两挂钩的横向距离和相对角度可以自由调节并紧固,以适应钉棒系统手术位置的需要。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述螺母止退机构设为将所述螺杆A、螺杆B上端面的螺纹挤扁变形,使所述螺母A和螺母B止退。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述螺杆A、螺杆B向上设有手柄和手柄折断部,所述手柄用于所述脊柱固定用横联器的安装,完成安装后将所述手柄折断去除。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述手柄设为棒状或管状,所述手柄折断部设有环形槽,所述环形槽由所述螺杆A、螺杆B上端,向其轴心偏下斜向切出,当折断手柄后形成一盆形,以避免折断面高出所述螺母A、螺杆B划伤软组织。
本发明一种脊柱固定用横联器,使用时将所述挂钩的勾棒槽由纵联棒上方轻轻压入,通过锁棒臂将纵联棒与梯形锁紧块隔开,消除了锁紧块对挂钩勾进纵联棒时的阻挡,并通过所述锁棒臂的弹性将挂钩与纵联棒预紧,方便了脊柱固定用横联器与两钉棒系统的的连接、调整与锁紧,由此使脊柱固定器的操作更便捷,固定更牢固,手术时间更短,进而可提高手术的成功率。

图1至图2示出了本发明脊柱固定用横联器的具体实施方式,
所述一种脊柱固定用横联器,设有两挂钩1、2,所述两挂钩1、2下方分别设有开口向下的沟槽,其特征在于所述沟槽中间设有锁棒臂11、21,所述锁棒臂11、21自沟槽顶部向下凸起并延伸至沟槽口部,将所述沟槽分成两槽,一槽称为勾棒槽用于勾住纵联棒3,另一槽称为锁棒槽,锁棒槽口部设有梯形锁紧块4,所述梯形锁紧块4向槽内拉近,挤压所述锁棒臂11、21向纵联棒3方向变形,从而将纵联棒3锁紧。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述锁棒臂11、21具有弹性。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述锁棒槽设于所述勾棒槽的内侧。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述勾棒槽内部设有与纵联棒3配合的弧形,所述勾棒槽口部略小于纵联棒3直径,其两侧均设有引导纵联棒3进入的斜面。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述锁棒槽顶臂设有上下贯通的光孔,所述梯形锁紧块4设有螺杆A41,所述螺杆A41向上穿过所述光孔后设有螺母A5,并穿过螺母A5后设有螺母止退机构,通过旋转螺母A5拉近所述梯形锁紧块4。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述两挂钩1、2分别设有与挂钩一体的横连杆12、22。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述一挂钩的横连杆12上设有上下贯通的长形孔13,另一挂钩的横连杆22向上固设有螺杆B23,所述螺杆B23向上穿过所述长形孔13后设有螺母B6,并穿过螺母B6后设有螺母止退机构,使所述两挂钩1、2的横向距离和相对角度可以自由调节并紧固,以适应钉棒系统手术位置的需要。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述螺母止退机构设为将所述螺杆A41、螺杆B23上端面的螺纹挤扁变形,使所述螺母A5和螺母B6止退。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述螺杆A41、螺杆B23向上设有手柄42、和手柄折断部43,所述手柄42用于所述脊柱固定用横联器的安装,完成安装后将所述手柄折断去除。
优选的,在上述一种脊柱固定用横联器中,所述手柄42设为棒状或管状,所述手柄折断部43设有环形槽,所述环形槽由所述螺杆A41、螺杆B23上端向轴心偏下斜向切出,当折断手柄42后形成一盆形,以避免折断面高出所述螺母A5、B6而划伤软组织。
Claims (9)
1.一种脊柱固定用横联器,设有两挂钩(1)、(2),所述两挂钩(1)、(2)下方分别设有开口向下的沟槽,其特征在于所述沟槽中间设有锁棒臂(11)、(21),将所述沟槽分成两槽,其中一槽称为勾棒槽用于勾住纵联棒(3),另一槽称为锁棒槽,用于锁紧纵联棒(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脊柱固定用横联器,其特征在于所述锁棒臂(11)、(21)具有弹性。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种脊柱固定用横联器,其特征在于所述锁棒臂(11)、(21)自沟槽顶部向下凸起并延伸至沟槽口部,所述勾棒槽内部设有与纵联棒(3)配合的弧形,所述勾棒槽口部略小于纵联棒(3)直径,其两侧均设有引导纵联棒(3)进入的斜面,所述锁棒槽口部设有梯形锁紧块(4),所述梯形锁紧块(4)向槽内拉近,挤压所述锁棒臂(11)、(21)向纵联棒(3)方向变形,将纵联棒(3)锁紧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种脊柱固定用横联器,其特征在于所述锁棒槽顶臂设有上下贯通的光孔,所述梯形锁紧块(4)设有螺杆A(41),所述螺杆A(41)向上穿过所述光孔后设有螺母A(5),并穿过螺母A(5)后设有螺母止退机构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种脊柱固定用横联器,其特征在于所述两挂钩分别设有与挂钩一体的横连杆(12)、(22)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种脊柱固定用横联器,其特征在于所述横连杆(12)、(22)中,一横连杆(12)上设有上下贯通的长形孔(13),另一横连杆(22)向上固设有螺杆B(23),所述螺杆B(23)向上穿过所述长形孔(13)后设有螺母B(6),并穿过螺母B(6)后设有螺母止退机构。
7.根据权利要求4或6所述的一种脊柱固定用横联器,其特征在于所述螺母止退机构设为将所述螺杆A(41)和螺杆B(23)上端面的螺纹挤扁变形,使所述螺母A(5)和螺母B(6)止退。
8.根据权利要求4或6所述的一种脊柱固定用横联器,其特征在于所述螺杆A(41)、螺杆B(23)向上设有手柄(42)和手柄折断部(43)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种脊柱固定用横联器,其特征在于所述手柄(42)设为棒状或管状,所述手柄折断部(43)设有环形槽,所述环形槽由所述螺杆A(41)、螺杆B(23)上端向轴心偏下斜向切出,当折断手柄(42)后形成一盆形。
