Abstract

背景技术
抗菌皂在过去二十年中已变得普及,并且非常受消费者欢迎。希望增加抗菌剂如苯氧乙醇的抗菌效应。不幸的是,由于其高水溶解度,苯氧乙醇不能在消费者使用中提供长效抗菌效应。例如,对于含有苯氧乙醇的传统手用皂产品,一旦消费者已在应用皂后用水冲洗手,则大量的苯氧乙醇被冲洗掉。
因此,需要以对消费者提供长效抗菌效应的方式含有安全有效的抗菌剂如苯氧乙醇的清洁皂条的制剂。
发明内容
本发明人已发现,当将苯氧乙醇在掺入清洁条组合物内之前与疏水性沉积助剂预混合时,清洁条显示在皮肤上显著增强的苯氧乙醇沉积。这导致对于消费者的长效抗菌效应。
在第一个示例性实施例中,本公开内容提供了清洁条组合物,所述清洁条组合物包含:
a)选自皂和表面活性剂的至少一种清洁剂;
b)苯氧乙醇;和
c)一种或多种疏水性稳定剂,
其中所述组合物是固体清洁条。
在第二个示例性实施例中,本发明提供了增加通过清洁条的在皮肤上的苯氧乙醇沉积的方法,所述方法包括下述步骤:将苯氧乙醇与一种或多种疏水性沉积助剂组合以形成混合物,将所得到的混合物加入选自皂和表面活性剂的至少一种清洁剂中,并且由其形成清洁条。

本发明人已发现,使用含苯氧乙醇的清洁条在消费者的皮肤上的苯氧乙醇沉积可通过用苯氧乙醇和一种或多种疏水性沉积助剂的预混合物配制该条而得到增强。在不存在这些试剂的情况下,在使用者的皮肤上沉积的几乎所有苯氧乙醇在用水冲洗期间变得被洗掉。然而,当如本公开内容所述配制清洁条时,苯氧乙醇可长时间段保留在皮肤上,提供长效抗菌效应。
可用于本公开内容的疏水性沉积助剂包括但不限于具有按重量计小于1%的水溶解度(溶解度在25℃下测定)的材料、凡士林、白凡士林、雪白凡士林、植物油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、椰子油、种子油、霍霍巴油、霍霍巴蜡、脂肪、甘油三酯、牛油、牛油树脂、C8-C22脂肪酸的甘油酯;月桂酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸或肉豆蔻酸的甘油酯;C8-C22脂肪醇、月桂醇、硬脂醇、异硬脂醇、油醇、鲸蜡醇或肉豆蔻醇、C8-22脂肪酸、月桂酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸或肉豆蔻酸、硅油或矿物油及其组合。凡士林是复杂的烃类混合物。植物油和脂肪是甘油三酯的混合物,甘油三酯即脂肪酸的甘油三酯。种子油例如霍霍巴油是蜡的混合物,蜡即脂肪酸与长链醇的酯。脂肪醇是通过还原脂肪酸的羧酸衍生的长链醇。
除充当对在皮肤上的苯氧乙醇沉积的助剂之外,本公开内容的沉积助剂还赋予其自身的益处,例如抗细菌效应、保湿效应和其他皮肤有益效应。
在制备本公开内容的清洁条时,在与清洁条组合物的其他组分共混之前,苯氧乙醇组分应当与疏水性沉积助剂预混合,例如由疏水性沉积助剂封装。优选地,将苯氧乙醇和疏水性沉积助剂预混合并且加工,以确保通过疏水性沉积助剂涂布苯氧乙醇颗粒的表面积。在优选的实施例中,苯氧乙醇与沉积助剂的重量比为1∶1至1∶5,例如1∶1至1∶4,例如1∶1至1∶2,例如约1∶1、1∶2、1∶3或1∶4。
本公开内容的清洁条包括至少一种清洁剂组分,其可为皂或表面活性剂。在某些实施例中,清洁剂组分是亲水性皂片(例如,“基础组分”)。参考美国专利6,383,999(Coyle等人)和美国专利6,248,703(Finucane等人),所述美国专利各自公开了清洁皂条的皂组分。术语“皂”或“皂片”在本文中以其普遍含义使用,即脂肪族烷烃或烯烃单羧酸的碱金属或链烷醇铵盐。钠、钾、单乙醇铵、二乙醇铵和三乙醇铵阳离子或其组合适合于本发明的目的。一般而言,在本公开内容的组合物中使用钠皂,但是约1%至约25%的皂可为铵皂、钾皂、镁皂、钙皂或这些皂的混合物。
本文有用的皂片包括但不限于具有约8至22个碳原子,优选10至20个碳原子的脂肪族酸(链烷酸或链烯酸)的众所周知的碱金属盐。这些可被描述为具有约12至约22个碳原子的链烷烃或链烯烃的碱金属羧酸盐。具有常见植物油的脂肪酸分布或牛油(致使动物脂肪)的脂肪酸分布的皂可为合适的,常见植物油例如棕榈仁油、棕榈油、椰子油、橄榄油或月桂油。皂可包含天然或合成脂肪酸源的任何组合(例如天然动物或植物脂肪或油和/或各种脂肪酸的任何组合)的脂肪酸分布。
任何其他表面活性剂也可存在于皂片中,所述表面活性剂包括但不限于硫酸盐,磺酸盐,α-烯烃磺酸盐,羟乙基磺酸盐例如SCI,N-烷基或N-酰基牛磺酸盐,磺基琥珀酸盐,磷酸盐,甘氨酸盐,两性表面活性剂例如甜菜碱、磺基甜菜碱等等,以及非离子表面活性剂,例如烷醇酰胺、烷基聚糖苷,并且所有这些表面活性剂一般在Colgate的美国专利号5,139,781,第5列,第35行至第11列,第46行中提及。

在一个可替代的示例性实施例中,组合物的清洁剂组分基本上由阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂及其混合物组成。

在一个实施例中,清洁条包括以按重量计约0.001%至约1%的量的一种或多种颜料,例如氧化铬绿。
在一个实施例中,清洁条包括以约0.1%至约15%,优选约1%至约10%,更优选约3%至约7%的水平掺入的二氧化硅(silica)或二氧化硅(silicon dioxide)。二氧化硅可以各种形式获得,包括但不限于结晶、无定形、热解、沉淀、凝胶和胶体形式。

本公开内容的清洁条可通过本领域技术人员已知的任何技术进行制备,所述技术包括分批方法和连续方法两者。清洁条的制备中的第一步是制备皂组分。可使用本领域技术人员已知的技术,例如经典的釜式沸腾法(kettle boiling process)或现代的连续皂制造方法。例如,在水的存在下,首先将适当的脂肪、油或羧酸或其混合物与碱(例如氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾或者碳酸钠或碳酸钾)混合以形成皂组分。然后可对皂组分进行加工且纯化,以根据需要去除过量的碱和/或甘油,并且形成片、丸粒、条或者其他固体或半固体形式。任选的成分如另外的表面活性剂也可在去除过量的碱之后,但在形成片、丸粒或条之前加入。然后可将皂组分磨碎,悬浮在水中,并且与苯氧乙醇和疏水性沉积助剂以及其他任选的添加剂组合。将苯氧乙醇和疏水性沉积助剂预混合,需要时伴随在加入皂混合物中之前熔化疏水性沉积助剂。如通过搅拌或研磨处理苯氧乙醇预混合物,以促进疏水性沉积助剂均匀涂布苯氧乙醇颗粒。然后将所得到的混合物与皂片和任何其他所需成分共混,必要时伴随加热。共混后,最终的组合物然后形成成品清洁条产品。
清洁条可通过挤出方法形成,并且可具有不同尺寸和形状,例如卵形或矩形形状,伴随作为整体外观的平坦或弯曲轮廓。
实例
通过参考下述实例来示出本公开内容的示例性实施例,包括所述实例以例示而不是限制本发明的范围。
在本发明的实例和其他地方,化学符号和术语具有其通常和习惯的含义。除非另有说明,否则温度为摄氏度。组分的量为基于所述标准的重量百分比;如果没有描述其他标准,则推断组合物的总重量。各种化学成分的名称包括CTFA国际化妆品成分字典(CTFAInternational Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary)(Cosmetics,Toiletry andFragrance Association,Inc.,第7版,1997)中列出的那些。
实例1:沉积效应的分析
制备苯氧乙醇与五种沉积助剂的预混合物:(a)棕榈仁油、(b)硬脂酸、(c)凡士林、(d)异硬脂醇和(e)水(作为对照)。苯氧乙醇与沉积助剂的重量比为1∶1、2∶1或4∶1。在加入苯氧乙醇之前,使硬脂酸在80-100℃下熔化。在加入苯氧乙醇之前,使棕榈仁油在50℃下熔化。凡士林在室温下与苯氧乙醇组合,然后加热为液体。异硬脂醇或水在室温下与苯氧乙醇组合。然后通过伴随轻轻加热和剧烈搅拌以1∶0.15重量比组合超级脂肪皂片和水来制备皂浆。将每种预混合物与皂浆组合并且在研杵和研钵中混合,以获得含有按重量计1%苯氧乙醇的组合物,并且将混合物形成条或球。
制备2英寸×2英寸方形的Vitro-Skin(体外皮肤模型),用于通过在密闭的受控湿度的室中温育16至24小时的测试。然后将每个水合的Vitro-Skin样品在40℃的去离子水中浸泡5-10秒,然后放在干净的塑料表面上。使用带手套的手,将每种样品清洁条组合物在流动35℃自来水下旋转10次。允许残留的水从条排出,然后以最低限度的力将湿润的条针对Vitro-Skin应用15秒。然后将条放在一边,并且使用戴手套的食指,用食指将Vitro-Skin按摩45秒(以模拟起泡)。然后使用喷嘴水流,用室温去离子水将Vitro-skin快速冲洗15秒。允许Vitro-skin风干3-4小时,然后通过HPLC分析苯氧乙醇的存在。简言之,干燥的Vitro-skin样品在乙醇中温育24-48小时以提取苯氧乙醇,蒸发乙醇溶液,然后在适当溶剂中重构用于HPLC分析。
分析每个Vitro-Skin样品的苯氧乙醇含量,并且将这些值针对对照组合物标准化。结果显示于表1中。
沉积改进计算为(PE=苯氧乙醇):
当疏水性沉积助剂在清洁条制造期间与苯氧乙醇预混合时,结果证明苯氧乙醇沉积的显著改进。与通过对照实现的苯氧乙醇的皮肤沉积相比,含有棕榈仁油、凡士林和硬脂酸的组合物各自显示超过30%的更多的苯氧乙醇的皮肤沉积。对于凡士林,在2∶1比下观察到最强的效应(与对照相比,沉积的130%增加)。
实例2:清洁条组合物
表2显示了根据本公开内容的示例性基础组合物。每种基础组合物可任选与另外的成分组合以配制最终的清洁条。例如,可加入上文公开的水、香料、填料和其他成分。

Claims (49)
1.一种清洁条组合物,所述清洁条组合物包含:
a)选自皂和表面活性剂的至少一种清洁剂;
b)苯氧乙醇;和
c)一种或多种疏水性沉积助剂,
其中所述组合物是固体清洁条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述苯氧乙醇基本上被所述疏水性沉积助剂涂布。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述苯氧乙醇以按所述组合物的重量计0.01%至2%的量存在。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述苯氧乙醇以按所述组合物的重量计0.1%至1.5%的量存在。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述苯氧乙醇以按所述组合物的重量计0.5%至1%的量存在。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述苯氧乙醇以按所述组合物的重量计约1%的量存在。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂包含选自下述的至少一种材料:具有按重量计小于1%的水溶解度的材料、凡士林、白凡士林、雪白凡士林、植物油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、椰子油、种子油、霍霍巴油、霍霍巴蜡、脂肪、甘油三酯、牛油、牛油树脂、C8-C22脂肪酸的甘油酯;月桂酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸或肉豆蔻酸的甘油酯;C8-C22脂肪醇、月桂醇、硬脂醇、异硬脂醇、油醇、鲸蜡醇或肉豆蔻醇、C8-22脂肪酸、月桂酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸或肉豆蔻酸、硅油或矿物油。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组合物,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂包含凡士林、白凡士林、雪白凡士林、棕榈仁油、硬脂酸或异硬脂醇中的一种或多种。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂占按所述组合物的重量计0.1%至10%。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂占按所述组合物的重量计2%至8%。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂占按所述组合物的重量计4%至6%。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂占按所述组合物的重量计约5%。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述苯氧乙醇与疏水性沉积助剂的重量比为1∶0.25至1∶5。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述苯氧乙醇与疏水性沉积助剂的重量比为1∶0.05至1∶5。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述苯氧乙醇与疏水性沉积助剂的重量比为1∶1至1∶5。
16.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述苯氧乙醇与疏水性沉积助剂的重量比为1∶1至1∶4。
17.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述苯氧乙醇与疏水性沉积助剂的重量比为1∶1至1∶3。
18.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述苯氧乙醇与疏水性沉积助剂的重量比为1∶1至1∶2。
19.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述苯氧乙醇与疏水性沉积助剂的重量比为约1∶1或约1∶2。
20.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述至少一种清洁剂包含皂。
21.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,所述组合物还包含具有1至4的HLB的乳化剂。
22.根据权利要求21所述的组合物,其中所述乳化剂是硬脂醇聚醚-2。
23.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂增强在所述清洁条的使用者的皮肤上的苯氧乙醇沉积。
24.根据权利要求23所述的组合物,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂导致在所述清洁条使用后24小时在所述使用者的皮肤上可测量的苯氧乙醇。
25.一种增加通过清洁条的苯氧乙醇沉积的方法,所述方法包括
a)在疏水性沉积助剂中组合苯氧乙醇以形成混合物;
b)将所述混合物加入选自皂和表面活性剂的至少一种清洁剂中;和
c)形成清洁条。
26.根据权利要求25所述的方法,其中所述苯氧乙醇基本上被所述疏水性稳定剂涂布。
27.根据权利要求25至26中任一项所述的方法,其中所述组合所述苯氧乙醇和所述疏水性沉积助剂还包含具有1至4的HLB的乳化剂。
28.根据权利要求27所述的方法,其中所述乳化剂是硬脂醇聚醚-2。
29.根据权利要求25至28中任一项所述的方法,其中所述苯氧乙醇以按所述组合物的重量计0.01%至2%的量存在。
30.根据权利要求25至29中任一项所述的方法,其中所述苯氧乙醇以按所述组合物的重量计0.1%至1.5%的量存在。
31.根据权利要求25至30中任一项所述的方法,其中所述苯氧乙醇以按所述组合物的重量计0.5%至1%的量存在。
32.根据权利要求25至31中任一项所述的方法,其中所述苯氧乙醇以按所述组合物的重量计约1%的量存在。
33.根据权利要求25至32中任一项所述的方法,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂包含选自下述的至少一种材料:具有按重量计小于1%的水溶解度的材料、凡士林、白凡士林、雪白凡士林、植物油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、椰子油、种子油、霍霍巴油、霍霍巴蜡、脂肪、甘油三酯、牛油、牛油树脂、C8-C22脂肪酸的甘油酯;月桂酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸或肉豆蔻酸的甘油酯;C8-C22脂肪醇、月桂醇、硬脂醇、异硬脂醇、油醇、鲸蜡醇或肉豆蔻醇、C8-22脂肪酸、月桂酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸或肉豆蔻酸、硅油或矿物油。
34.根据权利要求33所述的方法,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂包含凡士林、白凡士林、雪白凡士林、棕榈仁油、硬脂酸或异硬脂醇中的一种或多种。
35.根据权利要求25至34中任一项所述的方法,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂占按所述组合物的重量计0.1%至10%。
36.根据权利要求25至35中任一项所述的方法,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂占按所述组合物的重量计2%至8%。
37.根据权利要求25至36中任一项所述的方法,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂占按所述组合物的重量计4%至6%。
38.根据权利要求25至37中任一项所述的方法,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂占按所述组合物的重量计约5%。
39.根据权利要求25至38中任一项所述的方法,其中所述苯氧乙醇与疏水性沉积助剂的重量比为1∶0.25至1∶5。
40.根据权利要求25至39中任一项所述的方法,其中所述苯氧乙醇与疏水性沉积助剂的重量比为1∶0.05至1∶5。
41.根据权利要求25至40中任一项所述的方法,其中所述苯氧乙醇与疏水性沉积助剂的重量比为1∶1至1∶5。
42.根据权利要求25至41中任一项所述的方法,其中所述苯氧乙醇与疏水性沉积助剂的重量比为1∶1至1∶4。
43.根据权利要求25至42中任一项所述的方法,其中所述苯氧乙醇与疏水性沉积助剂的重量比为1∶1至1∶3。
44.根据权利要求25至43中任一项所述的方法,其中所述苯氧乙醇与疏水性沉积助剂的重量比为1∶1至1∶2。
45.根据权利要求25至44中任一项所述的方法,其中所述苯氧乙醇与疏水性沉积助剂的重量比为约1∶1或约1∶2。
46.根据权利要求25至45中任一项所述的方法,其中所述至少一种清洁剂包含皂。
47.根据权利要求25至46中任一项所述的方法,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂增强在所述清洁条的使用者的皮肤上的苯氧乙醇沉积。
48.根据权利要求47所述的方法,其中所述疏水性沉积助剂导致在所述清洁条使用后24小时在所述使用者的皮肤上可测量的苯氧乙醇。
49.疏水性沉积助剂将苯氧乙醇保留在皮肤上的用途。
