Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于混合动力驱动机动车的驱动装置。
背景技术
AT 51 35 38 A1描述了这种类型的用于混合动力驱动机动车的驱动装置,其中,内燃机和电机输出到公共的传动装置上,其中,传动装置通过设计成负传动装置的行星轮组和与该行星轮组通过离合器和制动器耦合的拉维娜轮组构成。驱动装置可以以内燃发动机方式和以电动机方式在三个变速级(档位)中运行以及在混合动力驱动中经功率分支地在两个无级变速范围中运行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种驱动装置,借助于该驱动装置可以在更大的程度上控制不同的驱动模式并且该驱动装置在结构上和在效率上都有利地构造。
按照本发明提出,在主驱动中可以切换直至六个变速级(V1至V6);可以通过电机EM通过在行星传动机构中进行发电机方式或电动机方式的叠加至少在两个变速级中控制无级的驱动(CVT1,CVT2)。除了已知的驱动模式以外,由此提供另一种行驶模式,通过该行驶模式可以在主驱动中控制机动车的无级的运行。这尤其出于效率原因和/或舒适原因是特别有利的。在相应地联接行星传动机构的情况下,除对电机的控制之外,不需要任何显著的、结构上的额外投入。例如可以控制无级的行驶运行,其中,起步速比通过电机的负的转速非常低地、通过转速0被提高地和通过电机的正的转速控制无级地被控制到最高起步速比(CVT1)。同样的情况例如也适用于更高的第二速比范围(CVT2),该第二速比范围可以无级地在从第4档位直至第6档位的速比范围中进行控制。由此,根据目前的和/或预先给定的运行参数,与机动车的改善的行驶动力性相联系,例如可以实现对内燃机上和/或电机上的负荷点的有目的的设定。
此外,在主驱动中通过制动住电机也可以控制固定的变速比,以便例如在无级的运行范围中保持内燃机的确定的运行点。
通过副驱动可以切换三个与主驱动不相关的档位。在此情况下至少一个档位可以用作起步档位。
在本发明的一个有利的扩展方案中提出,驱动装置通过一个具有两个三轴行星传动机构的至少双轴的传动装置构成,借助于所述传动装置可以在相对较少的传动技术投入的情况下实现行驶模式。
通过以下方式实现驱动装置的一种特别优选的设计,即内燃机通过第一输入轴和第一圆柱齿轮传动机构与两个轴线平行地支承的、相互耦合的行星传动机构并且电机通过轴线平行的第二输入轴与行星传动机构传动连接,其中,行星传动机构的输出元件被连接到公共的从动轴上。
在此,内燃发动机方式的运行的六个前进档位和在电动机方式的运行中的三个前进档位(E1至E3)可以在结构上和控制技术上特别有利地通过仅仅三个离合器和一个制动器进行切换。离合器可以优选是液压控制的片式离合器,但是必要时也可以通过形状配合的爪式离合器形成。同样的情况适用于制动器的技术设计。
在一个在构造上简单、紧凑的结构设计中,从动轴间接地或直接地固定地与作为行星传动机构的输出元件的两个行星架传动连接,所述行星架分别是行星传动机构的总轴。此外,第二行星传动机构的太阳轮可以通过离合器K1与第一行星传动机构的外轮接合,而第二行星传动机构的外轮通过第二圆柱齿轮传动机构与内燃机的输入轴直接地耦合。
在本发明的另一个在结构上和空间上有利的设计方案中,第一行星传动机构的外轮可以通过制动器B1制动住或可以通过离合器K3与驱动装置的第一圆柱齿轮传动机构接合。此外,第一行星传动机构的太阳轮通过输入轴间接地或直接地与电机(EM)传动连接并且此外可以通过在输入轴和行星架之间的离合器K2与行星架耦合。
最后,在两个行星传动机构的传动元件的一种特别优选的联接中,第一行星传动机构的太阳轮可以通过对应的输入轴间接地或直接地与电机传动连接并且此外可以通过在输入轴和行星架之间的离合器K2与行星架耦合。
此外,电机可以或者直接地或者出于空间上的原因和/或涉及变速比的原因通过另一个圆柱齿轮传动机构连接到对应的输入轴上。
作为常规的电机的备选方案,可以将所述常规的电机环形地和径向地围绕两个行星传动机构布置,其中,所述电机的转子通过法兰连接装置直接地输出到第一行星传动机构的输入轴上。由此产生驱动装置的在结构上特别短的、非常紧凑的结构。
此外,内燃机可以以本身已知的方式通过起步离合器K0并且必要时通过扭振减振器与传动装置输入轴传动连接。此外,可以在结构上有利地在两个行星传动机构的一侧定位离合器K0、K3和制动器B1并且在另一侧定位离合器K2。
最后,为了实现机动车的全轮驱动,驱动装置的从动轴可以实施成空心轴,所述空心轴输出到桥间差速器(MD)上,所述桥间差速器的输出轴可以与机动车的前桥差速器和后桥差速器传动连接。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出的、用于混合动力驱动机动车的驱动装置10一方面具有内燃发动机VKM并且另一方面具有电机EM作为驱动源,它们可以分开地或共同地被激活并且它们通过两个简单的行星传动机构PG1和PG2输出到公共的从动轴12上。用于驱动例如机动车的前轮的另一个动力总成系统可以是已知的结构型式并且因此没有进一步示出。
VKM通过扭振减振器(例如双质量飞轮ZMS)并且通过起步离合器K0作用到输入轴16上。
输入轴16借助于第一圆柱齿轮传动机构ST1通过离合器K3以还要描述的方式与两个轴线平行地支承在没有示出的传动装置壳体中的两个三轴式行星传动机构PG1、PG2传动连接。
与从动轴12轴线平行地定位的电机EM通过其驱动轴18、第三圆柱齿轮组StEM和第二输入轴20输出到两个行星传动机构PG1、PG2上。备选地,EM也可以直接地输出到输入轴20上(图3)。
通过圆柱齿轮传动机构St1和第二圆柱齿轮传动机构St2被VKM驱动的行星传动机构PG1、PG2如下地相互耦合:
由EM驱动的输入轴20与行星传动机构PG1的太阳轮22连接并且可以借助于离合器K2与PG1的承载行星轮24的行星架26耦合。
行星架26通过驱动连接装置28固定地与在轴向上直接相邻的行星传动机构PG2的同样承载行星轮24的行星架30连接在一起并且所述行星架与实施成空心轴的从动轴12连接在一起。
此外,行星传动机构PG1的与行星轮24啮合的外轮32可以通过集成的离合器K1与行星传动机构PG2的太阳轮34接合。外轮32此外可以通过中心轴36通过设置在传动装置壳体中的制动器B1被制动住或可以通过离合器K3与第一圆柱齿轮传动机构St1的被驱动的齿轮38接合。
最后,行星传动机构PG2的外轮40与圆柱齿轮组St2的被驱动的齿轮42固定地连接在一起。
离合器K0、K1、K2、K3和制动器B1优选实施成摩擦离合器或片式离合器;备选地,至少切换元件K3、B1也可以构造成以形状配合的方式起作用。
图2示出例如用于切换驱动装置10的变速级或档位的切换矩阵;叉号表示切换元件K0、B1、K1、K2、K3分别被切换或激活。用于内燃机VKM的可能的前进档位用V1至V6表示,用于电机EM的可能的前进档位用E1至E3表示。在括号中的叉号是备选可能的联接可能性。
在“备注”栏下指出,在哪些切换状态中驱动装置此外可以在无级范围(CVT1,CVT2)中借助于可控制地耦合的电机EM运行。
驱动装置10可以相应地借助于内燃机VKM在档位V1至V6中运行。电机EM可以处于空转中,作为用于产生电流的发电机,但或例如也在助力运行中与内燃机VKM一起驱动机动车。
此外,电机EM可以单独地在档位E1至E3(E2a和E2b可以具有相同的变速比)中驱动机动车,其中,在此处内燃机VKM通过打开的起步离合器K0被脱耦。
在档位V3和/或V5中,通过相应地控制电机EM,所述电机可以与行星传动机构PG1、PG2或被切换的档位叠加地或者作为发电机或者作为驱动电动机如下地运行:

此外,在电动机方式的运行中,通过电机EM的旋转方向的换向可以切换至少一个倒车档位R。
在行驶速度上可以按照图2中的矩阵切换电机EM的档位E1至E3或档位V1至V6。此外在V3和V5中,如可以看见的那样,上面列出的行驶范围CVT1、CVT2可以无级地作为档位1至6被覆盖。
在叠加运行中档位切换必要时也可以通过EM进行同步,由此在相应的传动装置控制设计中至少离合器K1至K3和制动器B1可以是以形状配合的方式起作用的离合器元件(爪式离合器)。
图4示出一种作为图1的备选方案的驱动装置10,仅就该驱动装置与图1或图3的主要区别对其进行描述。功能相同的部件配有相同的附图标记。
按照图4,环形地实施的电机EM与行星传动机构PG1、PG2同轴线地并且径向地围绕所述行星传动机构布置,其中,电机的转子44通过连接法兰46直接地输出到输入轴20上。
在此构造成空心轴的输入轴20如前与行星传动机构PG1的太阳轮22固定地连接并且可以通过离合器K2与行星传动机构PG1、PG2的两个行星架26、30和在此中央的从动轴12接合。
传动元件与离合器K1、K2、K3和制动器B1的联接如前针对图1那样实施,但是其中,圆柱齿轮传动机构St1、St2被互换并且离合器和制动器的布置如可以看见的那样在其位置和连接方面都被改变。可以类似地应用按照图2的切换矩阵。
最后在图5中示出用于全轮驱动机动车的驱动装置10,所述驱动装置基本上与图4实施得相同;仅仅解释重要的、传动技术上的区别。功能相同的部件配有相同的附图标记。
按照图5,从动轴12构造成空心轴,所述空心轴输出到桥间差速器(或中间差速器)MD的差速器壳体48上。差速器MD例如可以是已知结构型式的锥齿轮差速器或其它的已知的差速器。
差速器MD的输出半轴50、52于是可以以没有示出的方式与机动车的前桥差速器和后桥差速器传动连接。如可以看见的那样,在此,中央输出轴50被引导穿过传动元件和从动轴12。驱动装置10在其它方面相应于图4(或必要时也按照图1)的驱动装置10来构造。
描述的驱动装置10实现了用于运行机动车的广泛的行驶模式,即尤其是电动模式、内燃发动机模式、混合动力模式和必要时出于例如效率和舒适原因的CVT模式。在CVT模式中除了无级传动装置控制以外,也可以对任意多的档位分级进行编程,所述档位分级可以依据负荷要求和有利于效率的设定进行控制。
通过(借助于制动器或以发电机方式)制动住电机EM,也可以在需要时通过内燃机VKM在另一种行驶模式中控制固定的变速比。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于混合动力驱动机动车的驱动装置,所述驱动装置具有作为主驱动的内燃机、作为副驱动的电机和能通过离合器和制动器切换到不同的变速级中的、相互耦合的第一、第二行星传动机构(PG1,PG2),所述第一、第二行星传动机构能通过输入元件和输出元件与公共的从动轴连接并且所述第一、第二行星传动机构的反应元件能被接合或能被制动住,其中,所述驱动装置能在电动驱动、具有变速级的主驱动或混合动力驱动中运行,其特征在于,在主驱动中能切换出直至六个变速级(V1至V6);利用电机通过以发电机方式或电动机方式叠加到第一、第二行星传动机构(PG1,PG2)中至少在所述六个变速级之中的两个变速级中能控制出无级的驱动,从动轴(12)间接地或直接地固定地与第一、第二行星传动机构(PG1,PG2)的作为输出元件的两个行星架(26,30)传动连接,第二行星传动机构(PG2)的太阳轮(34)能通过第一离合器(K1)与第一行星传动机构(PG1)的外轮(32)接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,借助于副驱动能切换出与主驱动不相关的三个档位,与主驱动不相关地切换出的所述三个档位中的至少一个档位能用作起步档位。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,在主驱动中通过制动住电机也能控制出固定的变速比(V1至V6)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,设置有至少双轴的传动装置,该传动装置具有三轴的第一、第二行星传动机构,所述三轴的第一、第二行星传动机构的总轴被耦合。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,设置有至少双轴的传动装置,该传动装置具有三轴的第一、第二行星传动机构,所述三轴的第一、第二行星传动机构的行星架轴被耦合。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,具有内燃机,所述内燃机通过第一输入轴(16)和第一圆柱齿轮传动机构(St1)与两个轴线平行地支承的、相互耦合的第一、第二行星传动机构(PG1,PG2)传动连接,电机通过轴线平行的第二输入轴(20)与第一、第二行星传动机构(PG1,PG2)传动连接,其中,第一、第二行星传动机构(PG1,PG2)的输出元件(26,30)连接到公共的从动轴(12)上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,内燃机运行的六个前进档位(V1至V6)和在电机运行中的三个前进档位(E1至E3)能通过三个离合器和一个制动器切换出。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,第二行星传动机构(PG2)的外轮(40)通过第二圆柱齿轮传动机构(St2)与同内燃机连接的第一输入轴(16)直接地耦合。
9.根据权利要求6所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,第一行星传动机构(PG1)的外轮(32)能通过制动器(B1)被制动住、或者能通过第二离合器(K3)与第一圆柱齿轮传动机构(St1)接合。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,第一行星传动机构(PG1)的太阳轮(22)通过第二输入轴(20)间接地或直接地与电机传动连接。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,第一行星传动机构(PG1)的太阳轮(22)能通过在第二输入轴(20)和行星架(26)之间的第三离合器(K2)与行星架(26)接合。
12.根据权利要求10所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,电机通过第三圆柱齿轮传动机构(StEM)连接到对应的第二输入轴(20)上。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,环形的电机沿周向围绕第一、第二行星传动机构(PG1,PG2)布置,其中,所述电机的转子(44)通过法兰连接装置(46)直接地输出到第一行星传动机构(PG1)的第二输入轴(20)上。
14.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,内燃机能通过起步离合器(K0)与第一输入轴(16)传动连接。
15.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,内燃机能通过起步离合器(K0)和扭振减振器与第一输入轴(16)传动连接。
16.根据权利要求14所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,第一行星传动机构(PG1)的外轮(32)能通过制动器(B1)被制动住、或者能通过第二离合器(K3)与第一圆柱齿轮传动机构(St1)接合,第一行星传动机构(PG1)的太阳轮(22)能通过在第二输入轴(20)和行星架(26)之间的第三离合器(K2)与行星架(26)接合 ,起步离合器(K0)、第二离合器(K3)和能制动第一行星传动机构(PG1)的外轮(32)的制动器(B1)定位在第一、第二行星传动机构(PG1,PG2)的一侧并且第三离合器(K2)定位在另一侧。
17.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,从动轴(12)被实施成空心轴,所述空心轴输出到桥间差速器(MD)上,所述桥间差速器的输出轴(50,52)能与机动车的前桥差速器和后桥差速器传动连接。
