Abstract
本发明公开了一种防堵塞化工专用反应釜,包括釜体和釜盖,釜盖设置在釜体上端,且釜盖与釜体之间设置密封橡胶圈,釜体上端两侧分别设置进料口,进料口连接进料管,且进料管倾斜设置,釜体内腔设置第一搅拌组件、第二搅拌组件和第三搅拌组件,且第一搅拌组件、第二搅拌组件和第三搅拌组件平行交错设置,第三搅拌组件下方设置两组过滤网,釜体下端设置倒锥形出料口,本发明结构设计新颖,采用三组平行交错设置的搅拌组件,能够实现对化工原料的充分搅拌,提高了原料加工质量;采用的过滤网防堵塞效果好,能够过滤大颗粒杂质。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种防堵塞化工专用反应釜。
背景技术
反应釜的广义理解即有物理或化学反应的容器,通过对容器的结构设计与参数配置,实现工艺要求的加热、蒸发、冷却及低高速的混配功能;反应釜是化工生产不可或缺的设备,广泛应用于石油、化工、医药、食品等领域,主要用做完成硫化、烃化、聚合、缩合等工艺过程的压力容器。一般为反应物料从进料口进入反应釜经搅拌、反应之后,物料从反应釜的出料口排出,现有技术中。化工用反应釜虽然能够达到对原料搅拌的目的,但是其一般设置一至两组搅拌桨,其搅拌不充分,搅拌效率低,而且在出料过程中容易出现过滤网堵塞现象,影响后续加工效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种防堵塞化工专用反应釜。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防堵塞化工专用反应釜,包括釜体和釜盖,所述釜盖设置在釜体上端,且所述釜盖与釜体之间设置密封橡胶圈,所述釜体上端两侧分别设置进料口,所述进料口连接进料管,且所述进料管倾斜设置,所述釜体内腔设置第一搅拌组件、第二搅拌组件和第三搅拌组件,且所述第一搅拌组件、第二搅拌组件、第三搅拌组件平行交错设置,所述第三搅拌组件下方设置两组过滤网,所述釜体下端设置倒锥形出料口;
所述第一搅拌组件、第二搅拌组件、第三搅拌组件结构完全一致,包括搅拌轴和固定在搅拌轴上的上搅拌叶和下搅拌叶,所述上搅拌叶由错开角设置的左桨叶和右桨叶组成,所述左桨叶向上倾斜,所述右桨叶向下倾斜,所述下搅拌叶由单片桨叶组成,该单片桨叶与左桨叶、右桨叶错开 90°角设置,所述搅拌轴电性连接设置在釜体外壁上的电机。
优选的,两组所述过滤网均倾斜设置,两组过滤网之间的夹角为120°,两组过滤网结构完全一致,包括上网体和下网体,所述上网体和下网体之间设置过滤网体,所述过滤网体折叠形成若干条状网面,相邻两个条状网面相对设置,相邻两个条状网面的交接缝依次形成波峰和波谷。
优选的,所述上网体和下网体结构完全一致,包括过滤网本体,过滤网本体上均匀设置若干六边形过滤孔。
优选的,所述进料管的倾斜角度为45°-60°。
优选的,所述釜盖上设有泄压排气孔。
优选的,其使用方法包括以下步骤:
A、将化工原料从釜体上端的两个进料管中投入至釜体内腔;
B、启动三组搅拌组件,搅拌组件对化工原料进行均匀搅拌,交错设置的搅拌组件增大了与化工原料之间的接触面积;
C、搅拌后的原料通过两组过滤网过滤,除去大颗粒杂质;
D、过滤后的原料从釜体底部的倒锥形出料口排出。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明结构设计新颖,采用三组平行交错设置的搅拌组件,增大了与化工原料之间的接触面积;能够实现对化工原料的充分搅拌,提高了原料加工质量;且不会造成过滤网堵塞。
(2)本发明采用的两组过滤网之间的夹角为120°,防止过滤网受力过大而损坏;其中,上网体和下网体之间设置过滤网体,过滤网体折叠形成若干条状网面,相邻两个条状网面相对设置,相邻两个条状网面的交接缝依次形成波峰和波谷,采用此结构,能够增大化工原料的过滤面积,进一步提高了过滤效果;而且上网体和下网体上设置六边形过滤孔,能够过滤大颗粒杂质;防堵塞效果好。
(3)本发明中,还采用倾斜设置的进料管,能够提高进料效率。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,一种防堵塞化工专用反应釜,包括釜体1和釜盖2,所述釜盖2设置在釜体1上端,釜盖2上设有泄压排气孔24,便于釜体内外压力平衡;且所述釜盖2与釜体1之间设置密封橡胶圈3,设置密封圈,能够提高密封效果;所述釜1体上端两侧分别设置进料口4,所述进料口4连接进料管5,且所述进料管5倾斜设置,进料管5的倾斜角度为45°-60°,能够提高进料效率;所述釜体1内腔设置第一搅拌组件6、第二搅拌组件7和第三搅拌组件8,且所述第一搅拌组件6、第二搅拌组件7、第三搅拌组件8平行交错设置,所述第三搅拌组件8下方设置两组过滤网9,所述釜体1下端设置倒锥形出料口10;
第一搅拌组件6、第二搅拌组件7、第三搅拌组件8结构完全一致,包括搅拌轴11和固定在搅拌轴11上的上搅拌叶12和下搅拌叶13,所述上搅拌叶12由错开角设置的左桨叶14和右桨叶15组成,所述左桨叶14向上倾斜,所述右桨叶15向下倾斜,所述下搅拌叶13由单片桨叶16组成,该单片桨叶16与左桨叶14、右桨叶15错开 90°角设置,所述搅拌轴11电性连接设置在釜体1外壁上的电机17。本发明结构设计新颖,采用三组平行交错设置的搅拌组件,增大了与化工原料之间的接触面积;能够实现对化工原料的充分搅拌,提高了原料加工质量;且不会造成过滤网堵塞。

所述第一搅拌组件(6)、第二搅拌组件(7)、第三搅拌组件(8)结构完全一致,包括搅拌轴(11)和固定在搅拌轴(11)上的上搅拌叶(12)和下搅拌叶(13),所述上搅拌叶(12)由错开角设置的左桨叶(14)和右桨叶(15)组成,所述左桨叶(14)向上倾斜,所述右桨叶(15)向下倾斜,所述下搅拌叶(13)由单片桨叶(16)组成,该单片桨叶(16)与左桨叶(14)、右桨叶(15)错开 90°角设置,所述搅拌轴11电性连接设置在釜体(1)外壁上的电机(17)。
