本发明公开了一种新型钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方,包括下列重量份数的组分:丁二烯‑苯乙烯橡胶30‑90份,丁二烯橡胶10‑70份,促进剂1.0‑3.0份,硫磺1.5‑3.5份,氧化锌3.0‑8.0份,硬脂酸1.0‑2.0份,分散剂1.0‑3.0份,防老剂1.5‑5.0份,中超耐磨炭黑10‑70份,阻燃体系20‑170份。本发明的新型钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方,该配方在不使用氯丁橡胶的情况下生产出满足要求阻燃安全性能和物理机械性能的输送带产品,在降低成本的同时改善加工成型性能。

一种新型钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方,属于输送带配方领域。
背景技术
橡胶输送带是指皮带输送过程中用于承载和运输物料的橡胶与其他材料(纤维、织物或金属)形成的复合制品,依据适用场合的不同赋予不同的性能,如阻燃性、耐烧灼性、耐热性、耐磨性、耐油性、耐酸碱性等,目前,广泛应用输送带种类主要有织物芯输送带(整芯输送带和分层输送带)、钢丝绳芯输送带、挡边输送带等,本发明涉及钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带。
目前,为满足相关标准及企业要求市场上普遍使用的钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方为含氯丁橡胶的配方,因为氯丁橡胶本身具有阻燃性能,且物理性能和成炭性能良好,但是氯丁橡胶易于结晶,加工困难,具有粘辊性,不易成型,生产的产品在使用过程中易出现输送带层间开裂等质量问题,且价格相对较高,因此获得性能优异、易于加工成型、价格低廉、耐用的钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方成为多数输送带企业亟待解决难题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:一种新型钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供的新型钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方,包括下列重量份数的组分:
丁二烯-苯乙烯橡胶30-90份,丁二烯橡胶10-70份,
促进剂1.0-3.0份,
硫磺1.5-3.5份,氧化锌3.0-8.0份,硬脂酸1.0-2.0份,分散剂1.0-3.0份,
防老剂1.5-5.0份,
中超耐磨炭黑10-70份,
阻燃体系20-170份。
所述配方基本胶种为丁二烯-苯乙烯橡胶和丁二烯橡胶,基本胶种在满足物理性能的同时,与阻燃剂和配合剂相互作用,安全性能稳定,另外其具有易于加工成型,价格低,产成品质量稳定耐用等特点。
优选的,本发明的促进剂是二硫化四甲基秋兰姆份和N-环已基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺的组合,两者的重量比是0.2-1:1.5-2.0。
防老剂是防老剂RD和防老剂4010NA的的组合,两者的重量比是1.0-3.0:0.5-2.0。
阻燃体系包括下列重量份数的组分:MB202阻燃剂5-20份,聚磷酸铵5-30份,70%氯化石蜡5-20份,52%氯化石蜡5-20份,3.5水硼酸锌5-40份,氢氧化铝5-40份。
所述配方阻燃体系为MB202阻燃剂、70%氯化石蜡、52%氯化石蜡、3.5水硼酸锌、氢氧化铝和聚磷酸铵并用,由于基本胶种为有机物,具有易燃的特性,因此阻燃体系尤为关键;本配方从气相阻燃和固相阻燃入手,通过阻燃剂有机的配合使其满足有焰燃烧、无焰燃烧、滚筒摩擦和丙烷燃烧的相关标准要求。
本发明的有益效果
本发明的新型钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方,该配方在不使用氯丁橡胶的情况下生产出满足要求阻燃安全性能和物理机械性能的输送带产品,在降低成本的同时改善加工成型性能,提升产品质量。

本实施例提供的新型钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方,具体配方如下:丁二烯-苯乙烯橡胶80份,丁二烯橡胶20份,促进剂二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.4份,促进剂N-环已基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺2.0份,硫磺3.5份,氧化锌4.0份,硬脂酸2.0份,分散剂2.5份,防老剂RD1.8份,防老剂4010NA 1.0份,中超耐磨炭黑35份,MB202阻燃剂6份,70%氯化石蜡17份,52%氯化石蜡8份,3.5水硼酸锌20份,氢氧化铝20份,聚磷酸铵22份;以上所述份数为质量份数。

本实施例提供的新型钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方,具体配方如下:丁二烯-苯乙烯橡胶85份,丁二烯橡胶15份,促进剂二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.5份,促进剂N-环已基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺1.5份,硫磺2.0份,氧化锌3.0份,硬脂酸1.0份,分散剂3.0份,防老剂RD3.0份,防老剂4010NA 2.0份,中超耐磨炭黑50份,MB202阻燃剂10份,70%氯化石蜡20份,52%氯化石蜡10份,3.5水硼酸锌25份,氢氧化铝5份,聚磷酸铵15份;以上所述份数为质量份数。

本实施例提供的新型钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方,具体配方如下:丁二烯-苯乙烯橡胶75份,丁二烯橡胶25份,促进剂二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.3份,促进剂N-环已基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺1.6份,硫磺4份,氧化锌3.6份,硬脂酸1.8份,分散剂2.2份,防老剂RD 2.0份,防老剂4010NA 1.5份,中超耐磨炭黑40份,MB202阻燃剂12份,70%氯化石蜡17份,52%氯化石蜡9份,3.5水硼酸锌21份,氢氧化铝10份,聚磷酸铵19份;以上所述份数为质量份数。

1.一种新型钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的组分:
丁二烯-苯乙烯橡胶 30-90份,丁二烯橡胶 10-70份,
促进剂1.0-3.0份,
硫磺 1.5-3.5份,氧化锌 3.0-8.0份,硬脂酸1.0-2.0份,分散剂1.0-3.0份,
防老剂1.5-5.0份,
中超耐磨炭黑10-70份,
阻燃体系20-170份。
2.根据权利要求1所述新型钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方,其特征在于:促进剂是二硫化四甲基秋兰姆份和N-环已基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺的组合,两者的重量比是0.2-1:1.5-2.0。
3.根据权利要求1所述新型钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方,其特征在于:防老剂是防老剂RD和防老剂4010NA的的组合,两者的重量比是1.0-3.0:0.5-2.0。
4. 根据权利要求1所述一种新型钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带覆盖胶配方,其特征在于:阻燃体系包括下列重量份数的组分:MB202阻燃剂5-20份,聚磷酸铵5-30份,70%氯化石蜡5-20份,52%氯化石蜡5-20份,3.5水硼酸锌 5-40份,氢氧化铝5-40份。
