本发明提供了一种秋葵栽培基质,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:向日葵秆20‑30份,黑麦草8‑14份,麻秆10‑15份,豆渣15‑20份,锯木粉20‑30份,藻类粉10‑12份,杏叶粉2‑5份,蟹壳粉3‑5份,砻糠灰1‑2份,田园土50‑60份,过磷酸钙0.5‑0.8份,硝酸钾3‑4份,腐殖酸8‑14份,珍珠岩5‑10份,有机肥5‑8份。本发明的栽培基质以向日葵秆和田园土为主要原料,通过藻类粉、砻糠灰等有机质改性,疏松透气性好,肥力持久,能够有效提高秋葵出苗率和结果率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种栽培基质,尤其涉及一种秋葵栽培基质及其制备方法。
背景技术
秋葵又名羊角豆、咖啡黄葵、毛茄,民间也称之为“洋辣椒”。秋葵脆嫩多汁,滑润不腻,香味独特,并且含有果胶、牛乳聚糖等成分,具有帮助消化、治疗胃炎和胃溃疡、保护皮肤和胃黏膜之功效,被誉为人类最佳的保健蔬菜之一。近年来,秋葵已成为人们所热追高档营养保健蔬菜,风靡全球。
目前,秋葵的栽培方式主要采用漂浮育苗基质,但这种基质的营养配方对于育苗期、出苗率和出苗质量的改善效果不佳,且栽培成本相对较高,不利于秋葵的规模化栽培。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种疏松透气性好,肥力持久,能够有效提高秋葵出苗率和结果率的秋葵栽培基质及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种秋葵栽培基质,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:向日葵秆20-30份,黑麦草8-14份,麻秆10-15份,豆渣15-20份,锯木粉20-30份,藻类粉10-12份,杏叶粉2-5份,蟹壳粉3-5份,砻糠灰1-2份,田园土50-60份,过磷酸钙0.5-0.8份,硝酸钾3-4份,腐殖酸8-14份,珍珠岩5-10份,有机肥5-8份。
上述有机肥由蚯蚓粪、鸡粪和牛粪按1:1-1.5:1-2的重量比组成。
上述秋葵栽培基质的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将向日葵秆、黑麦草和麻秆分别烘干,粉碎,过80-100目筛,混合均匀后得A混合料;
(2)将豆渣和有机肥粉碎后过40-60目筛,混合均匀后得B混合料;
(3)将A混合料、B混合料、锯木粉、藻类粉、杏叶粉、蟹壳粉、砻糠灰、过磷酸钙、硝酸钾、腐殖酸和有机肥混合均匀后投入发酵池内,在48-55℃的温度下发酵30-40天,得发酵料,发酵期间每7天翻动一次;
(4)发酵料冷却至常温后与珍珠岩和田园土投入混合罐内,混合均匀后即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的栽培基质以向日葵秆和田园土为主要原料,通过藻类粉、砻糠灰等有机质改性,疏松透气性好,肥力持久,能够有效提高秋葵出苗率和结果率。

实施例1
一种秋葵栽培基质,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:向日葵秆20份,黑麦草8份,麻秆10份,豆渣15份,锯木粉20份,藻类粉10份,杏叶粉2份,蟹壳粉3份,砻糠灰1份,田园土50份,过磷酸钙0.5份,硝酸钾3份,腐殖酸8份,珍珠岩5份,有机肥5份。其中,有机肥由蚯蚓粪、鸡粪和牛粪按1:1:1的重量比组成。
上述秋葵栽培基质的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将向日葵秆、黑麦草和麻秆分别烘干,粉碎,过80目筛,混合均匀后得A混合料;
(2)将豆渣和有机肥粉碎后过40目筛,混合均匀后得B混合料;

一种秋葵栽培基质,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:向日葵秆25份,黑麦草12份,麻秆12份,豆渣18份,锯木粉25份,藻类粉10份,杏叶粉4份,蟹壳粉4份,砻糠灰1份,田园土55份,过磷酸钙0.6份,硝酸钾4份,腐殖酸12份,珍珠岩8份,有机肥6份。其中,有机肥由蚯蚓粪、鸡粪和牛粪按1:1.2:1.5的重量比组成。
上述秋葵栽培基质的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将向日葵秆、黑麦草和麻秆分别烘干,粉碎,过100目筛,混合均匀后得A混合料;
(2)将豆渣和有机肥粉碎后过50目筛,混合均匀后得B混合料;
(3)将A混合料、B混合料、锯木粉、藻类粉、杏叶粉、蟹壳粉、砻糠灰、过磷酸钙、硝酸钾、腐殖酸和有机肥混合均匀后投入发酵池内,在50℃的温度下发酵35天,得发酵料,发酵期间每7天翻动一次;
(4)发酵料冷却至常温后与珍珠岩和田园土投入混合罐内,混合均匀后即可。
实施例3
一种秋葵栽培基质,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:向日葵秆30份,黑麦草14份,麻秆15份,豆渣20份,锯木粉30份,藻类粉12份,杏叶粉5份,蟹壳粉5份,砻糠灰2份,田园土60份,过磷酸钙0.8份,硝酸钾4份,腐殖酸14份,珍珠岩10份,有机肥8份。其中,有机肥由蚯蚓粪、鸡粪和牛粪按1:1.5:2的重量比组成。
上述秋葵栽培基质的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将向日葵秆、黑麦草和麻秆分别烘干,粉碎,过100目筛,混合均匀后得A混合料;
(2)将豆渣和有机肥粉碎后过60目筛,混合均匀后得B混合料;
(3)将A混合料、B混合料、锯木粉、藻类粉、杏叶粉、蟹壳粉、砻糠灰、过磷酸钙、硝酸钾、腐殖酸和有机肥混合均匀后投入发酵池内,在55℃的温度下发酵40天,得发酵料,发酵期间每7天翻动一次;
(4)发酵料冷却至常温后与珍珠岩和田园土投入混合罐内,混合均匀后即可。

1.一种秋葵栽培基质,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:向日葵秆20-30份,黑麦草8-14份,麻秆10-15份,豆渣15-20份,锯木粉20-30份,藻类粉10-12份,杏叶粉2-5份,蟹壳粉3-5份,砻糠灰1-2份,田园土50-60份,过磷酸钙0.5-0.8份,硝酸钾3-4份,腐殖酸8-14份,珍珠岩5-10份,有机肥5-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的秋葵栽培基质,其特征在于,所述有机肥由蚯蚓粪、鸡粪和牛粪按1:1-1.5:1-2的重量比组成。
