Fig. 1-8 illustrate one embodiment of a brake apparatus for a vehicle of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the brake device provided by the present invention includes a first operating linkage mechanism having a pedal 11, a second operating linkage mechanism having a handle 211, and a brake mechanism having a brake body, wherein the first operating linkage mechanism is in driving connection with the brake mechanism, and the second operating linkage mechanism is in driving connection with the first operating linkage mechanism, wherein: when the pedal 11 is stepped on and the handle 211 is not pulled, the first operation linkage mechanism drives the braking mechanism to enable the braking body to be in a braking state, so that a service braking function is realized; when the handle 211 is pulled up after the foot pedal 11 is depressed, the second steering linkage mechanism keeps the brake body in a braking state by locking the first steering linkage mechanism, realizing a parking brake function.
The first operating linkage mechanism with the pedal 11 and the second operating linkage mechanism with the handle 211 share one set of braking mechanism with the braking body, the first operating linkage mechanism and the braking mechanism can cooperate to realize a service braking function when the pedal 11 is stepped on, and the first operating linkage mechanism, the second operating linkage mechanism and the braking mechanism can cooperate to realize a parking braking function when the pedal 11 is stepped on first and the handle 211 is pulled up later, so that the braking device does not need to utilize two sets of independent braking mechanisms to respectively realize the service braking function and the parking braking function.
In addition, when the braking device of the invention realizes the parking braking function, the pedal plate 11 is needed to be firstly stepped down and then the handle 211 is pulled up, which is more in accordance with the common operation habit of operators, thereby being more convenient for the operators to use, improving the parking efficiency, being higher in safety and being beneficial to realizing a more reliable parking braking process.
In order to realize the locking of the second steering linkage mechanism to the first steering linkage mechanism when the pedal plate 11 is first stepped on and the handle 211 is subsequently pulled up, and thus realize the parking brake function, in the present invention, the first steering linkage mechanism may further include a ratchet member 12 drivingly connected between the brake mechanism and the pedal plate 11, the second steering linkage mechanism may further include a pawl 25 drivingly connected to the handle 211, and both the ratchet member 12 and the pawl 25 may be rotatably disposed with respect to the frame 8 of the vehicle, the ratchet member 12 may be rotated with respect to the frame 8 when the pedal plate 11 is stepped on, the pawl 25 may be rotated with respect to the frame 8 when the handle 211 is pulled up after the pedal plate 11 is stepped on, and the pawl 25 may be engaged with the ratchet member 12.
The invention, by arranging the ratchet member 12 in the first manipulation linkage and arranging the pawl 25 in the second manipulation linkage, makes the braking device realize unidirectional locking of the second manipulation linkage to the first manipulation linkage by utilizing the anti-reversing function when the pawl 25 is meshed with the ratchet member 12, so that once the handle 211 is pulled to the state that the pawl 25 is meshed with the ratchet member 12, even if the pedal 11 is loosened again, the braking body still keeps in the braking state and does not switch to the non-braking state along with the release of the pedal 11, thereby effectively preventing the vehicle from automatically sliding and realizing a reliable parking braking process. Moreover, when the gap between the brake body and the wheel of the vehicle increases due to abrasion, the pawl 25 can be automatically meshed with the next tooth of the ratchet plate 12 in the parking braking process, the gap between the brake body and the wheel is reduced, and the brake body can still reliably prevent the wheel from rotating, so that the invention realizes the locking of the second operation linkage mechanism to the first operation linkage mechanism by utilizing the meshing of the pawl 25 and the ratchet piece 12, can also realize the automatic adjustment of the gap between the brake body and the wheel, and improves the braking efficiency.
In the present invention, in order to enable the pawl 25 to rotate with respect to the frame 8 when the handle 211 is pulled, the pawl 25 may be fixedly coupled to the handle 211, or a first traction member may be provided between the pawl 25 and the handle 211, and the pawl 25 may be rotated with respect to the frame 8 by pulling the pawl 25 by the first traction member when the handle 211 is pulled up. In which, since the foot rest 11 is usually disposed at the foot of the operator and the position is relatively low, and accordingly, the ratchet member 12 and the pawl 25 are also usually disposed at the lower position, if the pawl 25 is fixedly coupled to the handle 211, the disposed position of the handle 211 is limited by the position of the pawl 25, so that the handle 211 needs to be disposed at the lower position too, which is inconvenient for the operator; if the first traction member is used to connect the pawl 25 and the handle 211, the first traction member is flexibly connected between the pawl 21 and the handle 211, so that the limitation on the setting position of the handle 211 can be reduced, the handle 211 is not limited to the position of the pawl 25 any more, and the handle can be arranged beside a cab seat and the like to be more convenient for an operator to operate. It can be seen that providing a first traction member is effective in increasing the flexibility of the arrangement of the handle 211 relative to the manner in which the pawl 25 is fixedly coupled to the handle 211, which is more convenient for the operator.
In addition, the brake device of the present invention may further include a parking state detecting means for detecting whether the brake device is in a parking braking state by detecting whether the pawl 25 is engaged with the ratchet member 12 during the parking braking. Through setting up parking state detection device, can make operating personnel learn the parking braking condition in time conveniently to be convenient for control whole car restart according to parking state detection device's detection result.
As one embodiment of the parking state detecting apparatus of the present invention, the parking state detecting apparatus may include a trigger member 51 and a detection switch 52, one of the trigger member 51 and the detection switch 52 being rotatable with respect to the vehicle frame 8 along with the ratchet member 12 and the other being rotatable with respect to the vehicle frame 8 along with the pawl 25, the detection switch 52 being brought into contact with the trigger member 51 when the pawl 25 and the ratchet member 12 lock the first steering linkage by being engaged, the detection switch 52 being triggered by the trigger member 51. Therefore, the parking state detection device can detect whether the braking device is in a parking braking state or not by detecting the contact condition between the detection switch 52 capable of reflecting the relative rotation position of the pawl 25 and the ratchet member 12 and the trigger member 51, the detection process is convenient, and the detection result is accurate. The detection switch 52 may be electrically connected to a control device of the vehicle, and once the detection switch 52 is triggered by contact with the trigger 51, the detection switch 52 may transmit a detection signal to the control device, and the control device may control whether the entire vehicle is restarted or not according to the detection signal, thereby improving safety during restarting.
In the present invention, the brake device may still be connected between the brake body and the first manipulation linkage by a hydraulic device (e.g., a hydraulic cylinder), and the motion of the pedal 11 is converted into the motion of the brake body by the hydraulic device, but in order to further solve the problem of low braking reliability caused by the hydraulic device, the present invention preferably uses a mechanical transmission mechanism instead of the hydraulic device to realize the transmission between the first manipulation linkage and the brake body, that is, the brake mechanism is configured to further include a mechanical transmission mechanism drivingly connected between the brake body and the first manipulation linkage, and the mechanical transmission mechanism is used for driving the brake body to switch to a braking state when the pedal 11 is stepped on. Because no hydraulic device is arranged, the braking process of the braking device is not influenced by the quality of the entering air and the brake fluid, the braking reliability is higher, the maintenance is more convenient, and the structure for preventing air invasion and discharging the invaded air is not required, so that the whole structure of the braking device is simpler and the cost is lower.
The invention will be further described with reference to the embodiments shown in fig. 1-8.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, in this embodiment, the brake device includes a first steering linkage, a second steering linkage, a brake mechanism, and a parking brake detection device, wherein the second steering linkage is drivingly connected to the brake mechanism through the first steering linkage; the first operation linkage mechanism is matched with the braking mechanism to realize a service braking function; the second operation linkage mechanism further locks the first operation linkage mechanism to realize the parking braking function after the first operation linkage mechanism is matched with the braking mechanism to realize the service braking function; the parking brake detection device is used for detecting the parking brake state.
The braking mechanism controls whether the wheels of the vehicle rotate by switching the braking body between a braking state and a non-braking state. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the brake mechanism of this embodiment includes a mechanical transmission mechanism and two brake drums (not shown) serving as brake bodies. The two brake drums are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with two wheels on two sides of the frame of the same axle (a rear axle in fig. 1), and when the brake drums are switched to a braking state, the wheels stop rotating, the vehicle stops running, and braking is achieved. The mechanical transmission mechanism is in driving connection between the two brake drums and the first operation linkage mechanism and is used for converting the motion of the first operation linkage mechanism into the motion of the two brake drums.
The first steering linkage is used for controlling the brake drum (brake body) to switch between a braking state and a non-braking state. As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the first steering linkage of this embodiment includes a pedal plate 11 and a ratchet member 12, and the pedal plate 11 is drivingly connected to the mechanical transmission mechanism through the ratchet member 12 so that the pedal plate 11 can be sequentially driven to switch between a braking state and a non-braking state through the ratchet member 12 and the mechanical transmission mechanism during the step-down and the release of the pedal plate 11. Wherein, when the foot pedal 11 is depressed, the first steering linkage controls the brake drum to switch to the braking state.
The second control linkage mechanism is in driving connection with the first control linkage mechanism and is used for locking the first control linkage mechanism when the vehicle does not need to be braked and parking braking is needed to be carried out, and releasing the first control linkage mechanism when the vehicle needs to be braked, so that the requirements of the vehicle in different states such as braking, service braking and parking braking are met. When the vehicle does not need to be braked, the second operation linkage mechanism locks the first operation linkage mechanism which is not operated, and the brake drum can be kept in a non-braking state, so that the vehicle can run and work more reliably and normally; when the parking brake is needed, the second operation linkage mechanism locks the first operation linkage mechanism which is operated and drives the brake drum (the brake body) to be switched to the braking state, so that the brake drum can be kept in the braking state, and the parking brake function is further realized.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and fig. 6 to 8, the second steering linkage of this embodiment includes a pawl 25, a handle mechanism 21 having a handle 211, and a first flexible shaft 22 connected between the pawl 25 and the handle 211 and serving as a first traction member, the handle mechanism 21 being drivingly connected to the first steering linkage sequentially through the first flexible shaft 22 and the pawl 25. Wherein the pawl 25 is adapted to cooperate with the ratchet member 12, i.e. the handle mechanism 21 is in driving connection with the ratchet member 12 of the first operating linkage via the first flexible shaft 22 and the pawl 25 in sequence. The pawl 25 is engaged with or disengaged from the ratchet member 12 to effect locking or release of the second operating linkage to the first operating linkage. The handle mechanism 21 is used for pulling the pawl 25 to rotate through the first flexible shaft 22 so as to control the pawl 25 to be engaged with and disengaged from the ratchet piece 12, and further control the locking and releasing of the second operation linkage mechanism to the first operation linkage mechanism. In this embodiment, the pawls 25 and the ratchet members 12 are both in the engaged state when the pedal plate 11 is not depressed and the handle 211 is not pulled up (i.e., when the vehicle is not braked) and when the pedal plate 11 is depressed to switch the brake drum to the braked state and the handle 211 is subsequently pulled up (i.e., when the vehicle is required to be braked), so that the second steering linkage mechanism can hold the brake drum in the non-braked state and the braked state by controlling the locking of the first steering linkage mechanism in both cases, respectively, to meet the demands of normal running and parking braking, respectively.
In particular, as can be seen from fig. 2 to 4, in this embodiment, the ratchet member 12 and the pawl 25 are each rotatably provided to the frame 8 of the vehicle, wherein: the first end of the ratchet member 12 is fixedly connected with the foot pedal 11, and the second end of the ratchet member 12 is provided with a plurality of ratchet teeth and is matched with the pawl 25 through the plurality of ratchet teeth; the pawl 25 is connected to a handle 211 by a first flexible shaft 22, the handle 211 being rotatably arranged relative to the frame 8. Based on this arrangement, the pedal 11 can drive the ratchet member 12 to rotate relative to the frame 8 when depressed or released, and the handle 211 can drive the pawl 25 to rotate relative to the frame 8 when pulled, so that by manipulating the pedal 11 and the handle 211, the pawl 25 can be controlled to engage with or disengage from the ratchet plate 12, so that the second manipulating linkage locks or releases the first manipulating linkage, thereby controlling the brake drum to be kept in a braked state or a non-braked state.
The pawl 25 and the ratchet member 12 of this embodiment are in the engaged state when the foot pedal 11 is not depressed and the handle 211 is not pulled up, which not only can control the brake drum to be kept in the non-braking state more reliably when the vehicle does not need to be braked, improving the safety of normal running of the vehicle, but also, since the handle 211 is pulled directly without depressing the foot pedal 11 in this case, the handle 211 cannot be pulled up due to the engagement of the pawl 25 and the ratchet member 12, i.e., the handle 211 cannot be pulled up before the foot pedal 11 is depressed in this case, therefore, the arrangement makes it necessary to pull the handle 211 after the foot pedal 11 is depressed, thereby preferably ensuring that the brake drum is in the reliable braking state, further improving the reliability of the parking brake, and effectively preventing the operator from erroneously operating the handle 211 to cause undesired parking brake, further improving the parking safety.
To facilitate the arrangement of the ratchet member 12 and the pawl 25, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the brake device of this embodiment further includes a mounting base 4, the mounting base 4 being fixedly mounted to the frame 8, and the ratchet member 12 and the pawl 25 each being rotatably connected to the mounting base 4 such that the ratchet member 12 and the pawl 25 can be rotated relative to the frame 8 by rotation relative to the mounting base 4. The mounting base 4 supports the ratchet member 12, the pawl 25, and the like, so that the structure of the brake device can be made simpler and more compact. More specifically, as can be seen from fig. 4 and 5, in this embodiment, the brake device further comprises a first sleeve 61, a first flat pad 62, a first spring pad 63, a first nut 64 and a first bolt 65, and a second sleeve 71, a second flat pad 72, a second spring pad 73, a second nut 74 and a second bolt 75, wherein: the ratchet member 12 is rotatably connected to the mount 4 by the first sleeve 61, the first flat pad 62, the first spring pad 63, the first nut 64 and the first bolt 65, so that the ratchet member 12 can be rotated relative to the mount 4 by rotating about the first sleeve 61; the pawl 25 is rotatably connected to the mount 4 by a second hub 71, a second flat pad 72, a second spring pad 73, a second nut 74 and a second bolt 75 such that rotation of the pawl 25 relative to the mount 4 can be achieved by rotation about the second hub 71.
As can be seen from fig. 2 and 6, in this embodiment, the handle mechanism 21 includes a handle 211 and a handle case 212, wherein the handle case 211 is fixedly provided with respect to the frame 8, the handle 211 is rotatably provided with respect to the handle case 211, and a lower end of the handle 211 is connected to the first flexible shaft 22. When the handle 211 is pulled, the handle 211 rotates relative to the frame 8, and simultaneously the first flexible shaft 22 is pulled to enable the first flexible shaft 22 to move and stretch, and because the first flexible shaft 22 is connected with the pawl 25 and the pawl 25 is rotatably arranged relative to the frame 8, the pawl 25 can be driven to rotate relative to the frame 8 through the first flexible shaft 22 when the handle 211 is pulled. As shown in fig. 8, when the handle 211 is rotated counterclockwise (i.e., the handle 211 is pulled up), the first flexible shaft 22 pulls the pawl 25 to rotate clockwise.
Wherein, as shown in fig. 6, in order to realize the relative rotation of the handle 211 with respect to the handle box 212, the handle mechanism 21 of this embodiment further comprises a rotating plate 213 and a mounting plate 218, wherein the mounting plate 218 is fixedly arranged with respect to the handle box 211, for example, it may be fixedly connected to the handle box 211; the swivel plate 213 is rotatably connected to the mounting plate 218; the handle 211 is connected to the swivel plate 213. Thus, when the handle 211 is pulled, the handle 211 rotates, and the rotating plate 213 is driven to rotate relative to the mounting plate 218, so that the handle 211 can rotate relative to the handle box 211, and the handle 211 can be rotatably arranged relative to the handle box 211 through the rotating plate 213 and the mounting plate 218. More specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the handle mechanism 21 of this embodiment further includes a third sleeve 214, a third flat pad 215, a third bolt 216, and a third nut 217, and the rotating plate 213 is mounted on the mounting plate 218 via the third sleeve 214, the third flat pad 215, the third bolt 216, and the third nut 217 to effect rotation relative to the mounting plate 218. In addition, as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the lower end of the handle 211 is provided with a screw thread, and the rotating plate 213 is correspondingly provided with a screw thread hole matched with the screw thread of the lower end of the handle 211, so that the handle 211 is in threaded connection with the rotating plate 213, and the connection is reliable and the disassembly is convenient.
In addition, in order to facilitate the rotation of the handle 211, the handle box 212 of this embodiment is provided with a guiding slot, and the lower end of the handle 211 extends into the handle box 211 through the guiding slot, so that the guiding slot forms a moving track in the rotation process of the handle 211, and the handle 211 is guided to rotate in an expected manner, thereby not only facilitating the operation of operators, but also being beneficial to further improving the braking reliability. Also, in this embodiment, the handle 211, the rotation plate 213 and the mounting plate 218 are all accommodated in the handle case 212, so that the structure of the handle mechanism 21 is more compact and beautiful. Moreover, because the first flexible shaft 25 arranged between the pawl 25 and the handle 211 can release the limit of the setting position of the pawl 25 to the setting position of the handle mechanism 21, so that the setting position of the handle mechanism 21 is more flexible, the embodiment fixedly arranges the handle box 211 beside the seat of the cab, and thus the setting position of the handle mechanism 21 is more in accordance with the ergonomics and is more convenient for operators to pull the handle 211.
In this embodiment, the mechanical transmission mechanism of the brake mechanism includes a second traction member, a branching block 33 and two third traction members, a first end of the second traction member is in driving connection with the first steering linkage mechanism, a second end of the second traction member is connected with the two third traction members through the branching block 33, the two third traction members are respectively connected with the two brake bodies in one-to-one correspondence, and when the foot pedal 11 is stepped on, the second traction member can pull the two third traction members through the branching block 33, so that both the two brake bodies are switched to a braking state.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the second traction member includes a second flexible shaft 31, the third traction member includes a third flexible shaft 34, and a first end of the second flexible shaft 31 is connected to the ratchet member 12, so that the pedal 11 can drive the second flexible shaft 31 to move and stretch through the ratchet member 12; the second end of the second flexible shaft 31 and the first ends of the two third flexible shafts 34 are connected to a branching block 33, and the branching block 33 enables the two third flexible shafts 34 to move and stretch along with the second flexible shaft 31; the second ends of the two third flexible shafts 34 are respectively connected with the two brake drums in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the two brake drums can be driven to switch between a braking state and a non-braking state when the two third flexible shafts 34 move and stretch. The branching block 33 may include a fixed portion and a movable portion, where the fixed portion is fixedly installed on the frame 8, the movable portion is slidably connected with the fixed portion, and three connecting holes are provided on the movable portion, and the second end of the second flexible shaft 31 and the first ends of the two third flexible shafts 34 may be fixedly connected with the three connecting holes, so that moving and stretching the second flexible shaft 31 drives the movable portion to slide relative to the fixed portion, and further drives the third flexible shaft 34 to synchronously move and stretch, so that the brake drum is switched between the braking state and the non-braking state. Therefore, by providing the branching block 33, the synchronous movement and expansion of the second traction member and the two third traction members can be conveniently realized, and the movement of the foot pedal 11 can be more smoothly and efficiently converted into the movement of the two braking bodies.
Since the mechanical transmission mechanism is adopted to convert the motion of the pedal plate 11 into the motion of the braking body, and the hydraulic device is not adopted to realize the corresponding function, the braking device of the embodiment has the advantages that the braking process is not influenced by the quality of the entering air and the brake fluid, the braking reliability is higher, the maintenance is more convenient, the structure for preventing the air from invading and for discharging the invading air is not required, the whole structure of the braking device is simpler, and the cost is lower.
The first flexible shaft 22, the second flexible shaft 31 and the third flexible shaft 34 of this embodiment can all adopt the existing brake flexible shaft structure, and include an outer sheath, an inner steel wire rope and nuts for fixedly connecting with other structures. In order to facilitate the connection between the first flexible shaft 22 and the pawl 25 and the handle 211 and the connection between the second flexible shaft 31 and the ratchet member 12, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in this embodiment, the second operation linkage mechanism further includes a first flexible shaft support plate 23 and a connection plate 24, and the second operation linkage mechanism further includes a second flexible shaft support plate 32, where the first flexible shaft support plate 23 is used for being fixedly connected with a nut of the first flexible shaft 22, so as to support the first flexible shaft 22, so that the first flexible shaft 22 moves and stretches along with the rotation of the handle 211; the connecting plate 24 is used for realizing the transitional connection between the first flexible shaft 22 and the pawl 25; the second flexible shaft supporting plate 32 is fixedly connected with a nut of the second flexible shaft 31, and supports the second flexible shaft 31, so that the second flexible shaft 31 moves and stretches along with the rotation of the ratchet member 12. Wherein, the first flexible shaft supporting plate 23 and the second flexible shaft supporting plate 32 can be fixed on the mounting seat 4, and the connecting plate 24 can be fixedly mounted on the pawl 25.
In addition, in this embodiment, the first steering linkage further includes a first elastic member for applying an elastic force to return the ratchet member 12 to the ratchet member 12, and the second steering linkage further includes a second elastic member for applying an elastic force to return the pawl 25 to the pawl 25. By providing the first elastic member and the second elastic member, the return of the ratchet member 12 and the pawl 25 can be facilitated, so that the ratchet member 12 and the pawl 25 can be rotated more conveniently to return to the original positions when the brake needs to be released. Specifically, as can be seen from fig. 2, the first elastic member of this embodiment includes a first spring 13, two ends of the first spring 13 are respectively connected to the ratchet member 12 and the second flexible shaft supporting plate 32, so that the first spring 13 can store and release elastic energy along with rotation of the ratchet member 12, and when the first spring 13 releases elastic energy, the ratchet member 12 can be driven to return; the second elastic member comprises a second spring 26, two ends of the second spring 26 are respectively connected to the pawl 25 and the frame 8, so that the second spring 26 can store and release elastic energy along with rotation of the pawl 25, and when the second spring 26 releases the elastic energy, the pawl 25 can be driven to reset.
As shown in fig. 2 to 8, in this embodiment, the parking brake detecting means includes a trigger member 51 and a detecting switch 52, the trigger member 51 being configured to trigger the detecting switch 52 when the second steering linkage locks the first steering linkage by the engagement of the pawl 25 with the ratchet member 12, so that the detecting switch 52 emits a signal. The trigger piece 51 and the ratchet piece 12 are rotatably connected with the mounting seat 4 through the first shaft sleeve 61, the first flat pad 62, the first elastic pad 63, the first nut 64 and the first bolt 65, and the detection switch 52 is arranged on the pawl 25, so that the detection switch 52 can rotate along with the pawl 25 relative to the frame 8, the trigger piece 51 can rotate along with the ratchet piece 12 relative to the frame 8, and therefore the detection switch 52 can rotate along with the pawl 25 in the process of pulling up the handle 211 until the pawl 25 is meshed with the ratchet piece 12, and the detection switch 52 is triggered by the trigger piece 51, so that detection of a parking braking state is achieved. Because by setting the parking brake detecting device, an operator can directly judge whether the parking is completed and whether the handle 211 is pulled up or not according to whether the parking brake detecting device sends out a detecting signal, so the parking brake detecting device can enable the operator to know the parking brake condition more timely and accurately, and is also more convenient for the operator to pull up the handle 211 to a desired position, so that the ratchet piece 12 and the pawl 25 can be engaged more stably and reliably. Specifically, as can be seen from fig. 4, the trigger member 51 of this embodiment is pressed against the side of the ratchet member 12 away from the frame 8, so that the trigger member 51 can simultaneously limit the movement of the ratchet member 12, thereby further improving the reliability and stability of the engagement between the ratchet member 12 and the pawl 25. The detection switch 52 of this example may be a plunger type detection switch, which is convenient to contact with the trigger piece 51, and has high sensitivity.
The operation principle of the brake device of this embodiment is described as follows:
(1) When the vehicle does not need to be braked, as shown in fig. 3, the pedal 11 is not stepped on, the handle 211 is not pulled up, the pedal 11 and the handle 211 are both in the initial positions, the pawl 25 is meshed with the ratchet piece 12, the pawl 25 is clamped in the first ratchet of the ratchet piece 12, the first flexible shaft 22, the second flexible shaft 31 and the third flexible shaft 34 are all in the state of being not pulled and tensioned, the brake drum is in the non-braking state, the wheels rotate normally, and the braking device does not work. As can be seen from fig. 3, the trigger 51 is not in contact with the detection switch 52, and the detection switch 52 is not triggered.
(2) When the vehicle needs to be braked, as shown in fig. 7, the pedal 11 is stepped down, the pedal 11 moves from the dotted line position to the solid line position in fig. 7, the ratchet member 12 is driven to rotate clockwise around the first shaft sleeve 61 relative to the frame 8, the first end of the second flexible shaft 31 connected with the ratchet member 12 is pulled and tensioned by the ratchet member 12, and the second end of the second flexible shaft 31 synchronously pulls the two third flexible shafts 34 through the branching block 33, so that the two brake drums are switched from the non-braking state to the braking state, the wheels are prevented from continuing to rotate, and braking is realized. In this process, as the ratchet member 12 rotates clockwise, the first spring 13 is stretched, storing elastic energy. As can be seen from fig. 7, the trigger 51 and the detection switch 52 are not in contact in this process, and the detection switch 52 is not triggered.
(3) When the service brake needs to be released, the pedal 11 is released, the pedal 11 returns to the dotted line position from the solid line position in fig. 7, the first spring 13 releases elastic energy, the ratchet member 12 rotates counterclockwise under the action of the first spring 13 until being re-engaged with the pawl 25, and simultaneously, the ratchet member 12 drives the second flexible shaft 31 and the third flexible shaft 34 to return to the initial state, so that the brake drum returns to the non-braking state again, and the service brake is released.
(3) When the vehicle needs to perform parking braking, as shown in fig. 8, firstly, the pedal 11 is stepped down, and at this time, as in the process in the above (2), the pedal 11 still drives the brake drum to switch from the non-braking state to the braking state through the ratchet member 12, the second flexible shaft 31, the branching block 33 and the third flexible shaft 34 in sequence; then, the handle 21 is rotated counterclockwise to pull the handle 21 up, the handle 211 is rotated from the dotted line position to the solid line position in fig. 8, the first flexible shaft 22 is pulled by the rotating plate 213, the first flexible shaft 22 drives the pawl 25 to rotate clockwise around the third shaft sleeve 214 relative to the frame 8, so that the pawl 25 is clamped into other ratchets of the ratchet member 12 except the first few ratchets, and at this time, even if the pedal 11 is released, the ratchet member 12 cannot rotate and reset against the elastic force of the second spring 26, therefore, the first operating linkage mechanism is locked, the brake drum can be kept in a braking state for a long time, and the parking braking function is realized. As can be seen from fig. 8, during the clockwise rotation of the pawl 25, the detection switch 52 rotates synchronously with the pawl 25, and when the pawl 25 is engaged with the ratchet member 12, the detection switch 52 contacts the trigger member 51, and the detection switch 52 is triggered to send a signal to the control device of the vehicle for the logic control of the vehicle restart.
(4) When the parking brake needs to be released, the pedal 11 can be stepped on to the bottom, so that a gap is formed between the ratchet member 12 and the pawl 25, at this time, the pawl 25 will generate a tendency to rotate and reset anticlockwise under the action of the second spring 26, and then the handle 211 is rotated clockwise, so that the handle 211 is put down, that is, the handle 211 rotates from the solid line position to the broken line position in fig. 8, the ratchet member 12 is completely separated from the pawl 25, then the pedal 11 is released, the pawl 25 rotates anticlockwise under the action of the second spring 26 until the pawl 25 is blocked in the first ratchet of the ratchet member 12 again, the reset is completed, the parking brake is released, and the brake device returns to the state shown in fig. 3 again.
As can be seen from the working principle of the braking device, in this embodiment, when the braking device needs to park and release the parking brake, the pedal 11 needs to be depressed first, and when the parking brake is needed, the pedal 11 needs to be depressed first and then the handle 211 is pulled up, so that the brake drum is preferably ensured to be in a braking state, and the parking reliability and safety can be improved; when the parking brake is released, the pedal 11 must be first stepped on and then the handle 211 is lowered, so that the power equipment such as the engine of the vehicle can be fully started when the pedal 11 is stepped on and the brake drum is in a braking state, the vehicle is prevented from running when the power equipment such as the engine is not fully started, and the safety of the whole vehicle restarting process can be improved.
In addition, since the brake device wears down after a long period of use, the gap between the brake drum and the wheel increases, and the braking performance is affected, it is necessary to adjust the gap between the brake drum and the wheel. The braking device of this embodiment can use the cooperation of the ratchet member 12 and the pawl 25 to achieve the purpose of adjusting the gap between the brake drum and the wheel. Specifically, when the brake drum is worn, the stepping amplitude of the pedal 11 can be increased, the counterclockwise rotation angle of the ratchet member 12 can be increased, the increased gap between the brake drum and the wheel can be made up, and in the parking braking process, the pulling amplitude of the handle 211 can be correspondingly increased, the moving elongation of the first flexible shaft 22 can be increased, the clockwise rotation angle of the pawl 25 can be increased to be in automatic clamping connection with the proper ratchet of the ratchet member 12, namely, the ratchet member 12 can be clamped at the position with the larger rotation angle, and the brake drum can still be well kept in the braking state. Therefore, in this embodiment, the self-adaptability of the braking device can be enhanced, the braking reliability can be improved, and the post-maintenance workload can be reduced by arranging the ratchet member 12 and the pawl 25, because the pawl 25 can be automatically clamped into the next ratchet of the ratchet member 12 to compensate for the increased gap between the brake drum and the wheel in the parking braking process when the brake drum is worn.
Further, since the brake mechanism of this embodiment is further provided with the second flexible shaft 31 and the third flexible shaft 34 connected to the branching block 33, the length of the second flexible shaft 31 connected between the branching block 33 and the pawl 25 and the length of the third flexible shaft 34 connected between the branching block 33 and the brake drum can be manually adjusted, and the gap between the brake drum and the wheel can be further compensated by changing the respective tensioning degrees of the second flexible shaft 31 and the third flexible shaft 34. As shown in fig. 1, the branching block 33 of this embodiment is disposed on one side of the frame 8, so that it is easier to manually adjust the connection lengths of the second flexible shaft 31 and the third flexible shaft 34 with the branching block 33, and it is convenient to implement manual adjustment of the brake drum and wheel gap.
In summary, the braking device integrates a service braking function and a parking braking function, has the advantages of simpler and more compact structure, lower cost, convenient maintenance, simple braking operation, higher braking reliability and stronger self-adaption of braking stroke.
The braking device is applied to the vehicle, so that the braking performance of the vehicle can be effectively improved, and a safer and more reliable braking process is realized. The braking device is simple and compact in structure, so that the braking device is particularly suitable for small-sized vehicles such as electric road cleaning vehicles. Therefore, the invention also provides a vehicle comprising the braking device, such as a road cleaning vehicle and other engineering vehicles.
The foregoing description of the exemplary embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the invention to the particular embodiments disclosed, but on the contrary, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention.
