Abstract
The invention provides an air conditioner installation switching device and an air conditioner. The air conditioner installation switching device comprises a body and a switching part matched with the shape of an air conditioner installation opening to be switched, wherein a switching opening is formed in the body, and the switching part is connected with the body and is positioned outside the switching opening. The size of the switching opening is smaller than that of the original air conditioner installation opening, so that the original large installation opening can be converted into a small installation opening defined by the switching opening under the condition that the opening is not required to be reopened, the installation requirement of a new air conditioner is met, the roof strength is not reduced, and the problem of general matching possibly existing in the replacement of a motor home air conditioner is solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air conditioners, in particular to an air conditioner installation switching device and an air conditioner.
Background
When the car air conditioner is installed, holes are formed in the roof. However, the sizes of the holes of the air conditioners of the motor home of different manufacturers may be different, and when the clients need to replace the air conditioners of the motor home, the air conditioners of the motor home cannot be installed and used due to the different sizes of the holes of the front machine and the rear machine.
If the opening of the old motor home air conditioner is smaller, the roof hole can be directly opened, and the installation requirement can be met. However, if the old air conditioner of the motor home is large in opening, the hole needs to be formed in another place of the roof, and the large hole is difficult to be repaired into the small hole, so that the strength cannot meet the requirement. In addition, re-perforating can have a certain influence on roof strength, and the original perforating place is possibly sealed improperly, so that rainwater can enter the vehicle body.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an air conditioner installation switching device and an air conditioner, which are used for solving the problem that the roof strength is affected because an air conditioner needs to be re-opened when being installed in the prior art.
In order to solve the above problems, as one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an air conditioner installation adaptor device, including a body and an adaptor portion matching the shape of an air conditioner installation opening to be adaptor, wherein an adaptor opening is formed on the body, the adaptor portion is connected with the body, and the adaptor portion is located outside the adaptor opening.
Preferably, a sealing groove is further formed on the body, and the sealing groove and the adapting portion are arranged on the same side of the body.
Preferably, a positioning groove for positioning the sealing strip at the bottom of the air conditioner to be installed is formed on one side of the body far away from the switching part, and the positioning groove is recessed towards one side close to the switching part.
Preferably, a protrusion protruding in a direction away from the transfer part is formed on an inner side or an outer side of the positioning groove.
Preferably, the positioning groove and/or the protrusion is annular.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the invention are described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings, but the invention can be implemented in a number of different ways, which are defined and covered by the claims.
The invention designs an air conditioner installation switching device, which can change a larger opening into a smaller opening under the condition that the opening is not required to be re-opened, simultaneously meets the requirements of strength, sealing and installation convenience, and solves the problem of changing a large opening into a small opening when a motor home air conditioner is replaced.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides an air conditioner installation switching device, and in particular, an air conditioner installation switching device for a motor home.
The air conditioner installation switching device comprises a body 1 and 1' and switching parts 2 and 2' matched with the shape of an air conditioner installation opening to be switched, a switching opening 3 is formed in the body 1 and 1', the switching parts 2 and 2' are connected with the body 1, and the switching parts 2 and 2' are positioned on the outer side of the switching opening 3. When in use, the switching opening 3 is clamped at the mounting opening of the switched air conditioner.
In one embodiment, in order to prevent the air conditioner installation switching device from excessively moving left and right and front and back, the switching part in the invention is four flanges arranged around the switching opening 3, and the height is preferably between 10 mm and 30mm, so that the flanges are suitable for positioning, and thus, when the flanges are inserted into the original air conditioner installation opening of the roof, the flanges are blocked in the roof and can also play a limiting role. Preferably, the height of the adapter 2,2' is smaller than the thickness of the roof 5 to be installed. As a more preferred embodiment, the invention also allows at least a portion of the edge of the transit opening 3 to be formed as a flange 8 extending in the axial direction of said transit opening 3, in order to facilitate the installation of the air conditioner.
When in use, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the air conditioner installation switching device of the present invention is placed at the original air conditioner installation opening of the roof 5 to be installed, and the switching part 2 of the air conditioner installation switching device is inserted into the air conditioner installation opening, so as to realize the positioning of the body 1 on the roof 5 to be installed.
Because the transfer opening 3 is located at the inner side of the transfer part 2, the size of the transfer opening 3 is smaller than that of the original air conditioner installation opening, so that the original large installation opening can be converted into a small installation opening defined by the transfer opening 3 under the condition that the opening is not required to be reopened, the installation requirement of a new air conditioner is met, the roof strength is not reduced, and the problem of wild-fit performance possibly existing in the replacement of the air conditioner of a motor home is solved.
In order to meet the requirement of tightness between the bottom surface of the air conditioner installation adapter device and the upper surface of the roof 5 to be installed, preferably, a sealing groove 4 is further formed on the body 1, and the sealing groove 4 and the adapter part 2 are disposed on the same side of the body 1. Preferably, the sealing groove 4 forms a closed ring shape, i.e. the sealing groove 4 surrounds the adapter opening 3 for one complete revolution in the circumferential direction. During installation, a circle of glue is applied along the sealing groove 4, the glue is required to be continuous and have a certain height, and then the body 1 is turned over and stuck at the upper surface of the roof 5 to be installed. Then, a certain pressure is applied to the body 1, after a period of time, the glue adheres the air conditioner installation switching device to the roof, and the glue after curing plays a role in sealing, so that water is prevented from entering the interior of the vehicle through a gap between the bottom surface of the air conditioner installation switching device and the upper surface of the roof 5 to be installed.
Preferably, a positioning groove 6 for positioning a sealing strip 11 at the bottom of the air conditioner to be installed is formed at one side of the body 1 away from the switching part 2, and the positioning groove 6 is recessed toward one side close to the switching part 2. Thus, when the air conditioner outdoor unit is mounted on the upper surface of the air conditioner mounting switching device, the positioning groove 6 can be used for positioning the sealing strip 11 on the bottom surface of the air conditioner outdoor unit. The sealing between the bottom surface of the air conditioner outdoor unit and the upper surface of the air conditioner installation switching device can be realized through the sealing strip 11. The size of the positioning groove 6 is preferably slightly larger than the size of the sealing strip 11, and when the sealing strip 11 is installed, the sealing strip automatically slides into the positioning groove 6 under the action of the dead weight of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and the sealing effect is achieved through the compression action of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
Preferably, a protrusion 7 protruding in a direction away from the adapter 2 is formed on the inner side or the outer side of the positioning groove 6. Preferably, the positioning groove 6 and/or the protrusion 7 are annular. The ring may or may not be closed. In this way, the positioning groove 6 can be formed by the protrusion 7 by itself, thereby satisfying the requirement of convenience in installation and increasing the strength.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4, the adaptor 2 may be integrally formed with the body 1, and at this time, the air conditioner installation adaptor device of the present invention may be made of plastic or other materials, and the integral structure may be suitable for use in a motor home with high requirement on weight.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 6, the adapter 2 is preferably detachably connected to the flange 8. For example, the adapter 2 and the flange 8 are detachably connected by a fastener 9 (e.g., a screw or the like). In this embodiment, the air conditioner installation switching device of the invention can adopt sheet metal parts, so that the air conditioner installation switching device is suitable for some motor home with low weight requirements. The sheet metal part is similar to the embodiment principle of the plastic part, and only the difference is that the sheet metal part is not provided with the positioning groove 6 and the protruding part 7 of the plastic part because the limitation of the sheet metal process (when the thickness of the numerical control sheet metal part is larger than 1.5mm, the sheet metal part cannot be realized) and the sheet metal part cannot realize the complex structure of the injection molding part, and at the moment, the sealing strip 11 can be directly pressed on the sheet metal part.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 6, the adapter 2 'is preferably U-shaped, the two free ends of which are each connected to the flange 8'. The connection mode can be various, and preferably, two free ends are respectively welded with the flange; as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the two free ends of the U-shape extend outwards to form lugs, and the lugs of the adapter 2 'are detachably connected with the flange 8' by means of fasteners 9. In this way, the side of the adapter part 2 'remote from the flange 8' is positioned in cooperation with the original air-conditioning installation opening of the roof 5 to be installed.
In order to prevent the wrong mounting, it is preferable that the mounting indication mark 10 is formed on the surface of the body 1 in the present invention. For example, the installation indication mark 10 may be a fool-proof arrow, and the fool-proof arrow points to be consistent with the installation direction of the air conditioner of the caravan during installation.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises the air conditioner installation switching device.
Preferably, the air conditioner installation switching device is in sealing connection with the roof 5 to be installed through sealant in a sealing groove 4 on the body 1 of the air conditioner installation switching device. Preferably, the sealing strip at the bottom of the air conditioner to be installed is located in the positioning groove 6 on the body 1 of the air conditioner installation switching device.
In summary, the invention can convert a larger opening into a smaller opening, meets the requirements of strength, sealing and installation convenience, and has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient installation and low cost.

An air conditioner installation switching device is characterized by comprising a body (1, 1 ') and switching parts (2, 2') matched with the shape of an installation opening of an air conditioner to be switched, wherein switching openings (3) are formed in the body (1, 1 '), the switching parts (2, 2') are connected with the body (1, 1 '), and the switching parts (2, 2') are positioned outside the switching openings (3); at least a portion of the edge of the transit opening (3) is formed with a flange (8, 8') extending in the axial direction of the transit opening (3); the adapter part (2 ') is detachably connected with the flange (8'); the adapter part (2 ') and the flange (8') are detachably connected through a fastener (9); the fastener (9) is a screw.
2. The air conditioner installation switching device according to claim 1, wherein a sealing groove (4) is further formed on the body (1), and the sealing groove (4) and the switching portion (2) are disposed on the same side of the body (1).

The air conditioner installation switching device according to claim 1, wherein a positioning groove (6) for positioning a sealing strip at the bottom of an air conditioner to be installed is formed on one side of the body (1) away from the switching part (2), and the positioning groove (6) is recessed toward one side close to the switching part (2).
4. An air conditioner installation switching device according to claim 3, wherein a protrusion (7) protruding in a direction away from the switching part (2) is formed on the inner side or the outer side of the positioning groove (6).
5. An air conditioner installation switching device according to claim 4, wherein the positioning groove (6) and/or the protruding portion (7) are ring-shaped.
6. An air conditioner installation switching device according to claim 2, wherein the sealing groove (4) forms a closed ring shape.
7. An air conditioner installation adapter according to claim 1, wherein the height of the adapter (2) is less than the thickness of the roof (5) to be installed.
8. The air conditioner installation switching device according to claim 1, wherein the switching part (2) is integrally formed with the body (1).
9. An air conditioner installation adapter according to claim 1, wherein the adapter (2 ') is U-shaped, the two free ends of the U being connected to the flange (8'), respectively.
10. The air conditioner mounting adapter device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the body (1') is a sheet metal part.
11. The air conditioner mounting adapter device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the body (1) is a plastic piece.
12. An air conditioner installation switching device according to claim 1, wherein an installation indication mark (10) is formed on a surface of the body (1).
13. An air conditioner comprising the air conditioner installation switching device according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
14. The air conditioner according to claim 13, wherein when the body (1) is further formed with a sealing groove (4), and the sealing groove (4) and the adapter part (2) are disposed on the same side of the body (1), the air conditioner installation adapter device is in sealing connection with the roof (5) to be installed through a sealant in the sealing groove (4) on the body (1) of the air conditioner installation adapter device.
15. An air conditioner according to claim 13, wherein when a positioning groove (6) for positioning a sealing strip of the air conditioner bottom to be installed is formed on a side of the body (1) away from the adapter part (2), and the positioning groove (6) is recessed toward a side close to the adapter part (2), the sealing strip of the air conditioner bottom to be installed is located in the positioning groove (6) on the body (1) of the air conditioner installation adapter device.
