as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the locking screw a7 is loosened, the movable arm 4 is rotated upwards to the vertical position, and then the connecting rod 5 and the cross joint 6 are fixed through the locking screw a7, so that the movable arm 4 is fixed to the vertical position, because one end of the sliding rod 8 is hinged with the front end of the movable arm 4, the hinged part is provided with the mutually matched racks, two hands of a patient grasp the sliding rod 8, so that the sliding rod 8 takes the connecting part of the sliding rod 8 and the movable arm 4 as an axis and rotates circumferentially in the vertical direction, so that triceps, the upper part of pectoralis major and anterior deltoid of the patient are exercised, and the second action is completed;
as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the movable arm 4 is adjusted to a horizontal position, the connecting cylinder a404 is separated from the tail part 403, and the middle part 402 is hinged to the tail part 403, so that the patient grasps the sliding handle 9 with both hands, and the front part 401 and the middle part 402 of the movable arm 4 make a circular motion in the horizontal direction with the hinged position of the middle part 402 and the tail part 403 as an axis, thereby exercising the triceps muscle and pectoralis muscle of the patient and completing action three;
as shown in fig. 3, the connecting cylinder a404 is connected with the tail 403, the movable arm 4 is adjusted to a horizontal position, the patient grasps the sliding handle 9 with both hands, and the sliding handle 9 reciprocates along the length direction of the sliding rod 8, so as to exercise the triceps brachii and pectoralis major of the patient, and complete the fourth action;
as shown in fig. 8, the movable arm 4 is rotated upward to the vertical position, and then the connecting rod 5 is fixed to the cross joint 6 by the locking screw a7, so that the movable arm 4 is fixed to the vertical position, and the patient grasps the sliding handle 9 with both hands, so that the sliding handle 9 reciprocates along the length direction of the sliding rod 8, thereby exercising the biceps brachii and the brachial muscle of the patient, and completing the fifth action.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, according to the width of the waist of the patient, the distance between the two convex columns 1603 is adjusted by the locking screw c1604, the two convex columns 1603 clamp the waist of the patient, the connecting cylinder b14 is separated from the clamping column a13, so that the shoulder protection device 11 is separated from the supporting seat 12, the locking screw b15 is loosened, the movable arm 4 is rotated to the back of the patient to be fixed in order to avoid interference of the movable arm 4 in the sixth action, the two L-shaped protection plates 1102 are grasped by two hands of the patient, the shoulder protection device 11 is circumferentially rotated in the vertical direction by taking the locking screw b15 as an axis, and therefore, the latissimus dorsi and the lower back sawn muscle of the patient are exercised, and the sixth action is completed.
As shown in fig. 11, 12 and 13, the shoulder protectors 11 are connected to the support base 12 through the connecting tube b14, the connecting tube c105 is separated from the clip column b104, and the patient grasps the L-shaped protector 1102 and rotates the main bar 2 circumferentially in the vertical direction about the connecting rod as an axis, thereby exercising the rectus abdominis and the oblique abdominis of the patient and completing the seventh action.
The invention can help the patient to exercise a plurality of actions, after the patient exercises one action, the patient can directly exercise the next action without moving the position, thereby saving time and labor, reducing the pain of the patient in the moving process, and reducing accompanying personnel without a plurality of supporting personnel;
