The lactobacillus vaginalis planter of the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the lactobacillus vaginalis planter according to the embodiment of the invention is suitable for planting a powdery lactobacillus preparation on vaginal mucosa, and comprises a hard tube 10, a medicine storage device 20, a first elastic extrusion ball 30 and a diffuser 50.
Specifically, the rigid tube 10 has a first end and a second end.
The medicine storage device 20 is provided with a medicine storage cavity, an air inlet 2021 communicated with the medicine storage cavity, and a medicine outlet 2011 communicated with the medicine storage cavity; the medicine storage device 20 is detachably connected with the second end of the hard tube 10, and the air inlet 2021 is communicated with the second end of the hard tube 10. Wherein, the medicine storage cavity is used for containing the powdery lactobacillus preparation, and the powdery lactobacillus preparation can be filled before use.
A first resilient squeeze bulb 30 is connected to a first end of the rigid tube 10 for inflating the reservoir 20 through the rigid tube 10. When the first resilient bulb 30 is squeezed, gas flows from the first end to the second end of the rigid tube 10 and enters the reservoir 20 through the inlet 2021 in the reservoir 20.
A first elastic opening and closing member 40 is disposed at the medicine outlet 2011 and is configured to open when the gas pressure in the medicine storage 20 is greater than a first predetermined value, so that the medicine outlet 2011 is opened. That is to say, the first elastic opening and closing member 40 is used for controlling the opening or closing of the medicine outlet 2011, specifically, the first elastic opening and closing member 40 has a certain elasticity, in an initial state, the first elastic opening and closing member 40 is kept closed, the corresponding medicine outlet 2011 is closed, in this state, when the first elastic squeezing ball 30 is squeezed to inflate the medicine storage 20, because the medicine outlet 2011 is closed, the gas pressure inside the medicine storage 20 is increasingly greater along with the increase of the gas amount inside the medicine storage 20, when the gas pressure reaches a first predetermined value, the first elastic opening and closing member 40 is forced to deform to open, the corresponding medicine outlet 2011 is opened, at this time, the gas pressure inside the medicine storage 20 is extremely reduced, and the powdered lactobacillus preparation in the medicine storage cavity can be ejected from the medicine outlet 2011.
It will be appreciated that this first predetermined value is determined by the magnitude of the elasticity of the first resilient shutter 40, which should be understood as the minimum pressure required to be able to force the first resilient shutter 40 to deform. The first elastic pressing ball 30 inflates the medicine reservoir 20 by pressing, so that the internal gas pressure is gradually increased to the pressure (i.e. the first preset value) required for forcing the first elastic opening and closing member 40 to deform, and the first elastic opening and closing member 40 is opened.
The operation of the lactobacillus vaginalis planter of the present invention is described in detail as follows:
first, the drug reservoir 20 is removed from the second end of the rigid tube 10 and the drug reservoir 20 is filled with a pre-prepared powdered lactobacillus preparation, the amount of powdered lactobacillus added being more patient specific.
Next, the medicine reservoir 20 containing the powdery lactobacillus preparation is attached to the second end of the rigid tube 10, and at the same time, the diffuser 50 is attached to the end of the medicine reservoir 20 where the medicine outlet 2011 is located.
Further, the diffuser 50 is aligned with the human vagina and inserted, and the rigid tube 10 is slowly pushed so that the diffuser 50 reaches a predetermined position.
Finally, the first elastic extrusion ball 30 is extruded, the first elastic extrusion ball 30 is utilized to inflate the medicine storage device 20, so that the gas pressure in the medicine storage device 20 is gradually increased, when the gas pressure in the medicine storage device 20 reaches a first preset value, the first elastic opening and closing piece 40 of the medicine outlet 2011 on the medicine storage device 20 is opened, so that the medicine storage outlet is opened, at the moment, the powdery lactobacillus preparation in the medicine storage device 20 is sprayed into the diffuser 50 and is diffused into more dispersed powder in the diffuser 50, and finally, the medicine dispersing holes 5011 in the diffuser 50 are uniformly diffused outwards to the vaginal mucosa.
According to the vaginal lactobacillus plantarum planter provided by the embodiment of the invention, the vaginal lactobacillus plantarum planter can extend into the vagina of a human body, the medicine storage device 20 is inflated by squeezing the first elastic squeezing ball 30, when the gas pressure in the medicine storage device 20 is greater than a first preset value, the first elastic opening and closing piece 40 on the medicine storage device 20 is opened, the medicine outlet 2011 is opened, the powdery lactobacillus preparation is sprayed into the diffuser 50 under the action of gas pressure, the powdery lactobacillus preparation is dispersed into dust in the diffuser 50 and fills the whole diffuser 50 due to the action of the gas pressure, and finally the powdery lactobacillus preparation is uniformly diffused to the vaginal mucosa from the medicine dispersing holes 5011 on the diffuser 50, so that the uniform planting of the powdery lactobacillus preparation is realized, the vaginal lactobacillus plantarum is simple in structure and convenient to use, and the planted powdery lactobacillus preparation is uniform and has a good effect.
Alternatively, the rigid tube 10, the medicine container 20 and the diffuser 50 may be made of plastic materials such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), polycarbonate (PC), acrylic-butadiene-styrene (ABS), polycarbonate (PC), PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), and of course, metal materials such as stainless steel, copper, titanium alloy, and the like may also be used.
Referring to fig. 2 to 3 and 6 to 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the diffuser 50 further includes a plurality of guide plates 502, the plurality of guide plates 502 surrounds the axis of the first container 501 and are radially arranged in the first container 501, each of the guide plates 502 extends along the axis of the first container 501, and a fan-shaped gap X01 is formed between two adjacent guide plates 502. Correspondingly, the plurality of medicine dispersing holes 5011 are arranged in a plurality of rows, the plurality of medicine dispersing holes 5011 are circumferentially arranged on the wall of the first container 501 at intervals and correspond to the plurality of fan-shaped gaps X01 one by one, and the medicine dispersing holes 5011 in each row of the medicine dispersing holes 5011 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the first container 501.
When the powdered lactobacillus preparation in the medicine container 20 is sprayed into the diffuser 50, since the sprayed powdered lactobacillus preparation has a certain speed, when the powdered lactobacillus preparation encounters the guide plate 502 in the diffuser 50, the powdered lactobacillus preparation flows along the direction of the guide plate 502, and the guide plates 502 separate the fan-shaped gaps X01, so that the powdered lactobacillus preparation is dispersed into the fan-shaped gaps X01 and flows toward the rows of medicine dispersing holes 5011 opposite to the fan-shaped gaps X01, and finally, the powdered lactobacillus preparation is diffused from the medicine dispersing holes 5011 to the external vaginal mucosa.
In other words, in the present embodiment, the plurality of guide plates 502 are provided in the first container 501, and the powdery lactobacillus preparation is dispersed and guided to the respective drug discharge holes 5011 by the fan-shaped gaps X01 partitioned by the guide plates 502, so that the powdery lactobacillus preparation can be uniformly dispersed to the vaginal mucosa, and the uniformity of planting the powdery lactobacillus preparation is further improved.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 8, in one example, the outer edge of the guide plate 502 along the radial direction of the first container 501 has a predetermined gap with the wall of the first container 501, so that an annular cavity P01 is formed between the wall of the first container 501 and the outer edges of the guide plates 502; the guide plates 502 are curved in an arc shape, and the curved directions of the plurality of guide plates 502 are the same.
That is, the outer edges of the guide plates 502 are not in contact with the wall of the first container 501, but have a predetermined distance from the wall of the first container 501, so that an annular cavity P01 is formed between the wall of the first container 501 and the outer edges of the guide plates 502, and the annular cavity P01 is communicated with the sector gap X01.
Thus, when the powdered lactobacillus preparation in the medicine reservoir 20 is sprayed into the diffuser 50, the powdered lactobacillus preparation is firstly dispersed into the annular cavity P01 through the fan-shaped gap X01 isolated by the guide plate 502, and then is dispersed into the medicine dispersing hole 5011 through the annular cavity P01. In this process, since the guide plate 502 is curved in an arc shape and has the same curved direction, and the sprayed powdery lactobacillus preparation has a certain velocity, the powdery lactobacillus preparation can be caused to flow in one direction in the annular chamber P01 (as shown in fig. 8, the powdery lactobacillus preparation flows in the direction of the arrow in the annular chamber P01) by the guide of the guide plate 502, thereby ensuring that the powdery lactobacillus preparation can be uniformly dispersed into the annular chamber P01, and finally, uniformly dispersed to the outside, and further improving the uniformity of planting.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the wall of the first container 501 is provided with a plurality of nozzles 503 protruding toward the inside of the first container 501, and the plurality of nozzles 503 correspond to the plurality of dispensing holes 5011 one to one; one end of each of the mouth parts 503 is communicated with the corresponding medicine dispersing hole 5011, and the other end has an opening, the diameter of which is smaller than that of the medicine dispersing hole 5011. Preferably, the mouth 503 is formed in a tapered shape, and has a gradually increasing diameter from the inside to the outside.
That is, the mouth part 503 is located inside the first container 501, and one end of the mouth part 503 is connected to the inner wall of the first container 501, and preferably, the mouth part 503 is integrally formed with the first container 501. The opening of the nozzle 503 is communicated with a dispensing hole 5011 in the wall of the first container 501, and the powdered lactobacillus preparation in the first container 501 enters the nozzle 503 through the opening of the nozzle 503, flows to the dispensing hole through the nozzle 503, and is finally dispensed to the outside through the dispensing hole.
It should be noted that the diffuser 50 may contact the liquid in the vagina during use to cause the powdered lactobacillus preparation to be wetted and agglomerated at the dispensing opening, thereby blocking the dispensing opening. In this embodiment, since the opening of the nozzle part 503 is close to the inside of the first container 501, that is, the opening of the nozzle part 503 is hidden in the first container 501, the liquid in the vagina is not substantially contacted, and the problem that the powdery lactobacillus preparation is wet and caked at the opening to block the opening does not substantially occur. While the diameter of the dispensing hole 5011 is larger than that of the opening, that is, the diameter of the dispensing hole 5011 can be designed larger due to the opening, so that the large size of the dispensing hole 5011 can reduce the possibility of the powdery lactobacillus preparation wetting and blocking the dispensing hole 5011, thereby ensuring more reliable use performance.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, a second elastic shutter 51 is disposed on the opening, and the second elastic shutter 51 is configured to open when the gas pressure in the first container 501 is greater than a second predetermined value, so that the mouth 503 is opened.
That is, a second elastic shutter 51 is provided on the opening of each of the mouths 503, and the opening and closing of the opening is controlled by the second elastic shutter 51. Specifically, the second elastic opening and closing member 51 has a certain elasticity, and in an initial state, the second elastic opening and closing member 51 is kept closed, and the corresponding opening is closed, and in this state, as the amount of the gas and the powdered lactobacillus preparation injected into the first container 501 from the medicine reservoir 20 is gradually increased, the gas pressure in the first container 501 is increased, and when the gas pressure reaches a second predetermined value, the second elastic opening and closing member 51 is forced to deform and open, and the corresponding opening is opened, and at this time, the powdered lactobacillus preparation in the first container 501 can be diffused out from the opening.
In this embodiment, by providing the second elastic opening and closing member 51, on one hand, the liquid in the vagina can be prevented from entering the first container 501, and the problems of opening blockage and agglomeration of the powdery lactobacillus preparation in the first container 501 caused by wetting of the powdery lactobacillus preparation are avoided, and on the other hand, the second elastic opening and closing member 51 is opened only when the gas pressure in the first container 501 is greater than the second predetermined value, so that the powdery lactobacillus preparation in the first container 501 can be ensured to have a certain diffusion rate when the opening is opened, and the planting efficiency is further improved.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the medicine storage device 20 includes a second container 201 and a sealing cover 202, one end of the second container 201 is connected to the sealing cover 202 by a screw, the other end of the second container 201 is provided with the medicine outlet 2011, and the sealing cover 202 is provided with the air inlet. Therefore, before use, the sealing cover 202 can be opened, the powdery lactobacillus can be filled in the second container 201, and then the sealing cover 202 is covered on the second container 201 to form sealing.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, the sealing cover 202 has a boss 203, the boss 203 is screwed with the second end of the rigid tube 10, and the air inlet penetrates through the boss 203; the open end of the first vessel 501 has an annular flange 5012, the annular flange 5012 being threadably connected to the other end of the second vessel 201. Therefore, when the medicine storage device 20 is assembled, the boss 203 on the sealing cover 202 is matched with the hard tube 10 in a threaded manner, so that the medicine storage device 20 can be detachably connected with the hard tube 10. The annular flange 5012 of the first container 501 is matched with the other end of the second container 201 through threads, so that the diffuser 50 and the medicine storage device 20 can be detachably connected, and the detachable connection is convenient and simple in structure.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the present invention further comprises a balloon 60 and a second elastic pressing ball 70, wherein the balloon 60 is sleeved on the rigid tube 10 and is adjacent to the medicine container 20; a conduit 71 through which a second resiliently compressible bulb 70 is connected to the bladder 60 for inflating the bladder 60, the bladder 60 having a diameter greater than the diameter of the diffuser 50 when the bladder 60 is in the inflated condition.
When the second end of the hard tube 10 is inserted into the vagina in use, the air bag 60 is inflated by the second elastic extrusion ball 70, the air bag 60 is inflated, the inner wall of the vagina is supported after the air bag 60 is inflated, and a certain gap is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the diffuser 50 and the inner wall of the vagina because the diameter of the diffuser 50 is smaller than that of the air bag 60, so that liquid in the vagina wetting the medicine dispersing holes 5011 and the openings due to the fact that the diffuser 50 contacts the inner wall of the vagina can be avoided, and the medicine dispersing holes 5011 and the openings are blocked due to agglomeration of the powdery lactobacillus in the medicine dispersing holes 5011 and the openings, and therefore the medicine dispersing holes 5011 and the openings can be further prevented from being blocked, and the use reliability of the hard tube is improved.
Advantageously, in an example of the present invention, an end of the diffuser 50 away from the medicine reservoir 20 protrudes axially to form a cylindrical portion 504, the cylindrical portion 504 is provided with an isolation cap 80, and a diameter of the isolation cap 80 is larger than a diameter of the diffuser 50.
When the diffuser 50 extends into the vagina, the diffuser 50 can not contact the inner wall of the vagina due to the isolation effect of the isolation cap 80, and meanwhile, after the diffuser 50 is positioned, the diffuser 50 can be kept in a relatively fixed state and keeps a certain gap with the inner wall of the vagina due to the fact that the diameter of the isolation cap 80 is larger than that of the diffuser 50 and the isolation cap and the air bag 60 are respectively positioned at two sides of the diffuser 50, so that liquid in the vagina can be prevented from wetting the medicine dispersing holes 5011 and the openings due to contact with the inner wall of the vagina, and powdery lactobacillus is prevented from agglomerating at the medicine dispersing holes 5011 and the openings to block the medicine dispersing holes 5011 and the openings, and therefore, higher use reliability of the medicine dispersing device is ensured.
More specifically, referring to fig. 9 and 10, in one embodiment of the present invention, each of the first resilient shutter 40 and the second resilient shutter 51 includes a resilient plastic pad 401, 511 having a central hole 4011, 5111, the inner wall of the central hole 4011, 5111 is formed with a plurality of fan-shaped flaps 402, 512 protruding inward, the plurality of fan-shaped flaps abut against each other to close the central hole 4011, 5111, and the fan-shaped flaps are deformed and bent to one axial side under gas pressure to at least partially open the central hole 4011, 5111.
That is, at normal pressure, the plurality of fan-shaped petals in the first elastic opening and closing member 40 and the second elastic opening and closing member 51 abut against each other to close the central holes 4011 and 5111, and after a certain gas pressure is applied, the plurality of fan-shaped petals are deformed to one side to gradually open the central holes 4011 and 5111, so that the opening and closing following the gas pressure change are realized, and the structure is simple and reliable.
