Abstract
The invention relates to a chest measurement device, when in measurement, a bra body is worn, the lengths of a brace and a shoulder strap and the position of a heart are adjusted, so that two cups are just covered on two breasts; then the air bag layer is inflated, and when the outer surface of the cup bottom is attached to the breasts everywhere, the inflation is stopped; at this time, the distance measuring sensor is started to measure the horizontal distance from the position of each distance measuring sensor on the inner surface of the cup surface to the inner surface of the cup bottom, and the distance measuring sensor transmits the horizontal distance to the microprocessor; the microprocessor generates the surface type of the outer surface of the cup bottom based on the horizontal distance and the surface type of the inner surface of the cup surface and the thickness of the cup bottom, and the surface type is the breast surface type because the outer surface of the cup bottom is attached to the breast; the chest measuring device is convenient and accurate to measure, and the embarrassment caused by bare upper body measurement is avoided.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a chest measurement device according to embodiment 1 of the present invention includes a bra body 1, a microprocessor 2, and a plurality of distance measurement sensors 3; the bra body 1 comprises two bra cups 11, wherein the two bra cups 11 are connected through a heart 12, and further comprises a brace 13 and a shoulder strap 14 which are arranged on the bra cups 11; the cup 11 comprises a non-deformable cup surface 111 and a deformable cup bottom 112, and an air bag layer 113 formed between the cup surface 111 and the cup bottom 112; the inner surface array of each cup 111 is provided with the distance measuring sensor 3, and each distance measuring sensor 3 is electrically connected with the microprocessor 2. The distance measuring sensor 3 may be an infrared distance measuring sensor or an ultrasonic distance measuring sensor.
During measurement, the bra body 1 is worn, and the lengths of the braces 13 and the shoulder straps 14 and the positions of the heart 12 are adjusted so that the two cups 11 just cover the two breasts; then the air bag layer 113 is inflated, when the outer surface of the cup bottom 112 is attached to the breast everywhere, the inflation is stopped, whether the attachment is good or not can be judged according to the breast compression size of a person to be measured, when the breast is just compressed, the inflation is stopped best, because the outer surface of the cup bottom 112 is attached to the breast at the moment, the breast is not compressed, and the measurement is most accurate; at this time, the distance measuring sensor 3 is started to measure the horizontal distance from the position of each distance measuring sensor 3 on the inner surface of the cup surface 111 to the inner surface of the cup bottom 112, and the distance measuring sensor 3 transmits the horizontal distance to the microprocessor 2; the microprocessor 2 generates the surface shape of the outer surface of the cup bottom 112 based on the horizontal distance and the inner surface shape of the cup surface 111 and the thickness of the cup bottom 112, and the surface shape is the breast surface shape because the outer surface of the cup bottom 112 is attached to the breast; the chest measuring device is convenient and accurate to measure, and the embarrassment caused by bare upper body measurement is avoided. Based on the measurement result, the bra is compared with the cup surface type of the existing product, so that the purchase of the bra can be guided; comparing the measured results, the breast shape change is found early, and early treatment of the breast diseases is promoted.
In the chest measuring device according to embodiment 2 of the present invention, on the basis of embodiment 1, a conducting tube 15 for connecting two air bag layers 113 is provided at the heart 12. The two air bag layers 113 are conducted through the conduction pipe 15, so that the two air bag layers 113 can be inflated at the same time, and the operation is convenient.
The chest measurement device of embodiment 3 of the present invention further comprises an air pump 4 based on embodiment 2, wherein the conducting tube 15 is provided with an inflation inlet 151, and the inflation inlet 151 is communicated with the air pump 4. An air pump is adopted for inflation, so that the inflation is convenient; the air pump can be a manual air pump, such as an air bag matched with a sphygmomanometer.
In the chest measurement device according to embodiment 4 of the present invention, on the basis of any one of embodiments 1 to 3, the cup surface 111 is made of a rigid plastic. The hard plastic has light weight, reduces the overall weight of the chest measuring device, and improves the wearing comfort during measurement; and the hard plastic has low cost, is easy to integrally form, and reduces the overall cost of the chest measuring device.
In the chest measurement device according to embodiment 5 of the present invention, on the basis of any one of embodiments 1 to 4, the bottom 112 is made of silica gel. The silica gel material is soft, is easy to realize being attached to the breast under the action of the air pressure of the air bag layer, and improves the wearing comfort during measurement. The edge of the silica gel cup bottom and the edge of the hard plastic cup surface can be bonded by adopting glue, so that the sealing connection of the silica gel cup bottom and the hard plastic cup surface is realized.
According to the chest-shaped measuring device of the embodiment 6 of the present invention, on the basis of any one of the embodiments 1 to 5, the outer surface shape of the cup surface 111 is a hemispherical surface, the thickness of the cup surface 111 is the same throughout, the structure is easy to produce and process, the inner surface shape of the cup surface 111 can be easily obtained, and the inner surface shape of the cup bottom 112 can be produced by combining the inner surface shape of the cup surface 111 with the horizontal distances measured by the distance measuring sensors 3; the thickness of the cup bottom 112 is the same everywhere, and the surface shape of the inner surface of the cup bottom 112 and the thickness of the cup bottom 112 are combined to generate the surface shape of the outer surface of the cup bottom 112, so that the whole calculation process is simple, the calculated amount of the microprocessor 2 is reduced, and the measurement speed is improved.
In the chest measurement device according to embodiment 7 of the present invention, on the basis of any one of embodiments 1 to 6, the microprocessor 2 is mounted on an outer surface of the strap 13; the wearing and measurement of the chest measuring device are not affected. In order to avoid the influence of the wire connection and transmission wires on wearing, the microprocessor 2 and the distance measuring sensor 3 can adopt a wireless transmission mode.
In the chest measurement device according to embodiment 8 of the present invention, on the basis of embodiment 7, the microprocessor 2 is mounted on the outer surface of the shoulder strap 13 through a fastening tape. For example, the microprocessor 2 is fixed on the back of the hook surface of the fastening tape, the back of the burr surface of the fastening tape is fixed on the outer surface of the back belt 13, and then the hook surface of the fastening tape is attached to the burr surface of the fastening tape, so that the installation and fixation of the microprocessor 2 can be completed. The installation mode is convenient to install and detach.

The chest measurement device is characterized by comprising a bra body (1), a microprocessor (2) and a plurality of distance measurement sensors (3); the bra body (1) comprises two bra cups (11), wherein the two bra cups (11) are connected through a heart (12), and the bra body further comprises a brace (13) and a shoulder strap (14) which are arranged on the bra cups (11); the cup (11) comprises a non-deformable cup surface (111) and a deformable cup bottom (112), and an air bag layer (113) formed between the cup surface (111) and the cup bottom (112); the inner surface array of each cup surface (111) is provided with the distance measuring sensor (3), and each distance measuring sensor (3) is electrically connected with the microprocessor (2); starting the distance measuring sensors (3) to measure the horizontal distance from the position of each distance measuring sensor (3) on the inner surface of the cup surface (111) to the inner surface of the cup bottom (112), and transmitting the horizontal distance to the microprocessor (2) by the distance measuring sensors (3); the microprocessor (2) generates the surface shape of the outer surface of the cup bottom (112) based on the horizontal distance, the surface shape of the inner surface of the cup surface (111) and the thickness of the cup bottom (112), and the surface shape is the surface shape of the breast because the outer surface of the cup bottom (112) is attached to the breast.
2. Chest measurement arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that a conduit (15) for connecting two of the air-bag layers (113) is provided at the heart (12).
3. The chest measurement device according to claim 2, further comprising an air pump (4), wherein the conducting tube (15) is provided with an inflation inlet (151), and the inflation inlet (151) is communicated with the air pump (4).
4. A chest measurement device according to claim 1, wherein the cup surface (111) is of a rigid plastic material.
5. The chest measurement device according to claim 1, wherein the base (112) is made of silica gel.
6. A chest measurement device according to claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the cup (111) is hemispherical.
7. A chest measurement device according to claim 6, wherein the cup surface (111) has the same thickness throughout.
8. A chest measurement arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the cup bottom (112) has the same thickness throughout.
9. A chest measurement device according to any of claims 1 to 8, wherein the microprocessor (2) is mounted on the outer surface of the harness (13).
10. The chest measurement device according to claim 9, characterized in that the microprocessor (2) is mounted on the outer surface of the harness (13) by means of a fastening tape.
