Abstract
本发明公开了一种锂电池盒,包括盒体和盒盖,所述盒体包括锂电池盒体和控制器盒体,所述盒盖包括锂电池盒盖和控制器盒盖,所述锂电池盒体与所述锂电池盒盖的连接处设有一圈凹槽,所述锂电池盒盖与所述锂电池盒体的连接处设有一与凹槽相适配的凸起,所述凹槽中填充有塑料溶解剂,所述凸起插入所述凹槽中,浸入所述塑料溶解剂中,所述凸起通过塑料溶解剂与所述凹槽粘合在一起;所述控制器盒盖与所述控制器盒体通过螺钉紧固连接。本发明锂电池盒,上盒盖和盒体之间采用凹槽和凸起通过塑料溶解剂粘合,锂电池盒体部分密封设置,实现锂电池的密封防水,同时,控制器盒体部分采用螺钉紧固,便于对控制器的维护。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电池外壳技术领域,具体地说是一种锂电池盒。
背景技术
锂电池能量密度大,平均输出电压高。循环性能优越、可快速充放电、充电效率高达100%,而且输出功率大。使用寿命长。锂电池由于工作电压高、体积小、质量轻、能量高、无记忆效应、无污染、自放电小、循环寿命长,是21世纪发展的理想能源载体。不含有毒有害物质,被称为绿色电池。
正因为如此,目前锂电池逐渐运用到锂电池太阳能路灯中,针对锂电池的运用,现有用于装锂电池的锂电池盒,盒盖与盒体的连接多采用螺钉连接或卡扣连接,同时在盒盖与盒体的连接处设有防水橡胶条,如此设置虽可以起到一定的防水作用,但是针对锂电池太阳能路灯,加上现有锂电池技术的成熟,是否可以将锂电池置于完全密封的空间中,以确保锂电池的持续工作不受恶劣环境的影响,这正是目前考虑的问题,目前也并没有相应的锂电池盒可以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上不足之处,提供一种结构简单、设计合理、适应各种恶劣环境使用的一种锂电池盒。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种锂电池盒,包括盒体和盒盖,所述盒体包括锂电池盒体和控制器盒体,所述盒盖包括锂电池盒盖和控制器盒盖,所述锂电池盒体与所述锂电池盒盖的连接处设有一圈凹槽,所述锂电池盒盖与所述锂电池盒体的连接处设有一与凹槽相适配的凸起,所述凹槽中填充有塑料溶解剂,所述凸起插入所述凹槽中,浸入所述塑料溶解剂中,所述凸起通过塑料溶解剂与所述凹槽粘合在一起;所述控制器盒盖与所述控制器盒体通过螺钉紧固连接。
进一步的,所述凸起为片状凸起物。
进一步的,所述凸起为宽度为5mm、厚度为2mm的片状凸起物。
进一步的,所述控制器盒体与所述控制器盒盖的连接处也设有凹槽,所述凹槽中设有防水橡胶条,对控制器起到一定的防水作用。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明公开的一种锂电池盒,锂电池盒盖和盒体之间采用凹槽和凸起通过塑料溶解剂粘合,锂电池盒体部分密封设置,实现锂电池的密封防水,同时,控制器盒体部分采用螺钉紧固,便于对控制器的维护。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,本发明锂电池盒,包括盒体和盒盖,盒体包括锂电池盒体和控制器盒体,盒盖包括锂电池盒盖和控制器盒盖,锂电池盒体与锂电池盒盖的连接处设有一圈凹槽,锂电池盒盖与锂电池盒体的连接处设有一与凹槽相适配的凸起,凹槽中填充有塑料溶解剂,凸起插入所述凹槽中,浸入所述塑料溶解剂中,凸起通过塑料溶解剂与所述凹槽粘合在一起;控制器盒盖与所述控制器盒体通过螺钉紧固连接。
本发明中,锂电池盒盖的凸起为热塑性塑料材质制成,根据塑料材质的不同选用不同的塑料溶解剂,针对聚乙烯材质的可选用对二甲苯、三氯苯,聚异丁烯材质的可选用己烷、苯、四氧化碳、四氢呋喃,聚丁二烯材质的可选用脂肪族和芳香族烃类,聚苯乙烯材质的可选用苯、甲苯、三氯甲烷、环己酮、乙酸丁酯、二硫化碳,聚氯乙烯材质的可选用四氢呋喃、环己酮、甲酮、二甲基甲酰胺,聚氟乙烯材质的可选用环己酮、二甲氨基甲酰胺,聚丙烯酸酯和聚甲基丙烯酸酯材质的可选用三氣甲烷、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、四氢呋喃、甲苯,聚丙烯腈材质的可选用二甲氨基甲酰胺、二甲亚砜、浓硫酸水。
本发明中,凸起为片状凸起物。
本发明中,凸起为宽度为5mm、厚度为2mm的片状凸起物。
本发明中,控制器盒体与控制器盒盖的连接处也设有凹槽,凹槽中设有防水橡胶条,对控制器起到一定的防水作用。
本发明中,锂电池盒体与锂电池盒盖的连接处设有一圈凹槽,锂电池盒盖与锂电池盒体的连接处设有一与凹槽相适配的凸起,凹槽中填充有塑料溶解剂,凸起插入凹槽中,浸入塑料溶解剂中,凸起通过塑料溶解剂与凹槽粘合在一起,凸起在塑料溶解剂的溶解下使得锂电池盒盖与盒体密封为一体。

1.一种锂电池盒,包括盒体和盒盖,其特征在于:所述盒体包括锂电池盒体和控制器盒体,所述盒盖包括锂电池盒盖和控制器盒盖,所述锂电池盒体与所述锂电池盒盖的连接处设有一圈凹槽,所述锂电池盒盖与所述锂电池盒体的连接处设有一与凹槽相适配的凸起,所述凹槽中填充有塑料溶解剂,所述凸起插入所述凹槽中,浸入所述塑料溶解剂中,所述凸起通过塑料溶解剂与所述凹槽粘合在一起;所述控制器盒盖与所述控制器盒体通过螺钉紧固连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池盒,其特征在于:所述凸起为片状凸起物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池盒,其特征在于:所述凸起为宽度为5mm、厚度为2mm的片状凸起物。
