Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioners, and particularly relates to an air conditioner type identification method and system.
Background
The dial devices arranged in the air conditioners are generally used for distinguishing the types of the air conditioners or different air conditioners in a multi-connected air conditioning unit through different dials.
For an air conditioner manufacturer, aiming at air conditioners of various types, a common place may exist in software control, so that the same processing part also exists in running software, the air conditioner manufacturer can develop total control software aiming at the air conditioners of various types, the total control software comprises a software control part common to all types and software control parts respectively and exclusively owned by different types, when the air conditioner is started to run, only the types loaded to different air conditioners are distinguished, and then the common software control part and the corresponding special software control part are run according to the air conditioners of different types. Therefore, in the air conditioners with different types of machines, the different types of machines are usually distinguished by setting different dial codes through setting the dial-up device, and after the air conditioner is powered on and operated, the type of the air conditioner is distinguished by detecting the dial codes, and then the corresponding software control part is loaded according to the type of the machine. For example, a 4-bit dialer can distinguish 16 types of dialing states, which represent 16 machine types, and before the air conditioner is powered on and the running program is loaded, the dialing states are firstly detected to distinguish the machine types, and then the corresponding software control part is loaded according to the machine type.
Although the dialer for the model can distinguish the model type, for an air conditioner manufacturer, the dialer needs to be installed on each air conditioner in a large number of air conditioner production, which increases the manufacturing cost on the whole, and the number of bits increased according to the model type also needs to be increased, which increases the cost investment more and is not beneficial to the cost reduction control of the manufacturer.

In order to solve the technical problems, the application adopts the following technical scheme:
the air conditioner type identification method is provided, and the air conditioner comprises a substrate; the method comprises the following steps: after the air conditioner is electrified and initialized, detecting an identification signal output by an identification pin on the substrate; dividing an initial model type of the air conditioner based on the identification signal; detecting and judging whether the dial state on the air conditioner is a dial-free state or not; if so, setting the initial model type as the model type of the air conditioner; otherwise, distinguishing the type of the air conditioner according to the dial-up state.
The air conditioner identification system comprises a substrate, a model type initial judgment module and a model type division module; the substrate comprises an identification output module, and an identification pin of the identification output module outputs an identification signal; the identification signal is used for distinguishing the initial model type of the air conditioner; the model type initial judgment module is used for detecting the identification signal and dividing the initial model type of the air conditioner based on the identification signal; the model type division module is used for detecting and judging whether the dial state on the air conditioner is a dial-free state or not; if so, setting the initial model type as the model type of the air conditioner; otherwise, distinguishing the type of the air conditioner according to the dial-up state.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the advantages and positive effects that: in the air conditioner type identification method and the air conditioner, as for an air conditioner manufacturer, although the air conditioners with various types can be produced, the situation that the air conditioners are produced in a large number of mass production and are sold in market can exist, particularly, in the production concentrated in a time period, the types of substrates used at high frequency can be more than the types of the substrates, in this situation, in the air conditioner type identification method, the existing mode of distinguishing the types of the air conditioners by dialing codes is removed, identification signals capable of distinguishing the initial types of the air conditioners can be output by arranging identification output modules on the substrates, the types of the substrates of the types used in large proportion in the current production can be distinguished through the difference of the identification signals, for example, the identification output modules are provided with 3 identification pin outputs, each identification pin outputs high level or low level, and 8 types of the air conditioners can be distinguished through different combinations, the method is used as an initial machine type, then the dial state on the air conditioner is detected, if the dial state is a set state, for example, no dial state, namely, no dial is arranged in the air conditioner, the machine type of the air conditioner is divided according to the initial machine type, if the air conditioner still has the dial and is correspondingly provided with the dial, the machine type of the air conditioner is also divided according to the dial state, so that the method has the advantages that for a large batch of substrates used at high frequency, the air conditioner does not need to be provided with the dial, the machine type can be judged only by the output of an identification pin, for a small batch of substrates used at small proportion, the dial is reserved, for manufacturers, the output of identification signals from the substrates does not generate new cost, the mode of combining substrate identification and dial identification integrally reduces the use amount of the dial, and the total cost is saved, the technical problem that the manufacturing cost of manufacturers is increased due to the fact that the air conditioner type is distinguished by dialing in the prior art is solved.

fig. 2 is an architecture diagram of an air conditioner type recognition system according to the present application.
Detailed Description
The following describes embodiments of the present application in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The application provides an air conditioner identification method, the dial indicator in the air conditioner produced by correspondingly removing a large-batch or large-proportion used substrate from the whole production is distinguished according to the output of an identification pin, the dial indicator is reserved for the air conditioner produced by correspondingly producing the next-batch or small-proportion used substrate, the air conditioner is distinguished according to the existing identification dial mode, new cost is not generated due to the fact that an identification signal is output from the substrate, the mode of combining substrate identification and dial indicator identification is adopted, the using amount of the dial indicator is reduced from the whole production of a manufacturer, and the cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner identification method provided by the present application includes the following steps:
step S11: after the air conditioner is electrified and initialized, the identification signal output by the identification pin on the substrate is detected.
The substrate may be a control main board or other control board of the air conditioner, and the substrate has an identification pin from which an identification signal for distinguishing an initial model type of the air conditioner is output.
Step S12: the initial model type of the air conditioner is classified based on the identification signal.
Taking 3 identification pins as an example, each identification pin outputs a high level or a low level, and then 3 identification pins can output 8 combined signals, and can distinguish 8 initial model types. The initial type is the initial judgment according to the identification signal division, and the step aims to distinguish the air conditioners corresponding to the substrates used in large batch or large proportion.
Step S13: and detecting and judging whether the dial state on the air conditioner is a dial-free state or not.
After the initial model type is distinguished according to the identification signal, the dial state on the air conditioner is detected again according to the existing mode, in the application, the dial device is removed from the air conditioner correspondingly produced on the base plate used in large scale or large batch, therefore, the dial state is the dial-free state after detection, and the dial-free state can be set manually, such as the fully-set zero state, the fully-set 1 state or any one manually appointed combined state. Then at this point in time,
step S14: the initial model type is set as the model type of the air conditioner.
That is, if it is detected and judged that the dial state is the no-dial state, it is determined that the model type of the air conditioner is actually the initial model type distinguished in step S12.
However, for the substrates used in small batches or in small proportion, which are reserved corresponding to the dial in the manufactured air conditioners, and are still used for distinguishing the model types, at this time, the dial state can be detected and judged in step S13, then the air conditioners manufactured for the substrates,
step S15: the type of the air conditioner is distinguished according to the dial-up state.
After the type of the air conditioner is distinguished, step S16: and loading an operating program matched with the machine type according to the machine type.
As can be seen from the above, in the air conditioner produced by correspondingly producing the substrates used in large quantities or large proportions, the dialer is removed, that is, the air conditioner has no dialer, the model type of the air conditioner is divided according to the initial model type, if the air conditioner still has the dialer and is correspondingly provided with the dialer, the model type of the air conditioner is also divided according to the dial state, so that the advantages that the air conditioner does not need to install the dialer for the substrates used in large quantities and high frequency, the model type can be judged only by the output of the identification pin, and for the substrates used in small quantities and small proportions, the dialer is reserved, and for manufacturers, the identification signal is output from the substrate without generating new cost, and the mode of combining the substrate identification and the dialer identification reduces the usage amount of the dialer as a whole, and the total cost is saved considerably, the technical problem that the manufacturing cost of manufacturers is increased due to the fact that the air conditioner type is distinguished by dialing in the prior art is solved.
Based on the above proposed air conditioner type identification method, the present application also proposes an air conditioner type identification system, as shown in fig. 2, including a substrate 21, a type initial determination module 22, and a type division module 23; the substrate comprises an identification output module 211, and an identification pin P of the identification output module outputs an identification signal; the identification signal is used for distinguishing the initial model type of the air conditioner; the model type initial judging module 22 is used for detecting the identification signal and dividing the initial model type of the air conditioner based on the identification signal; the model type division module 23 is used for detecting and judging whether the dial state on the air conditioner is a no dial state; if so, setting the initial model type as the model type of the air conditioner; otherwise, the type of the air conditioner is distinguished according to the dial-up state. The no-dial state can be set manually, such as a fully set to zero state, a fully set to 1 state, or any manually agreed combination state.
As an embodiment, the identification output module 21 may be an identification circuit set to different output levels, and the output of the different output levels is an identification pin of the identification output module. The identification circuit can be a circuit which outputs different levels by adopting the existing circuit design, such as a resistance voltage division circuit, a switching tube circuit and the like. As another embodiment, the identification output module 21 may also be a control chip such as an MCU or an FPGA, the identification pin is an I/O port of the control chip, and the control chip outputs the identification signal at the I/O port.
The operation of the specific air conditioner type identification system has been described in detail in the above air conditioner identification method, and is not described herein again. The air conditioner type identification method and the system thereof distinguish the type of the air conditioner produced in large batch or large proportion by canceling the code dialing device in the air conditioner produced correspondingly by the substrate used in large batch or large proportion and combining the identification signal output by the identification pin, and distinguish the type of the air conditioner produced in small batch or small proportion by detecting and judging the mode that the code dialing device is reserved in the air conditioner produced correspondingly by the substrate used in small batch or small proportion and judging the code dialing state of the code dialing device.
It should be noted that the above description is not intended to limit the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above examples, and those skilled in the art should also make changes, modifications, additions or substitutions within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
