Abstract
本发明涉及一种低泡洗衣液,包括十二烷基苯磺酸、磺酸、两性表面活性剂、羧甲基纤维素、除螨剂、乳化剂和去离子水,其中,十二烷基苯磺酸的重量百分比为10~20%,磺酸的重量百分比为15~25%,两性表面活性剂的重量百分比为25~35%,羧甲基纤维素的重量百分比为10~15%,除螨剂的重量百分比为8~15%,乳化剂的重量百分比为15~20%,去离子水的重量百分比为20~35%。本发明的低泡洗衣液具有较高的去污能力,可有效降低泡沫,容易漂洗,并有效抑螨灭螨。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及日化领域,具体涉及一种低泡洗衣液。
背景技术
随着世界经济的一体化和贸易全球化的发展,文化背景、技术水平和环保法规逐渐成为洗涤用品全球化发展的三大驱动力,全球的洗涤用品将趋向多样化,但节能、节水、高效、温和、使用方便以及符合安全与环保要求的产品将是当前及未来洗涤产品发展的主流方向。
中国的洗衣液市场正在以年均27.2%的速度增长,3年的复合增长超过了100%。同时,洗衣粉市场的年均增速仅为 2.2%。
国内洗衣液将在2010年达到整个洗衣剂市场的19%,在2015 年之后达到30%。而在美国,洗衣液的市场份额已经超过了洗衣粉,占比达到80%以上,大有替代洗衣粉之势。
洗衣液的配方比洗衣粉柔和的多,最主要是不伤手,衣服残留液也少,深得家庭主妇的喜爱。洗衣粉刺激性大,长期使用会伤害到爱人的皮肤。因此,提供一种低泡洗衣液成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的主要目的是:提供一种低泡洗衣液,减少衣服上的残留液,保护家人肌肤。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:提供一种低泡洗衣液,所述包括十二烷基苯磺酸、磺酸、两性表面活性剂、羧甲基纤维素、除螨剂、乳化剂和去离子水,其中,十二烷基苯磺酸的重量百分比为10~20%,磺酸的重量百分比为15~25%,两性表面活性剂的重量百分比为25~35%,羧甲基纤维素的重量百分比为10~15%,除螨剂的重量百分比为8~15%,乳化剂的重量百分比为15~20%,去离子水的重量百分比为20~35%。
优选的,所述低泡洗衣液还包括10~20%的增白剂。
优选的,所述两性表面活性剂选自辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、失水山梨醇酯的一种或多种。
优选的,所述除螨剂为N,N-二乙基-2-苯基乙酰胺、嘧螨胺和乙螨唑中的一种或其混合物。
优选的,所述低泡洗衣液的PH值为11-13。
优选的,所述低泡洗衣液使用温度为0-45℃。
本发明的低泡洗衣液具有较高的去污能力,可有效降低泡沫,容易漂洗,并有效抑螨灭螨。

实施例一
本发明提供一种低泡洗衣液,包括十二烷基苯磺酸、磺酸、两性表面活性剂、羧甲基纤维素、除螨剂、乳化剂和去离子水,其中,十二烷基苯磺酸的重量百分比为20%,磺酸的重量百分比为25%,两性表面活性剂的重量百分比为25%,羧甲基纤维素的重量百分比为10%,除螨剂的重量百分比为15%,乳化剂的重量百分比为15%,去离子水的重量百分比为20%。
具体的,本实施例中,低泡洗衣液还包括10%的增白剂,同时,两性表面活性剂选自辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、失水山梨醇酯的一种或多种;除螨剂为N,N-二乙基-2-苯基乙酰胺、嘧螨胺和乙螨唑中的一种或其混合物。
此外,低泡洗衣液的PH值为11-13,低泡洗衣液使用温度为25℃。
实施例二
本发明提供一种低泡洗衣液,包括十二烷基苯磺酸、磺酸、两性表面活性剂、羧甲基纤维素、除螨剂、乳化剂和去离子水,其中,十二烷基苯磺酸的重量百分比为10%,磺酸的重量百分比为15%,两性表面活性剂的重量百分比为25%,羧甲基纤维素的重量百分比为10%,除螨剂的重量百分比为10%,乳化剂的重量百分比为15%,去离子水的重量百分比为20%。
具体的,本实施例中,低泡洗衣液还包括20%的增白剂,同时,两性表面活性剂选自辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、失水山梨醇酯的一种或多种;除螨剂为N,N-二乙基-2-苯基乙酰胺、嘧螨胺和乙螨唑中的一种或其混合物。
此外,低泡洗衣液的PH值为11-13,低泡洗衣液使用温度为35℃。
综上所述,本发明的低泡洗衣液具有较高的去污能力,可有效降低泡沫,容易漂洗,并有效抑螨灭螨。

1.一种低泡洗衣液,其特征在于,所述包括十二烷基苯磺酸、磺酸、两性表面活性剂、羧甲基纤维素、除螨剂、乳化剂和去离子水,其中,十二烷基苯磺酸的重量百分比为10~20%,磺酸的重量百分比为15~25%,两性表面活性剂的重量百分比为25~35%,羧甲基纤维素的重量百分比为10~15%,除螨剂的重量百分比为8~15%,乳化剂的重量百分比为15~20%,去离子水的重量百分比为20~35%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低泡洗衣液,其特征在于,所述低泡洗衣液还包括10~20%的增白剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低泡洗衣液,其特征在于,所述两性表面活性剂选自辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、失水山梨醇酯的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低泡洗衣液,其特征在于,所述除螨剂为N,N-二乙基-2-苯基乙酰胺、嘧螨胺和乙螨唑中的一种或其混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低泡洗衣液,其特征在于,所述低泡洗衣液的PH值为11-13。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低泡洗衣液,其特征在于,所述低泡洗衣液使用温度为0-45℃。
