Abstract

本发明涉及一种相变储能复合供暖墙板,包括由下至上依次设置的底板、绝热板、相变储能板以及表面装饰板,所述绝热板的上下端分别与底板和相变储能板密封粘合,所述相变储能板的上端与表面装饰板密封粘合;所述的相变储能板包括蜂窝板,所述蜂窝板内形成若干彼此独立密封的相变单元,所述相变单元内全部或部分填充有相变储能材料。相变材料的加入,使蜂窝板可有效利用相变材料相变储能的性能,起到对建筑物自动调节温度的效果,克服了现有技术中利用相变材料储能保温的诸多缺点。本发明制备简单,实用性强,效果好,具有极好的市场应用前景。

Description

相变储能复合供暖墙板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种相变储能复合供暖墙板。
背景技术
相变储能建筑材料由相变物质(PCMs) 和建筑载质基体构成,具有优异的能量贮存和释放能力;相比普通建筑保温材料而言,具有更高的热容量与热惯性。当相变物质所处微环境温度低于相变点时,相变物质由液态凝结为固态,形成放热;当相变物质所处微环境温度高于相变点时,相变物质由固态熔化为液态,形成吸热。通过这种能量的储放,达到保持室温,节能减排的目的。
目前室内所使用的墙板均是普通的墙板,有些会使用到加热墙板,通过设置在的墙板中的加热层来实现加热,依靠电来调节温度比较耗费能源。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种相变储能复合供暖墙板。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种相变储能复合供暖墙板,包括由下至上依次设置的底板、绝热板、相变储能板以及表面装饰板,所述绝热板的上下端分别与底板和相变储能板密封粘合,所述相变储能板的上端与表面装饰板密封粘合;
所述的相变储能板包括下板、高导热率的上板、和夹在下板与上板之间的金属蜂窝芯层板,所述下板、上板与蜂窝芯层板之间密封粘合,在蜂窝芯层板内形成若干彼此独立密封的相变单元,所述相变单元内全部或部分填充有相变储能材料。
进一步的,所述相变储能材料为相变储能物质或复合相变储能材料。
进一步的,所述相变储能材料的相变点为16 ~ 30 摄氏度。
进一步的,所述面板为铝板、不锈钢板、彩钢板或石材板。
进一步的,所述绝热板内嵌入有一层反射薄膜和数层耐高温网格布。
进一步的,所述表面装饰板内设置有复合膨胀剂、增强纤维和微裂纹自修复胶囊。
进一步的,所述的上板内设置有相变储能微胶囊。
本发明的有益效果是:相变材料的加入,使蜂窝板可有效利用相变材料相变储能的性能,起到对建筑物自动调节温度的效果,克服了现有技术中利用相变材料储能保温的诸多缺点。本发明制备简单,实用性强,效果好,具有极好的市场应用前景。
绝热板有效阻止热 辐射,减少热量的损失,使得绝热效果大大提高。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,一种相变储能复合供暖墙板,包括由下至上依次设置的底板1、绝热板2、相变储能板3以及表面装饰板4,绝热板2的上下端分别与底板1和相变储能板3密封粘合,相变储能板3的上端与表面装饰板4密封粘合。
相变储能板包括下板31、高导热率的上板、和夹在下板31与上板之间的金属蜂窝芯层板32,所述下板31、上板与蜂窝芯层板32之间密封粘合,在蜂窝芯层板32内形成若干彼此独立密封的相变单元,相变单元内全部或部分填充有相变储能材料。
相变储能材料为相变储能物质或复合相变储能材料。相变储能材料的相变点为16~ 30 摄氏度。面板为铝板、不锈钢板、彩钢板或石材板。绝热板2内嵌入有一层反射薄膜和数层耐高温网格布。
相变材料的加入,使蜂窝板可有效利用相变材料相变储能的性能,起到对建筑物自动调节温度的效果,克服了现有技术中利用相变材料储能保温的诸多缺点。本发明制备简单,实用性强,效果好,具有极好的市场应用前景。
绝热板2有效阻止热 辐射,减少热量的损失,使得绝热效果大大提高。
表面装饰板内设置有复合膨胀剂、增强纤维和微裂纹自修复胶囊。上板内设置有相变储能微胶囊。
本项目以装配式预制绿色节能墙板的关键技术为目标,将复合膨胀剂、增强纤维、相变储能微胶囊和微裂纹自修复胶囊等技术应用到装配式预制墙板中,降低墙板的比重和厚度,赋予其节能、自修复等功能,提高装配式建筑工业化的水平和质量。
(1)墙板原料配合比设计:以具有一定级配普通的砂、石为集料,普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,掺入复配铝硅质矿物掺合料(硅灰、偏高岭土、矿渣和粉煤灰等)及少量碱激发剂,配合高效外加剂制备墙板。通过有限元分析墙板在不同受力状态下的破坏情况,确定最佳配合比设计。
(2)膨胀剂及增强纤维的复合应用:将膨胀剂的作用力和增强纤维及预留钢筋的反作用力这对“矛盾”引入到预制墙板中,混凝土硬化后在预制墙板中留有预应力。综合比较在膨胀剂(铝酸钙膨胀剂(AEA)、FTP四元纤维膨胀剂、塑性膨胀剂和UEA膨胀剂等)和增强纤维(碳纤维、耐碱玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维等)及预留钢筋的共同作用下,过有限元分析墙板的内应力分布状况,为预制墙板中膨胀剂和增强纤维的选择及用量提供依据。
(3)相变储能微胶囊的研发:模拟水泥水化的碱环境,以工业石蜡为芯材,采用化学沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法等化学方法来制备以无机材料为壁材的相变储能微胶囊。通过比较不同方法制备的相变储能微胶囊在水泥水化碱环境的破坏机理,选择合适的胶囊壁材种类和制备工艺,评价相变微胶囊储能材料墙板的实际节能效果。
(4)微裂纹自修复胶囊的研发:以改性耐碱环氧树脂为芯材、改性脲醛树脂为壁材来合成微米级自修复微胶囊。运用毛细动力及虹吸原理,通过混凝土体系中微胶囊的破坏、改性耐碱环氧树脂流出渗入到裂缝处与固化剂发生固化反应修复裂纹,研究裂缝处基材和微胶囊的显微结构变化以及微裂纹自修复胶囊对性能的影响,获得改性耐碱环氧树脂基修复剂的芯材、壁材和固化剂的最优组合。

1.一种相变储能复合供暖墙板,其特征是,包括由下至上依次设置的底板(1)、绝热板(2)、相变储能板(3)以及表面装饰板(4),所述绝热板(2)的上下端分别与底板(1)和相变储能板(3)密封粘合,所述相变储能板(3)的上端与表面装饰板(4)密封粘合;
所述的相变储能板(3)包括下板(31)、高导热率的上板(33)、和夹在下板(31)与上板(33)之间的金属蜂窝芯层板(32),所述下板(31)、上板(33)与蜂窝芯层板(32)之间密封粘合,在蜂窝芯层板(32)内形成若干彼此独立密封的相变单元,所述相变单元内全部或部分填充有相变储能材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的相变储能复合供暖墙板,其特征是,所述相变储能材料为相变储能物质或复合相变储能材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的相变储能复合供暖墙板,其特征是,所述相变储能材料的相变点为16 ~ 30 摄氏度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的相变储能复合供暖墙板,其特征是,所述面板为铝板、不锈钢板、彩钢板或石材板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的相变储能复合供暖墙板,其特征是,所述绝热板(2)内嵌入有一层反射薄膜和数层耐高温网格布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的相变储能复合供暖墙板,其特征是,所述表面装饰板(4)内设置有复合膨胀剂、增强纤维和微裂纹自修复胶囊。
7.根据权利要求1所述的相变储能复合供暖墙板,其特征是,所述的上板(33)内设置有相变储能微胶囊。
