Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于海洋生物提取物的保湿霜,该保湿霜包括鲍鱼内脏提取物。所述鲍鱼内脏提取物为鲍鱼内脏磷脂和鲍鱼内脏多糖。上述保湿霜还包括鲍鱼壳提取物。上述保湿霜中,加入的鲍鱼内脏磷脂、鲍鱼内脏多糖和鲍鱼壳提取物的质量分数分别为0.1‑0.3%、0.2‑0.5%和0.1‑0.2%。本发明利用鲍鱼的副产物,鲍鱼内脏和鲍鱼壳,进行高值化加工利用,用于增强护肤品的高保湿性。经过实验验证,证明了本发明加入的保湿护肤成分能够有效提高皮肤的含水量,以及高水分持久度,有效增强皮肤弹性,防止皮肤衰老。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及天然海洋生物提取物,具体涉及是一种基于海洋生物提取物的保湿霜及其制作工艺,属于天然物提取领域和日用化妆品技术领域。
背景技术
‘海洋护肤’概念近年来越来越热,很多世界级的护肤日化大品牌开始研究海洋生物的护肤性能,主要集中在保湿、抗衰老和抗皱等方面。当人体皮肤表面角质层水分低于10%时,皮肤会发生皱裂和粗糙,保湿性是化妆品的重要功效之一。多糖存在大量羟基和羧基等亲水性基团,是一种生物活性多糖,具有一些优良的理化性质,如强吸水性、乳化性和良好的成膜性。将多糖应用于化妆品,能产生保湿、改善肤色、抗衰老和抗菌等功能,且高分子多糖无毒副作用,与常用化妆品成分的配伍性好,因此,多糖作为功效型化妆品保湿剂有着十分广阔的应用前景。
而海洋蛋白或者是多肽活性物质多用于抗衰老和除皱性能研究,海洋贝类活性肽粉中含有丰富的游离氨基酸,其中丝氨酸、甘氨酸、苏氨酸和丙氨酸是角质层中天然的保湿因子,蛋氨酸和半胱氨酸是角蛋白重要组成成分,甘氨酸、脯氨酸和丙氨酸是胶原蛋白重要组成成分。精氨酸能舒张血管,促进皮肤血液流动和新陈代谢。谷氨酸能促进细胞增殖和分化,促进胶原蛋白生成和伤口愈合。鸟氨酸能改善血液流动,促进细胞增殖和皮肤再生。蛋氨酸和组氨酸有抗氧化活性,谷氨酸和半胱氨酸不仅有抗氧化活性,还有抑制酪氨酸酶活性,从而能保护皮肤免受紫外线损伤,并能抑制黑色素生成。
专利CN 105012217 A,一种基于海洋提取物的保湿护肤霜及其制备工艺,所述的海洋提取物活性物为藻类提取物、海洋水提取物、深海微生物提取物中的组合;藻类提取物为0.01-20%,海洋水提取物为0.01-20%,深海微生物提取物为0.01-10%,藻类提取物含有高分子量的多糖提取物,能在肌肤表面形成一层透气的膜,有效防止肌肤中水分的散失;可刺激纤维细胞去制造更多胶质、弹性硬蛋白质及粘多糖等,使表皮的细胞生长加快,促进皮肤的新陈代谢,预防皮肤衰老。
专利号CN 101348507 B,一种羧甲基海藻糖的吸湿保湿剂及其制备,通过有效的合成手段得到的羧甲基海藻糖,生产成本提高甚微,而吸湿保湿性能提高明显。海藻糖具有较强的抗辐射和保湿功能,使得它在化妆品上也有广泛应用。从而本发明将羧甲基海藻糖作为吸湿保湿剂其吸湿保湿性能高于透明质酸,而且羧甲基海藻糖成本低、产率高。
由上述可得,海洋生物提取物在护肤品方面的研究广泛,且都取得了良好的护肤效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种基于海洋生物提取物的保湿霜,以鲍鱼内脏多糖为主要保湿因子,制得一种保湿性能极佳的保湿霜。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取的具体技术方案为:
一种基于海洋生物提取物的保湿霜,该保湿霜包括鲍鱼内脏提取物。
进一步的,所述鲍鱼内脏提取物为鲍鱼内脏磷脂和鲍鱼内脏多糖。
进一步的,上述保湿霜还包括鲍鱼壳提取物。
进一步的,上述保湿霜中,加入的鲍鱼内脏磷脂、鲍鱼内脏多糖和鲍鱼壳提取物的质量分数分别为0.1-0.3%、0.2-0.5%和0.1-0.2%。
进一步的,上述鲍鱼内脏磷脂的制备方法:首先将鲍鱼内脏冻干、粉粹,然后将鲍鱼内脏粉在料液比为1:8-13下加入1:1的氯仿甲醇混合液,充分搅拌10-30min,放置于室温下过夜,然后过滤,得到滤液,滤渣作为多糖提取的原料;将滤液进行减压浓缩,得到鲍鱼内脏脂质,然后进行硅胶柱层析,上样后,先用2-3个柱体积的体积比为2:0.5的氯仿:甲醇液进行洗脱,再用3-6个柱体积的乙醇液进行洗脱,收集乙醇洗脱液,并减压蒸发浓缩,即得到鲍鱼内脏磷脂。
进一步的,上述鲍鱼内脏多糖的制备方法:将上述滤渣烘干,利用酶解法进行多糖提取,在滤渣中加水使其料液比为1:12-16,并不断搅拌,之后将其中加入质量分数为0.5-1.5%的质量比为1-3:1的蛋白酶:纤维素酶,于60-65℃水浴加热并不断搅拌30-60min后,再进行20-30min的超声波处理;最后将得到的酶解液进行离心、浓缩和冻干,即得到鲍鱼内脏多糖。
进一步的,为鲍鱼内脏磷脂制备得到的颜色较深,需要对其进一步脱色处理,选用活性白土,加入量是鲍鱼内脏磷脂质量分数的5-10%,在真空度0.5-0.8Mpa下不断转动10-20min。
进一步的,上述鲍鱼壳提取物的制备方法为:将鲍鱼壳洗净,晾干,研磨成粉末,不高于50目,加水和蛋白酶,在40-60℃水浴加热且不断搅拌,水提24-48h,水提液进行灭酶,减压蒸发浓缩,即得鲍鱼壳提取物。
进一步的,鲍鱼壳粉末与加入水的量的质量比为1:10-15,加入的蛋白酶是鲍鱼壳粉末质量的2-5%。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
本发明利用鲍鱼的副产物,鲍鱼内脏和鲍鱼壳,进行高值化加工利用,用于增强护肤品的高保湿性。鲍鱼壳又名石决明,有清热平肝、滋阴壮阳的作用,鲍鱼壳内壁上有一层类似珍珠的膜层,具有消炎、美白和保湿性能。鲍鱼内脏磷脂具有舒缓、镇静效果,平衡肌肤电解质,增加皮肤的免疫力,提高皮肤对外界有害物质及紫外线的防御能力,恢复皮肤的健康状况。鲍鱼内脏多糖具有极佳的保湿性能,具有良好的成膜性,保持水分,防止皮肤水分的快速流失。
经过实验验证,证明了本发明加入的保湿护肤成分能够有效提高皮肤的含水量,以及高水分持久度,有效增强皮肤弹性,防止皮肤衰老。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明进一步解释和说明。
实施例1:活性成分提取
鲍鱼内脏多糖的制备方法:将上述滤渣烘干,利用酶解法进行多糖提取,在滤渣中加水使其料液比为1:12-16,并不断搅拌,之后将其中加入质量分数为0.5-1.5%的质量比为1-3:1的蛋白酶:纤维素酶,于60-65℃水浴加热并不断搅拌30-60min后,再进行20-30min的超声波处理;最后将得到的酶解液进行离心、浓缩和冻干,即得到鲍鱼内脏多糖。
鲍鱼内脏磷脂制备得到的颜色较深,需要对其进一步脱色处理,选用活性白土,加入量是鲍鱼内脏磷脂质量分数的5-10%,在真空度0.5-0.8Mpa下不断转动10-20min。

一种基于海洋生物提取物的保湿霜,包括以下组分,按照质量分数:
甘油 3.5%
丁二醇 1.5%
EDTA-2Na 0.6%
透明质酸钠 3%
己二醇 0.2%
十六醇 0.5%
十八醇 0.8%
硬脂酸单甘油脂 0.4%
乳木果油 1.5%
氢化聚癸烯 1.1%
霍霍巴油 2.5%
甘油三酯 3.5%
鲍鱼内脏磷脂 0.2%
鲍鱼内脏多糖 0.5%
鲍鱼壳提取物 0.1%,余量为水。
实施例3
一种保湿霜,包括以下组分,按照质量分数:
芦荟提取液 2%
甘油 3.5%
丁二醇 1.5%
EDTA-2Na 0.6%
透明质酸钠 3%
己二醇 0.2%
十六醇 0.5%
十八醇 0.8%
硬脂酸单甘油脂 0.4%
乳木果油 1.5%
氢化聚癸烯 1.1%
霍霍巴油 2.5%
甘油三酯 3.5%,余量为水。
对实施例2和3制得的保湿霜进行实际使用:
首先经验证,两种面霜均不致敏,10位试用者,随机分为两组,清洁面部后,测量下皮肤含水量,涂抹等量的保湿霜后检测皮肤含水量,分别经过1h、2h和6h再各检测一次。由检测结果可得,实施例2和3制得的保湿霜均能有效提高清洁完面部后的保水量,但是实施例2的保水持久度要明显高于实施例3,6h后,实施例2试用者的含水量仍在40.2%以上,而实施例3普遍将为35%以下,说明了,本发明添加的鲍鱼内脏磷脂和多糖以及鲍鱼贝壳的提取物有能够有效提高和保持肌肤的含水量。
Claims (10)
1.一种基于海洋生物提取物的保湿霜,其特征在于,该保湿霜包括鲍鱼内脏提取物。
2.如权利要求1所述的保湿霜,其特征在于,所述鲍鱼内脏提取物为鲍鱼内脏磷脂和鲍鱼内脏多糖。
3.如权利要求1所述的保湿霜,其特征在于,所述保湿霜还包括鲍鱼壳提取物。
4.如权利要求2所述的保湿霜,其特征在于,所述保湿霜中,所述鲍鱼内脏磷脂、鲍鱼内脏多糖和鲍鱼壳提取物的质量分数分别为0.1-0.3%、0.2-0.5%。
5.如权利要求3所述的保湿霜,其特征在于,添加鲍鱼壳提取物的质量分数为0.1-0.2%。
6.如权利要求2所述的保湿霜,其特征在于,所述鲍鱼内脏磷脂的制备方法:首先将鲍鱼内脏冻干、粉粹,然后将鲍鱼内脏粉在料液比为1:8-13下加入1:1的氯仿甲醇混合液,充分搅拌10-30min,放置于室温下过夜,然后过滤,得到滤液,滤渣作为多糖提取的原料;将滤液进行减压浓缩,得到鲍鱼内脏脂质,然后进行硅胶柱层析,上样后,先用2-3个柱体积的体积比为2:0.5的氯仿:甲醇液进行洗脱,再用3-6个柱体积的乙醇液进行洗脱,收集乙醇洗脱液,并减压蒸发浓缩,即得到鲍鱼内脏磷脂。
7.如权利要求2所述的保湿霜,其特征在于,上述鲍鱼内脏多糖的制备方法:将上述滤渣烘干,利用酶解法进行多糖提取,在滤渣中加水使其料液比为1:12-16,并不断搅拌,之后将其中加入质量分数为0.5-1.5%的质量比为1-3:1的蛋白酶:纤维素酶,于60-65℃水浴加热并不断搅拌30-60min后,再进行20-30min的超声波处理;最后将得到的酶解液进行离心、浓缩和冻干,即得到鲍鱼内脏多糖。
8.如权利要求6所述的保湿霜,其特征在于,对鲍鱼内脏磷脂脱色处理,选用活性白土,加入量是鲍鱼内脏磷脂质量分数的5-10%,在真空度0.5-0.8Mpa下不断转动10-20min。
9.如权利要求3所述的保湿霜,其特征在于,所述鲍鱼壳提取物的制备方法为:将鲍鱼壳洗净,晾干,研磨成粉末,不高于50目,加水和蛋白酶,在40-60℃水浴加热且不断搅拌,水提24-48h,水提液进行灭酶,减压蒸发浓缩,即得鲍鱼壳提取物。
10.如权利要求9所述的保湿霜,其特征在于,鲍鱼壳粉末与加入水的量的质量比为1:10-15,加入的蛋白酶是鲍鱼壳粉末质量的2-5%。
