Abstract

本发明公开了一种花生拌种剂及其制备方法。该花生拌种剂的重量份原料组成为:桐油50~60份,大蒜汁20~30份,3117亮红N 5~10份。生产时,先将桐油、大蒜汁混合搅拌为混合物A;然后将颜料3117亮红N溶于水搅拌为混合物B;最后将混合物A、B混合搅匀,并装瓶即可。本发明拌种剂是天然的花生地下害虫防治药剂,无污染、无残留,防治效果好,适合花生绿色、有机栽培,从而增加了花生栽培的生态效益和社会效益。

一种花生拌种剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种花生拌种剂,特别是一种能消灭花生播种期地下害虫的花生拌种剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
南方花生播种期地下害虫虫害严重,主要有:蛴螬、金针虫、地老虎、蝼蛄等,会造成大量的缺苗,严重降低产量。目前花生生产上使用的拌种剂主要是辛硫磷剂类化学产品,高污染、高残留,对生态环境造成很大的危害。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种花生拌种剂及其制备方法,其能消灭花生播种期地下害虫,提高花生的出苗率,从而增加产量。
本发明公开了一种花生拌种剂,其由以下重量份原料组成:桐油50~60份,大蒜汁20~30份,3117亮红N 5~10份。所述3117亮红N和大蒜汁是植物提取液,3117亮红N是一种有机颜料,在使用过程中不会对环境造成污染,安全高效防治地下害虫,从而能提高花生的出苗率,增加产量。所述大蒜汁可采用廉价的大蒜用榨汁机压榨而成。
本发明花生拌种剂优选由以下重量份原料组成:桐油60份,大蒜汁30份,3117亮红N 10份。
本发明还提供了一种上述花生拌种剂的制备方法,其包括下列步骤:
步骤1:将桐油、大蒜汁混合搅拌为混合物A;
步骤2:将颜料3117亮红N溶于水搅拌为混合物B;
步骤3:将混合物A、B混合搅匀;
步骤4:装瓶,即可。
本发明花生拌种剂是天然的花生地下害虫防治药剂,地下害虫通过啃食花生种子,进行胃毒作用,使地下害虫消化系统遭到破坏,从而达到杀死害虫的作用。此拌种剂无污染、无残留,防治效果好,适合花生绿色、有机栽培,从而增加了花生栽培的生态效益和社会效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明花生拌种剂的重量份原料组成为:桐油60~70份,大蒜汁20~30份,3117亮红N 5~10份。生产时,先将桐油、大蒜汁混合搅拌为混合物A;然后将颜料3117亮红N溶于水搅拌为混合物B;最后将混合物A、B混合搅匀,并装瓶即可。
为证明本发明花生拌种剂的效果,做了如下实验:
1、材料与方法
试验于2015年在贵州省三穗现代农业园区(太烈镇颇洞村)进行,土壤稻田土,试验品种为中小籽品种黔花生一号。小区面积6㎡,3次重复,分别使用本发明拌种剂、辛硫磷及雄黄。另外设置一个对照。4月22日播种,8月24日收获,晒干后测产。
2、试验结果
结果表明(如表1),使用的三种拌种剂中,出苗率最高的是本发明拌种剂96%,其次是辛硫磷92%,最低的是雄黄29%;产量最高的是本发明拌种剂1867.91g,其次是辛硫磷1835.53g;最低的是雄黄877.92g;折合亩产最高的是本发明拌种剂194.67kg/666.7㎡,其次是辛硫磷191.30kg/666.7㎡,最低的是雄黄91.50kg/666.7㎡。

1.一种花生拌种剂,其特征在于由以下重量份原料组成:桐油50~60份,大蒜汁20~30份,3117亮红N 5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种花生拌种剂,其特征在于由以下重量份原料组成:桐油60份,大蒜汁30份,3117亮红N 10份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种花生拌种剂,其特征在于,所述3117亮红N和大蒜汁是植物提取液,且3117亮红N是一种有机颜料。
4.一种上述任一权利要求所述花生拌种剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括下列步骤:
步骤1:将桐油、大蒜汁混合搅拌为混合物A;
步骤2:将颜料3117亮红N溶于水搅拌为混合物B;
步骤3:将混合物A、B混合搅匀;
步骤4:装瓶,即可。
