Abstract

本发明涉及印刷领域，具体涉及一种生成排版设计文件的方法。通过对专业人员设计方案的积累总结形成设计资源库，既能极大避免专业人员的重复劳动，又能降低普通设计人员的设计排版技能门槛，排版设计从设计资源库中提取设计模版资源，设计资源库处于不断更新的状态；降低了排版设计对专业人员的依托程度，避免了人为错误，提高了生产效率。实现了在现有InDesign等排版软件的基础上，按照用户提供的素材和指定的排版需求进行自动排版。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷领域，具体涉及一种生成排版设计文件的方法。
背景技术
排版设计亦称版面编排。所谓编排，即在有限的版面空间里，将版面构成要素--文字字体、图片图形、线条线框和颜色色块诸因素，根据特定内容的需要进行组合排列，并运用造型要素及形式原理，把构思与计划以视觉形式表达出来。也就是寻求艺术手段来正确地表现版面信息，是一种直觉性、创造性的活动。编排，是制造和建立有序版面的理想方式。排版设计是平面设计中最具代表性的一大分枝，它不仅在二维的一面上发挥其功用，而且在三维的立体空间中也能感觉到它的效果，如包装设计中的各个特定的平面，展示空间的各种识别标识之组合，以及都市商业区中悬挂的标语、霓虹灯等。
目前的排版设计工作存在着两个巨大的痛点：一是必须要由人手工进行排版；二是排版设计人员必须具有专业艺术修养。以上的痛点导致现有的排版设计工作对人的依赖度非常高，无法避免人为错误的发生，例如看错、写错、排错等问题。如何降低对专业人员的依托度提升工作效率是本专利要解决的问题。
InDesign释义
InDesign软件是一个定位于专业排版领域的设计软件， 是面向公司专业出版方案的新平台，由Adobe公司于1999年9月1日发布。它是基于一个新的开放的面向对象体系，可实现高度的扩展性，还建立了一个由第三方开发者和系统集成者可以提供自定义杂志、广告设计、目录、零售商设计工作室和报纸出版方案的核心，可支持插件功能。
发明内容
本发明使用软件技术解决目前利用InDesign等软件进行排版设计时，人为手工排版的低效、人为错误和不易修改的问题，快速、准确、高效生成排版文件。本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种生成排版设计文件的方法，包括以下步骤：
1）在排版工具软件内由专业美术设计人员针对客户要求的印制产品进行排版版面设计形成版面设计模板；
2）针对不同排版版面设计属性信息持续汇总形成可查询、检索、调用的设计资源库；
3）根据需印制的图片和相关文字原始素材，从设计资源库中选择调用版面设计模板；
4）基于操作系统编制替代排版操作人员打开排版工具软件的排版应用程序插件，实现移动鼠标、点击鼠标、敲击键盘发出指令的功能；
5）启动排版应用程序插件，模拟操作人员将需印制的图片和相关文字的素材填充到选择调用的排版版面设计模板中，生成排版设计文件。
所述的不同排版版面设计属性信息包括设计师姓名、设计风格、规格尺寸、装帧方式、页数、成本价格、生产周期等。

具体实施方式
本发明使用软件技术解决目前利用InDesign等软件进行排版设计时，人为手工排版的低效、人为错误和不易修改的问题，快速、准确、高效生成排版文件。本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种生成排版设计文件的方法，包括以下步骤：
在排版工具软件内由专业美术设计人员针对客户要求的印制产品进行排版版面设计形成版面设计模板；
针对不同排版版面设计属性信息持续汇总形成可查询、检索、调用的设计资源库；
根据需印制的图片和相关文字原始素材，从设计资源库中选择调用版面设计模板，找到适合的排版设计；
基于操作系统编制替代排版操作人员打开排版工具软件的排版应用程序插件，实现移动鼠标、点击鼠标、敲击键盘发出指令的功能，所述操作系统如windows、linux等；
启动排版应用程序插件，模拟操作人员将需印制的图片和相关文字的素材填充到选择调用的排版版面设计模板中，生成排版设计文件。
所述的不同排版版面设计属性信息包括设计师姓名、设计风格、规格尺寸、装帧方式、页数、成本价格、生产周期等。

Claims (2)

1.一种生成排版设计文件的方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一，在排版工具软件内由专业美术设计人员针对客户要求的印制产品进行排版版面设计形成版面设计模板；
步骤二，针对不同排版版面设计属性信息持续汇总形成可查询、检索、调用的设计资源库；
步骤三，根据需印制的图片和相关文字原始素材，从设计资源库中选择调用版面设计模板；
步骤四，基于操作系统编制替代排版操作人员打开排版工具软件的排版应用程序插件，实现移动鼠标、点击鼠标、敲击键盘发出指令的功能；
步骤五，启动排版应用程序插件，模拟操作人员将需印制的图片和相关文字的素材填充到选择调用的排版版面设计模板中，生成排版设计文件。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种自动化生成排版设计文件的方法，其特征在于，所述的不同排版版面设计属性信息包括设计师姓名、设计风格、规格尺寸、装帧方式、页数、成本价格、生产周期等。
