The working principle of the ground-lock type intelligent charging pile of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 to 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for using the ground-lock type intelligent charging pile mainly includes: step S100, establishing communication connection between a charging pile and an electric automobile; step S200, judging whether the electric automobile is legal or not; step S300, stopping the electric automobile into a parking space; step S400, charging the electric automobile; and step S500, driving the electric automobile out of the parking space after charging is finished.
As shown in fig. 3, in step S100, when the electric vehicle approaches an empty parking space, a communication connection between the electric vehicle and the charging pile is established. Specifically, the electric automobile accessible scans the radio signal (this radio signal is including the position information in parking stall) that fills electric pile and send on all idle parking stalls near (and the radio signal obtains the information in all idle parking stalls), and then selects the parking stall that will park, charge according to this information, carries out wireless communication with electric automobile and the electric pile that fills on this parking stall again and connects. Specifically, the connection mode may be similar to that between a smartphone and a router that sends a WIFI signal without a password.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the electric vehicle and the charging pile are in communication connection through a mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone and a vehicle-mounted computer) and a wireless communication module.
The person skilled in the art can also understand that the vehicle for scanning the wireless signals sent by the charging piles in all the vacant parking spaces can also be other vehicles, such as a fuel automobile.
Continuing to refer to fig. 3, in step S200, after the communication connection is established between the electric vehicle and the charging pile, the electric vehicle sends authentication request information to the charging pile. The wireless communication module sends the received authentication request information to the authentication module, and the authentication module compares the authentication request information with the prestored legal information. When the authentication request information is matched with the pre-stored legal information, judging that the electric automobile is a legal vehicle, and passing the authentication; and when the authentication request information cannot be matched with the pre-stored legal information, the electric automobile is judged to be an illegal vehicle, and the authentication is not passed.
Referring further to fig. 3, in step S300, the authentication module 1 sends the information that the electric vehicle passes the authentication to the unlocking control module, and the unlocking control module drops the stopper rod 2. The electric vehicle can drive into the parking space.
Continuing to refer to fig. 3, in step S400, the charging gun 4 can be pulled out from the charging pile main body 1 while the stopper is in the falling state. And then when electric automobile parks in the parking stall, can insert electric automobile's charging port with the rifle 4 that charges and charge to electric automobile.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, in order to avoid the danger of electric shock to the operator caused by the charging gun 4 being accidentally pulled out when not in use, the charging gun 4 may be allowed to be pulled out within a predetermined time (e.g., 2min, 3min, 5min, etc.) after the stop lever 2 is dropped, or the charging gun 4 may not output current or voltage to the outside after the charging gun 4 is pulled out. After the time is over, when the user charges the electric automobile again, the charging gun 4 is inserted into the charging port of the electric automobile, and accordingly a communication device (such as an on-board computer) of the electric automobile is triggered to send authentication request information to the charging pile, the step S200 is repeated, and the charging pile is allowed to charge the electric automobile under the condition that the authentication is passed.
As an alternative to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can also enable the charging gun 4 to directly charge the electric vehicle at any time after the stop lever 2 is dropped without re-authentication.
As shown in fig. 3, in step S500, during the charging process of the electric vehicle, the charging pile obtains the state of charge of the power battery of the electric vehicle in real time through the charging gun 4 and the charging wire 3 or through the wireless communication module. And then when electric automobile is full of the electricity, fill electric pile and can cut off electric current, voltage output automatically. Further, when the electric vehicle is charged completely or the electric vehicle is stopped to be charged, the user can pull out the charging gun 4 from the charging port of the electric vehicle and insert the charging gun into the storage position 11 of the charging pile. At the moment, the electric automobile can drive out of the parking space. When the electric automobile drives away from the parking space for a certain distance and the communication detection module detects that the communication connection between the electric automobile and the charging pile is interrupted, the locking control module enables the stop lever 2 to be lifted. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the disconnection of the communication connection between the electric vehicle and the charging pile may be realized by a user operating a mobile terminal on the electric vehicle, or may be realized automatically when the distance between the electric vehicle and the charging pile exceeds the range of the wireless connection. In addition, after the charging gun 4 is inserted into the storage position 11 for a period of time (such as 2min, 3min, 5min, etc.), or after the radar monitoring device arranged on the parking space detects that the electric vehicle leaves the parking space, the locking control module can drive the stop lever 2 to lift.
In addition, as an alternative scheme of the using method of the ground lock type intelligent charging pile, the state of the stop lever 2 of the charging pile in each parking space can be uploaded to the cloud server, a legal user can obtain the state of the stop lever 2 of each charging pile in real time through the cloud server, and when an electric vehicle approaches the parking space, the user can access the cloud server through a mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone) to control the stop lever 2 to rise and fall.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stop lever 2 is arranged on the charging pile main body 1, so that the charging pile and the ground lock are integrated into an integral structure, the structure and the wiring control are simpler, and the authentication request information of the electric vehicle is obtained in a wireless communication manner to authenticate the electric vehicle, so that the electric vehicle can enter the parking space from any direction, and the charging experience of the electric vehicle user is greatly improved.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (12)

1. A ground locking type intelligent charging pile is characterized by comprising:
the charging device comprises a charging gun, and a storage position of the charging gun is arranged on the charging pile body;
the parking space management device is arranged on the charging pile main body and can be switched between a parking space locking position and a parking space releasing position so as to lock or release a parking space;
the wireless communication module can enable the ground lock type intelligent charging pile to be communicated with a vehicle to enter the parking space;
the authentication module is used for authenticating the vehicle to enter the parking space through the wireless communication module;
the unlocking control module is used for controlling the parking space management device to be switched to the parking space release position based on the authentication passing information of the authentication module, and the parking space release position allows a vehicle to stop at a parking space; and
the communication detection module is used for detecting the communication between the wireless communication module and a vehicle to enter the parking space or be positioned in the parking space;
a locking control module for switching the parking space management device to a parking space locking position when the communication connection between the electric vehicle and the charging pile detected by the communication detection module is interrupted, and
when the parking space management device is located at the parking space locking position, the charging gun can be locked in the storage position.
2. The ground-lock intelligent charging pile according to claim 1, wherein the parking space management device is an arc-shaped lever which is pivotally connected to the charging pile body.
3. The ground-lock intelligent charging pile according to claim 1, wherein the wireless communication module is a WIFI communication module, a Bluetooth communication module or a ZIGBEE communication module.
4. The use method of the ground lock type intelligent charging pile comprises a charging device and a parking space management device, wherein the charging device comprises a charging gun, and a storage position of the charging gun is arranged on a charging pile body, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing wireless communication connection with an object to be charged;
authenticating the object to be charged based on the wireless communication connection;
if the authentication is passed, the parking space management device is switched to a parking space release position, and the parking space release position allows the vehicle to stop at the parking space;
detecting the wireless communication connection established with the object to be charged;
based on the detected interruption of the wireless communication connection, the parking space management device is switched to a parking space locking position, and
when the parking space management device is located at the parking space locking position, the charging gun can be locked in the storage position.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein if it is detected that the wireless communication connection is not interrupted, it is further determined whether the ground-lock intelligent charging pile is to be used for charging within a predetermined time.
6. The use method of the ground-locked intelligent charging pile according to claim 5, wherein the authentication is disabled if the ground-locked intelligent charging pile is judged not to be used for charging within the predetermined time.
7. The use method of the ground-lock intelligent charging pile according to claim 6, wherein if the ground-lock intelligent charging pile is determined to be used for charging within the predetermined time, the ground-lock intelligent charging pile is started to charge.
8. The use method of the ground-lock intelligent charging pile according to claim 6, wherein after the authentication fails, the use method further comprises the following steps: and judging whether the ground lock type intelligent charging pile is used for charging or not, and if so, performing charging authentication.
9. The use method of the ground-lock intelligent charging pile according to claim 8, wherein if the charging authentication is passed, the ground-lock intelligent charging pile is activated to charge the object to be charged.
10. The use method of the ground-lock intelligent charging pile according to claim 8, wherein if the charging authentication is not passed, the ground-lock intelligent charging pile is disabled from charging the object to be charged.
11. The method of using an intelligent charging pile with ground lock according to any one of claims 4-10, wherein the wireless communication connection is WIFI, bluetooth or ZIGBEE.
12. The use method of the ground-lock intelligent charging pile according to any one of claims 4 to 10, wherein the object to be charged is an electric automobile.
