本发明公开了一种聚氨酯涂层防水面料,其为多层缝合面料,由内至外依次包括:混纺织物层、红外线反射膜层、耐磨布料层;所述耐磨布料层的外表面还设有聚氨酯涂层;所述混纺织物层由两种中空纤维织混合纺纱织成,所述两种中空纤维的截面形状分别为C字形和T字形。本发明还提供上述聚氨酯涂层防水面料的生产工艺。本发明聚氨酯涂层防水面料保暖性能好,适合冬季穿着,且具有防水性能。

聚氨酯涂层防水面料及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯涂层防水面料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
我国寒带地区冬季气温低,寒期长,北部地区记录的最低气温可达-52.3℃。严寒环境下,室外执勤的警察需要长时间的经受冷空气的考验,在这种情况下保暖成了不可忽视的问题,需要一种保暖性能好、适合冬季穿着的警服面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚氨酯涂层防水面料及其生产工艺,该聚氨酯涂层防水面料保暖性能好,适合冬季穿着,且具有防水性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种聚氨酯涂层防水面料,其为多层缝合面料,由内至外依次包括:混纺织物层、红外线反射膜层、耐磨布料层;
所述耐磨布料层的外表面还设有聚氨酯涂层;
所述混纺织物层由两种中空纤维织混合纺纱织成,所述两种中空纤维的截面形状分别为C字形和T字形。
优选的,按重量百分比计,所述混纺织物层包括35%的C字形中空纤维和65%的T字形中空纤维。
优选的,所述混纺织物层、红外线反射膜层、耐磨布料层粘结贴合在一起。
本发明还提供上述聚氨酯涂层防水面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)制备混纺织物:将35wt%的C字形中空纤维和65wt%的T字形中空纤维混合纺纱织成混纺织物;
2)制备耐磨布料;
3)制备红外线反射膜;
4)将混纺织物、红外线反射膜和耐磨布料依次粘结贴合在一起;
5)在耐磨布料的外表面喷涂聚氨酯涂料。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种聚氨酯涂层防水面料及其生产工艺,该聚氨酯涂层防水面料保暖性能好,适合冬季穿着,且具有防水性能。
本发明聚氨酯涂层防水面料可以用于制备适合冬季穿着的警服,警服中混纺织物层为内层,红外线反射膜层为中间层,耐磨布料层为外层。
混纺织物由两种中空纤维织混合纺纱织成,两种中空纤维的截面形状分别为C字形和T字形,该混纺织物具有较好的保暖性能。
红外线反射膜可以反射人体发散出的红外线,可进一步提高保暖效果。
耐磨布料置于红外线反射膜外侧,可以保护红外线反射膜。
耐磨布料层的外表面还设有聚氨酯涂层,聚氨酯涂层可以起到防水效果。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
本发明提供一种聚氨酯涂层防水面料,其为多层缝合面料,由内至外依次包括:混纺织物层、红外线反射膜层、耐磨布料层;
所述耐磨布料层的外表面还设有聚氨酯涂层;
所述混纺织物层由两种中空纤维织混合纺纱织成,所述两种中空纤维的截面形状分别为C字形和T字形。
按重量百分比计,所述混纺织物层包括35%的C字形中空纤维和65%的T字形中空纤维。
所述混纺织物层、红外线反射膜层、耐磨布料层粘结贴合在一起。
本发明还提供上述聚氨酯涂层防水面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)制备混纺织物:将35wt%的C字形中空纤维和65wt%的T字形中空纤维混合纺纱织成混纺织物;
2)制备耐磨布料;
3)制备红外线反射膜;
4)将混纺织物、红外线反射膜和耐磨布料依次粘结贴合在一起;
5)在耐磨布料的外表面喷涂聚氨酯涂料。
本发明聚氨酯涂层防水面料可以用于制备适合冬季穿着的警服,警服中混纺织物层为内层,红外线反射膜层为中间层,耐磨布料层为外层。
混纺织物由两种中空纤维织混合纺纱织成,两种中空纤维的截面形状分别为C字形和T字形,该混纺织物具有较好的保暖性能。
红外线反射膜可以反射人体发散出的红外线,可进一步提高保暖效果。
耐磨布料置于红外线反射膜外侧,可以保护红外线反射膜。

1.聚氨酯涂层防水面料,其特征在于,其为多层缝合面料,由内至外依次包括:混纺织物层、红外线反射膜层、耐磨布料层;
所述耐磨布料层的外表面还设有聚氨酯涂层;
所述混纺织物层由两种中空纤维织混合纺纱织成,所述两种中空纤维的截面形状分别为C字形和T字形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯涂层防水面料,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,所述混纺织物层包括35%的C字形中空纤维和65%的T字形中空纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的聚氨酯涂层防水面料,其特征在于,所述混纺织物层、红外线反射膜层、耐磨布料层粘结贴合在一起。
4.权利要求3所述聚氨酯涂层防水面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)制备混纺织物:将35wt%的C字形中空纤维和65wt%的T字形中空纤维混合纺纱织成混纺织物;
2)制备耐磨布料;
3)制备红外线反射膜;
4)将混纺织物、红外线反射膜和耐磨布料依次粘结贴合在一起;
5)在耐磨布料的外表面喷涂聚氨酯涂料。
