Abstract
本发明创造提供一种改进碎料刀及出料口的碎料研磨装置,包括机壳、碎料滚筒和研磨辊,碎料滚筒设置在机壳内部上端、研磨辊设置在机壳内部下端,且碎料滚筒的轴向与研磨辊的轴向垂直;碎料滚筒包括两个侧壁铰链的半筒,由开关组件控制同个半筒开或合,碎料滚筒的内壁上设置有若干凸起的碎料刀,碎料刀在碎料滚筒的内壁上成螺旋状交错排布;机壳下端设置有出料口,出料口正下方设置有一碎料筛选槽。本发明的碎料滚筒包括两个侧壁铰链的半筒,碎料刀设置在碎料滚筒内壁上,这样物料可在碎料滚筒内部旋转并被反复粉碎,对硬质物料的粉碎效果更彻底;同时,物料在闭合的碎料滚筒内部粉碎,有效避免硬质物料从进料口中飞出,避免发生安全事故。

技术领域
本发明创造涉及研磨设备领域,尤其涉及一种改进碎料刀及出料口的碎料研磨装置。
背景技术
砖块或水泥生产过程中有些颗粒较大的物料需经过粉碎后再使用,否则颗粒太大的物料容易造成砖块密度不均等问题,常见的粉碎机虽也能将硬质物料打碎为较小的颗粒,但由于碎料刀设置在碎料滚筒的外壁上,不能更好的反复粉碎,总体的粉碎效果不佳,同时高速运转的外置的碎料刀与硬质物料发生碰撞时,硬质物料经常从进料口中飞出,容易造成不可预料的安全事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺点与不足,提供一种安全、粉碎效果更彻底的改进碎料刀及出料口的碎料研磨装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种改进碎料刀及出料口的碎料研磨装置,包括机壳、碎料滚筒和研磨辊,碎料滚筒设置在机壳内部上端、研磨辊设置在机壳内部下端,且碎料滚筒的轴向与研磨辊的轴向垂直;所述碎料滚筒包括两个侧壁铰链的半筒,由开关组件控制同个半筒开或合,碎料滚筒的内壁上设置有若干凸起的碎料刀,所述碎料刀在碎料滚筒的内壁上成螺旋状交错排布;所述机壳下端设置有一漏斗形的出料口,出料口正下方设置有一碎料筛选槽,碎料筛选槽一端连接出料口、另一端向地面倾斜。
进一步,所述机壳上端还开设有进料口。
进一步,所述碎料滚筒横架在机壳的上部且位于进料口的正下方,碎料滚筒的滚轴穿过机壳的两侧壁,且与驱动电机组电性连接。
进一步,所述研磨辊至少为两个,其水平设置在碎料滚筒的正下方且两两相切,研磨辊的辊轴穿过机壳的两侧壁,且与驱动电机组电性连接。
进一步,所述相邻的研磨辊的转动方向相反。
进一步,所述碎料筛选槽的底槽上端设置有若干孔径相同的筛选孔。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
碎料滚筒包括两个侧壁铰链的半筒,碎料刀设置在碎料滚筒内壁上,这样物料可在碎料滚筒内部旋转并被反复粉碎,对硬质物料的粉碎效果更彻底;同时,物料在闭合的碎料滚筒内部粉碎,有效避免了高速运转的碎料刀与硬质物料发生碰撞时,硬质物料从进料口中飞出,避免发生安全事故。

一种改进碎料刀及出料口的碎料研磨装置,包括机壳11、碎料滚筒12和研磨辊13,碎料滚筒12设置在机壳11内部上端、研磨辊13设置在机壳11内部下端,且碎料滚筒12的轴向与研磨辊13的轴向垂直。
机壳11为圆筒形,其上端开设有进料口14,下端开设有出料口15。
碎料滚筒12横架在机壳11的上部且位于进料口14的正下方,碎料滚筒12的滚轴穿过机壳11的两侧壁,且与驱动电机组16电性连接。
碎料滚筒12包括两个侧壁铰链的半筒,由开关组件控制同个半筒开或合,碎料滚筒12的两个半筒开启时,从进料口14倒入的碎料直接进入碎料滚筒12内。
碎料滚筒12的内壁上设置有若干凸起的碎料刀122,碎料刀122在碎料滚筒12的内壁上成螺旋状交错排布。
研磨辊13至少为两个,其水平设置在碎料滚筒12的正下方且两两相切,研磨辊13的辊轴穿过机壳11的两侧壁,且与驱动电机组16电性连接。经过碎料滚筒12初步粉碎的物料下落在研磨辊13上并被研磨辊13挤压研磨。研磨后的物料可从相邻研磨辊13之间的缝隙下落到出料口15。
出料口15为漏斗形,其正下方设置有一碎料筛选槽151,碎料筛选槽151一端连接出料口15、另一端向地面倾斜。碎料筛选槽151的底槽上端设置有若干孔径相同的筛选孔,从出料口15落下的碎料经碎料筛选槽151筛选后符合孔径标准的物料用于生产,不符合要求的物料被再次研磨或做其他用途。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本发明的各种改动或变形不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变形属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变形。

1.一种改进碎料刀及出料口的碎料研磨装置,其特征在于:包括机壳、碎料滚筒和研磨辊,碎料滚筒设置在机壳内部上端、研磨辊设置在机壳内部下端,且碎料滚筒的轴向与研磨辊的轴向垂直;所述碎料滚筒包括两个侧壁铰链的半筒,由开关组件控制同个半筒开或合,碎料滚筒的内壁上设置有若干凸起的碎料刀,所述碎料刀在碎料滚筒的内壁上成螺旋状交错排布;所述机壳下端设置有出料口,出料口正下方设置有一碎料筛选槽,碎料筛选槽一端连接出料口、另一端向地面倾斜。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种改进碎料刀及出料口的碎料研磨装置,其特征在于:所述机壳上端还开设有进料口。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种改进碎料刀及出料口的碎料研磨装置,其特征在于:所述碎料滚筒横架在机壳的上部且位于进料口的正下方,碎料滚筒的滚轴穿过机壳的两侧壁,且与驱动电机组电性连接。
4.如权利要求2、3项所述的一种改进碎料刀及出料口的碎料研磨装置,其特征在于:所述研磨辊至少为两个,其水平设置在碎料滚筒的正下方且两两相切,研磨辊的辊轴穿过机壳的两侧壁,且与驱动电机组电性连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种改进碎料刀及出料口的碎料研磨装置,其特征在于:所述相邻的研磨辊的转动方向相反。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种改进碎料刀及出料口的碎料研磨装置,其特征在于:所述碎料筛选槽的底槽上端设置有若干孔径相同的筛选孔。
