本发明涉及一种中药配方，是有效治疗肝硬化的软肝缩脾煎煮茶。
背景技术
肝病是目前临床多发的疾病，传统的肝病非常难以治愈，给病人带来了很大的痛苦，目前肝病的治疗周期比较长，对于肝硬化和肝癌尚没有疗效好，见效快的药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有中西医治疗肝纤维化技术的不足，提供一种有效抗解肝纤维化的软肝缩脾煎煮茶，经过三十余年临床验证，该软肝缩脾煎煮茶临床治疗肝硬化效果好，疗效快。
为解决上述问题，本发明采用以下技术方案：
软肝缩脾煎煮茶，薄荷10g、柴胡10g 、黄芩15g 、姜半夏10g、旋覆花10g、炒葶苈子15g、当归30g、白芍30g、菊花30g 、醋鳖甲15g、炒枳实10g、炒桃仁10g、甘草10g 、红花10g 、桂枝10g 、盐泽泻20g、陈皮15g 、醋三棱15g 、醋莪术15g、茯苓15g、郁金12g 、党参20g、麸炒白术20g 。

使用本发明药物2个月后，对治疗肝癌，无效率5%、显效率95%；治疗乙肝无效率4%、显效率81%、临床治愈率15%；治疗肝硬化无效率3%、显效率72%、临床治愈率25%；治疗肝内多海绵状血管瘤无效率3%、显效率26%和临床治愈率71%。

具体实施方式
实施例，软肝缩脾煎煮茶组方，薄荷10g、柴胡10g 、黄芩15g 、姜半夏10g、旋覆花10g、炒葶苈子15g、当归30g、白芍30g、菊花30g 、醋鳖甲15g、炒枳实10g、炒桃仁10g、甘草10g 、红花10g 、桂枝10g 、盐泽泻20g、陈皮15g 、醋三棱15g 、醋莪术15g、茯苓15g、郁金12g 、党参20g、麸炒白术20g 。
以上二十三味，粉碎成块、段、丝及最粗粉，混匀，分装即得。
1）取本品适量，粉碎成细粉，置显微镜下观察：木纤维成束或散在，无色或淡黄色，呈长梭形，末端渐尖（柴胡）。纤维淡黄色，梭形，壁厚，孔沟细（黄芩）。
草酸钙针晶成束，长32～144μm，存在于黏液细胞中或散在（姜半夏）。薄壁细胞纺锤形，壁略厚，有极微细的斜向交错纹理（当归）。草酸钙簇晶直径18～32μm，存在于薄壁细胞中，常排列成行，或一个细胞中含数个簇晶（白芍）。花粉粒类圆形，直径24～34μm，外壁有刺，长3～5μm，具3个萌发孔（菊花）。纤维束周围薄壁细胞含草酸钙方晶，形成晶纤维（甘草）。花粉粒类圆形或椭圆形，直径43～66μm，外壁具短刺和点状雕纹，有3个萌发孔（红花）。草酸钙方晶成片存在于薄壁细胞中（陈皮）。不规则分枝状团块无色，遇水合氯醛液溶化；菌丝无色或淡棕色，直径4～6μm（茯苓）。

（3）取本品适量，粉碎成细粉，称取3g，加乙醇15ml，超声处理30分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加丙酮1ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取当归对照药材0.5g，加乙醇10ml，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（《中国药典》2015版四部通则0502）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各5µl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以环己烷-乙酸乙酯（9∶1）为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，置紫外光灯（365nm）下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光斑点。
（4）取本品适量，粉碎成细粉，称取10g，加甲醇40ml，超声处理30分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加水20ml使溶解，用三氯甲烷提取2次，每次15ml，弃去三氯甲烷液，水液用水饱和的正丁醇提取2次（30ml、20ml），合并正丁醇液，用正丁醇饱和的水洗涤3次，每次20ml，弃去水液，正丁醇液蒸干，残渣加甲醇1ml使溶解，加至中性氧化铝柱（200目，5g，内径10mm）上，用乙醇100ml洗脱，收集洗脱液，蒸干，残渣加乙醇1ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取芍药苷对照品，加乙醇制成每1ml含2mg的溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法（《中国药典》2015版四部通则0502）试验，吸取供试品溶液10µl、对照品溶液2µl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸（8∶1∶2∶0.04）为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，喷以5%香草醛硫酸溶液，105℃加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。
（5）取本品适量，粉碎成细粉，称取6g，加稀盐酸3ml使湿润，再加乙酸乙酯20ml，超声处理20分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加甲醇1ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取绿原酸对照品，加甲醇制成每1ml含0.1mg的溶液，作为对照品溶液。
照薄层色谱法（《中国药典》2015版四部通则0502）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各2µl，分别点于同一聚酰胺薄膜上，以乙酸丁酯-甲酸-水（7∶2.5∶2.5）的上层溶液为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，置紫外光灯（365nm）下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光斑点。
（6）取本品适量，粉碎成细粉，称取7g，加甲醇25ml，加热回流20分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加甲醇1ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取橙皮苷对照品，加甲醇制成饱和溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法（《中国药典》2015年版四部通则0502）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各2～5µl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水-二乙胺（100∶17∶13∶0.2）为展开剂，展距3cm，取出，晾干；再以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸-水（20∶10∶1∶1）的上层溶液为展开剂，展距约8cm，取出，晾干，喷以三氯化铝试液，置紫外光灯（365nm）下检视。

应符合茶剂项下有关的规定（《中国药典》2015年版四部通则0188）。
活血化瘀，疏肝健脾，补气养血。用于肝脾肿大，气滞血瘀。
每袋加生姜20g，大枣10g，水煎服。一日3次，早、午饭前，晚饭后服用。
忌酒、辣、凉、腥、绿豆、房事。每袋装150g；密封、防潮；6个月。
用法与用量口服，一次1～2煎煮茶，一日2次；或遵医嘱。分早饭前，晚饭后温黄酒送服。
注意事项，忌酒、辣、凉、腥、绿豆、房事；每煎煮茶重6g；密封、防潮；12个月。
对近年来我处治疗的562例肝病患者进行统计，其中肝癌病例129例，乙肝患者125例，肝硬化脾大病例252例，肝内多海绵状血管瘤的56例。

使用本发明药物2个月后，对治疗肝癌，无效率5%、显效率95%；治疗乙肝无效率4%、显效率81%、临床治愈率15%；治疗肝硬化无效率3%、显效率72%、临床治愈率25%；治疗肝内多海绵状血管瘤无效率3%、显效率26%和临床治愈率71%。
在肝癌患者中，肝癌晚期89例，肝癌中期23例，肝癌初期17例。
典型病例，
40、邵X臣，男，60岁，阳谷县翟庄人
于九五年一月二十日就诊，黄疸、肝硬化、大量腹水，生活不能自理，经服保肝健脾煎煮茶一个疗程腹水全部消失，黄疸消退，行动如常人，并能参加一般体力劳动。
41、武X朋，男，河南省台前县侯庙乡人
病情：门脉1.5厘米，肝硬化，脾大5.6厘米，服用保肝健脾方剂治疗一个月，经多处医院检查达到阳性转阴，并出现表面抗体， B超检测无异常。
42、车X美，女，四川省自贡市人
诊断肝硬化、并少量腹水，软肝健脾方剂治疗三个疗程，医院B超检测，腹水消失，肝硬化解除。
43、山东省武城县人，勾X林
患有乙肝并有多个血管瘤，服用保肝健脾方剂治疗两个月，B超检测无异常，肝五项化验阳性转阴。
44、刘X荣，女，57岁，山东莱阳市石河头乡人
病情：表面抗原HBsAg(+)1:256个，B超检测：肝硬化，少量腹水，咽噪乏力，下肢浮肿。服用保肝健脾方剂治疗两个月， B超检测无异常， HBsAg转阴。
45、朱X红，女，25岁，潍坊市潍城区人
乙肝大三阳，B超显示：肝脏光点略粗，脾厚4.0cm，经服用保肝健脾方剂一个疗程后，e抗原转阴，B超显示肝脏光点回声均质，脾缩至3.6cm。
46、周X家，男，44岁，聊城市人
乙肝小三阳，肝硬化并大量腹水，脾厚5.5cm，经服用保肝健脾煎煮茶配蜜丸，一个疗程后腹水消失，B超检查肝硬化解除。
47、王X红，女，36岁，郯城县人
肝硬化腹水，蛋白倒置，白蛋白29.5，服用保肝健脾方剂2个月后，白蛋白升至41.75。
48、刘X花，女32岁，郯城县人
肝硬化大量腹水，服用保肝健脾方剂配蜜丸调理两个疗程，经B超显示，脾脏缩到正常，肝硬化解除，表面抗原阳性转阴。
49、张X英，新泰市人
病情：乙肝小三阳，总胆红素23.2，总蛋白79.3，白蛋白45.3，球蛋白34，B超检测，肝硬化，门脉1.6cm，脾厚6.7cm，经服用保肝健脾方剂治疗四个疗程解除肝硬化，九个疗程肝五项阳性转阴。
50、孔X昌，男，46岁，沂南县铜井镇人
病情：TTT9，总胆红素59.6，直接胆红素17.19，B超检测，肝硬化，胆囊炎，脾厚7.8cm，糖尿病、肝昏迷中期，不能说话、人事不清，经服用保肝健脾方剂调理3个月，诸症消失，B超正常。
51、王X义，男，34岁，青州市五里堡镇人
乙肝小三阳，抗－HCV阳性，转氨酶158，肝硬化，门静脉1.7cm，脾4.7cm，经服用保肝健脾方剂配蜜丸，两个月B超检测解除肝硬化，门静脉缩到1.0cm，脾厚，正常继续用药，共用三个月，乙肝五项阳性转阴。

病情：门静脉1.5cm，脾厚6.2cm，A31.7,G41.7，肝硬化腹水，经服用保肝健脾方剂20付配蜜丸，四十天，门静脉缩至正常，腹水消失。

病情：乙肝小三阳，抗－HCV阳性，肝硬化腹水，脾厚7.4cm，门静脉1.4cm，T58，A27，G31，经服中药20付，配蜜丸日3粒，脐疗带一个。B超检测脾厚6.1cm,门静脉1.2cm，肝功化验T72，A35，G37，乙肝五项阳性转阴，丙肝抗体转阴。

病情：乙肝小三阳，抗－HCV阳性，肝硬化腹水，脾厚7.4cm，门静脉1.4cm，T58，A27，G31，经服用保肝健脾方剂配蜜丸日3粒，B超检测脾厚6.1cm，门静脉1.2cm，肝功化验T72,A35,G37,乙肝五项阳性转阴，丙肝抗体转阴。

肝硬化，门静脉1.4cm，脾厚5.6cm，经服用保肝健脾方剂配蜜丸，两个月B超检测脾软缩到正常，解除肝硬化。
56、李X瑞，男，50岁，桓李台县人
肝硬化，门静脉1.5cm，脾厚5.2cm，胆囊炎，乙肝小三阳，T62，A30，G32，TBIL28，GPT80,经服服用保肝健脾方剂配蜜丸六个月乙肝五项阳性转阴，B超检测无异常。

病情：乙肝小三阳，肝硬化并胆囊结石症，服用保肝健脾方剂配蜜丸日4粒，三个月解除肝硬化，六个月乙肝五项转为阴性。

乙肝小三阳，GPT76、GOT90，B超检测，肝表面欠光滑，边缘稍毛糙，分布欠均匀，脾厚4.4cm,
经服五个月的保肝健脾方剂，肝脏B超无异常，乙肝五项阳性转阴。
58、杨X宝，男，54岁，山东胶南宝山镇人
乙肝小三阳，TTT20，糖尿病，肝昏迷，肝硬化，肝内光点增粗，回声增强，门静脉1.4cm，胆囊炎，脾厚5.7cm，经服六个月的保肝健脾方剂，控制昏迷，解除肝硬化，继续巩固月余乙肝五项阳性转阴。

乙肝小三阳，总蛋白65，白蛋白23，球蛋白42。肝脏体积明显缩小，实际回声增粗、增强，门静脉
1.5cm，胆囊炎，脾厚4.6cm，肝硬化，经服用保肝健脾方剂五个月乙肝五项阳性转阴，八个月解除肝硬化。

乙肝小三阳，TTT12，ALT77，AFP63，肝脏体积略小，光点增多、增粗分布不均匀，变粗，胆囊炎，脾厚4.6cm，肝硬化。经服用保肝健脾方剂三个月，解除肝硬化，九个月乙肝五项阳性转阴。

肝硬化大量腹水，经潍坊某医院多方治疗无效并下病危通知，来本研究院服用保肝健脾方剂10天后，腹水消失。一个月后B超检测肝硬化解除。

肝硬化，脾厚4.3cm，胆囊炎，小三阳，A/G0.8，服用保肝健脾方剂二个月后，肝功正常，A/G1.5，B超检测，肝胆脾无异常。
63、胡X周，男，57岁，浙江省永康市人
乙肝大三阳，肝功检查，黄疸45.4，A/G0.6，AFP268，B超检测肝硬化，PV1.8cm，脾厚6.0cm，右肝囊肿，服用保肝健脾方剂二个月后肝功检查正常。B超检测，肝硬化解除，肝囊肿消失。

Claims (2)

1.软肝缩脾煎煮茶，其特征在于：包括以下重量的药物组成，薄荷10g、柴胡10g 、黄芩15g 、姜半夏10g、旋覆花10g、炒葶苈子15g、当归30g、白芍30g、菊花30g 、醋鳖甲15g、炒枳实10g、炒桃仁10g、甘草10g 、红花10g 、桂枝10g 、盐泽泻20g、陈皮15g 、醋三棱15g 、醋莪术15g、茯苓15g、郁金12g 、党参20g、麸炒白术20g 。
2.如权利要求1所述的软肝缩脾煎煮茶，其特征在于：以上二十三味，粉碎成块、段、丝及最粗粉，混匀，分装即得。
