本发明公开了供一种内窥镜镜鞘探管,包括管状的气囊和引导管,所述气囊中心处设有通孔,所述引导管穿过通孔引导气囊的通孔,所述气囊尾端设有充气装置,充气装置包括与气囊连通的充气环,所述充气环上设有带充气阀的充气管和带泄压阀的排气管,所述气囊和引导管均采用软性透明材质。本发明通过气囊充气后,从而对胃壁和食管内壁起到很好的保护作用,另外其也可以使得内窥镜可以更好的在胃内进行转动和检测;通过改进气囊和引导管的配方,提高了气囊和引导管的抗菌性、耐候性。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是指一种内窥镜镜鞘探管。
背景技术
据世界卫生组织统计,全球有70%左右的人患有不同程度的胃肠道疾病。我国有近8000万的胃肠道疾病患者,且随着老龄化人口增长、生活节奏加快、社会应激因素的增加等,胃肠肿瘤、胃肠道出血、胃肠功能紊乱等疾病发病率增加,社会需求巨大。消化内窥镜检查已成为消化道疾病诊断与治疗的常规手段,具有损伤小、痛苦少、并发症少、恢复快等优点。
现有的内窥镜鞘探管大多采用医用PVC材质制作的软管,在使用的过程中该探管不能保证其本身的刚度和强度,不能保证检查过程中探管不弯曲,存在安全隐患;且现有的探管管径均为固定设计,普遍存在耐候性差,长期方式韧性会减弱,从而导致硬化变黄,影响使用,同时现有的探管的抗菌性也很差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种内窥镜镜鞘探管。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种内窥镜镜鞘探管,包括管状的气囊和引导管,所述气囊中心处设有通孔,所述引导管穿过通孔引导气囊的通孔,所述气囊尾端设有充气装置,充气装置包括与气囊连通的充气环,所述充气环上设有带充气阀的充气管和带泄压阀的排气管,所述气囊和引导管均采用软性透明材质,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
PVC 13-27份、PU 7-21份、PA 13-21份、2-氨基-5-氯吡嗪3-6份、聚酯热塑性弹性体7-11份、导热填料10-30份、纳米银粉末6-9份、甲基丙烯酸酯0.8-1.5份、3-氰基-5-氟-苯基硼酸3-5份、石蜡0.7-1.3份、丙烯酸丁酯2-6份、光稳定剂0.1-0.5份、烷基淀粉酯2-6份、十二醇硫酸氨3-7份、甘油2-8份、无机纳米粒子2.1-8份、百里酚0.1-0.2份、2-溴-3-硝基甲苯2-4份、红外反射二氧化钛0.5-5份。
优选地,所述导热填料为氧化镁、氧化铝、氧化锌、氮化铝中的一种或两种,所述导热填料的粒径在0.5um-2.0um,纯度大于98%。
优选地,所述红外反射二氧化钛粒径为1000nm-1500nm,TiO2含量为85%-95%,表面包覆层SiO2与Al2O3的含量为5-15%。
优选地,所述的光稳定剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531、紫外线吸收剂UVP-327、光稳定剂744以及紫外线吸收剂UV-9中的一种或多种混合物。
优选地,所述引导管尾端螺纹连接有一圆盘,所述圆盘上开设有若干安装孔,可用于其他管路的安装,比如送气管路、送水管路。
优选地,所述气囊1的外壁上安装有膜片压力传感器,所述压力传感器通过无线连接有控制器,控制器的输出端与充气阀连接。
优选地,每个安装孔均螺纹连接有密封盖。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:,通过气囊充气后,从而对胃壁和食管内壁起到很好的保护作用,另外其也可以使得内窥镜可以更好的在胃内进行转动和检测;通过改进气囊和引导管的配方,提高了气囊和引导管的抗菌性、耐候性;通过加入2-溴-3-硝基甲苯、3-氰基-5-氟-苯基硼酸等物质,增加了气囊和引导管的强度,使气囊的韧性更好;采用红外反射钛白粉,可以大幅度反射太阳光的可见光和红外部分能量,加之导热填料的热释放的协同贡献,可以使较大幅度地降低气囊和引导管的表面温度,大大提高了气囊和引导管的耐候性。

具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
如图1-图2所示,本发明针对现有的不足提供一种内窥镜镜鞘探管,包括管状的气囊1和引导管6,所述气囊1中心处设有通孔,所述引导管6穿过通孔引导气囊1的通孔,所述气囊1尾端设有充气装置,充气装置包括与气囊1连通的充气环3,所述充气环上设有带充气阀的充气管4和带泄压阀的排气管,所述气囊和引导管6均采用软性透明材质,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
PVC 13-27份、PU 7-21份、PA 13-21份、2-氨基-5-氯吡嗪3-6份、聚酯热塑性弹性体7-11份、导热填料10-30份、纳米银粉末6-9份、甲基丙烯酸酯0.8-1.5份、3-氰基-5-氟-苯基硼酸3-5份、石蜡0.7-1.3份、丙烯酸丁酯2-6份、光稳定剂0.1-0.5份、烷基淀粉酯2-6份、十二醇硫酸氨3-7份、甘油2-8份、无机纳米粒子2.1-8份、百里酚0.1-0.2份、2-溴-3-硝基甲苯2-4份、红外反射二氧化钛0.5-5份。
所述导热填料为氧化镁、氧化铝、氧化锌、氮化铝中的一种或两种,所述导热填料的粒径在0.5um-2.0um,纯度大于98%。
所述红外反射二氧化钛粒径为1000nm-1500nm,TiO2含量为85%-95%,表面包覆层SiO2与Al2O3的含量为5-15%。
所述的光稳定剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531、紫外线吸收剂UVP-327、光稳定剂744以及紫外线吸收剂UV-9中的一种或多种混合物。
所述引导管尾端螺纹连接有一圆盘,所述圆盘上开设有若干安装孔,可用于其他管路的安装,比如送气管路、送水管路。
所述气囊1的外壁上安装有膜片压力传感器,所述压力传感器通过无线连接有控制器,控制器的输出端与充气阀连接。
每个安装孔均螺纹连接有密封盖。
本具体实施使用时将内窥镜2插入引导管内,然后根据需要进行送气管路、送水管理、排气管路、排水管路的安装,然后将引导管穿过通孔,引导气囊插入食管和胃内,到达指定位置后,可以根据需要进行气囊内气体的充放,从而可以很好的保护胃壁和食管内壁,也使得内窥镜和引导管具有更大的活动空间,大大方便了检测;同时在整个充气放气的过程中,通过膜片压力传感器进行胃壁和食管壁压力的检测,从而可以很好的避免由于气囊过大而对食管壁和胃壁造成过度挤压。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种内窥镜镜鞘探管,其特征在于,包括管状的气囊(1)和引导管(6),所述气囊(1)中心处设有通孔,所述引导管(6)穿过通孔引导气囊(1)的通孔,所述气囊(1)尾端设有充气装置,充气装置包括与气囊(1)连通的充气环(3),所述充气环上设有带充气阀的充气管(4)和带泄压阀的排气管,所述气囊(1)和引导管(6)均采用透明软性材质,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
PVC 13-27份、PU 7-21份、PA 13-21份、2-氨基-5-氯吡嗪3-6份、聚酯热塑性弹性体7-11份、导热填料10-30份、纳米银粉末6-9份、甲基丙烯酸酯0.8-1.5份、3-氰基-5-氟-苯基硼酸3-5份、石蜡0.7-1.3份、丙烯酸丁酯2-6份、光稳定剂0.1-0.5份、烷基淀粉酯2-6份、十二醇硫酸氨3-7份、甘油2-8份、无机纳米粒子2.1-8份、百里酚0.1-0.2份、2-溴-3-硝基甲苯2-4份、红外反射二氧化钛0.5-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种内窥镜镜鞘探管,其特征在于,所述导热填料为氧化镁、氧化铝、氧化锌、氮化铝中的一种或两种,所述导热填料的粒径在0.5um-2.0um,纯度大于98%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种内窥镜镜鞘探管,其特征在于,所述红外反射二氧化钛粒径为1000nm-1500nm,TiO2含量为85%-95%,表面包覆层SiO2与Al2O3的含量为5-15%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种内窥镜镜鞘探管,其特征在于,所述的光稳定剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531、紫外线吸收剂UVP-327、光稳定剂744以及紫外线吸收剂UV-9中的一种或多种混合物。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种内窥镜镜鞘探管,其特征在于,所述引导管尾端螺纹连接有一圆盘,所述圆盘上开设有若干安装孔,可用于其他管路的安装。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种内窥镜镜鞘探管,其特征在于,所述气囊(1)的外壁上安装有膜片压力传感器,所述压力传感器通过无线连接有控制器,控制器的输出端与充气阀、泄压阀连接。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种内窥镜镜鞘探管,其特征在于,每个安装孔均螺纹连接有密封盖。
