(一)技术领域：本发明涉及一种家用炊具。
(二)背景技术：目前市售的锅，均是上为锅盖，下为锅体，只能锅底用以加热，锅盖不能用以加热。
(三)发明内容：本发明的任务是提供一种底和面均可加热的锅。所采取的技术方案是：锅的锅盖改为可以加热的锅。其可用于制作南方人爱吃的光饼，能使制作光饼免用传统的光饼炉。
(四)附图说明：本发明结合附图作进一步说明。附图为示意图，图中1、锅体，2、锅盖，3、锅盖把手，4、锅体把手，5、光饼。
(五)具体实施方式：实施例：锅体：直径20cm，高3.5cm；锅盖：直径20cm，高3.5cm；光饼：直径6cm，厚1.5cm。锅把手：方便使用即可。使用过程：把面团做成的饼坯贴在锅底，锅盖好。放在热源上热煎。而后上下倒换，锅盖朝下加热，饼在上烘烤，黄熟后打开，光饼即可食用。饼烘烤温度宜高些，约130°～150℃左右，热煎温度如平常。整个加热温度可参照传统，最好用能适度调温的热源。
