本发明提供了一种猪粪杀菌剂及其制备方法,包括如下重量份的原料:秸秆灰25~30份,石灰粉12~16份,明矾3~5份,皂角12~16份,荆芥15~20份,香樟叶12~16份,松针12~16份,五附子10~15份,苦楝20~25份,大蒜20~25份,银杏外种皮25~30份,蒲公英10~15份,雷公藤20~30份,花椒12~16份,苍耳12~16份,柿叶12~15份,打碗碗花10~14份,百部12~15份;将荆芥、香樟叶、松针、五附子、苦楝等原料经乙醇提取后将提取物与提取后的残渣粉末与秸秆灰、石灰粉、明矾、皂角的混合后即得。本发明所述猪粪杀菌剂能够有效杀灭猪粪中虫卵、病菌,减少猪粪病菌污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及粪便处理领域,具体地,涉及一种猪粪杀菌剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着猪业养殖的不断发展,越多越多的养殖场也在全国各地出现,但随之也带来了大量猪粪尿排泄物,由于排泄物含有碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质、维生素等物质,尤其适合微生物的生长繁殖,在厌氧环境下,会产生多种有害菌,并产生有气味的有害气体,会影响导致疾病的传播,并会影响环境的空气。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种有效杀灭猪粪中虫卵、病菌的猪粪杀菌剂及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种猪粪杀菌剂,包括如下重量份的原料:秸秆灰25~30份,石灰粉12~16份,明矾3~5份,皂角12~16份,荆芥15~20份,香樟叶12~16份,松针12~16份,五附子10~15份,苦楝20~25份,大蒜20~25份,银杏外种皮25~30份,蒲公英10~15份,雷公藤20~30份,花椒12~16份,苍耳12~16份,柿叶12~15份,打碗碗花10~14份,百部12~15份。
优选地,所述猪粪杀菌剂,包括如下重量份的原料:秸秆灰28份,石灰粉15份,明矾4份,皂角15份,荆芥18份,香樟叶14份,松针14份,五附子14份,苦楝23份,大蒜22份,银杏外种皮27份,蒲公英17份,雷公藤25份,花椒16份,苍耳14份,柿叶14份,打碗碗花12份,百部13份。
优选地,所述皂角、荆芥、香樟叶、松针、五附子、苦楝、大蒜、银杏外种、蒲公英、雷公藤、花椒、苍耳、柿叶、打碗碗花、百部粉碎为60-80目粉。
一种如所述猪粪杀菌剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将荆芥、香樟叶、松针、五附子、苦楝、大蒜、银杏外种、蒲公英、雷公藤、花椒、苍耳、柿叶、打碗碗花、百部加入80-95%的乙醇回流提取,合并提取液,离心,过滤,得滤液,将滤液浓缩为浸膏并干燥粉碎成粉,得提取物,将滤渣干燥粉碎成粉,得滤渣粉;
(2)将秸秆灰、石灰粉、明矾、皂角粉、所述步骤(1)中的提取物和滤渣粉充分混合,即得所述猪粪杀菌剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:本发明所述猪粪杀菌剂能够有效杀灭猪粪中虫卵、病菌,减少猪粪病菌污染。

实施例1
本实施例中所述猪粪杀菌剂,包括如下重量份的原料:秸秆灰28份,石灰粉15份,明矾4份,皂角15份,荆芥18份,香樟叶14份,松针14份,五附子14份,苦楝23份,大蒜22份,银杏外种皮27份,蒲公英17份,雷公藤25份,花椒156份,苍耳14份,柿叶14份,打碗碗花12份,百部13份。
所述皂角、荆芥、香樟叶、松针、五附子、苦楝、大蒜、银杏外种、蒲公英、雷公藤、花椒、苍耳、柿叶、打碗碗花、百部粉碎为80目粉。
一种如所述猪粪杀菌剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将荆芥、香樟叶、松针、五附子、苦楝、大蒜、银杏外种、蒲公英、雷公藤、花椒、苍耳、柿叶、打碗碗花、百部加入95%的乙醇回流提取,合并提取液,离心,过滤,得滤液,将滤液浓缩为浸膏并干燥粉碎成粉,得提取物,将滤渣干燥粉碎成粉,得滤渣粉;
(2)将秸秆灰、石灰粉、明矾、皂角粉、所述步骤(1)中的提取物和滤渣粉充分混合,即得所述猪粪杀菌剂。
实施例2
本实施例中所述猪粪杀菌剂,包括如下重量份的原料:秸秆灰25份,石灰粉16份,明矾3份,皂角12份,荆芥15份,香樟叶16份,松针12份,五附子15份,苦楝20份,大蒜25份,银杏外种皮30份,蒲公英10份,雷公藤30份,花椒16份,苍耳12份,柿叶12份,打碗碗花10份,百部15份。
所述皂角、荆芥、香樟叶、松针、五附子、苦楝、大蒜、银杏外种、蒲公英、雷公藤、花椒、苍耳、柿叶、打碗碗花、百部粉碎为70目粉。
一种如所述猪粪杀菌剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将荆芥、香樟叶、松针、五附子、苦楝、大蒜、银杏外种、蒲公英、雷公藤、花椒、苍耳、柿叶、打碗碗花、百部加入90%的乙醇回流提取,合并提取液,离心,过滤,得滤液,将滤液浓缩为浸膏并干燥粉碎成粉,得提取物,将滤渣干燥粉碎成粉,得滤渣粉;
(2)将秸秆灰、石灰粉、明矾、皂角粉、所述步骤(1)中的提取物和滤渣粉充分混合,即得所述猪粪杀菌剂。
实施例3
本实施例中所述猪粪杀菌剂,包括如下重量份的原料:秸秆灰30份,石灰粉12份,明矾5份,皂角16份,荆芥20份,香樟叶12份,松针16份,五附子10份,苦楝25份,大蒜20份,银杏外种皮25份,蒲公英10份,雷公藤25份,花椒12份,苍耳16份,柿叶15份,打碗碗花14份,百部12份。
所述皂角、荆芥、香樟叶、松针、五附子、苦楝、大蒜、银杏外种、蒲公英、雷公藤、花椒、苍耳、柿叶、打碗碗花、百部粉碎为60目粉。
一种如所述猪粪杀菌剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将荆芥、香樟叶、松针、五附子、苦楝、大蒜、银杏外种、蒲公英、雷公藤、花椒、苍耳、柿叶、打碗碗花、百部加入80%的乙醇回流提取,合并提取液,离心,过滤,得滤液,将滤液浓缩为浸膏并干燥粉碎成粉,得提取物,将滤渣干燥粉碎成粉,得滤渣粉;
(2)将秸秆灰、石灰粉、明矾、皂角粉、所述步骤(1)中的提取物和滤渣粉充分混合,即得所述猪粪杀菌剂。

4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述猪粪杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将荆芥、香樟叶、松针、五附子、苦楝、大蒜、银杏外种、蒲公英、雷公藤、花椒、苍耳、柿叶、打碗碗花、百部加入80-95%的乙醇回流提取,合并提取液,离心,过滤,得滤液,将滤液浓缩为浸膏并干燥粉碎成粉,得提取物,将滤渣干燥粉碎成粉,得滤渣粉;
(2)将秸秆灰、石灰粉、明矾、皂角粉、所述步骤(1)中的提取物和滤渣粉充分混合,即得所述猪粪杀菌剂。
