Claims (12)
- 원재료로서 얌빈, 데리스, 족제비싸리나무, 소태나무, 멀구슬나무, 때죽나무, 제충국, 옻나무, 상산나무, 유칼립투스 및 겨우살이 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 원재료를 50℃ 내지 80℃에서 4시간 이상 건조시키는 건조단계;
건조된 상기 원재료를 소정의 크기로 자르는 분쇄단계;
상기 분쇄단계를 거친 상기 원재료를 열수추출법 또는 알콜추출법에 의해 원재료 추출물을 추출해 내는 추출단계;
상기 추출단계에서 추출된 하나 이상의 각각의 상기 원재료 추출물 20 내지 30 중량부를 유황 10 내지 15 중량부 및 상기 유황을 녹이기 위한 용매 8 내지 12 중량부와 혼합하여 원재료 유황액을 제조하는 유황액 제조단계; 및
상기 유황액 제조단계에서 제조된 각각의 원재료 유황액 4 내지 8 중량부에, 소정의 크기로 분쇄된 상기 각 원재료 10 내지 30 중량부, 멸균된 팽연화 왕겨 30 내지 65 중량부, 멸균된 미강 30 내지 65 중량부 및 당분 1 내지 3 중량부를 혼합하고 반죽하여, 발효용기에 담아 18℃ 내지 35℃의 발효실에서 120 내지 168 시간 동안 고체발효시키는 고체발효단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물의 약성과 유황 발효를 통해 얻어지는 미생물의 배양방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고체발효단계에서,
봉독 또는 뱀독 20 내지 30 중량부, 유황 10 내지 15 중량부 및 상기 유황을 녹이기 위한 용매 8 내지 12 중량부를 가열하여 제조되는 봉독 또는 뱀독 유황액 0.5 내지 3 중량부를 더욱 추가하여 혼합, 반죽하여 고체발효시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물의 약성과 유황 발효를 통해 얻어지는 미생물의 배양방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 고체발효단계에서,
고초균, 락토바실러스(Lactobacillus sp) 및 비피도박테리움(Bifidobacterium sp)를 포함하는 유산균, 효모균, 클로로비움(Chlorobium), 크로마티움(Chromatium), 로도스피릴륨(Rhodospirillum), 로도슈도모나스(Rhodopseudomonas spp.) 및 로도박터(Rhodobacter spp.)를 포함하는 광합성균, 바실러스, 클로렐라, 슈도모나스, 방선균, 락토바실러스 사케이, 초산균 및 식초균을 포함하는 유익균들 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 4 내지 8 중량부 더 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물의 약성과 유황 발효를 통해 얻어지는 미생물의 배양방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 열수추출법은,
물 100 중량부에, 상기 분쇄단계를 거친 상기 원재료들 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 각각 15 내지 65 중량부를 넣고, 가열 열탕기에서 70℃ 내지 170℃에서 7 내지 16시간 동안 가열하여 원재료 추출물을 추출하는 방법이며,
상기 알콜추출법은,
알콜 100 중량부에, 상기 분쇄단계를 거친 상기 원재료들 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 각각 15 내지 65 중량부를 넣고, 침지하여 24 내지 72시간 진탕 후 여과한 다음, 감압 농축기에서 40℃ 내지 92℃에서 감압농축한 후, 가압 농축기로 1/10로 농축한 다음 원심분리하여 원재료 추출물을 추출하는 방법임
을 특징으로 하는 식물의 약성과 유황 발효를 통해 얻어지는 미생물의 배양방법. - 제1항에 기재된 배양방법에 의해 배양된 미생물을 함유하는 원재료 발효물을, 펠릿 형태로 만든 펠릿형 살충제,
상기 원재료 발효물 10 중량부에 상기 추출단계에서 얻어지는 상기 각 원재료 추출물 20 내지 30 중량부를 추출기에 넣고 70℃ 내지 130℃에서 4 내지 15시간 동안 열수 추출한 액상의 살충제 추출액, 및
상기 액상의 살충제 추출액을 동결건조시킨 분말형 살충제
중 선택되는 어느 하나로 제조되는 살충제 형성단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물의 약성과 유황 발효를 통해 얻어지는 미생물을 이용한 살균·살충·탈취제의 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 고체발효단계에서,
뱀독 20 내지 30 중량부, 유황 10 내지 15 중량부 및 상기 유황을 녹이기 위한 용매 8 내지 12 중량부를 가열하여 제조되는 봉독 또는 뱀독 유황액 0.5 내지 3 중량부를 더욱 추가하여 혼합, 반죽하여 고체발효시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물의 약성과 유황 발효를 통해 얻어지는 미생물을 이용한 살균·살충·탈취제의 제조방법. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 고체발효단계에서,
고초균, 락토바실러스(Lactobacillus sp) 및 비피도박테리움(Bifidobacterium sp)를 포함하는 유산균, 효모균, 클로로비움(Chlorobium), 크로마티움(Chromatium), 로도스피릴륨(Rhodospirillum), 로도슈도모나스(Rhodopseudomonas spp.) 및 로도박터(Rhodobacter spp.)를 포함하는 광합성균, 바실러스, 클로렐라, 슈도모나스, 방선균, 락토바실러스 사케이, 초산균 및 식초균을 포함하는 유익균들 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 4 내지 8 중량부 더 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물의 약성과 유황 발효를 통해 얻어지는 미생물을 이용한 살균·살충·탈취제의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 살충제 형성단계 이후에,
멸균된 pH7의 물 50 내지 100 중량부에, 당분 5 내지 15 중량부, 감자배지 2 내지 8 중량부, 순무배지 2 내지 8 중량부, 및 상기 살충제 형성단계에서 제조된 상기 원재료 별로 만들어 지는 하나 이상의 살충제 추출액 각각을 0.5 내지 8 중량부를 발효기에 투입하여 30℃ 내지 40℃에서 72시간 내지 480시간 발효시키는 2차 발효단계;
를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물의 약성과 유황 발효를 통해 얻어지는 미생물을 이용한 살균·살충·탈취제의 제조방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 2차 발효단계에는,
화학복합비료 5 내지 15 중량부 또는 불가사리 50 내지 70 중량부를 더 포함하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물의 약성과 유황 발효를 통해 얻어지는 미생물을 이용한 살균·살충·탈취제의 제조방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 2차 발효단계 이후,
상기 2차 발효단계에서 제조된 살충제 10중량부를 물 400 내지 600 중량부에 희석시킬 때, 콜라겐 0.02 내지 3 중량부 또는 유화된 파라핀유 0.2 내지 1.5 중량부가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물의 약성과 유황 발효를 통해 얻어지는 미생물을 이용한 살균·살충·탈취제의 제조방법.
