Detailed Description
The following description is of some of the many possible embodiments of the invention and is intended to provide a basic understanding of the invention and is not intended to identify key or critical elements of the invention or to delineate the scope of the invention. It is easily understood that according to the technical solution of the present invention, other implementations that can be substituted with each other can be suggested by those skilled in the art without changing the spirit of the present invention. Therefore, the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings are merely illustrative of the technical aspects of the present invention, and should not be construed as all of the present invention or as limitations or limitations on the technical aspects of the present invention.
Herein, the completion of the payment process requires at least three elements, i.e. payer account information, payee account information and payment amount (i.e. payment amount), wherein "user account information" herein corresponds to payer account information and "merchant account information" herein corresponds to payee account information.
FIG. 1 illustrates a payment system in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the payment system includes a plurality of mobile payment terminals 100, and a corresponding software module is installed on the mobile payment terminal 100 to operate the two-dimensional code 101 displayed thereon, so as to identify payment information in the two-dimensional code 101, for example, payment information such as user account information or merchant account information. The mobile payment terminal 100 may be implemented as a smart mobile terminal, such as a smart phone, a PAD, and the like, for example, and the specific configuration of the mobile payment terminal 100 will be described in detail through the embodiments shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4 below.
The payment system further includes a payment server 300, and each mobile payment terminal 100 is connected to the payment server 300 through a network 200 (e.g., a 4G network of a mobile phone). The payment server 300 may assign a respective merchant code for each merchant registered, the merchant code corresponding to the respective merchant account information, e.g. stored in the form of a database. When the payment server 300 obtains the merchant code input and sent from the mobile payment terminal 100, corresponding merchant account information may be correspondingly returned; or directly generate a two-dimensional code containing corresponding merchant account information in the payment server 300 and directly return the two-dimensional code. The payment server 300 may also have functions of payment data processing, secure encryption, and the like.
The payment server 300 of the mobile payment terminal 100 of the payment system may be connected to the corresponding clearing house 400 through the network 200 and upload the corresponding payment information to the clearing house 400, and finally complete the payment transaction. In yet another embodiment, the payment server 300 may also be a server implementation disposed in the clearinghouse 400.
The mobile payment terminal 100 used in the payment system can operate in a main scanning mode and a scanned mode; the two-dimensional code containing the user account information displayed by the mobile payment terminal 100 in the scanned mode is scanned and identified by itself, and the two-dimensional code containing the merchant account information displayed by the mobile payment terminal 100 in the main scanning mode is scanned and identified by itself. Accordingly, the "scanned" indicates that the own user account information of the user of the mobile payment terminal 100 is scanned and identified, and the "main scan" indicates that the mobile payment terminal 100 actively scans and identifies the payment account information of other people except the user of the mobile payment terminal 100.
Fig. 2 is a schematic block structure diagram of a mobile payment terminal according to a first embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the mobile payment terminal 100 operates in a scanned mode, which mainly includes a two-dimensional code generation and display module 110, a two-dimensional code recognition module 120, and a payment information input module 130. The two-dimensional code generating and displaying module 110 is configured to generate and display the two-dimensional code 101 at least including the user account information of the mobile payment terminal 100, for example, the mobile payment terminal 100 may be installed with mobile payment applications such as a payment treasured or a WeChat, the two-dimensional code generating and displaying module 110 may generate and display the two-dimensional code 101 quickly by invoking the software applications, and in an embodiment, may also generate and display a pattern prompting the user to perform long-press operation at the same time, so as to guide the user to trigger the two-dimensional code identifying module 120 to operate. By configuring the two-dimension code generating and displaying module 110 in the mobile payment terminal 100, the two-dimension code payment habit currently formed by the user can be met, and a payment process can be performed based on the two-dimension code 101 in a subsequent process.
As shown in fig. 2, the two-dimensional code recognition module 120 is configured to be able to operate the displayed two-dimensional code to recognize the two-dimensional code 101, that is, the two-dimensional code recognition module 120 enables the mobile payment terminal 100 to recognize the two-dimensional code 101 displayed by itself through human operation, and therefore, the two-dimensional code recognition module 120 is implemented through a software program. The operation may be a long-press operation, and the two-dimensional code 101 displayed by the user can be recognized by the long-press operation. The two-dimensional code recognition module 120 is triggered to operate when the corresponding software program is pressed for a long time, so that the two-dimensional code 101 displayed in the recognition screen is scanned, and at least user account information is obtained. The operation is not limited to the long-stroke two-dimensional code operation of the above embodiment, and may be, for example, a two-dimensional code click operation.
The above operations do not depend on another hardware device (e.g., a scanning gun installed by a merchant) outside the mobile payment terminal 100 to realize the identification of the two-dimensional code 101, which is obviously different from the situation that the two-dimensional code disclosed in the background art must be scanned and paid by using other hardware devices in a scanned payment mode, therefore, the payment system does not need to set other scanning hardware devices and the like outside the payment terminal 100 for identifying the two-dimensional code, thereby reducing the hardware cost of the merchant, greatly reducing the threshold of the merchant for joining in the scanned payment service, and getting rid of the location limitation of scanned payment, and any user of the mobile payment terminal 100 can remotely perform mobile payment under the condition of knowing the merchant code.
As shown in fig. 2, the payment information input module 130 is triggered to operate when the two-dimensional code 101 is recognized, and the payment information input module 130 is used to input corresponding payment information and confirm payment. Specifically, in the scanned mode, after the two-dimensional code 101 is scanned and identified, the payment information input module 130 is triggered to operate corresponding to the program module, for example, jump to a payment information input interface, which may be a merchant interface having input fields for respectively inputting a merchant code, a payment amount, and other payment information, where the merchant code may be, but is not limited to, a 6-digit code composed of numbers and/or letters, and when each merchant registers in the payment system, the merchant is assigned a corresponding merchant code, which corresponds to merchant account information provided by the merchant registration one-to-one and is stored in the payment server 300 of the payment system. When the merchant applies the payment system, the merchant code may be placed in a conspicuous position, which provides convenience to the user of the mobile payment terminal 100.
In another embodiment, the payment information input module 130 may further input payment information such as a payment password, and the user may set that the payment password is not required to be input until the payment amount is greater than or equal to the predetermined payment amount; the input of the payment password may be realized by a key input, a fingerprint input, or the like. In other embodiments, the payment information input module 130 may also input other payment information, such as a coupon code, and the like.
After the payment information input in the payment information input module 130 is finished, the payment can be confirmed by clicking a "confirmation" button, so that information including user account information, merchant code, payment amount, etc. will be uploaded from the mobile payment terminal 100 to the payment server 300 or the clearing institution 400. The payment server 300 of the payment system can acquire the merchant account information based on the merchant code, and thus, three elements required for the payment process basically have, and the transaction process can be further performed to complete the payment process.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a mobile payment method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The mobile payment method of the embodiment is to implement mobile payment in a scanned mode, and is described in detail with reference to fig. 2 and 3.
First, in step S210, a two-dimensional code is generated and displayed. In this step, the mobile payment terminal 100 may invoke various payment applications installed thereon to generate a two-dimensional code 101 containing user account information of the user, wherein a specific form of the two-dimensional code 101 is not restrictive; further, the two-dimensional code 101 is displayed on the mobile payment terminal 100. The above step S210 is completed in the two-dimensional code generation and display module 110 shown in fig. 2.
Further, in step S220, the two-dimensional code is long-pressed and recognized. In this step, the two-dimensional code 101 displayed on the mobile payment terminal 100 is identified by long-pressing the two-dimensional code, specifically, when the two-dimensional code 101 is long-pressed, a two-dimensional code identification program is triggered and the two-dimensional code 101 displayed in the identification screen is scanned, and payment information such as user account information contained in the two-dimensional code 101 is identified. The above step S220 is completed in the two-dimensional code recognition module 120 shown in fig. 2.
Further, in step S230, jump to the payment information input interface. In this step, after the two-dimensional code 101 is recognized, the payment information input module 130 shown in fig. 2 is triggered to operate, so that the corresponding program module is triggered to jump to the payment information input interface.
Further, in step S240, payment information such as a merchant code, a payment amount, and a payment password is input. In this step, the user of the mobile payment terminal 100 may input payment information such as a merchant code, a payment amount, and a payment password on the interface, and of course, the payment password may be input through a means other than the interface, such as a fingerprint recognition means.
Further, in step S250, payment is confirmed. In this step, after the user of the mobile payment terminal 100 confirms that the input information is correct, the user can click a corresponding button to confirm the payment, and thus, the payment information at least including the payment elements such as the user account information, the merchant code, the payment amount, etc. is transmitted to the payment server 300 or the clearinghouse 400 of the payment system via the network 200. It will be appreciated that the mobile payment terminal 100 may perform various data processes such as encryption of payment information prior to uploading.
The above steps S230 to S250 are completed in the payment information input module 130 shown in fig. 2.
At this point, the payment process is completed in one scan mode. The payment operation can be completely finished in the mobile payment terminal 100, the operation is simple and convenient, a merchant does not need to perform any operation, hardware equipment such as a code scanning gun does not need to be arranged, and the cost for the merchant to start code scanning payment service is greatly reduced. In addition, the payment operation process is dependent on the payment completed on the merchant site, and if the merchant informs the user of information such as merchant codes and the like required to be input by the user through a network, the remote scanning payment can be completely realized.
Fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram of a mobile payment terminal according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the mobile payment terminal 100 operates in a main scan mode, which mainly includes a two-dimensional code generation and display module 310, a two-dimensional code recognition module 320, and a payment information input module 330. The two-dimensional code generating and displaying module 310 is configured to generate and display a two-dimensional code 101 at least including merchant account information, where the two-dimensional code generating and displaying module 310 may be implemented by a corresponding software program, and specifically may include a merchant code input sub-module 311, when the two-dimensional code generating and displaying module 310 is triggered to operate, a corresponding input field may be jumped out on the mobile payment terminal 100 to input a merchant code to request to obtain merchant account information, where the merchant code may be specifically, but not limited to, a 6-digit code composed of numbers and/or letters, when each merchant registers in the payment system, the merchant is assigned a corresponding merchant code, and the merchant code corresponds to the merchant account information provided by the merchant registration one to one and is stored in the payment server 300 of the payment system; the merchant code is uploaded to the payment server 300 through the network 200, and the payment server 300 correspondingly returns the corresponding merchant account information, or a two-dimensional code containing the corresponding merchant account information is directly generated in the payment server 300, and the payment server 300 directly returns the two-dimensional code. The two-dimensional code generation and display module 310 generates the two-dimensional code 101 based on at least the merchant account information and displays it on the display screen of the mobile payment terminal 100. It should be noted that, when the merchant applies the payment system, the merchant code may be placed in a conspicuous position, which provides convenience for the user of the mobile payment terminal 100.
As shown in fig. 4, the two-dimensional code recognition module 320 is configured to be able to operate the displayed two-dimensional code to recognize the two-dimensional code 101, that is, the two-dimensional code recognition module 320 enables the mobile payment terminal 100 to recognize the two-dimensional code 101 displayed by itself through human operation, and therefore, the two-dimensional code recognition module 320 is implemented through a software program. The operation may be a long-press operation, and the two-dimensional code 101 displayed by the user can be recognized by the long-press operation. The two-dimensional code recognition module 320 is triggered to work when the corresponding software program is pressed for a long time, so that the two-dimensional code 101 displayed in the recognition screen is scanned, and at least merchant account information is obtained. The operation is not limited to the long-stroke two-dimensional code operation of the above embodiment, and may be, for example, a two-dimensional code click operation.
Similar to the mobile payment terminal in the scanned mode in the embodiment of fig. 2, the above operations do not depend on hardware devices to identify the two-dimensional code 101, which is obviously different from the two-dimensional code scanning and identifying that a camera of the mobile payment terminal must be used in the two-dimensional code main scanning payment mode disclosed in the background art, therefore, no hardware such as a camera needs to be arranged in the mobile payment terminal 100, and the limitation of a code scanning environment is swung, the scanning operation is simple, and any user of the mobile payment terminal 100 can perform mobile payment remotely under the condition that the user knows the merchant code.
As further shown in fig. 4, the payment information input module 330 is triggered to operate when the two-dimensional code 101 is recognized, and the payment information input module 330 is used to input corresponding payment information and confirm payment. Specifically, in the scanned mode, after the two-dimensional code 101 is scanned and recognized, the payment information input module 330 is triggered to operate corresponding to the program module, for example, jump to a payment information input interface, which may be a user interface having an input field for inputting payment information such as payment amount.
In another embodiment, the payment information input module 330 may further input payment information such as a payment password, and the user may set that the payment password is not required to be input until the payment amount is greater than or equal to the predetermined payment amount; the input of the payment password may be realized by a key input, a fingerprint input, or the like. In other embodiments, the payment information input module 330 may also input other payment information, such as a coupon code, and the like.
It should be noted that the user account information may be directly called by a software module in the mobile payment terminal 100, for example, when any one of the two-dimensional code generating and displaying module 310, the two-dimensional code identifying module 320, or the payment information inputting module 330 is operated, the user account information in the mobile payment terminal 100 may be directly called.
After the payment information input in the payment information input module 330 is finished, the payment can be confirmed by clicking a "confirmation" button, so that information including user account information, merchant account information, payment amount, and the like is uploaded from the mobile payment terminal 100 to the payment server 300 or the clearing institution 400. Three elements required by the payment process basically have the function of further processing the transaction to complete the payment process.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a mobile payment method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The mobile payment method of the embodiment is to implement mobile payment in a main scanning mode, and is described in detail with reference to fig. 4 and 5.
First, in step S410, a merchant code is input. In this step, the mobile payment terminal 100 may input the merchant code that it knows to a corresponding input field. This step may be accomplished in merchant code entry sub-module 311 shown in fig. 4.
Further, in step S420, a two-dimensional code is generated and displayed based on the merchant code. In this step, the input merchant code may be uploaded to the payment server 300 of the payment system, and the payment server 300 correspondingly returns the corresponding merchant account information, or a two-dimensional code including the corresponding merchant account information is directly generated in the payment server 300, and the payment server 300 directly returns the two-dimensional code; further, the two-dimensional code 101 containing the merchant account information may be generated based on the merchant account information and displayed on the display screen of the mobile payment terminal 100. This step may be accomplished in the two-dimensional code generation and display module 310 of the mobile payment terminal 100.
Further, in step S430, the two-dimensional code is long-pressed and recognized. In this step, the two-dimensional code 101 displayed on the mobile payment terminal 100 is identified by a long-press operation, specifically, when the two-dimensional code 101 is long-pressed, a two-dimensional code identification program is triggered and the two-dimensional code 101 displayed in the identification screen is scanned, and payment information such as merchant account information contained in the two-dimensional code 101 is identified. The above step S220 is completed in the two-dimensional code recognition module 320 shown in fig. 4.
Further, in step S440, jump to the payment information input interface. In this step, after the two-dimensional code 101 is recognized, the payment information input module 330 shown in fig. 4 is triggered to operate, so that the corresponding program module is triggered to jump to the payment information input interface.
Further, in step S450, payment information such as payment amount and payment password is input. In this step, the user of the mobile payment terminal 100 may input payment information such as a payment amount and a payment password on the interface, and of course, the payment password may be input through a means other than the interface, such as a fingerprint recognition means.
Further, in step S460, payment is confirmed.
The above steps S440 to S460 are completed in the payment information input module 330 shown in fig. 4.
At this point, the payment process in the primary scanning mode is completed. The payment operation can be completely finished in the mobile payment terminal 100, the operation is simple and convenient, no operation is required for a merchant, the mobile payment terminal 100 is not required to scan the two-dimensional code of the merchant through hardware devices such as a camera and the like on the merchant site, the hardware requirement of the mobile payment terminal 100 is greatly reduced, the payment operation process depends on the payment finished on the merchant site, and if the merchant informs the user of information such as a merchant code and the like required to be input by the user through a network, the remote scanning payment can be completely realized.
It should be noted that, when the mobile payment terminal 100 has the main scanning mode function and the scanned mode function, the method processes shown in fig. 3 and fig. 5 above may be implemented on the same mobile payment terminal 100, and the mobile payment terminal 100 may determine whether it is currently in the main scanning mode or the scanned mode according to the operation of the user or the identified two-dimensional code information.
