Abstract

一种圆弧齿式联轴器,由第一半联轴器、圆弧内齿圈、第二半联轴器、钢球、橡胶密封圈、挡盖、油堵、固定螺栓、垫圈所组成;圆弧内齿圈与第一半联轴器和第二半联轴器分别是具有相同圆弧齿数和相同节圆直径的内、外齿轮,其相互啮合的齿形为圆弧线齿,齿数少,齿形几何尺寸大强度高,齿部配合为普通动配合间隙,相互凸凹接触,啮合十分良好,当选择恰当的齿部间隙并充以干油润滑脂时,可以分别制成坚固沉稳的刚性联轴器或者具有一定径向及角度偏移补偿能力的挠性联轴器,而对于具有相当补偿能力的万向联轴器其补偿能力可以与十字轴式万向联轴器比拟,适用于各种不同高低速、轻重载机械设备。

一种圆弧齿式联轴器
技术领域
本发明属于机械工程中轴及其联接技术领域,具体涉及一种圆弧齿式联轴器。
背景技术
目前在机械工程轴及其联接技术领域中实际应用的联轴器种类十分繁多,在普通联轴器中,主要是弹性柱销联轴器、鼓形齿式联轴器、蛇形弹簧联轴器、轮胎联轴器和膜片联轴器。在万向联轴器中主要是扁头滑块和滚动轴承十字轴式联轴器。这些联轴器结构都比较复杂,需要借助必不可少的关键零部件柱销、蛇形弹簧、轮胎和膜片,齿轮齿形需要鼓形修形,十字轴结构更需要相当的专业能力。对此探索在保证联接效果的基础上,对古老的粗放的梅花接轴脱胎换骨、精益求精,就可能创造出一种结构简单、工作可靠、性能优异、制造容易、拆卸方便、成本低廉、效率高、寿命长的新型联轴器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种圆弧齿式联轴器,具有结构简单、工作可靠、性能优异、制造容易、拆卸方便、成本低廉、效率高、寿命长的新型联轴器。
本发明提供一种圆弧齿式联轴器,由第一半联轴器、圆弧内齿圈、第二半联轴器、钢球、橡胶密封圈、挡盖、油堵、固定螺栓、垫圈所组成;所述圆弧内齿圈与所述第一半联轴器和所述第二半联轴器分别是具有相同圆弧齿数和相同节圆直径的内、外齿轮,其相互啮合的齿形为圆弧线齿;
所述圆弧线齿设有圆弧齿形齿顶部和圆弧齿形齿根部,所述圆弧齿形齿顶部是齿顶圆弧半径为正的凸齿形,所述圆弧齿形齿根部是齿根圆弧半径为负的凹齿形,所述圆弧齿形齿顶部与所述圆弧齿形齿根部啮合时,所述齿顶圆弧半径与所述齿根圆弧半径构成一条直线,分列于啮合点的两边;
所述第一半联轴器和所述第二半联轴器的齿宽中部开有环状圆弧槽,在所述环状圆弧槽内装入与所述圆弧齿数相同数量的所述钢球。
优选地,所述第一半联轴器、所述圆弧内齿圈、所述第二半联轴器的所述齿根圆弧半径与所述齿顶圆弧半径的绝对值比值为1至1.01,即其齿部间隙为圆弧半径值的0-1%时,联轴器刚性良好。
优选地,所述第一半联轴器、所述圆弧内齿圈、所述第二半联轴器的所述齿根圆弧半径与所述齿顶圆弧半径的绝对值比值为1.05至1.20,即其齿部间隙为圆弧半径值的5-20%时,联轴器具有一定的径向和角度偏移补偿能力而挠性良好。
优选地,所述第一半联轴器、所述圆弧内齿圈、所述第二半联轴器的所述齿根圆弧半径与所述齿顶圆弧半径的绝对值比值为1.01至1.05,即其齿部间隙约为圆弧半径值的1-5%时,联轴器既具有一定刚性,又具有挠性。
优选地,所述钢球的直径是圆弧内齿轮圈的齿沟直径与第一半联轴器、所述第二半联轴器的环状齿沟直径差的一半,所述圆弧内齿圈与所述第一半联轴器和所述第二半联轴器相啮合传动时,其轴心线始终定位于同一偏斜铅垂平面内,所述钢球保持定位滚动。
优选地,在所述第一半联轴器、所述第二半联轴器相向的轴面端部中心线开有同一直径锥孔装入压缩螺旋弹簧。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的圆弧齿式联轴器取消了那些必需依赖的柱销、膜片、蛇形弹簧、轮胎等关键零部件,充分利用半联轴器和齿圈三个主体零件本身,加工制作出节圆直径相同齿数相同的内外圆弧线齿形并相互啮合,由于齿数少,齿形几何尺寸大,内外齿凸凹接触,极大降低了传递扭矩时的赫兹应力,而当需要补偿角度偏移时再加进定位钢球,将另件间的轴向随机滑动摩擦转变为滚动移动,从而保证了良好的联接和传动。

下面将参照附图更详细地描述本发明。虽然附图中显示了本发明的优选实施例,然而应该理解,可以以各种形式实现本发明而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了使本发明更加透彻和完整,并且能够将本发明的范围完整地传达给本领域的技术人员。
如图1(a)至图3(b)所示,本发明实施例的圆弧齿式联轴器,由第一半联轴器1、圆弧内齿圈2、第二半联轴器3、钢球4、橡胶密封圈5、挡盖6、油堵7、固定螺栓8、垫圈9等所组成。所述圆弧内齿圈(2)与所述第一半联轴器(1)和所述第二半联轴器(3)分别是具有相同圆弧齿数和相同节圆直径的内、外齿轮,但是其相互啮合的不是渐开线齿,而是普通圆弧线齿,齿数少,齿形几何尺寸大,承载能力高。
本发明的圆弧齿式联轴器,其用于传递载荷的圆弧齿形齿顶部是圆弧半径为正的凸齿形,而圆弧齿形齿根部是圆弧半径为负的凹齿形,二者相啮合时,齿顶圆弧半径与齿根圆弧半径正好构成一条直线,分列于啮合点的两边。当圆弧内齿圈2与第一半联轴器1和第二半联轴器3两两相对时,其圆弧齿形的齿根圆弧半径与齿顶圆弧半径绝对值比值为1-1.01,即其齿部间隙约为圆弧半径值的0-1%时,联轴器具有良好的刚性。而当齿根圆弧半径与齿顶圆弧半径绝对值比值为1.05-1.20,即其齿部间隙为圆弧半径值的5-20%,联轴器获得了良好的挠性,具有了较大的径向和角度偏移补偿能力;当齿根圆弧半径与齿顶圆弧半径绝对值比值为1.01-1.05,即其齿部间隙为圆弧半径值的1-5%时,联轴器既具有一定的刚性,又具有相当的挠性,既可以制成普通联轴器,又可以制成万向联轴器,分别适用于各种不同高低速轻重载机械设备。
应当说明,在本发明的挠性圆弧齿式联轴器联接传动中,当主从动轴发生角度偏斜时,圆弧内齿圈2会与第一半联轴器1和第二半联轴器3间发生轴向滑动摩擦,尤其在高速传动中,将可能严重发热而降低效率,为此本发明采取以下措施:第一半联轴器1和第二半联轴器3的齿宽中部加工出环状半圆弧槽,槽中装入与圆弧齿数相同数量的钢球4,钢球4的直径正好是圆弧内齿圈2的齿沟直径与第一半联轴器1和第二半联轴器3的环状齿沟直径差的一半,这样,圆弧内齿圈2与第一半联轴器1和第二半联轴器3在啮合传动时,其轴心线始终将定位于同一偏斜铅垂面内,消灭了三者之间的随机滑动摩擦,只有钢球4的定位滚动。
本发明密封装置的结构既不是径向圆柱面密封,也不是轴向端平面密封,而是万向球环面密封,即第一半联轴器1、第二半联轴器3的密封部位的几何形状为球形,当主从动轴发生角度偏移时密封能始终保持良好。
为防止挠性圆弧齿式联轴器发生轴向串动,本发明实施例在第一半联轴器1、第二半联轴器3相向轴端端面中心开有同一直径锥孔装入压缩螺旋弹簧,使第一半联轴器1、第二半联轴器3始终相互撑开,以防止联轴器发生轴向串动,保持定位良好,由于上述定位和密封润滑措施,本发明万向联轴器在单万向联轴器情况下就可以保证从动轴以等角速传动,使用性能完全不亚于十字轴式万向联轴器。
由于本发明圆弧齿式联轴器内外齿的齿部几何形状为凸凹圆弧,应用数控机床可以用普通刀具直接加工,不受齿数和圆弧凸凹的限制,原料系普通圆钢锻件,无需精密铸造、没有有色合金,根据对联轴器本身技术性能和刚度的要求,三个主体零件就具有设定的径向间隙,这个间隙一方面保证了联轴器径向和角度补偿能力,另一方面间隙中充满干油润滑脂的柔性应变也改善了器件的减震和缓冲能力。
如图4所示,本发明的实施例提供了一种挠性万向圆弧齿式联轴器总体结构。

1.一种圆弧齿式联轴器,由第一半联轴器(1)、圆弧内齿圈(2)、第二半联轴器(3)、钢球(4)、橡胶密封圈(5)、挡盖(6)、油堵(7)、固定螺栓(8)、垫圈(9)所组成;其特征在于:所述圆弧内齿圈(2)与所述第一半联轴器(1)和所述第二半联轴器(3)分别是具有相同圆弧齿数和相同节圆直径的内、外齿轮,其相互啮合的齿形为圆弧线齿;
所述圆弧线齿设有圆弧齿形齿顶部和圆弧齿形齿根部,所述圆弧齿形齿顶部是齿顶圆弧半径为正的凸齿形,所述圆弧齿形齿根部是齿根圆弧半径为负的凹齿形,所述圆弧齿形齿顶部与所述圆弧齿形齿根部啮合时,所述齿顶圆弧半径与所述齿根圆弧半径构成一条直线,分列于啮合点的两边;
所述第一半联轴器(1)和所述第二半联轴器(3)的齿宽中部开有环状圆弧槽,在所述环状圆弧槽内装入与所述圆弧齿数相同数量的所述钢球(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆弧齿式联轴器,其特征在于:所述第一半联轴器(1)、所述圆弧内齿圈(2)、所述第二半联轴器(3)的所述齿根圆弧半径与所述齿顶圆弧半径的绝对值比值为1至1.01,即其齿部间隙为圆弧半径值的0-1%时,联轴器刚性良好。
3.根据权利要求1所述的圆弧齿式联轴器,其特征在于:所述第一半联轴器(1)、所述圆弧内齿圈(2)、所述第二半联轴器(3)的所述齿根圆弧半径与所述齿顶圆弧半径的绝对值比值为1.05至1.20,即其齿部间隙为圆弧半径值的5-20%时,联轴器具有一定的径向和角度偏移补偿能力而挠性良好。
4.根据权利要求1所述的圆弧齿式联轴器,其特征在于:所述第一半联轴器(1)、所述圆弧内齿圈(2)、所述第二半联轴器(3)的所述齿根圆弧半径与所述齿顶圆弧半径的绝对值比值为1.01至1.05,即其齿部间隙为圆弧半径值的1-5%时,联轴器既具有一定刚性,又具有挠性。
5.根据权利要求3所述的圆弧齿式联轴器,其特征在于:所述钢球(4)的直径是圆弧内齿圈(2)的齿沟直径与第一半联轴器(1)、所述第二半联轴器(3)的环状齿沟直径差的一半,所述圆弧内齿圈(2)与所述第一半联轴器(1)和所述第二半联轴器(3)相啮合传动时,其轴心线始终定位于同一偏斜铅垂平面内,所述钢球(4)保持定位滚动。
6.根据权利要求3所述的圆弧齿式联轴器,其特征在于:在所述第一半联轴器(1)、所述第二半联轴器(3)相向的轴面端部中心线开有同一直径锥孔装入压缩螺旋弹簧。
