Technical Field

Background
At present, the connection of transverse and vertical keels in curtain walls in the market mainly comprises two modes of splicing and welding. Wherein, the splicing is divided into two types: one is a sub-unit sequential installation mode, namely, a first vertical keel is installed firstly, and then transverse keels and vertical keels are installed on the side face of the first vertical keel in sequence alternately until the installation of the whole curtain wall is completed; the other is a mode of transverse keel post-mounting, namely, all vertical keels of the curtain wall are mounted according to a set interval size, and then the transverse keels between the adjacent vertical keels are mounted. The former installation method has the disadvantage that once an error occurs after the installation of the curtain wall or other factors require replacement of the keels, all keels after the replacement position need to be detached, otherwise the keels cannot be taken out, and accumulated errors are easy to occur when the sub units are installed in sequence, so that larger deviation is easy to occur in the separation dimension between the last installed vertical keels, for example, 50 separation is easy to occur from left to right installed curtain walls, if the length of each transverse keel is reduced by 3mm, each separation dimension (the distance between adjacent vertical keels) is also reduced by 3mm, and the final error accumulation can reach 150mm. The later installation mode is to install the transverse keels among the vertical keels after all the vertical keels are installed, and only the keels which need to be replaced are needed to be correspondingly disassembled and assembled when any keels are replaced, and the installation mode can not have accumulated errors.
However, the existing curtain wall technology of the transverse keel post-mounting is not mature enough, and has the following defects:
1. the connecting pieces and the screws between the keels are difficult to conceal, and most of the connecting pieces and the screws are exposed outside, so that the installation of the curtain wall plate is affected, and the appearance of the curtain wall after the curtain wall is installed is not concise and exquisite enough;
2. the required connecting piece of connection and screw quantity are many between the fossil fragments, lead to the dismouting degree of difficulty big, inefficiency to still need set up a large amount of fastening mounting holes on the fossil fragments, can cause the influence to the intensity of fossil fragments, also can reduce the rust-resistant performance of fossil fragments.
3. The force transmission is carried out through the direct fastening of screw between fossil fragments and the connecting piece, has that joint strength is difficult to guarantee, easy not hard up inefficacy and security low scheduling problem, and the screw is connected on the lateral wall of fossil fragments, and stress balance nature and stability are poor, and the lateral wall of tubular fossil fragments also warp and damage easily, and this is just high to the wall thickness requirement of fossil fragments, has increased fossil fragments weight and overall cost.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects existing in the prior art and providing the curtain wall connecting structure which has high connection stability and reliability and is beneficial to improving the curtain wall installation efficiency.

According to the connecting structure of the curtain wall, preferably, the positioning assembly is the compression screw, and the compression screw is mounted on the connecting piece in a threaded fit manner and can be adjusted to compress or separate from the keel.
In the above curtain wall connection structure, preferably, the compression screw is mounted on the inner joint, and the compression screw is accommodated in the inner expansion groove.
In the above curtain wall connecting structure, preferably, the external mounting portion includes a connecting portion for connecting another keel and/or a holding portion for holding a curtain wall board.
In the above curtain wall connection structure, preferably, the connection member is only provided with one external installation portion extending to one side of the keel or two external installation portions extending to two sides of the keel.
In the above curtain wall connecting structure, preferably, the fastening assembly includes one or more fastening screws directly connecting the fastening connector and the keel.
In the above curtain wall connection structure, preferably, the inner joint portion and the keel are fixedly connected by at least one fastening screw, and the fastening screw fixedly connecting the inner joint portion and the keel is accommodated in the inner expansion groove.
The connecting structure of the curtain wall is characterized in that the connecting piece is further provided with a fitting part fitting with the surface of the keel, and the fitting part is fixedly connected with the keel through at least one fastening screw.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the connecting structure of the curtain wall can be used for connection between keels and supporting and mounting of curtain wall boards, and the inscription part of the connecting piece is only in sliding fit with the inner expansion groove, so that all degrees of freedom except sliding along the inner expansion groove of the connecting piece are limited, and the strength, stability and reliability of connection between the connecting piece and the keels can be improved. Simultaneously, the locating component enables the connecting piece to stay in the inner expanding groove for locating, and before the keel and the connecting piece are connected and fixed through the fastening component, the position of the connecting piece on the keel can be conveniently adjusted. The connecting structure of the curtain wall is particularly suitable for a transverse keel rear mounting mode of the curtain wall, connecting pieces on a plurality of keels can be adjusted to be positioned on the same line, and then the connecting pieces are fixed by the fastening assembly, so that the connecting pieces do not need to be manually positioned in the adjusting process, and the mounting efficiency can be greatly improved.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and the specific examples.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the connection structure of the curtain wall of this embodiment includes a keel 1 and a connector 2 mounted on the keel 1 by a fastening member, the keel 1 is provided with an inner expansion groove 11 extending and arranged along the length direction thereof, the connector 2 is provided with an external mounting portion 22 and an internal connection portion 21 located in the inner expansion groove 11, the internal connection portion 21 can move along the inner expansion groove 11 to adjust the position of the connector 2 on the keel 1, and a positioning member for making the connector 2 stay and position in the inner expansion groove 11 is arranged between the keel 1 and the connector 2. The inner connecting portion 21 is a sliding connection structure which is only slidably matched with the inner expanding groove 11, so that all degrees of freedom of the connecting piece 2 except sliding along the inner expanding groove 11 are limited, that is, the inner connecting portion 21 can only slide along the inner expanding groove 11 but cannot rotate relative to the inner expanding groove 11, and therefore the strength, stability and reliability of connection of the connecting piece 2 and the keel 1 can be improved.
In this embodiment, the positioning component is a damping fin 3 connected to the connecting piece 2 and in friction fit with the keel 1, the damping fin 3 can be a nylon piece, and the connecting piece 2 can stay at any position in the inner expanding groove 11 by means of friction action between the damping fin 3 and the keel 1, and the adjustment is simple and convenient. Further, the damping fin 3 is connected to the inner joint 21, and the damping fin 3 is positioned in friction fit with the inner wall of the inner expansion groove 11, so that the damping fin 3 is hidden inside the inner expansion groove 11, the structural compactness and the aesthetic property are guaranteed, the damping fin 3 is not easy to fall off, and the anti-slip effect is good. The damper 3 is fixed to the inner joint part 21 by an adhesive method, and in other embodiments, the damper 3 may be fixed to the inner joint part 21 by a fastener such as a screw.
In this embodiment, the external connection mounting portion 22 includes a connection portion 221 for connecting another keel 1 and a holding portion 222 for holding a curtain wall plate, and other keels 1 and curtain wall plates can be mounted at the same time. The connecting piece 2 is provided with two external mounting parts 22 which extend to two sides of the keel 1 respectively, and other keels 1 and curtain wall boards can be mounted on two sides of the keel 1. The connecting piece 2 of the embodiment is made by bending a plate, and is simple to manufacture and low in cost.
In this embodiment, the fastening component is a fastening screw 5, and the fastening screw 5 directly connects the fastening connector 2 and the keel 1. Wherein the inner joint part 21 is fixedly connected with the keel 1 by two fastening screws 5. Further, a laminating portion 23 which is in positive lamination with the keel 1 is arranged between the inner joint portion 21 of the connecting piece 2 and each outer joint mounting portion 22, each laminating portion 23 is fixedly connected with the keel 1 through a fastening screw 5, the strength, stability and reliability of connection can be further improved, and meanwhile, the stressing of the keel 1 is good and is not easy to damage.
In this embodiment, the fastening screw 5 that connects fastening inscription 21 and fossil fragments 1 is held in interior expanding groove 11, and fastening screw 5 does not expose, can not influence the installation of curtain wallboard, and the curtain wallboard can be fine laminate with fossil fragments 1 surface, makes the laminating degree and the installation stability of curtain wallboard improve greatly to can guarantee the succinct elegance of outward appearance after the curtain installation.
The inner expansion groove 11 of this embodiment is composed of a bottom groove body and a top groove body, the maximum width of the cross section of the bottom groove body is larger than that of the top groove body, and the cross section of the bottom groove body is rectangular.
Example 2:
the connection structure of the curtain wall of this embodiment is basically the same as that of embodiment 1, and the main difference is that, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the overall inner expansion groove 11 of the keel 1 is a dovetail groove in this embodiment. The locating component is the hold-down screw 4, and hold-down screw 4 screw-thread fit installs on connecting piece 2, and adjusting hold-down screw 4 can compress tightly fossil fragments 1 or break away from fossil fragments 1, and when hold-down screw 4 breaks away from fossil fragments 1, connecting piece 2 can follow interior expansion groove 11 and remove the position of adjustment in expansion groove 11, can fix a position connecting piece 2 in expansion groove 11 when hold-down screw 4 compresses tightly fossil fragments 1, and its location is reliable and stable.
In this embodiment, compression screw 4 installs on inscription 21, and in expansion recess 11, the installation of curtain wallboard can not be influenced to compression screw 4 holding, and curtain wallboard can be fine laminate with fossil fragments 1 surface, makes the laminating degree and the installation stability of curtain wallboard improve greatly to can guarantee the succinct elegance of outward appearance after the curtain installation.
Example 3:
the curtain wall of this embodiment has a connection structure substantially the same as that of embodiment 1, and is mainly different in that, as shown in fig. 9, the connection member 2 is provided with only one external connection mounting portion 22.
