Abstract

本发明提供了一种表面亲水性猪毛纤维,是将洗净的猪毛纤维浸润于溶解有还原剂和保护剂的水溶液中,在震摇下将溶液升温至50~85℃,在此温度下继续震摇1~5小时;冷却至室温,取出猪毛纤维,用蒸馏水冲洗,干燥,而得。该猪毛纤维在保持了原有亲油性的基础上具有了良好的亲水性,而亲水性能的有效提高使猪毛纤维的亲油性能被掩盖,从而具有水下疏油的特殊浸润性能。此类特殊浸润性材料可应用于微液滴传递技术、油水分离等应用领域。

Description

一种表面亲水性猪毛纤维及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有特殊浸润性的天然高分子材料,尤其涉及一种表面亲水性猪毛纤维的制备方法,属于功能材料技术领域及天然高分子材料领域。
背景技术
自然界中存在许多具有特殊浸润性的生物表面,例如荷叶、蝴蝶翅膀、玫瑰花瓣、壁虎脚等,为人们设计制备新型特殊浸润材料提供了灵感。随着研究的不断深入,超疏水表面已广泛应用于生活生产等领域。然而,由于原油泄漏事故的频发和含油工业废水的排放,水体修复及水下防油污等领域的需求日益突出,开发与制备水下超疏油表面材料已成为一个亟需解决的问题。专利CN201510493493.1中制备了具有温度响应性的超亲水超疏油-油水分离膜,以织物丝网作为基材,采用浸涂或喷涂法在其上面,包裹掺杂氟烷基硅氧烷进行疏油改性的微米厚度的无机纳米粒子,同时固化构筑微纳粗糙结构。从而解决了制备工艺复杂,产率低,价格昂贵等问题。近年来,虽然有许多水下超疏油表面的报道,也开发了许多新型功能性水下超疏油表面,但是在油水分离的实际应用方面仍然存在一定距离,以及需要环境友好的分离技术。
猪毛纤维富含天然角蛋白,来源丰富,价格低廉,具有良好的特殊性能,但经常被作为废弃物丢弃,这样不仅浪费了资源,而且废弃后对环境会造成了严重的污染。因此,迫切需要解决猪毛的再利用问题。专利CN201610654566.5中以猪毛为原料,用低聚肽生产饲料,经角蛋白酶酶解后,猪毛低聚肽变成可溶于水,可以直接被动物肠道吸收,大大提高了其吸收利用率,促进动物的生长。专利CN201510400566.8中利用废弃牛毛、猪毛为原料,通过原料的清洗、粉碎、酸水解、酶水解、脱色、浓缩、干燥、打粉等工艺后,获得了各指标良好的蛋白胨产品,该蛋白胨能够替代常用蛋白胨应用于酪酸菌的发酵生产中。专利CN201510137746.1中以猪毛、羊毛和蚕丝等废毛为原料,溶解于离子液体中,溶解后经静电纺丝得到了含离子液体的再生蛋白纤维。专利CN201310072694.5中以缫丝下脚料和动物粗毛如山羊毛、猪毛、骆驼毛、羊毛下脚料等为原料,经超细粉碎后,通过离子液体溶解,得到高分子量的再生蛋白溶液,并与壳聚糖溶液共混得到纺丝液,利用干湿法纺丝工艺成型,从而制得再生蛋白壳聚糖共混纤维,其具有较高的蛋白质含量,并具有抗菌、保湿、促进凝血和伤口愈合的功能,纤维中所有成分均为生物质,具有良好的生物降解性和生物相容性,不仅可运用于纺织纤维也可用作生物医用材料。但是,由于猪毛纤维具有疏水亲油的特性,使其应用受到限制。目前,将猪毛经过改性制成具有特殊浸润性材料的研究未见报道。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种表面亲水性猪毛纤维的制备方法。
一、表面亲水性猪毛纤维的制备
本发明表面亲水性猪毛纤维的制备方法,是将洗净的猪毛纤维浸润于溶解有还原剂和保护剂的水溶液中,在震摇下将溶液升温至50~85℃,在此温度下继续震摇1~5小时;冷却至室温,取出猪毛纤维,用蒸馏水冲洗,干燥,得到表面亲水性猪毛纤维。
所述猪毛纤维是指来源于养殖场或农贸市场中废弃的各类猪毛,将收集的废弃猪毛经过清洗、晾干后,剪切为形貌相对规整的猪毛纤维。
所述还原剂为亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、硫化钠中的任意一种或两种,还原剂的加入量为猪毛纤维质量的0.1~0.25倍。
所述保护剂为月桂醇硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、脂肪醇硫酸酯单乙醇胺盐中的任意一种或两种;保护剂的加入量为猪毛纤维质量的0.1~0.15倍。
所述干燥过程是在50℃~80℃下真空干燥6~12 小时。
图1为表面亲水性猪毛纤维的扫描电镜图。其中(a)为未改性的猪毛纤维表面;(b)为改性后的猪毛纤维表面。可以明显看出,改性后的猪毛纤维表面(图4b)比较粗糙、裂纹明显,而未改性的猪毛纤维表面(图4a)虽有鱼鳞形面貌,但是相对致密。观察废弃猪毛在表面改性前后的外观形貌,发现其保持了原来的外观,说明表面改性不破坏整体形貌。
二、表面亲水性猪毛纤维的性能测试
1、表面亲水性猪毛纤维在空气中与水的接触角测试
图2为表面亲水性猪毛纤维在空气中与水的接触角。由图2可以看出,水滴在改性后的猪毛纤维上为铺展状态,表现为亲水性。这与未改性猪毛纤维疏水性完全不同。并且改性前后猪毛纤维的亲油性能没有发生任何变化,在空气中,油滴能在猪毛纤维材料上铺展开。
2、表面亲水性猪毛纤维在水下与油的接触角测试
亲水性猪毛纤维在水下对柴油和氯仿的接触角测试结果见图3。制备的改性猪毛纤维在水下对柴油的接触角为134.5°± 5°(图3左),对氯仿油的接触角为122.5°± 5°(图3右)。表明亲水性猪毛纤维具有水下疏油的特点。
3、油-水混合液中的特殊浸润性能测试
测试了表面亲水性猪毛纤维在油-水混合液中特殊浸润性能,并与未改性的猪毛纤维进行对比。图4a、4b为未改性猪毛纤维浸入油-水混合液前后的照片;图4c、4d为表面亲水性猪毛纤维浸入油-水混合液前后的照片,其中,油相用深色染料标记。可以看出未改性猪毛纤维浸入油-水混合液后,被深色标记染色,颜色较深。而表面亲水性猪毛纤维浸入油-水混合液后没有被染色,说明表面亲水性猪毛纤维具有水下疏油的特殊浸润性能。
综上所述,本发明以废弃猪毛作为天然高分子材料,通过表面改性,在保持了原有亲油性能的基础上使其具有了良好的亲水性,而亲水性能的有效提高使猪毛纤维的亲油性能被掩盖,从而具有水下疏油的特殊浸润性能。此类特殊浸润性材料可应用于微液滴传递技术、油水分离等应用领域。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明一种表面亲水性猪毛纤维的制备及其特殊浸润性能做进一步的说明。
实施例1
将1 g洗净的废弃猪毛纤维,浸润于50 mL的水溶液中(含0.1 g亚硫酸钠和0.1 g月桂醇硫酸钠);在震摇下将溶液缓慢升温至50℃,在此温度下继续震摇3小时。冷却至室温后,取出猪毛纤维,用蒸馏水冲洗5~10次,70℃下真空干燥10小时,得到表面亲水性猪毛纤维。
制得的猪毛纤维在水下对柴油的接触角为139.5°,对氯仿油的接触角为122.5°。而且,该表面亲水性猪毛纤维具有水下疏油的特殊浸润性能。
实施例2
将10 g洗净的废弃猪毛纤维,浸润于500 mL水溶液中(含2.5 g亚硫酸氢钠和1.5g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐),在震摇下将溶液缓慢升温至70℃,在此温度下继续震摇2小时。冷却至室温后,取出表面改性的猪毛纤维,用蒸馏水冲洗5~10次,60℃下真空干燥12小时,得到表面亲水性猪毛纤维。
制得的猪毛纤维在水下对柴油的接触角为134.5°,对氯仿油的接触角为127.0°。而且,该表面亲水性猪毛纤维具有水下疏油的特殊浸润性能。
实施例3
将5 g洗净的废弃猪毛纤维,浸润于300 mL(含1 g硫化钠和0.5 g脂肪醇硫酸酯单乙醇胺盐)水溶液中,在震摇下,缓慢将溶液升温至65℃,在此温度下继续震摇3小时;冷却至室温后,取出表面改性的猪毛纤维,用蒸馏水冲洗5~10次,65℃下真空干燥10小时,得到表面亲水性猪毛纤维。
制得的猪毛纤维在水下对柴油的接触角为130.5°,对氯仿油的接触角为120.0°。而且,该表面亲水性猪毛纤维具有水下疏油的特殊浸润性能。
实施例4
将3 g洗净的废弃猪毛纤维,浸润于100 mL(含0.5 g亚硫酸钠-亚硫酸氢钠复配物和0.2g 月桂醇硫酸钠)水溶液中,在震摇下,缓慢将溶液升温至85℃,在此温度下继续震摇1小时;冷却至室温后,取出表面改性的猪毛纤维,用蒸馏水冲洗5~10次,65℃下真空干燥12小时,得到表面亲水性猪毛纤维。
制得的猪毛纤维在水下对柴油的接触角为131.0°,对氯仿油的接触角为125.0°。而且,该表面亲水性猪毛纤维具有水下疏油的特殊浸润性能。
实施例5
将8 g洗净的废弃猪毛纤维,浸润于400 mL(含2 g亚硫酸氢钠-硫化钠复配物和1g脂肪醇硫酸酯单乙醇胺盐)水溶液中,在震摇下缓慢将溶液升温至80℃,继续在摇床中震摇3.5小时;冷却至室温后,取出表面改性的猪毛纤维,用蒸馏水冲洗5~10次,65℃下真空干燥12小时,得到表面亲水性猪毛纤维。
制得的猪毛纤维在水下对柴油的接触角为129.5°,对氯仿油的接触角为117.0°。而且,该表面亲水性猪毛纤维具有水下疏油的特殊浸润性能。

Claims (2)

1.一种表面亲水性猪毛纤维的制备方法,是将洗净的猪毛纤维浸润于溶解有还原剂和保护剂的水溶液中,在震摇下将溶液升温至50~85℃,在此温度下继续震摇1~5小时;冷却至室温,取出猪毛纤维,用蒸馏水冲洗,干燥,得到表面亲水性猪毛纤维;
所述还原剂为亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、硫化钠中的任意一种或两种,还原剂的加入量为猪毛纤维质量的0.1~0.25倍;
所述保护剂为月桂醇硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、脂肪醇硫酸酯单乙醇胺盐中的任意一种或两种,保护剂的加入量为猪毛纤维质量的0.1~0.15倍。
2.如权利要求1所述表面亲水性猪毛纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:所述干燥过程是在50℃~80℃时,真空干燥6~12小时。
