Abstract
本发明公开了一种增强铝箔胶带,包括:铝箔层,其两侧面上均匀设置有凸点;增强层,其通过热合设备热合在铝箔层的一侧面上,增强层包括塑料薄膜和设置在塑料薄膜中的纵横交叉的纤维;粘胶层,其均匀涂抹在铝箔层远离增强层的一侧面上,粘胶层其组分按质量份数配比为:氯丁橡胶100、聚异丁烯20、聚丁二烯10、苯骈呋喃树脂5、防老化剂2、氧化锌2、3‑二乙基流脲0.5、2‑氢硫基咪唑0.5和碳纤维100;粘胶层具有较好的绝缘效果,能够很好的满足绝缘要求,而且增强层中设置有纤维,增强了产品的抗拉性能,而且主要采用塑料薄膜材料制成,不但满足了使用时强度的要求,而且具有一定的绝缘性能,从而能够更好的在电缆上使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及铝箔胶带技术领域,特别涉及一种增强铝箔胶带。
背景技术
铝箔胶带由于具有较好的性能,因此得到了广泛的应用,但是目前现有的铝箔胶带由于绝缘效果和强度不能满足电缆接头处连接的需求,使得铝箔胶带不能用于电缆接头,因此需要研制一种能够满足绝缘性能和抗拉强度高的铝箔胶带。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种绝缘效果好和抗拉强度高的增强铝箔胶带。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种增强铝箔胶带,包括:铝箔层,其两侧面上均匀设置有凸点;增强层,其通过热合设备热合在所述铝箔层的一侧面上,所述增强层包括塑料薄膜和设置在塑料薄膜中的纵横交叉的纤维;粘胶层,其均匀涂抹在所述铝箔层远离所述增强层的一侧面上,所述粘胶层其组分按质量份数配比为:氯丁橡胶100、聚异丁烯20、聚丁二烯10、苯骈呋喃树脂5、防老化剂2、氧化锌2、3-二乙基流脲0.5、2-氢硫基咪唑0.5和碳纤维100。
进一步的,所述铝箔层的厚度为0.2mm,其两侧面均匀设置的凸点高度为0.01mm-0.02mm。
进一步的,所述塑料薄膜为将PVDF和POM按1:1均匀混合,在温度210摄氏度的条件下制成。
更进一步的,所述增强层由两层塑料薄膜之间设置纵横交叉的玻璃纤维制成。
进一步的,所述铝箔层和所述增强层在温度为100摄氏度的烘道中经压力辊压合一体。
采用上述技术方案本发明得到的有益效果为:粘胶层具有较好的绝缘效果,能够很好的满足绝缘要求,而且增强层中设置有纤维,增强了产品的抗拉性能,而且主要采用塑料薄膜材料制成,不但满足了使用时强度的要求,而且具有一定的绝缘性能,从而能够更好的在电缆上使用。

结合附图对本发明进一步描述,使所属技术领域的技术人员更好的实施本发明,本发明实施例一种增强铝箔胶带包括:铝箔层2,其两侧面上均匀设置有凸点;增强层,其通过热合设备热合在铝箔层2的一侧面上,增强层包括塑料薄膜4和设置在塑料薄膜4中的纵横交叉的纤维3;粘胶层1,其均匀涂抹在铝箔层2远离增强层的一侧面上,粘胶层1其组分按质量份数配比为:氯丁橡胶100、聚异丁烯20、聚丁二烯10、苯骈呋喃树脂5、防老化剂2、氧化锌2、3-二乙基流脲0.5、2-氢硫基咪唑0.5和碳纤维100。
本发明实施例铝箔层2的厚度为0.2mm,其两侧面均匀设置的凸点高度为0.01mm-0.02mm;塑料薄膜4为将PVDF和POM按1:1均匀混合,在温度210摄氏度的条件下制成;增强层由两层塑料薄膜4之间设置纵横交叉的玻璃纤维制成;铝箔层2和增强层在温度为100摄氏度的烘道中经压力辊压合一体。
本发明实施例粘胶层1具有较好的绝缘效果,能够很好的满足绝缘要求,而且增强层中设置有纤维3,增强了产品的抗拉性能,而且主要采用塑料薄膜4材料制成,不但满足了使用时强度的要求,而且具有一定的绝缘性能,从而能够更好的在电缆上使用。

Claims (5)
1.一种增强铝箔胶带,其特征在于,包括:
铝箔层,其两侧面上均匀设置有凸点;
增强层,其通过热合设备热合在所述铝箔层的一侧面上,所述增强层包括塑料薄膜和设置在塑料薄膜中的纵横交叉的纤维;
粘胶层,其均匀涂抹在所述铝箔层远离所述增强层的一侧面上,所述粘胶层其组分按质量份数配比为:氯丁橡胶100、聚异丁烯20、聚丁二烯10、苯骈呋喃树脂5、防老化剂2、氧化锌2、3-二乙基流脲0.5、2-氢硫基咪唑0.5和碳纤维100。
2.根据权利要求1所述增强铝箔胶带,其特征在于,所述铝箔层的厚度为0.2mm,其两侧面均匀设置的凸点高度为0.01mm-0.02mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述增强铝箔胶带,其特征在于,所述塑料薄膜为将PVDF和POM按1:1均匀混合,在温度210摄氏度的条件下制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述增强铝箔胶带,其特征在于,所述增强层由两层塑料薄膜之间设置纵横交叉的玻璃纤维制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述增强铝箔胶带,其特征在于,所述铝箔层和所述增强层在温度为100摄氏度的烘道中经压力辊压合一体。
