本发明涉及塑胶板材技术领域,具体涉及一种光线穿透扩散柔和的塑胶透明板。
背景技术
目前照明灯具所使用的PS或PMMA透明面盖,灯光在穿透PS或PMMA透明面盖时容易在面盖中心产生较亮光斑,而面盖边缘相对较暗,光线扩散分布不均匀;而且光线穿射出PS或PMMA透明面盖时比较刺目,不够柔和。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种光线穿透扩散柔和的塑胶透明板。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
光线穿透扩散柔和的塑胶透明板,按组分包括PS或PMMA原料、贝壳粉和稳定剂,其中贝壳粉的份量按重量比占总份量的2%。
进一步的,按重量份比由以下组分组成:
PS或PMMA原料 96-97份;
贝壳粉 2份;
稳定剂 1-2份。
进一步的,所述贝壳粉的目数小于0.05mm。
进一步的,所述PS或PMMA原料、贝壳粉和稳定剂经混料并挤压成型后需要在常温条件下冷却1-2min。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
