Background
The traditional forming mill dresser can only finish planes, inclined planes and circular arcs, when the traditional forming mill dresser needs to repair an ellipse, a plurality of tangent approximate circular arcs can only be repaired by the circular arc dresser, the operation needs repeated tool setting, time and labor are wasted, the requirement on the skill of personnel is overhigh, the accuracy of the repaired size is low, the qualified rate of the ground workpiece is low, and the quality of the workpiece is not high. Some manufacturers adopt a numerical control grinding machine to finish the oval grinding wheel, but the numerical control grinding machine is expensive and low in finishing rate, so that the production cost is greatly increased; the existing molding and grinding industry does not have a tool special for finishing a standard elliptical grinding wheel, so that great difficulty is brought to finishing of the elliptical grinding wheel, and production efficiency is greatly influenced.

The horizontal linear guide rails are fixedly connected with the main frame, sliding bottom plates are arranged on the horizontal linear guide rails in a sliding mode, and the sliding bottom plates are connected with the base; two parallel horizontal linear guide rails are vertically arranged on the plane of the right end of the main frame, and the vertical linear guide rails are connected with the upper sliding block and the lower sliding block through the second sliding block.

A dressing method of a universal oval grinding wheel dresser is characterized in that: 1. trimming a circular grinding wheel: the second rotating shaft is adjusted through the upper sliding block and the lower sliding block, the T-shaped block of the second rotating shaft is contacted with the zero alignment block, so that the center line of the second rotating shaft is coincided with the center line of the first rotating shaft, and at the moment, the circular grinding wheels with different diameters can be trimmed by adjusting the upper position and the lower position of the trimming pen; 2. trimming the oval grinding wheel: the second rotating shaft is adjusted through the upper sliding block and the lower sliding block, so that the center line of the second rotating shaft and the center line of the first rotating shaft are not positioned on the same straight line, a certain gap is formed between the T-shaped block and the zero alignment block of the second rotating shaft, and the gap between the second rotating shaft and the zero alignment block is 1/2 of the distance between the centers of major axes of the ellipses to be trimmed; and adjusting the upper and lower positions of the trimming pen through the second fixing knob, wherein the eccentric amount between the center of the trimming pen and the first rotating shaft is the short shaft of the ellipse to be trimmed.
The invention utilizes the principle that two circle centers draw ellipses and adjusts the relative positions of a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft to trim the major axis of the ellipse to be trimmed; the adjustment of the short axis of the ellipse to be trimmed is realized by adjusting the relative position of the correction pen and the first rotating shaft, the method is ingenious, the trimming precision is high, and the gap of trimming the elliptical grinding wheel in the market is filled; in addition, when the center lines of the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are coincident, the circular grinding wheel can be trimmed, the applicability of the device is improved, and the investment cost is reduced. The invention is convenient to adjust and operate, can adjust the size of the ellipse at will, ensures that the elliptical grinding wheel with any size is repaired, has high dimensional precision of the whole grinding and low cost investment, is combined with the forming grinder, expands the application range of the forming grinder and has higher market value.

Example 1: as shown in fig. 1-7, a universal oval grinding wheel dresser comprises a main frame 1, wherein a base 3 is connected to the main frame 1 through a sliding rail in a sliding manner, the base 3 can slide back and forth on the main frame 1, a first rotating shaft 4 is sleeved in the base 3 and matched with the base 3, a swing arm 5 is connected to the left end of the first rotating shaft 4, the first rotating shaft 4 drives the swing arm 5 to rotate, a dressing pen 11 is movably connected to the end of the swing arm 5, and the swing arm 5 drives the dressing pen 11 to rotate; slider 6 about the right-hand member of body frame 1 slides and is equipped with, slider 6 reciprocates on body frame 1 from top to bottom, and slider 6 passes the fixed slot on the body frame 1 from top to bottom, is equipped with second pivot 10 in the slider 6 from top to bottom, and slider 6 about the second pivot passes, and the right-hand member fixedly connected with hand wheel 13 of second pivot 10, and the left end sliding connection of second pivot 10 has regulating block 8, and the lower part of regulating block 8 is equipped with zero piece 14, and regulating block 8 is connected with first pivot 4. The hand wheel is rotated to drive the second rotating shaft to rotate, so that the first rotating shaft is driven to rotate, the swing arm is driven to rotate by the first rotating shaft, and then the dressing pen is driven to swing, so that the grinding wheel is dressed.
The main frame 1 is suspension type, two parallel horizontal linear guide rails 12 are symmetrically arranged on the left end plane of the main frame 1, the horizontal linear guide rails 12 are fixedly connected with the main frame 1, a sliding bottom plate 2 is arranged on the horizontal linear guide rails 12 in a sliding manner, the sliding bottom plate 2 can linearly slide back and forth along the horizontal linear guide rails 12, the sliding bottom plate 2 is connected with the base 3, and then the base 3 can slide back and forth; two vertical linear guide rails 7 which are parallel to each other are vertically arranged on the plane of the right end of the main frame 1, the vertical linear guide rails 7 are connected with the upper sliding block 6 and the lower sliding block 6 through the second sliding blocks 19, and the upper sliding block 6 and the lower sliding block 6 perform vertical linear motion along the vertical linear guide rails 7 through the second sliding blocks 19. The bottom of the sliding bottom plate 2 is provided with a first sliding block 18, the first sliding block 18 is matched with the horizontal linear guide rail 12, and the sliding bottom plate can move back and forth along the horizontal linear guide rail through the first sliding block; the upper surface of sliding bottom plate 2 and the lower surface of base 3 all are equipped with the keyway, and the keyway of sliding bottom plate 2 cooperatees with the keyway of base 3, is equipped with parallel key 17 in the keyway for the firm in connection and inseparable of sliding bottom plate 2 and base 3.

The zero aligning block 14 is T-shaped, one end of the zero aligning block 14 is fixedly connected with the adjusting block 8, the other end of the zero aligning block is located between the adjusting block 8 and the upper and lower sliding blocks 6, and the relative distance between the upper end face of the zero aligning block and the lower end face of the T-shaped block 101 is adjustable.
Be equipped with a groove on the left end plane of swing arm 5, be equipped with the repairment pen 11 in the groove, be equipped with the fixed knob of second 20 on the left end face of swing arm 5, the fixed knob of second 20 contacts with the repairment pen 11, and after confirming the position of repairment pen, fix the repairment pen through rotating the fixed knob of second 20. The universal oval grinding wheel dresser dresses the round grinding wheel: mounting the device on a grinding machine to ensure that the device is well connected; then loosening a bolt between the locking plate and the T-shaped block, adjusting a gap between the T-shaped block and the zero alignment block on the second rotating shaft through the upper sliding block and the lower sliding block to enable the T-shaped block to be in contact with the zero alignment block, then screwing the bolt between the locking plate and the T-shaped block to enable the second rotating shaft to be fixedly connected with the adjusting block, enabling the central line of the second rotating shaft to coincide with the central line of the first rotating shaft at the moment, and then adjusting the trimming pen through a second fixing knob according to the diameter of the grinding wheel to be trimmed to enable the trimming pen to be in a proper position; then the hand wheel is rotated to drive the second rotating shaft to rotate, the second rotating shaft drives the first rotating shaft to rotate, the swing arm is driven to rotate through the first rotating shaft, the dressing pen is driven to rotate, and the round grinding wheel with the corresponding diameter can be dressed.
Example 2: as shown in fig. 8, the universal oval grinding wheel dresser dresses the oval grinding wheel: the device is arranged on a grinding machine to be well connected; then loosening bolts between the locking plate and the T-shaped block, adjusting a gap between the T-shaped block and the zero alignment block on the second rotating shaft through the upper sliding block and the lower sliding block according to the long axis of the oval grinding wheel to be trimmed, so that the central line of the second rotating shaft and the central line of the first rotating shaft are not positioned on the same straight line, and the gap between the second rotating shaft and the zero alignment block is 1/2 of the center distance of the long axis of the oval to be trimmed; adjusting the upper and lower positions of the trimming pen through a second fixed knob, wherein the eccentric amount between the center of the trimming pen and the first rotating shaft is the minor axis of the ellipse to be trimmed; at the moment, the second rotating shaft, the upper and lower sliding blocks, the adjusting block, the first rotating shaft and the base form a crankshaft; then, a hand wheel is rotated to drive a second rotating shaft to rotate, the second rotating shaft drives a first rotating shaft to rotate through a regulating block, the first rotating shaft drives a swing arm to rotate, and therefore the movement of the trimming pen is achieved, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are in an eccentric state, the upper sliding block and the lower sliding block are driven to move up and down along a vertical linear guide rail, and meanwhile, the base is driven to linearly move back and forth along a horizontal linear guide rail; thereby realizing the trimming of the corresponding elliptic grinding wheel.
