本发明涉及到机械设备附件领域,具体涉及到铣床用辅助支架。包括底座,底座上设置有伸缩缸,伸缩缸的伸缩杆上设置有中空的双头螺杆,双头螺杆的两侧外缘均设置有凸块,凸块外侧的双头螺杆上均设置有根据双头螺杆的轴向中线对称的槽孔,双头螺杆内设置有挡片,挡片外缘设置有滑块,挡片与双头螺杆两端的侧壁之间设置有弹簧,双头螺杆两端均设置有夹块,双头螺杆穿过夹块上的孔的孔壁上设置有与凸块配合的凹槽,滑块右侧孔的孔壁上设置有挡环,双头螺杆上的螺纹部分上设置有螺母。本发明设计结构简单,操作方便,对矩形条状工件和轴都能够很好的支撑,夹块具有平面和弧面,能够对矩形和圆形的工件进行更好的装夹固定。

本发明涉及到机械设备附件领域,具体涉及到铣床用辅助支架。
背景技术
轴或矩形条形工件在加工过程中,细长轴或矩形条形工件的一端需要通过铣床加工键槽,而由于轴或矩形条形工件的长度较长,轴或矩形条形工件的长度远超过铣床的工作平台尺寸,从而在对轴或矩形条形工件的一端加工时,轴的另一端将处于悬空状态,导致铣床不方便加工轴或矩形条形工件同时,加工难度较大。
现有的支撑架在轴和矩形条形工件之间替换加工时支撑架不能很好的起到支撑和固定的作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于能够提高加工质量,对轴和矩形形状的工件进行较好的支撑和固定作用的铣床用辅助支架。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
铣床用辅助支架,包括底座,底座上端面中心设置有伸缩缸,伸缩缸的的伸缩杆上设置有与其垂直的中空的双头螺杆,双头螺杆的两侧外缘均设置有根据双头螺杆的轴向中线对称的凸块,凸块外侧的双头螺杆上均设置有根据双头螺杆的轴向中线对称的槽孔,双头螺杆内设置有挡片,挡片外缘设置有延伸至槽孔内的滑块,挡片与双头螺杆两端的侧壁之间设置有弹簧,双头螺杆两端均设置有夹块,两夹块下部分相对的面为弧面,双头螺杆穿过夹块上的孔的孔壁上设置有与凸块配合的凹槽,滑块右侧的孔壁上设置有与其配合的挡环,双头螺杆两端设置有螺母。
具体的,所述挡环内孔的直径大于双头螺杆的直径。

本发明设计结构简单,操作方便,对矩形条状工件和轴都能够很好的支撑,夹块具有平面和弧面,能够对矩形和圆形的工件进行更好的装夹固定。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,铣床用辅助支架,包括底座1,底座1上端面中心设置有伸缩缸2,所述伸缩缸2为电动伸缩缸。伸缩缸2的的伸缩杆上设置有与其垂直的中空的双头螺杆3,双头螺杆3的两侧外缘均设置有根据双头螺杆3的轴向中线对称的凸块9,凸块9外侧的双头螺杆3上均设置有根据双头螺杆3的轴向中线对称的槽孔8,双头螺杆3内设置有挡片7,挡片7外缘设置有延伸至槽孔8内的滑块12,挡片7与双头螺杆3两端的侧壁之间设置有弹簧6,双头螺杆3两端均设置有夹块4,两夹块4下部分相对的面为弧面,双头螺杆3穿过夹块4上的孔13的孔壁上设置有与凸块9配合的凹槽11,滑块12右侧的孔壁上设置有与其配合的挡环10,双头螺杆3两端设置有螺母5。
所述所述挡环10内孔的直径大于双头螺杆3的直径。
加工矩形条形工件,将工件的一端放在铣床上,工件的另一端放置在夹块4之间,紧固螺母5从而使得夹块4夹紧工件,通过提升伸缩缸2的伸缩杆,使得工件平行。
当加工圆形工件时,松动螺母5将夹块4向双头螺杆3外部拉动,此时挡环10推动挡片7外缘的滑块12,挡片7压缩弹簧6,设置挡片7、弹簧6、挡环10可以防止夹块4掉落从而砸伤使用者,弹簧6通过挡片7和挡环10的配合可以使得夹块4自动夹紧工件,方便螺母5的锁紧,提高了效率。当双头螺杆3外缘的凸块9与孔13内的凹槽11分离时旋转夹块4,使得夹块4下部分旋转至双头螺杆3上方,并将圆形工件放在夹块4的弧面之间,紧固螺母5使得夹块4夹紧圆形工件。凸块9和凹槽11的配合能够防止夹块4旋转。

1.铣床用辅助支架,包括底座(1),底座(1)上端面中心设置有伸缩缸(2),其特征在于,伸缩缸(2)的的伸缩杆上设置有与其垂直的中空的双头螺杆(3),双头螺杆(3)的两侧外缘均设置有根据双头螺杆(3)的轴向中线对称的凸块(9),凸块(9)外侧的双头螺杆(3)上均设置有根据双头螺杆(3)的轴向中线对称的槽孔(8),双头螺杆(3)内设置有挡片(7),挡片(7)外缘设置有延伸至槽孔(8)内的滑块(12),挡片(7)与双头螺杆(3)两端的侧壁之间设置有弹簧(6),双头螺杆(3)两端均设置有夹块(4),两夹块(4)下部分相对的面为弧面,双头螺杆(3)穿过夹块(4)上的孔(13)的孔壁上设置有与凸块(9)配合的凹槽(11),滑块(12)右侧的孔壁上设置有与其配合的挡环(10),双头螺杆(3)两端设置有螺母(5)。
